On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, individuals should never arm themselves or interfere with federal law enforcement (particularly ICE) during protests aimed at obstructing arrests of illegal aliens, even those with criminal records, as such actions are criminal, dangerous, and not protected by the Second Amendment, free speech, or assembly rights. American citizens deserve safe communities protected by immigration enforcement, while sanctuary policies by states and cities unconstitutionally usurp federal plenary power over immigration, echoing Confederate nullification tactics and risking national disunity. The Democrat Party deliberately engineers massive illegal immigration through open borders, non-enforcement, census manipulation, and birthright citizenship to secure long-term political power, culminating in a strategy to weaken or eliminate ICE and prioritize party dominance over national interests, with some Republicans yielding to these pressures. Also, the Islamist issue is a major threat. There's this emergence of segregated Islamist compounds and large communities strategically appearing across the U.S., particularly in Republican strongholds like Texas and Florida, funded by enormous sums of money and forming numerous footholds. There are already no-go areas in places like Dearborn, Michigan, mirroring trends in Europe and in France and England. Later, today is Holocaust Remembrance Day. On January 27, 1945, the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp was liberated. 6 million Jewish people were murdered during the Holocaust, and the ugly, insane hate for Jewish people is spreading like a metastasizing cancer throughout the world today -- including in our country. The Islamists, Marxists, and Neo-Fascists are openly and aggressively preaching death to the Jewish people and violently attacking Jewish people, egged on by, among others, podcasters, entertainers, foreign governments, billionaire dark money, and others. Unfortunately, the voices of Jew-hatred are loud and numerous and growing. It will take many more of us to counter what is taking place and pushback against this awful hatred. Afterward, if the Iranian regime is willing to kill 40,000 plus of its own people, do you think it's going to hesitate for a second to fire a nuclear weapon on the east coast of America? Is that a chance we want to take with our kids and your grandkids? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

"Almost everybody will overestimate how much they can grow in one year. At the same time, they underestimate how much they can grow in five." In this episode, Heather talks with Jay Papasan about why doing more isn't the answer, how relentless productivity can actually work against you, and what happens when you commit to the one thing that truly matters. This is a conversation about focus as a skill, boredom as a feature of mastery, and the quiet, intentional choices that make everything else easier (or unnecessary). If you're tired of spinning your wheels and ready to aim strategically instead of swinging harder, this episode will reframe how you approach your goals, your time, and yourself. What to listen for: ✨ What "the one thing" is, and how it applies to life roles and responsibilities ✨ How addiction to productivity is harming us and how to choose aligned priorities ✨ Training your brain to narrow its focus so that you make the most of your actions "You get to pick where you're aiming the tool. You ask the question, 'What's the one thing I can do such that by doing it, everything else will be easier or unnecessary?'" ✨ Why doing tasks earlier in the day helps bypass resistance and distraction ✨ Implementing the essential practice of "goals before phones" to stay on track ✨ Working with the human element when accountability doesn't work "What would your world look like if every day, before you look at your phone, you had to look at your goals? When people are reminded of their priorities, they're more likely to keep them." ✨ What happens on the other side of being strategically focused and intentional ✨ How to make peace with the boredom of success that's required for mastery ✨ Getting honest about how suffering and self-sabotage are serving you (or not) About Jay Papasan: Jay Papasan [Pap-uh-zan] is a bestselling author who has served in multiple executive leadership positions during his 24-year career at Keller Williams Realty International, the world's largest real estate company. Doc Holliday arrived in Dodge City in 1878, fresh from Texas and already tied to the hip to Big Nose Kate. He advertised as a dentist, gambled heavily, and quietly built a reputation in one of the most dangerous towns in the Old West before moving on, first to Colorado, then New Mexico, and finally, Tombstone, Arizona. Join me today as we examine Doc's road to the O.K. Corral. Life in the Peloton is proudly brought to you by MAAP The Tour Down Under is done and dusted for another year, and it was an absolute banger. I was lucky enough to get in amongst it right there at the roadside all week and, to make it better, I was joined by my old mate - the Doughboy himself - Ian Boswell. For this episode, I wanted to take you guys inside the Tour Down Under; not just the racing, but the atmosphere around the race and the vibe that gets cooked up in Adelaide every year. The racers lining up for the first time, getting use to their new teams and equipment, the fans at the side of the road, and all the sweet little events that go off each morning out of Adelaide. Ian and I kicked off our week with a big bang, getting