Ever feel like there's just not enough time in the day to do the things you want to do? Is that feeling keeping you from pursuing your artistic dreams? Feeling like there's not enough time is a common concern for everybody. We're all given the same 24 hours every day to accomplish what we want and need to do, but sometimes you feel like you could accomplish so much more if you just had a couple more hours to work with. And there are folks out there who we perceive as go-getters, doing all the things we wish we could find the time to do. How do they do it? Where do they find that time and energy and focus to make it all happen? In this episode of 5-Minute Mentoring, I'm going to give you their exact secret formula for a time-extending potion that you can make in your own home! No, wait, that's not a thing. Sorry
If you're like basically everybody in the world today, you spend a good deal of each day interacting with people through social media. And if you're an artist trying to build a brand and a business, you are surely putting a huge portion of your time and energy towards building up your social media presence. So if all that work and all those connections just got snatched away from you in an instant by criminal scammers, that would be pretty devastating, right? Well, that's just what happened to Pat Butynski and her 76,000 subscribers on Instagram. Pat is a mentor, teacher, and mother to creatives all over the world. She's a long-time friend of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast and was featured way back in episode 22, telling her incredible story, including how she built her Instagram following and how it was a boon for her art business. And now we are super privileged to have her on again, this time telling a story that's much more of a cautionary tale. You're going to want to listen in so you can learn to avoid this sort of trouble, and to get advice on how to get through such a hard situation from someone who has experienced it firsthand. I'm not exactly sure how, but my guest on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, Rachel G. Scott, must have 30 hours in each of her days. It's the only logical explanation for how many creative areas she excels in. Rachel's love of creativity was established at a very young age and grew with every new creative outlet she tried. Learning the flute, teaching herself the piano, singing in the church choir, on top of loving to draw and write poetry, all led her to feel connected to God's presence. Of course, not every season of our lives is filled with perfect harmony. For a long period, Rachel felt unable to connect to her gift of singing. And that's the story I really want y'all to listen to in this episode. Because everybody, for one reason or another, can feel disconnected from their art. But that doesn't have to be the end of it. Let Rachel's story help you recognize the season of life that you're in and how to follow where God leads you in the seasons to come. So check out the podcast, and check out Rachel's website and social media to see what amazing things God is doing in her life in this season and beyond. https://rachelgscott.com/ https://www.instagram.com/iamrachelgscott/ https://twitter.com/iamrachelgscott When you're ready to stop striving and start thriving, here are 4 other ways I can help: 1️⃣ Join Us in November - Every artist was created by God to create with Him to both experience and release His Light and Life through their creative expression. Have you ever met a kindred soul, someone who just gets you? That's how I felt when I met my guest on the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, Chris Lumry. Chris and I share a love for Jesus, a love for creativity, and a passion for seeing people's hearts unlocked. Chris grew up very achievement-oriented, and without much of a feeling of being a creative person. He was educated in the finest schools, got a job in Silicon Valley, and was on his way to achieving what he thought were his life's goals. But it was coming at a cost. He lacked fulfillment. He battled addiction. He was hurting inside and in denial of his own struggles. Eventually, praise God, he sought counseling for his issues, which led him to a church in Northern California. And that's where he experienced something he never had before: the presence of God as a father in his life This life-changing experience opened him up to childlikeness and creativity he didn't know he possessed, and he turned it into a mission to provide this experience to others. Listen to Chris' story and you'll be sure to feel your own creativity being unlocked. It's an awesome feeling! And be sure to take a look at Chris' website, where you can get guidance on recovery, mindset change, and creativity for your growth journey, and more about his book, now available on Amazon. Have you ever felt like you were doing all the right things and were still not experiencing fulfillment? Like you are still struggling in everything? Kathy Roling, my guest on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, had felt that struggle for a long time. She is a polymath, which means she loves to do a lot of different things, and she does them well. But the time came in her life where no matter what she would do, even if she felt like it was what the Lord wanted her to do, it wasn't translating into success. She wound up living in poverty, praying for a way to turn things around. As it happened, she heard me teach at a recent masterclass, and the lightbulb switched on for her. She began to realize that God was calling her to be an artist, and it was okay to claim that for herself as her divine purpose. As she went through our artist mentoring program, Created to Thrive and learned how to thrive as a Christian artist, she learned