Reposted from Still Slaying: A Buffy-verse podcast which you can find at Still Slaying: a Buffy-verse podcast | Podcastica. Fun, in-depth talk about great TV. “That's the funny thing about hope. Nobody else gets to decide if you feel it. That choice belongs to you.” Penny, Kara and Karen celebrate all things HUNTR/X, talking through the three main characters, the allure of the Saja Boys, the powerful draw of the music, the fun choreography, finding community through shared fandom, inspiring creativity in fans, the deeper meanings hidden behind the bright colors and banging tunes and the power of love in original content. The discussion touches on neurodivergence, generational trauma, the value of a layered film that families can watch and enjoy together (co-viewing), cultural appropriation, K-pop and K-pop culture, Motown and factory music systems, soft power, K-Dramas, voice acting, gender in fandoms, bad boy appeal, shame, toxic fandom, and the intersection of art and commerce.          Next time we'll be talking about Buffy, Season 4, Episode 14, “Goodbye, Iowa.” Keep Slaying! The Second Phase Podcast - Personal Branding & Brand Marketing and Life Strategies for Success for Female Entrepreneurs

Can Christians and anxiety go hand in hand? The answer is a resounding yes. Christians and anxiety often go hand in hand. Not because of a lack of faith, but because we live in a broken world in which many things can impact mental, physical, and spiritual health. 400th Episode Friends, I cannot believe this is the 400th episode. When I set out to start the podcast five and a half years ago, I thought I'd share stories of women and men reinventing themselves as entrepreneurs and starting their second phase. My idea quickly morphed into something more. Not only did I want to inspire others to follow their values, visions, and passions and discover a purpose greater than themselves, but I also wanted to help guide them in this pursuit. Because so much of my focus was on building a business, naturally, the content we created became more about business growth advice and stories of success. We added small doses of faith, mental health, mindset, and wellness to round out the content. As I was thinking about what to do in celebration of this episode, because I think it is a big deal to make it this far, someone sent me an email. The email was in response to an email I sent about using journaling as a tool to navigate anxiety. It read: I don't get anxiety, period, if one is of faith in Jesus Christ! Goodbye. The old me would have quickly hit return and tried to convince him that having faith doesn't mean you will never have anxiety. But instead, I thought, 'No, he said goodbye, which made me chuckle; let him go.' People like him cannot be convinced, and it isn't my job to change his perspective. Instead, I decided to take advantage of his lack of understanding to create content that could help many. The combination of Christians and anxiety does not have to cause shame. A perspective like his can cause a person who loves Jesus to feel shame over experiencing anxiety. No one needs an additional reason to feel shame. Living life as a human can result in enough shame, especially when experiencing brain health challenges. I wonder, as I'm writing this, what your thoughts are? Can one be a Christian and have anxiety? My thoughts are that as humans, we are not perfect. We are subject to human dysfunctions mentally, physically, and spiritually. Christians get diabetes. They get cancer, heart disease, autoimmune diseases, and neurological diseases. And yes, Christians experience mental health challenges too. We are not divine; therefore, we can be afflicted by ailments, illnesses, and diseases. To judge a Christian because they have a disease or ailment is simply unkind and results in shame. The key, for Christians and everyone, is to lean into Christ and our faith to navigate anxiety. When we put all of our trust in earthly solutions, we risk idolatry and anxiety rising. Proverbs 17:3 reminds us, "The crucible is for silver, and the furnace is for gold, and the Lord tries hearts." As heat refines gold and silver, God purifies us through challenging experiences such as anxiety and emotional chaos in our lives and relationships. Having anxiety isn't a punishment. If we choose, we can use it as a way to grow closer to God and allow Him to sanctify and purify us. Read the full show notes and access all links. There was a day when you found yourself in a strange situation and you did the best you could. Before you knew it, you were walking through it.You noticed a patch of wildflowers. You made a friend.Darkness fell. You saw an eye rise into the sky and believed it to be the moon. But now you know it was the eye of God, watching to see what you would do.With one of his eyes, he watches the world. With his other eye, he watches you.You kept walking.A ravine led to a stream and that stream led to a river. That first river led to a much broader river.Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn invited you onto their raft. You had an adventure. And then you had your heart broken.Got sick and recovered.Had a stroke of luck. Stretched it as far as you could. You closed your eyes as you clicked the heels of your ruby red slippers and said, “There's no place like home, there's no place like home, there's no place like home.”When you opened your eyes, you knew that home wasn't there anymore. The sun had risen while you were away, and home had evaporated into that thin blanket of warm air that wraps our bountiful earth. That was the day when you started looking forward and quit looking backAnd that is how you came to be where you are.The story that I have told you about yourself is the story of every successful business owner I have ever known. One of my business partners sent me a text at 3:37 this morning. It was a long and fascinating story that she wrote several years ago. This is how it begins.“Tomorrow, I leave the trailer park for good. I can never come back. None of us can. So I'd like to reminisce a little with some of my favorite memories of the place that I've called home for so many years. They make me smile…”The middle of her story is a delightful account of the all the crazy adventures she had with her companions on the log raft as it floated down the river of her youth. But it was the ending of her story that made it precious.“The giant trees were the big-top under which we conducted our circus of crazy. Here we created our own reality, full of unforgettable characters and ghetto fabulous adventures. No one could touch us. We lived in the middle of town, but existed in our own world. No matter what happened “out there,” we could always come home, be ourselves, start a fire, and connect. We were safe. We were a family. For years the echoes of our laughter have bounced off the old trees that have always shaded us. I like the think that the vibrations of our laughter are trapped inside the bark of those trees – that if you were to put your ear up to one of them, you could still hear the crackling of the fire and the cackling of our laughs. It's been one hell of a ride. I'm sad to leave, but I can't wait to see what comes next.Goodbye trailer park, hello world.”Today my partner lives in a sun-drenched house with a beautiful garden that overlooks the ocean.I've never been there, but I've seen the photos. She is a remarkable ad writer.Roy H. I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Friday morning, the 19th of September, 2025, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in the Book of Psalms 51:10-11: “Create in me a clean heart, O God, And renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.”Then we go to the Book of Exodus 8:15: “But when Pharaoh saw that there was relief, he hardened his heart and did not heed them, as the Lord had said.” This morning, I believe the Lord wants to speak to you and me about a hardened heart. It is such a sad thing to see, isn't it, somebody who has a hard heart? It makes that person angry, self-righteous, and makes them self-centred, causing them to lose out. Pharaoh lost out badly. The Lord gave him many opportunities to soften his heart but he did not. Eventually, it cost Pharaoh his whole nation. Do not harden your heart. I want to tell you a little story. When I was a young man and farming, I would come home for breakfast like most farmers do. We'd get up early in the morning, get the work started, everybody going, and then come in and have our breakfast. I would sit at the kitchen table in our little house and I could see out the door, and there was a little path that went up to the gate, and I would often see a salesman coming through the gate and I would observe his attitude. If he had a hardened heart, he would walk past our animals, our dogs and our cats, and push them out of the way with his foot. He wouldn't acknowledge our little children playing in the garden. Obviously, he had a lot of responsibilities and problems in his heart, but he got very little business from me. Then there would be a salesman who would come through the gate and he would see my dog and my cat. He would stop, put his briefcase down, and pat the dog. He didn't see that I was watching him, and then he would see one of my little children playing in the garden. He would go and greet them, get down on his knees, say, “What is your name, son?” Then he would say, “Where is your daddy?” “No, he is in the house.” Then he would walk into the house, and obviously, he got all of the business. Today, soften your heart. I know you have been through a lot of tests. People have let you down, people have hurt you, but Jesus hasn't. Don't be like Pharaoh and throw it all away because of your hardened heart. Today soften your heart and the Lord bless you immensely.God bless you and have a wonderful day,Goodbye.