stuck into the cut and thrust of the short, sharp prologue from inside the team car! I hopped in the NSN passenger seat to follow Ethan Vernon - who actually went and finished 2nd on the stage, missing the win by less than a second…maybe his DS was a bit distracted? In the paddocks, we got a chance to catch up with some of the riders who've come Down Under to start their 2026 racing season. Guys like the new Natty champ Pat Eddy, British up and comer Matty Brennan, the 16 wheeler himself Harry Sweeny, and heaps more. We spoke about the race, as well as some general questions about their seasons and - of course - a cheeky little mini CommuniQuiz to keep them on their toes! Of course, this race is defined by the fans. People have travelled from far and wide to be here - one girl I spoke to even made the journey all the way from Texas in the USA! It was great chatting with people up and down the roadside about their TDU experience - and meet loads of LITP listeners in person. This is a chokka block episode with loads of great little soundbites you only get from being right there at the races live and in person. I hope Boz and I managed to capture the vibe so you can sit back, crack a frothy, and pretend you're right there under the baking Adelaide sun with us. Cheers! Episode 5098: Stopping Sharia Takeover In Texas; The Invisible Coup
WarRoom Battleground EP 934: Saving Texas And How To Push Back Against Islamic Takeover
In this episode of John Solomon Reports, we delve into the ongoing cultural battle between Hollywood and emerging alternative entertainment industries. Joining us is Christian Toto, a prominent journalist and cultural critic, who shares his insights on the disconnect between Hollywood elites and mainstream America. As we reflect on recent award shows and their political grandstanding, Toto discusses the rise of family-friendly entertainment from new hubs like Nashville and Dallas, and the growing momentum behind independent creators who are challenging the traditional gatekeepers of the industry.Toto highlights how technological advancements and a shift in audience preferences are paving the way for a more diverse and authentic entertainment landscape. We explore the impact of AI on Hollywood, the potential for indie filmmakers to thrive outside the studio system, and the resilience of artists who are successfully bypassing traditional pathways to reach their audiences. Then, we delve into the complex and pressing issue of Sharia law and its implications within the United States. As immigration continues to shape the American landscape, we explore the growing movement in Texas to explicitly ban Sharia law in state code. Joining us is national security expert Frank Gaffney, who sheds light on the alarming rise of Islamic totalitarian ideologies and their potential impact on American freedoms. Gaffney discusses the motivations behind this movement and the role of organizations like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in the broader context of national security. We also examine the historical context of Sharia law, contrasting it with the U.S. Constitution, and highlight the ongoing efforts by Texas officials to address this issue head-on. With the potential for a statewide ballot measure to prohibit Sharia law, Gaffney emphasizes the importance of making this a national voting issue in the upcoming elections. Finally, we explore the transformative power of artificial intelligence and its implications for the future of work and the economy. Kirk Offel of Overwatch Mission Critical, shares insights from his recent testimony before Congress, addressing the concerns surrounding AI, data centers, and their environmental impact. He draws parallels between today's AI revolution and historical infrastructure changes, such as the railway system and the electrification of America, emphasizing the need to shift public perception from fear to opportunity.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
The fellas are laying the whole Senate map on the table and getting real about what's actually at stake for the next two years. We get into why holding the Senate matters so much for a Trump administration, from confirmations to the very real threat of impeachment politics coming roaring back if Democrats get the chance. Then we start walking state by state through the early battlefield, where the money is going to flood in, where the margins are going to be brutal, and where Republicans can realistically grow the majority. We start with North Carolina, because the fellas think it's shaping up to be one of the most expensive races in American history—potentially a $600 million monster. We talk through the matchup dynamics, why the Democrat name ID advantage is real early, and why the race changes once the spending begins. Then we jump to Georgia, where Ossoff's entire plan looks like it hinges on Republicans not showing up in the rural areas in a midterm—so the primary becomes its own test of who can actually build the kind of turnout operation it takes to win.