how to change her mindset, create good habits, and do the practical things necessary to have an art business that she could rely on for sustainable income. Take a listen to Kathy's story of breaking out of her poverty mindset and putting her faith into practice to become a successful, thriving artist. And be sure to visit her websites to see what she's up to in her amazing 3d chalk illusion art and her nature art these days: https://www.kathleenrolingart.com/ https://www.kathleenjoy.com/ When you're ready to stop striving and start thriving, here are 4 other ways I can help: 1️⃣ Join Us in November - Every artist was created by God to create with Him to both experience and release His Light and Life through their creative expression. When God inspires you to do something, do you do it no matter what? My guest on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, Jessa Brantley, is a perfect example of what can happen when you go all in on following God's inspiration for your life. Jessa was working as an accountant (“the least creative job a person can have,” she says) who dabbled in making wooden signs as an artistic outlet. But when she stumbled on wood-turning videos online, she was “mesmerized” by them, and knew that she had to give it a go herself. Overcoming the nervousness of trying a new thing, especially a thing that was in a field dominated by men, she took the lathe her husband got her for Christmas and taught herself how to turn wood into beautiful bowls. From there she took step after step on the path God showed her, including taking my masterclass. Next thing you know, she had taken her art and made it into a successful, thriving business! If you feel the Lord calling you to make more out of your artistic expressions than you ever thought possible, you should listen to Jessa's story. She's a great inspiration you can learn a lot from! And when you're done with this episode of the podcast, you should check out Jessa's website and social media to see what God is inspiring her to do with her art. https://www.beloveddesignswoodworking.com/ https://www.facebook.com/BelovedDesignsWoodworking https://www.instagram.com/beloveddesignswoodworking/ And if you're ready to learn how to create consistent, faithful income for your art business, be sure to join us for the Artist Cashflow Bootcamp! Sometimes no matter what you do, you just can't seem to get ahead. My friend Maria Morris has had to fight through this for quite a long time. She has followed God's call to be an artist and a teacher, but she could never seem to break through on the financial side of things. Selling her art and classes on her own website and trying her luck on Skillshare and Etsy only led to inconsistent income and uncertainty. Money would come and money would go, and all Maria could do was try to react. And what's worse, she began to feel the burden of fear and self-sabotage weighing her down, threatening to break her spirit. Fortunately, her faith kept her strong, she overcame these challenges, and she found her way into our mentorship program. And in this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, she's going to tell you how all this helped her to develop the consistent, regulated cashflow she needed to create the life she's always wanted as an artist. Take a listen to this episode, and check out Maria's art, teaching, and coaching at her (much more successful
We all feel heavy burdens in our lives from time to time. It can come in many forms, and from many places. It can be disruptive to your life and your pursuit of happiness. In these times, we all feel a need for healing that's hard to come by. Lynnette Horn, my guest on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, has felt that burden weighing her down in a really disruptive way. After a tornado destroyed her home - but miraculously not Lynnette - she found her normal, creative life torn to pieces, just like her house. Lynnette went from painting daily and enjoying her creativity to being unable to pick up a brush. She suffered through four years of being emotionally disconnected from everything that she formerly thrived on, including her art. But God had more in store for her.I encourage you to listen to Lynnette tell her heartbreaking and uplifting story. If you are going through something like Lynnette was, her story may be just the encouragement you need to get through it. New trends, techniques, and technology have always had an effect on how art is created. We've gone from painting on the walls of caves to painting the ceilings of cathedrals. From canvas and oils to all-digital masterpieces. Progress marches on, and art marches right along with it. On this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, my guest, Bonnie Brooks, going to tell us all about a new avenue for creating and selling art we have available to us here and now - NFTs. You've probably heard of NFTs (we did another podcast on NFTs earlier this year - check it out!). You may have a vague notion of them being related to cryptocurrency. You may have heard the term “blockchain.” You may have seen a bunch of weird cartoon monkeys that people claim are worth millions. If it all seems too “out there” for you, or seems like something that's just for people who are younger or more tech-savvy than you, don't worry. Just listen to my conversation with Bonnie, and you'll have a much better understanding of just what's going on with this new opportunity for today's artists. You'll also learn how she and other like-minded folks are carving out a space in the Metaverse for Christian Artists like us. (Don't know what a “Metaverse'' is? Listen to this podcast!) What would you do if the Lord told you to get up in the middle of the night and paint the Holy Spirit? No pressure, right?
