Episode 115 Jason Landry   On December 12, 2020, Twenty one year old college student Jason Landry embarked on a 165 mile road trip  from San Marcos, Texas to see his family for the holidays in Missouri City, Texas. He would never make it home. His crashed car was discovered just after midnight in Luling, Texas; an oil and ranching community that Jason was not familiar with. There was no sign of Jason. The accident seemed to be a single car accident that left Jason's car backed into a ditch. Several items of Jason's were discarded, including what appeared to be the clothes he was wearing. Even his pet fish who Jason had taken care to put into a water and take with him, was left behind on the cold night. Jason's father Kent arrived on the scene to try and figure out what had happened to his son, and he was disappointed and upset to find that no real search or investigation of what happened to Jason was happening. Soon, extensive searches would be launched, but no sign of Jason was ever found, and five years later, Jason's family is praying for answers. In this episode, Kent Landry discusses his son's puzzling case, and the massive effort that he and many other have put forward to try and find Jason. Jason Landry is described as White, standing 6ft1, and weighing about 170 pounds. He has Brown hair and eyes.  There is a $20,000 reward being offered in this case. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, Jim Verdi fills in for Mark. The FBI has arrested Brian Cole from Virginia as the suspect in the January 5-6, 2021 pipe bomb incident near the DNC and RNC, identified through forensic evidence. This case is a major scandal, as the Biden administration and FBI had this information for four years and they couldn't out it together?  This could also count as an assassination attempt of incoming VP Kamala Harris, yet nobody seems to want to talk about that. It seems that the Biden administration didn't want to find out who the pipe bomber was. This is just the start of unraveling unanswered questions rather than the end of the investigation.  Also, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in favor of Texas using its redistricting map potentially allowing the state to gain five extra seats in the midterm elections. Dissenters Kagan, Sotomayor, and Jackson argued – racism. But the redistricting was the opposite of what they alleged. Later, the latest battle in the ongoing media manipulation of the news cycle is the battle with Pete Hegseth. Democrats are pushing for Hegseth to resign or be fired by President Trump, alleging he committed a war crime during a September 2nd strike on a boat carrying drugs and two narco terrorists. Trump is fighting the drug war by taking it to the cartels and the Democrats can't stand it. Finally, Minnesota's immigration situation is a disaster that could spread nationwide. Biden administration had an unstated goal of allowing immigrants from third-world countries, particularly Somalia, to enter and take over towns, cities, and states without assimilating to American culture. Episode 4975: SCOTUS Hands Texas A Massive Victory And The Fight For Redistricting

The Manhattan Institute, a conservative think tank, released a new survey this week in an attempt to figure out who, exactly, is a Republican these days. The takeaways? Newer Republican voters are more conspiratorial, more likely to be racist and antisemitic, and more likely to support the use of political violence. And they are pulling the GOP in their direction. This trend worries South Carolina Democratic Representative Jim Clyburn, who has written a new book, “The First Eight,” about the eight Black South Carolina Congressmen who preceded him in office. All of them were Republicans at a very different time for the party. Representative Clyburn became the ninth Black Congressman from the state when he was elected in 1992 – nearly a century after the last of the First Eight served in office. Today's Headlines: Federal investigators finally arrested a suspect in the January 6th pipe bomb case — 30-year-old Brian Cole Jr. — though AG Pam Bondi says they still don't know the motive and didn't get any new tips. Meanwhile, pardoned J6 defendant Taylor Taranto popped up near Rep. Jamie Raskin's house, prompting another bump in security during what's starting to feel like a never-ending wave of threats. The DOJ is also trying to re-indict Letitia James and James Comey after their earlier cases collapsed thanks to the administration forgetting you actually need legitimate prosecutors. A new grand jury declined to indict James on mortgage fraud, and the GAO has now opened an investigation into FHFA director Bill Pulte — the guy reportedly cooking up the bogus mortgage probes against Trump enemies. Trump declared he's solved war again, announcing “peace” between Rwanda and militant forces in the DRC… despite fighting still happening. Over in the real war he can't magically fix, Putin rejected the latest Ukraine peace draft after chats with Kushner & Witkoff. And according to a leaked call, European leaders warned Zelensky that the U.S. might screw Ukraine over in negotiations.