️ From there, we hit the rest of the map: Susan Collins once again fighting upstream in Maine while Democrats try to sort out their own mess, Michigan opening up with Democrats in a fractured primary and Republicans feeling like they've got a real shot, and the Texas situation that could turn into a full-blown runoff slugfest with massive consequences. We also get into Alaska's quirks and why polling there is always a mess, Ohio's matchup potential, Iowa's open seat and why candidate quality matters, and the Louisiana calendar that's set up to produce a low-turnout sprint into a runoff. Then we talk with US Attorney Jeanine Pirro about crime in D.C., what changes when prosecutors actually prosecute, how the federal component of her office plays into major cases, and why she's approaching public safety like it's the job—not a press strategy. Our Sponsors:➢Tell your lawmaker to put parents first. As Texas battles another bout of bitterly cold weather, Energy Gang looks at the lessons that one generation and transmission electric co-operative learned from Winter Storm Uri in 2021. The freeze and subsequent shock to energy prices showed providers how dangerous it can be to rely on the market alone. For Rayburn Electric, a not-for-profit, member-owned cooperative, incurring years of power costs in just days was a catalyst for a fundamental reset of its approach to risk and resilience.Host Ed Crooks is joined by Rayburn's President & CEO David Naylor, and General Counsel Chris Anderson, to hear the story of how they rethought how the co-op could best serve its members, and implemented its new strategy. The crucial steps included a first-of-its-kind securitization for a co-op, to spread costs over decades, and a strategic pivot toward owning generation as a natural hedge for its electricity sales. The co-op bought a power plant, now called the Rayburn Energy Station, and has RES 2 in the works, to meet reliability needs amid rapid load growth. David and Chris share what changedinside the organization too, driven by the principle that ‘status quo is not company policy.' Operating exclusively within ERCOT, Rayburn provides power to approximately 625,000 Texans across sixteen counties, working collaboratively with four local distribution co-ops. Its infrastructure includes more than 265 miles of transmission lines and more than 1,000 MW of owned generation capacity, including the Rayburn Energy Station, a combined-cycle natural gas plant added to strengthen reliability after Winter Storm Uri.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, even though the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court ruling blocking certain tactics against anti-ICE agitators in Minnesota, the Trump Administration now faces a decision on focusing on deporting illegal immigrants and whether or not to retract ICE enforcement in Minnesota following the death of another protester over the weekend. Also the irresponsibility of Alex Pretti could have lead to his own demise, a breakdown of energy sources in Texas that is keeping the power grid strong after the weekend's ice storm and what the guys watched on TV while iced in. We became millionaires because someone gave us advice that shifted how we thought about building wealth. In this episode:The BiggerPockets forum post that changed my entire life (and why I still have it printed out 20 years later)Why the "bucket vs. pipeline" story from Cashflow Quadrant made me a MULTI-millionaireCraig's house hacking journey and why "living like no one else" is more than just frugalityMike's short-term rental empire and the power of getting around the right peopleCam's BRRRR breakthrough (and why it doesn't work the same way in 2026)The difference between advice that makes you a millionaire vs. advice that makes you a MULTI-millionaireWhy systems beat hustle every single timeHow to surround yourself with people who make the impossible look like a Tuesday morningThe thread throughout this entire conversation? None of this was complicated. But it required us to actually listen and implement instead of just nodding our heads.REI Summit 2026 is happening April 1–3 in Austin, Texas. With electricity prices on the rise, the future of our power grid is attracting a lot more attention. Surging demand is at the center of the story, but the power sector is also grappling with supply chain bottlenecks and aging infrastructure – all while trying to balance capacity growth with reducing emissions. This isn't just a technical challenge. Energy affordability and equity are reshaping debates about energy policy, permitting reform, and climate goals. So, what's really behind rising prices? What are the best ways to balance the need to build capacity with the interests of communities? What role can research play when it comes to steering energy policy? And what lessons can Texas teach us about all of these concerns? Today on the show, Jason Bordoff speaks with Michael Webber about the costs of energy; the challenges of permitting reform; and the need to build more energy faster. Michael Webber is a professor at the University of Texas at Austin. He's the author of multiple books on energy, including Power Trip and Thirst for Power, both of which were adapted into award-winning PBS documentary series. In addition to his academic post, Michael previously served as CTO of the venture fund Energy Impact Partners, and as chief science and technology officer at ENGIE. Note: This conversation was recorded in early December. Credits: Hosted by Jason Bordoff and Bill Loveless. Produced by Mary Catherine O'Connor, Caroline Pitman, and Kyu Lee. Welcome to this episode of the Monday Money Coaching Call. Look, it is absolutely freezing here in Austin, Texas. We are talking 18 degrees, which basically means the entire state shuts down because—let's be honest—nobody here knows how to drive on ice. So, while the roads are slick, we are chilling inside where the coffee is hot, and the deals are even hotter. If you missed our massive livestream this past Saturday, don't worry. We spent over two hours breaking down a tape of 3,067 non-performing first liens. But