One of the biggest challenges any artist faces is getting their art out in front of the people so they can get paid for their work. Galleries and exhibitions are hard to come by, especially for artists who may live outside of the big cities. Promoting your work on your own website or Instagram can lead to sales, but you have to put in a lot of work to get noticed. A lot of artists take commissions as a large source of their income, but even at that, your customers have to be able to find you to commission you for work. Rei Llazani, my guest on this episode of The Thriving Christian Artist podcast, has come up with a very clever solution to match artists with customers looking to commission high-quality art. Rei has created MadeMay.com, a freelance platform that enables expert artists, artisans, and creatives to connect with clients looking for custom, made-to-order masterpieces. If you're a painter, sculptor, designer, voiceover artist, or any other type of creative who is exploring the possibilities of doing commission work, you'll want to listen to my conversation with Rei. (And if you're looking to commission art yourself, MadeMay.com should be your first stop!) On my first trip to Africa 20+ years ago, one of the things I looked forward to most was entering into the sounds of the real Africa - to learn from them, to feel the culture and rhythms of an ancient people.Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
In the entertainment world, someone who can sing, dance, and act is referred to as a “triple threat.” Scribes were the triple threats of Bible times. They were artists, writers, historians, and archivists. They were a bit of everything under the sun - polymaths in the truest sense of the word. That's why I love that my guest on the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, Theresa Harvard Johnson, is a triple threat for sure!Theresa doesn't fit neatly into one box or label - she's not a writer OR an artist OR a historian. She's all of the above! All of the roles of a traditional scribe are within Theresa, and they are all a part of her life every day. In this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist, you're going to hear about all the ways Theresa is sharing her scribal gifts with the world - teaching, mentoring, illustrating, writing and performing poetry, spoken word pieces, and more. She just loves using her creativity, being around other creatives, and bringing her guidance to the creative community. If you feel like you're being called to use your gifts in a million different ways at once, listen to Theresa. She'll show you how it's done. Feeling called to be a modern-day scribe, or just want to see more of what Theresa's all about? I don't believe that the Lord wants us to live lives of misery, scraping by and struggling. Instead, He wants us to live abundantly and beautifully in this world He has created for us. That's why it's great to see a couple like Jonathan and Sarah Howe, living that life together as a prime example of God's kingdom here on Earth. Jonathan and Sarah have been full-time artists since they got married over a decade ago, making their living and thriving on their art - even with the ups and downs of the world around them. They homeschool their two daughters, so every day their house is filled with family, art, creativity, love, and God's presence in abundance. If you aren't sure that your art can support your family, or you're afraid of stepping out as an entrepreneur, or you feel like you don't know how to adjust your business to get through the turmoil the world can throw at you, listen to Jonathan and Sarah in this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast. Building up the role of art ministries in the church is a very big task. In fact, it sure seems like it's too big for one person to handle. It's a good thing that my guests on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artists podcast, Greg and Susan Card, have each other to lean on. Greg and Susan have been creating art their whole lives. When they met, they bonded over their love for art and their love for the Lord, they got married, and they went about the work of bringing art into the church. Back in the 80s, there wasn't much of a position for art in the way churches ministered to the people, so Greg and Susan had their work cut out for them. But they've stayed at it, keeping their ears to the Spirit, maintaining a flow with creating their own art, and being in the ministry as the Lord directed them. One of the biggest struggles that creatives have is finding the time in our lives to be creative. With all the pressures of the day, we're lucky if we can let our creative energies flow for an hour on any given day. Dan McCollam, my guest on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast, has heard this from people all around the world, but he's not buying it. Instead, Dan will tell you that you need to make your creative time a priority as a part of seeking God's kingdom. Don't wait for inspiration to drop on you. If you want inspiration, get in the studio and get to work, and you'll find it. See, one of Dan's passions (along with playing music, leading worship, and helping people in every nation create their own “sound” for worship music) is to