Fatima's Third Secret: Apostasy, Liturgy, and the Unfinished Warning

Drawing on insights from Cardinal Burke, Father Charles Murr, and testimonies from those close to Cardinal Ratzinger, John-Henry Westen and Dr. Maike Hickson revisit the long-disputed Third Secret of Fatima, questioning whether the Vatican's 2000 disclosure revealed the full message. Dr. Hickson links the Fatima message to Vatican II, post-conciliar turmoil, and today's decline in Eucharistic belief, stressing that Heaven's requests, the Five First Saturdays devotion, and the precise consecration of Russia, remain incomplete. Far from a past relic, Fatima stands as a living prophetic call, urging Catholics to respond before the warnings are fully realized.Sign up for the 1st Saturday Devotion Series: https://www.lifesitenews.com/opinion/100-years-ago-our-lady-made-this-request-time-to-start-now/U.S. residents! HVAC School - For Techs, By Techs

In this episode from the 6th Annual HVACR Training Symposium, Brynn Cooksey, a home performance contractor from Michigan and technical training business owner, reveals how indoor air quality (IAQ) testing transformed his contracting business from a commodity service into a profitable specialty. Cooksey shares his proven methodology for turning IAQ into an "instant profit center" by implementing systematic testing on every service call. Cooksey opens with a striking reality check: according to the EPA, Americans spend 90% of their time indoors, yet indoor air quality is 2-5 times worse than outdoor air. This presents a massive opportunity for HVAC contractors, as he explains that consumers are already spending $10 billion annually on air quality products at big box stores - but they're treating symptoms rather than addressing root causes. His approach involves educating contractors on how to position themselves as the solution providers rather than letting customers self-diagnose with retail products. The presentation dives deep into six critical IAQ parameters that every contractor should measure: particles (especially dangerous PM 2.5), volatile organic compounds (VOCs), carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, humidity, and temperature. Cooksey emphasizes his "test in, implement solution, test out" methodology, demonstrating how this systematic approach not only ensures customer satisfaction but also provides concrete proof of value delivered. He shares real-world examples, including a dramatic case where routine IAQ testing during a water heater service call revealed a cracked heat exchanger that could have been life-threatening. The episode concludes with extensive coverage of ventilation strategies, which Cooksey calls the "silver bullet" for IAQ improvement. He walks through the differences between supply-only, exhaust-only, and balanced ventilation systems, strongly advocating for Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) as the optimal solution. His practical approach includes using DOE's free REDCalc tool for proper ventilation sizing and emphasizes the importance of controlled ventilation over relying on natural air leakage - debunking the myth that "houses need to breathe." Topics Covered The IAQ Business Case: How testing indoor air quality on every service call creates new revenue streams and differentiates contractors in a commoditized market Six Critical IAQ Parameters: Detailed explanation of particles (PM 2.5), VOCs, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, humidity, and temperature - what they are, how to measure them, and health impacts Systematic Testing Methodology: The "test in, implement solution, test out" approach that provides measurable results and customer proof of value Particle Control Strategies: Source control, enhanced filtration (MERV 13-16), duct cleaning benefits, and duct sealing with Aeroseal technology Chemical and VOC Management: Understanding formaldehyde and benzene sources, proper storage techniques, and why PCO devices aren't recommended Carbon Monoxide Detection: The life-saving importance of testing every home, understanding chronic vs. acute exposure, and why standard CO detectors aren't sufficient Ventilation as the Silver Bullet: Comprehensive coverage of supply-only, exhaust-only, and balanced ventilation strategies, with strong emphasis on ERV systems Practical Implementation Tools: Using DOE's REDCalc tool for ventilation sizing, integrating IAQ testing into service calls, and customer communication strategies Real-World Case Studies: Multiple examples of IAQ testing uncovering dangerous conditions, from cracked heat exchangers to improper combustion appliance installation Building Science Integration: How IAQ testing leads to broader building performance improvements, including duct sealing, insulation, and equipment sizing corrections   Have a question that you want us to answer on the podcast? Acting on a principle that God's house will be respected, Nehemiah threw out the enemy who was living in God's house. We show respect for God's house today by 1) recognizing that what we do for God and the way we do it matters more than just getting a job done, and 2) leaving behind our baggage of how things “ought” to be done in God's house. These ideas will not be tolerated; they will be thrown out. VF-2017 Nehemiah 13:1-9 Watch, Listen and Learn 24x7 at PastorMelissaScott.com Pastor Melissa Scott teaches from Faith Center in Glendale. World's 9 Greatest Magic Tricks Finally Revealed