I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Thursday morning, the 18th of September, 2025, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in the Gospel of Matthew 26:14-16:”Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests and said,” What are you willing to give me if I deliver Him to you?” And they counted out to him thirty pieces of silver. So from that time he sought opportunity to betray Him.” This morning the Lord has laid on my heart to share with us the word, ”Betrayal.” I don't think there's anything worse, is there? I looked up the Oxford dictionary to find out the meaning of this word. It says, “To be disloyal to someone, to be unfaithful, to breach trust. Deception, double-dealing, stab in the back, sell out, double cross.”I left my prayer room and I went through to the house, and my wife, Jill, was making the bed, and I said to Jill, out of the blue, ”What is the worst kind of betrayal do you think there is for a woman?” She looked at me, she said to me, ”Angus, unfaithfulness is the worst kind of betrayal,” she thinks for a woman, when a man is unfaithful to his wife. It must have really hurt the Lord Jesus Christ when the soldiers came into the garden and arrested Jesus but what was even worse was that Judas Iscariot said, ”I will tell you which one it is, out of the disciples, when I kiss Him.” He came and he kissed Jesus on the neck, the utmost betrayal. That's a very hard thing to come back from. Now you might be saying, ”But how can we counteract that? How can prevent that from happening?” Well, I want to tell you a couple of simple things that we employ here at Shalom Ministries. Number one is accountability. There are no lone rangers in the Kingdom of God. There are no one-man shows. We are a team. I have got five men that I am responsible to. I have asked them to mentor me, to guide me and to watch over me. I cannot make my own decisions. I can go to them and say, ”This is what I believe the Lord has said”, and they will pray about it and give me their counsel. It gives me a lot of peace in my heart. When you go out, young man, young lady, to go out and tell people about the Lord, you go out two by two. “Why?” You ask - because that's the way the Lord did it. He sent the disciples out two by two so the one could watch the other one's back. I want to say to young people, when you're dating, don't go out on your own, go out with a group of people. The devil is a liar and a thief. That's what he did to Judas Iscariot. Judas went on his own and betrayed the Lord. If you're in business, always have a double signature. Be prepared for someone else to stand up for you when you make a decision and ultimately ask yourself the question, "What would Jesus do?" and then do it.God bless you and have a wonderful day, Goodbye

In his literary biography, Philip Roth: Stung by Life (Yale UP, 2025), Steven J. Zipperstein captures the complex life and astonishing work of Philip Roth (1933–2018), one of America's most celebrated writers. Born in Newark, New Jersey—where his short stories and books were often set—Roth wrote with ambition and awareness of what was required to produce great literature. No writer was more dedicated to his craft, even as he was rubbing shoulders with the Kennedys and engaging in a spate of famous and infamous romances. And yet, as much as Roth wrote about sex and self, he viewed himself as socially withdrawn, living much like an “unchaste monk” (his words). Zipperstein explores the unprecedented range of Roth's work—from “Goodbye, Columbus” and Portnoy's Complaint to the Pulitzer Prize–winning American Pastoral and The Plot Against America. Drawing on extensive archival materials and over one hundred interviews, including conversations with Roth about his life and work, Zipperstein provides an intimate and insightful look at one of the twentieth century's most influential writers, placing his work in the context of his obsessions, as well as American Jewishness, freedom, and sexuality. Interviewee: Steven J. Zipperstein is the Daniel E. Koshland Professor in Jewish Culture and History at Stanford University. I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Wednesday morning, the 17th of September, 2025, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in the Book of Exodus 7:1: “So the Lord said to Moses: “See, I have made you as God to pharaoh,…” What a responsibility to be God's mouthpiece, but oh, friends, isn't that the case with you and me today? When we speak to people in a fallen world, people who see us as followers of Jesus, when we speak they perceive that the words you and I are speaking are from God. What a great responsibility we have! Then we go to the Book of John 8:10-11:”When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no-one but the woman , He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no-one condemned you?” She said, “No-one Lord.” And Jesus said, “Neither do I condemn you; Go and sin no more.” - The words of our beloved Saviour. Now, you and I need to speak the same way. We are not here to condemn people because people who live in glass houses don't throw stones, do they? That's a fact, but our counsel, our words, must be sweet because one day we might have to eat them, and that's not a joke, is it? I want to tell you a little story about a dental student from Central Africa. This happened a few years ago. He wrote me a heartbreaking letter to say, “Uncle Angus, I have been studying at university. I am in my final year but I can't take it anymore. It is too much for me, I am not getting through it. I am really wanting to give up. What should I do?” I wrote back to him. I said, “Young man, press on. The Bible tells you in Philippians 4:13, that you can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens you.” I never heard from him again for another six months and then I got a beautiful email written and it was the dental student. “Uncle Angus, I want to tell you that I took your advice (God's advice) and I pressed through and I passed my degree.” Signed Dr…, and he put his name there.Oh folks, this is an opportunity that you and I have to be God's mouthpiece. It is a very, very serious responsibility. You cannot condone sin. If there is a couple living together out of wedlock, tell them they must get married if they want a blessing on their marriage. Tell a young man not to get into debt. If you are borrowing more than you own, you're in debt. Don't do that. God doesn't want you to do that. Sometimes we are unpopular for that kind of advice, but we need to do it if we are going to be God's mouthpiece, for the sake of those who Jesus died for. God bless you and have a wonderful day,Goodbye.