help people hear the voice of God in their lives. That's why he co-founded “Prophetic Company,” an organization that helps people recognize God's voice so they can respond to it and live with greater clarity and purpose. God is already speaking to you - you just have to find the way you are best suited to connect and receive His word, be open to what He is saying, and activate the gifts that are already inside you. All this and more are on tap in my interview with Dan on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist! What it is like to go from feeling like you've lost your creativity and giving up on art, to creating art that moves and inspires everyone who sees it? Ask Jeanette Sthamann. Jeanette didn't grow up a Christian, but she did grow up loving art. That is…until a short-sighted art teacher discouraged her art and made her think she wasn't creative. It was enough to make her cast aside art for years. After some dark and heavy years as a teen and young adult, she found herself at the end of her rope and cried out to God. And He responded, telling her to start drawing. As she did, she felt God's peace as a gift to her. In time, she decided to add painting to her repertoire, so she took lessons from an art teacher who happened to be the wife of a pastor. Before long, she had unburdened herself of the darkness that was on her and gave her life to Jesus, right in the art studio. If you're hearing God telling you how your art is important and you should use it to spread his message to others, you need to listen to Jeanette's story on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast. And while you're at it, visit Jeanette's website, Facebook, and Instagram for more of her inspiring art. https://www.brushedbythespirit.com/ https://www.facebook.com/brushedbythespirit https://www.instagram.com/brushedbythespirit/ ====================When you're ready to stop striving and start thriving, here are 4 other ways I can help: 1️⃣ Join Us in November - Every artist was created by God to create with Him to both experience and release His Light and Life through their creative expression. Sometimes, as a Christian, it's hard to know exactly what God is telling you.For my friend Tan-Yah Jackson, the messages she was receiving from God were really confusing…God's voice was telling her to not quit creating art because that's who she is meant to be…and yet He was also telling her to quit art for Him. So how did she know which voice to follow? She didn't - so she followed both! I'm excited for you to meet Tan-Yah on this episode of The Thriving Christian Artist podcast. You'll love her inspiring story about yielding to God's will and being receptive to the changes He wants you to go through - even if it means giving up something you love for something He wants for you. They say that change doesn't happen overnight…but my friend Anne Ashton would respectfully disagree! Anne's introduction to the art world is unlike almost anybody else's I've ever encountered. No spoilers…but let's just say that the Lord transformed her into an artist basically overnight! Everything in Anne's artistic life comes from following what the Lord is guiding her to do. Learning how to paint, moving from realism to abstract art, getting her paintings in shows and shops nearby… all at God's instruction. Now she's following God's lead to teach painting to everybody from corporate groups to vulnerable members of society like unwed teen mothers. And some of her most amazing stories come from her art ministry to prisoners, encouraging them to express themselves in media from graffiti to finger paints. Her outreach is really making a difference in people's lives in all walks of life, and I think her story may very well inspire you to do the same. You can see more about Anne on her website, Instagram, and Facebook: http://annerdashton.com/ https://www.instagram.com/annerdashtonart/ https://www.facebook.com/Paintinginhispresence/ ====================When you're ready to stop striving and start thriving, here are 4 other ways I can help: 1️⃣ Get my FREE Guide, “5 Biggest Misconceptions About Prophetic Art” Wondering how to create your art with God or what prophetic art is all about? You know those people who are so busy and prolific that you wonder how on earth they manage to get everything done? That's my friend, Joshua Mills. Joshua and his wife, Janet, have been in ministry for 25 years, sharing their personal compassion and message of the hope, healing and restoration of Jesus Christ to countless people worldwide through their organization, New Wine International Ministries.Joshua has traveled the world speaking to audiences, writing dozens of books (dozens!), and recording and releasing albums ranging from praise and worship music to relaxing spa music. I'm honored to chat with him about, among other things, his brand-new book, “Creative Glory.” I loved talking with Joshua about his outlook on creativity in the Kingdom of God and how God provides for those who do what He's calling them to do. You're going to really get inspired when you hear this message, too. For more on what is keeping Joshua busy, be sure to check out his website at joshuamills.com, and as he says, you can find his books and albums “wherever books and albums are sold.”