    Bright Side

Only one person out of 25,000 people knows how to perform magic tricks. You're about to become one of them, as we're going to tell you the secrets of the most brilliant magic tricks ever. Flash paper is commonly used by magicians when they wish to create quick large flashes of fire in order to hide brisk moments of illusion from the audience. Any beginner can easily pull off the can on a card trick. If you take a closer look from another perspective you will see that the card a magician uses is actually T-shaped. The famous magician Dynamo performed his famous iPhone twisting trick leaving the audience in shock. When Dynamo shows his audience the iPhone, he shows it from the back. Then, covering the device with both hands, he rotates it entirely, showing the screen side with the halfback cover over it. From the side, it looks like the phone was twisted but we assure you that no iPhone was harmed that day. Tricks with water are also very common among magicians. For example, the one where an illusionist pours some liquid into a cup and a moment later it's turned into a cube of ice. As you've probably already guessed, the trick here lies in the cup itself. The thing is, it already contains a piece of ice along with a sponge that's the same color as the cup. When the magician turns the cup upside down, the ice falls out into his hand while the water remains in the sponge. The magician needs just a fraction of a second to go through the small tunnel going under the wall and stand on the other side of it, and there you go. He “passes through the wall”. Way to leave the audience speechless. This week on The Profitable Photographer with Luci Dumas, I'm so excited to bring you a conversation that's both fun and super practical—especially if you've been curious (or intimidated!) about using video to grow your photography business. My guest is Shayna Lloyd—photographer, videographer, storyteller, and an all-around inspiring human. Shayna shared how she accidentally built a business by simply sharing videos before she even had a business to promote. Her story is the perfect example of the magic that happens when you take action, even when you're not fully ready. We chatted about the power of short-form and long-form video content, how to get started with just your iPhone, and why being willing to fail is part of the journey to success. Here are a few of Shayna's golden nuggets:Start simple:Think like a storytellerCreate a story by piecing together clips.Once you're comfortable, explore the video features on your cameraShayna's approach is all about ease, authenticity, and creativity. And honestly, I was so inspired that I might just go film a little story walk around my neighborhood after this!Heads up: If you're listening in August, Shayna is hosting an amazing in-person event September 8–11 in a beautiful cabin in Montana. It includes styled shoots and tons of learning and connection. If I were still in growth mode, I'd absolutely go! You can find the details at heythriver.com.I'm sure you'll find Shayna as delightful and motivating as I did.Enjoy the episode!Connect with Photography Business Coach Luci Dumas: Website Email: luci@lucidumas.comInstagram FacebookYouTubeNew episodes drop every week — make sure to subscribe so you never miss an inspiring guest or a powerful solo episode designed to help you grow your photography business.

Understand the Bible? Pastor Melissa Scott, Ph.D.