for today's coaching call, I wanted to peel back the onion a little further. We are doing a deep dive specifically into the remaining 200+ Texas assets. Why Texas? Because it's the fastest foreclosure state in the country, and when you combine speed with equity, you find the magic. In this episode, I'm walking you through my exact process of filtering a massive spreadsheet—hiding the columns that don't matter (looking at you, "QM Flags") and highlighting the ones that equal profit. We take a serious look at a specific asset in Tyler, Texas. This isn't just looking at numbers; we become digital detectives. We look at the borrower's emotional equity (solar panels and garden gnomes count!), the "Zillow Zombie" values, and even do a Google search that reveals the heartbreaking backstory of why the borrower likely defaulted. We also tackle the difference between chasing "Subject To" deals versus buying the Non-Performing Note. Spoiler alert: You aren't getting a massive discount on a note that is only 90 days late. We run the math on calculating yields, determining legal balances, and deciding when to aim for a re-performing note versus when to accept that a property is headed for foreclosure (like a massive upside-down property we found in Dripping Springs). In this episode, we cover:The Texas Deep Freeze: Why staying off the icy Austin roads is the best investment decision you can make today. The 3,000 Note Breakdown: A recap of the massive tape we analyzed on Saturday and where to find the remaining opportunities.Geographic Breakdown: Mapping out opportunities from the Panhandle to the Valley, including Dallas, Houston, and the Piney Woods.Spreadsheet Mastery: How to filter data efficiently—calculating estimated legal balances, equity percentages, and hiding useless columns. The Tyler, Texas Case Study: A full breakdown of a property with 82% equity, analyzing photos, tax records, and potential 17-19% cash-on-cash returns. The "Human" Element: How a simple Google search revealed a borrower's personal tragedy and how that informs our strategy.Bankruptcy & Foreclosure Plays: Analyzing a deal in Montgomery, TX involving a bankruptcy plan, and a luxury builder home in Dripping Springs that is $200k upside down.Sub2 vs. NPN: Why buying the note makes more sense than a Subject To deal when the borrower is 6+ months behind.Texas Foreclosure Trends: A look at Roddy's List and current numbers in Travis, Bexar, Dallas, and Harris counties.Look, it might be 20 degrees outside, but these yields are keeping us warm. Whether you are looking to get a borrower back on track with a modification or taking a property back in a fast foreclosure state, the opportunity is right there in the data. You just have to know how to filter for it.Make sure you grab the updated spreadsheet from the Basecamp repo (I'll add the formulas so you don't have to do the heavy lifting). This week on The Whiskey Trip Podcast, Big Chief sits down with April Weller Cantrell, widely known throughout the whiskey world as The Bourbon Baroness. A trusted voice in American whiskey and one of Big Chief's closest confidants in the industry, April brings experience, perspective, and straight shooting honesty to a conversation that is honest and deep, rooted in respect for the craft and the people behind it. In the first half of the show, Big Chief pours the new Shiner Texas Bourbon from K. Spoetzl Distillery. This single barrel release at 112 proof showcases bold Texas character and opens the door to a thoughtful discussion on grain, climate driven maturation, and where Texas bourbon fits within the broader American whiskey conversation. The second half sees the glasses change. Big Chief sips on Sazerac Rye Full Proof, digging into high proof rye spice, structure, and intensity, even hinting that this pour may have the chops to compete as a Whiskey of the Year contender. Alongside him, the Baroness pours Shakertown Spirits whiskey, offering a heritage driven counterpoint that deepens the conversation around balance, tradition, and thoughtful production. As always, this episode goes beyond tasting notes. It is about truth, perspective, and supporting the people building American whiskey the right way. At its heart, this conversation is a reminder to slow down, be present, and appreciate the moment. A shared pour becomes a pause, a reflection, and a quiet connection to something greater than ourselves. Pour a glass, settle in, and take the ride with Big Chief and the Baroness. Cheers

Kelly Jean Torres is an author, singer-songwriter, and trauma-informed storyteller whose work explores what it means to survive and heal. Raised in a web of foster care, domestic violence, addiction, and emotional neglect, Kelly grew up learning how to disappear in order to stay safe. Born in Illinois and now based in Nashville, Tennessee, Kelly's early life was shaped by instability and fear, but also by a fierce internal will to survive. Removed from her biological parents as an infant and raised in by volatile foster parents who ultimately adopted her, she learned early that love was conditional and safety was fragile. After decades of therapy, self-inquiry, and spiritual exploration, Kelly began to revisit the memories she spent a lifetime keeping at arm's length. Saving the Lost Girl is her first memoir, written with the belief that facing the past is the only way to reclaim the future. In addition to her writing, Kelly is a musician and lives with her husband and two children. Through her work, she hopes to remind others that no matter how our story began, we get to write our own ending.