Have you ever experienced a tug-of-war between your art and other aspects of your life - as if the two can't exist simultaneously? Chad Atkins had art inside him from a very early age. He grew up in a family of artists, and he never let a day of his childhood go by without drawing. But he also had a strong desire to live his life for the Lord. His artistic nature and his faith began to clash when he encountered the teachings of Smith Wigglesworth and other revivalists. And in an effort to remove anything that hindered him from God's presence… out went the art. After years of inner turmoil and outer sickness, Chad realized that while his heart was in the right place, when he denied his inner artist, he was denying God's plan for his life. Now Chad is re-discovering the artist inside, painting every night, and even selling some of his works. He's not trying to have too rigid a view of the future - just doing what God has put inside him to do and living the Kingdom life. Meet my friend Chad and hear his relatable story on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast. Truth time: God doesn't want you to be comfortable. He isn't a La-Z-Boy salesman. If you're too comfortable, you're not moving forward…and God's going to start poking you until you do. Allen Paul found that out in his life when he was secure in his jobs as a teacher and at a church…but God wouldn't stop poking him. Allen had financial security, but he just knew he wasn't doing what God was calling him to do. The only solution was to leave that security behind and trust God to show him the way forward. Now, after experiencing the ups and downs of finding his way in the gig economy, Allen has his love of music, teaching, and ministering all working together, the way God intended. And he's using his experience to help other musicians and artists learn the things Allen wished he had known when he was starting out, through his multi-platform ministry, God And Gigs. Listen to Allen's story of how he has walked THROUGH the valleys in his life, and kept on walking, trusting God to light the way, on this episode of the Thriving Christian Artist podcast! For more information about Allen's book, devotional, podcast, membership program, coaching - and everything else! - go to: https://godandgigs.com/thrive====================When you're ready to stop striving and start thriving, here are 4 other ways I can help: 1️⃣ Get my FREE Guide, "3 Biggest Misconceptions to Thriving as a Christian Artist" Struggling to figure out how to be an artist and a Christian simultaneously? That's exactly what happens when you talk to my friend Frances Syverson!Frances uses techniques from beading to metal-smithing to create jewelry that is just fabulous! And while she does sell her jewelry, the real joy she gets with her art is in the making - and in teaching others how to make it themselves. Whether it's friends and family, church members, or kids at the school where she works as a media specialist, she is always happy to pass along this skill that brings her so much happiness. That's why I'm so excited that Frances will be teaching at this year's Gathering of Artisans. You know when two things (or people) come together unexpectedly and you think, “Wow…that makes so much sense!”?That's kind of what has happened in my friend Robin Popp's art life. She's an artist to the core, an accomplished, award-winning painter as well as an experienced cabinet and furniture maker. Those two loves existed separately…until she figured out how to bring the two sides of her artistic self together by framing her paintings in custom-built shadow boxes! In this episode of The Thriving Christian Artist, we talk about what the Lord is doing in her life and her art, and how she uses her creative “play time” to get closer to God. Robin's love of creating art also meshes beautifully with her love of teaching art - and we're so excited to have Robin at Gathering of Artisans this year! At Gathering of Artisans, she'll be teaching her "Boot Camp for Color Mixing." It's a great way to learn about how to use and manipulate colors to make your art exactly what you want it to be. She'll also be teaching an in-studio landscape class and a class on "building a tree," where you'll learn how to make a tree look like the species it's supposed to be. Say goodbye to “happy little trees” and hello to “realistic deciduous conifers!” Register now at www.GatheringofArtisans.com and sign up for her workshops! It's always great to reconnect with old friends like Bryn Gillette. If you're a longtime listener to the podcast, you may remember Bryn from way way back in episode 46.Bryn is a very talented painter in his own right, but his real calling is in teaching. His day job is teaching visual art and art history at Charlotte Christian School, where he is “raising up a generation of Kingdom-hearted artists.” I'm also honored that Bryn will be at Gathering of Artisans this year, where he will be "illuminating” us on the topic of “Illuminated Journaling,” which adds an artistic and meditative flavor to the practice of journaling that a lot of people really find beneficial in their spiritual lives. If you listened to the regular episode, I talked about how I recently quit my job and how difficult the process actually was. I took time to assess and ask myself some important questions, and ultimately decided I didn't have a place there anymore.I hope this can resonate with someone, or