The way we remember the people of God is important. The people of God in Nehemiah's day remembered the man of God, David, for what he did to change the course of religion in Jerusalem. This message reminds the people of God today to remember the man of God, Dr. Gene Scott, for what he stood for and what he did to change the course of ministry in his vision for taking the gospel to the world. Chickens and Transitions: Big Dutchman USA's New President Budd Bentley

Send us a textWhen a headhunter asked Budd Bentley, "How do you feel about chickens and eggs?" in late 2019, it marked the beginning of a transformative journey. After decades in automotive engineering and technology development, Bentley was about to step into the unfamiliar world of poultry technology as President of PMSI (now Prism Controls). In this revealing conversation with Brandon Mulnix, Bentley shares his unlikely path from solving Rubik's Cubes as a child to leading innovation in agricultural technology. His early career at Prince Corporation taught him a foundational principle: everyone starts on the manufacturing line because "what makes money is when we send product out the door." This grounding in practical operations would shape his leadership philosophy throughout his career.Bentley's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found a mobile app development company in 2005—two years before the iPhone existed—where he learned valuable lessons about innovation timing and market readiness. When he eventually joined the poultry technology sector in January 2020 (just before COVID-19 changed everything), he brought fresh eyes to an established company. "I didn't even know what end of the chicken the egg comes out," he jokes, but he recognized the passionate team's potential for growth through process implementation.Under Bentley's leadership, Prism Controls grew from 28 to 44 people while developing crucial new technologies like Reach, Eggsite, and Therm. His secret? "Embrace the process, and the process will set you free." By documenting workflows, separating operational activities from innovation, and implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System framework, the company created a structure that could scale without losing quality or customer focus. As Bentley prepares for his next challenge as President of Big Dutchman USA, he reflects on what makes the agricultural technology sector special: the directness of farmers as customers. "You don't have to spend mental energy thinking about what they really mean or what they're really thinking, because they just tell you," he explains. This refreshing honesty allows technology providers to focus entirely on problem-solving rather than decoding communications.Whether you're new to agricultural technology or a seasoned professional, Bentley's journey offers valuable insights into leadership, process development, and industry transition. Listen now to discover how documenting the invisible can transform organizations and set innovation free.Hosted by Brandon Mulnix - Director of Commercial Accounts - Prism ControlsThe Poultry Leadership Podcast is only possible because of its sponsor, Prism ControlsFind out more about them at www.prismcontrols.com

In this short podcast episode, Bryan covers some basics on bi-metal and magnetic switches. Bi-metal switches are made of two dissimilar metals that are bonded together and are often integrated into motors. When the temperature changes, the metals bend. In an overload circuit, they're designed to bend and open the circuit in an overheat condition. Mercury thermostats also use these; they have a bulb attached to a bi-metallic coil, which causes it to wind or unwind when heated or cooled. Fan limit switches also use bi-metallic coils. Bi-metallic discs also exist, and they snap open to make or break a circuit. Bi-metallic switches have a time delay and often auto-reset (with exceptions like rollout switches on furnaces), which is advantageous in some applications. However, they're also affected by the ambient temperature and are more likely to trip in warm weather and less likely to trip in cold weather. Nuisance trips are more common than in magnetic switches, and they may weld themselves shut and fail closed (though failing open is relatively common as well).  Magnetic switches are usually more external to the equipment or parts they're protecting (such as in the contactor or starter assembly instead of inside a motor itself). These switches are also more instantaneous and are better for mission-critical applications. These also respond to amperage and aren't affected by ambient temperature. They're more likely to fail open than closed. Compared to bi-metallic technology, magnetic switches trip faster and are better for sudden issues rather than long-term operational overheating. In many cases, we use both of them to get the benefits of each.   Have a question that you want us to answer on the podcast? In July 2024, shortly before he died of cancer, I paid a last visit to the Somerset home of my wonderful friend Alexander Waugh. Alexander was one of the kindest, most generous, most talented and intellectually curious friends it has ever been my privilege to know. His rich and varied career included stints as a musician, concert promoter, author, keeper of the Waugh (Evelyn was his grandfather) family archives and researcher into the Shakespearean authorship question. (He thought it was Edward de Vere, Earl of Oxford). Though he was in some discomfort, he died a happy man, lovingly cared for at home by his devoted wife Eliza. I haven't listened to these recordings we made since. They've been sitting on my iPhone and the only reason I didn't release them earlier was inertia. They also feature our friend Bob Moran. We talk about God, music, death, everything.