maybe even get you thinking about your future in your current position!Links to the articles mentioned listed below:https://www.washingtonpost.com/wellness/2022/01/20/should-i-quit-my-job/https://www.nytimes.com/2022/01/21/business/quitting-contagious.htmlThanks for listening! Steve Wynn is unarguably one of Las Vegas, Nevada's most famous people. A hotel magnate and real estate developer, Wynn was responsible for some of the strip's most exciting properties, such as the The Mirage, Treasure Island, Encore, and, of course, The Wynn Hotel and Casino. But Wynn's life wasn't always so glamorous...in July of 1993, Steve Wynn's 26-year-old daughter, Kevyn, was kidnapped from her swanky condominium in the Spanish Trails development. The three kidnappers then led Steve Wynn on a wild goose chase through his own casino, convenience store parking lots, and, ultimately, to McCarran International Airport, all the while demanding $1.45 million in ransom money. After the kidnappers got away with the funds, an FBI task force was set up, but it would take weeks before the criminals were apprehended. All because one of them attempted to buy a high-end sports car in cash, proving...What happens in Vegas, doesn't always stay in Vegas. What is the Economy? And Why It Matters to You is a new book from UK economics writers Beth Leslie and Joe Richards, who are interviewed in this episode of Economics Explored. Legendary music producer Brian Eno has endorsed the book, writing “This clear and comprehensible book is long overdue.”About this episode's guests - Beth Leslie and Joe RichardsBeth Leslie is a writer and editor. She became interested in economics when she realised it was a great way to better understand the world around her. Beth is currently the Editor for Economy, a charity that seeks to make economics more understandable for everyone.Joe Richards is an author, educator and economist. After the financial crash of 2008, Joe's family lost their business and the home they grew up in. Spotting a lack of public understanding in the economy, Joe's journey in economics began. On today’s episode, we discuss walking in confidence and possibility. That means being proactive. You have influence on what you can control so don’t spend your time just reacting to external events and circumstances that expend your energy. You don’t control those things; they are in the circle of concern outside of the circle of influence. Take charge and assume responsibility for your life by being proactive, which adds a positive energy. This means you may have to pivot your life right now. Seek clarity to help you navigate your life. You were designed to be resilient. Fear can’t stand a chance. Your energy will carry you through. Connect with another people and select an accountability partner to help you succeed! We've all encountered it in one form or a thousand, in this episode we tackle the heavy subject of death, loss and grief with our usual informative, light-hearted and inquisitive style. Tune in and see how much you think you know about death and burial in the Hot Seat quiz, hear some book/movie and podcast recommendations and then expand and deepen with us through some good pod fodder from "It Just Happens" from the podcast "Terrible, Thanks for Asking." If you're looking for a great resource on your grief, I've written a review of the book "It's OK that you're not OK" by Megan Devine, which can be found here: https://becoming-anew.blogspot.com/2018/08/ok-youre-not-ok.htmlThanks for listening!

Starr Parodi first entered the public eye as part of the house band on the hit late-night Arsenio Hall Show. Since then she has created scores for numerous films, television series, and iconic movie trailers, and her solo work has been featured on NPR, KCRW and iHEART Radio. Erik is joined by his co-host for this episode, Brianne Kimmel (@briannekimmel), investor, advisor and Village Global network leader. They talk to Christoph Janz (@chrija), investor at Point Nine Capital, a Berlin-based early stage venture capital firm focused on SaaS and digital marketplaces. Christoph lays out their investing thesis at Point Nine and talks about why they are geography-agnostic when it comes to potential deals. He explains at which stage they like to invest and some of the difficulties in evaluating early-stage SaaS companies. The three delve into some of the more successful SaaS companies from the past few years and use them as case studies to talk about how to evaluate an early-stage product, team and sales strategy. He discusses why they invested in Zendesk and Typeform, and why he sees product and branding as very important at an early stage. They discuss some of the merits of SaaS companies that are working in specific verticals and in the enterprise, as well as why being a “SaaS company” is no longer as significant a distinction as it once was. They also talk about when a startup should be focusing on sales and whether it’s even possible to hire the VP of sales that a founder dreams of in a small SaaS company.Articles Mentioned In This EpisodeJason Lemkin: The 48 Types of VP, Sales: https://www.saastr.com/the-48-types-of-vp-sales-make-deadly-sure-you-hire-the-right-one/Christoph Janz: There’s More Than One Path To $100 Million: https://christophjanz.blogspot.com/2018/12/theres-more-than-one-path-to-100-million.htmlThanks for listening — if you like what you hear, please review us on your favorite podcast platform.