In Nehemiah's day, a tithe of the people was selected to live in Jerusalem. They were honored to be in the holy city, to repopulate it and to serve God there. It's a must-read that every person, religious and non-religious, should buy and peruse every night before bed. It'll make you think harder, pray more ardently, and understand your civilization better." — Ben Shapiro, host of "The Ben Shapiro Show" "Dennis Prager's commentary on Exodus will rank among the greatest modern Torah commentaries. That is how important I think it is. And I am clearly not alone... It might well be on its way to becoming the most widely read Torah commentary of our time—and by non-Jews as well as by Jews." — Rabbi Joseph Telushkin, bestselling author of Jewish Literacy Why do so many people think the Bible, the most influential book in world history, is outdated? Why do our friends and neighbors – and sometimes we ourselves – dismiss the Bible as irrelevant, irrational, immoral, or all of these things? This explanation of the Book of Exodus, the second book of the Bible, will demonstrate that the Bible is not only powerfully relevant to today's issues, but completely consistent with rational thought. Do you think the Bible permitted the trans-Atlantic slave trade? You won't after reading this book. Do you struggle to love your parents? If you do, you need this book. Do you doubt the existence of God because belief in God is “irrational?” This book will give you reason after reason to rethink your doubts. The title of this commentary is, “The Rational Bible” because its approach is entirely reason-based. The reader is never asked to accept anything on faith alone. As Prager says, “If something I write does not make rational sense, I have not done my job.” The Rational Bible is the fruit of Dennis Prager's forty years of teaching the Bible to people of every faith, and no faith. On virtually every page, you will discover how the text relates to the contemporary world and to your life. His goal: to change your mind – and then change your life.   Highly Recommended by ACU. Purchase his book at- https://www.amazon.com/Rational-Bible-Exodus-Dennis-Prager/dp/1621577724   The Rational Bible: Genesis by Dennis Prager  USA Today bestseller Publishers Weekly bestseller Wall Street Journal bestseller Many people today think the Bible, the most influential book in world history, is not only outdated but irrelevant, irrational, and even immoral. This explanation of the Book of Genesis, the first book of the Bible, demonstrates clearly and powerfully that the opposite is true. The Bible remains profoundly relevant—both to the great issues of our day and to each individual life. It is the greatest moral guide and source of wisdom ever written. Do you doubt the existence of God because you think believing in God is irrational? This book will give you many reasons to rethink your doubts. Do you think faith and science are in conflict? You won't after reading this commentary on Genesis. Do you come from a dysfunctional family? It may comfort you to know that every family discussed in Genesis was highly dysfunctional! The title of this commentary is “The Rational Bible” because its approach is entirely reason-based. The reader is never asked to accept anything on faith alone. In Dennis Prager's words, “If something I write is not rational, I have not done my job.” The Rational Bible is the fruit of Dennis Prager's forty years of teaching the Bible—whose Hebrew grammar and vocabulary he has mastered—to people of every faith and no faith at all. On virtually every page, you will discover how the text relates to the contemporary world in general and to you personally. His goal: to change your mind—and, as a result, to change your life.   The Rational Bible: Deuteronomy: God, Blessings, and Curses by Dennis Prager Is the Bible, the most influential book in world history, still relevant? Why do people dismiss it as being irrelevant, irrational, immoral, or all of these things? This explanation of the Book of Deuteronomy, the fifth book of the Bible, will demonstrate how it remains profoundly relevant - both to the great issues of our day and to each individual life. Do you doubt the existence of God because you think believing in God is irrational? This book will cause you to reexamine your doubts. The title of this commentary is The Rational Bible because its approach is entirely reason-based. The listener is never asked to accept anything on faith alone. In Dennis Prager's words, “If something I write is not rational, I have not done my job.” The Rational Bible is the fruit of Prager's forty years of teaching to people of every faith and no faith at all. In virtually every section, you will discover how the text relates to the contemporary world in general and to you on a personal level. His goal: to change your mind - and, as a result, to change your life.