I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Tuesday morning, the 16th of September, 2025 and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in the Book of Isaiah 40:8:“The grass withers, the flower fades, But the word of our God stands forever.” Isn't that beautiful? Isn't that authority? Isn't that direction? In this troubled world we need direction. We need the comfort of authority. Then we confirm the Word in the New Testament in the Book of Mark 13:31: “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.” The Lord puts His word above His name. There is nothing in the universe that is more powerful than the Word of God. You know what it says in John 1:1: ”In the beginning was the Word…” Jesus puts His word above everything else. You can bank on it. You can't bank on much else, can you? But the sad thing is that some theologians will tell us that the Word of God is just a book, a guideline on how to live life. So sad, but those same people have no authority in their lives, nothing. They have no vision, they have no definite opinion. When young people come and ask them a question, like for example, “Can we sleep together before we get married?” According to the Bible, we can't and if we do, we are fornicators, and (unrepentant) fornicators are not going to Heaven. We need direction like never before. It needs to be critical. You see, when we take the word of God literally as coming from the Lord, that brings law and order into the home. So when mom and dad are having an argument about something, and we all do, don't we? Go to the word. What does the Bible say about the issue? And you stand on that. It is not about opinions, it is about the Bible. The Bible gives us moral principles. The Bible tells us what we can do and what we can't do. Now, we are not talking about being bound by the law. If anybody knows about the freedom of grace, it is me. Undeserved loving kindness, unmerited favour - that is what grace is, but we need the word of God for our security, our comfort. You will never see me in a photo without my Bible. It is Jesus in print! How many times have I told you, when somebody asks you, “Where is this Jesus you are always talking about?” Give them a Bible. Oh folks, people love the word. It brings security. So, today spend time reading your Bible and that will give you direction for your future. Jesus bless you and have a wonderful day,Goodbye.

Goodbye summer, hello September! I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Thursday morning, the 11th of September, 2025, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in Psalm 81:10. The Lord says, “Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.” Then we go to Jeremiah 1:6: “Then I said “Ah, Lord God! Behold I cannot speak, for I am a youth.”God equips the men and women that He calls to do His work for Him. I don't often give a Thought For Today a title, but today I believe the Lord wants me to do that, and we would call this particular Thought For Today, “Speak Up”. Like never before, we need to, as believers, speak up. We need to tell people about Jesus Christ. That's exactly what happened with Moses. The Lord told Moses to go to Pharaoh and tell him to let His people go. He said, “But I can't speak. I am not a man of eloquent speech.” He had a stutter; he couldn't speak properly, but the Lord said that He would give him the ability to speak and what a statesman he became! Many people say the greatest statesman that has ever walked on the earth was Moses, greater than any president of any country, because he opened his mouth and God filled it.The key for you and me is found in John 15:7, which says:”If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.” It's God's words in our mouths that will do the job. We are only a conduit pipe. That's all we are, and the Lord uses us and speaks through us.Robert Murray McShane, that wonderful Scottish preacher. A young man who died at the age of about 29 years old. He said, ”Rather than have been an instrument of the Lord, all I was, was an adoring spectator.” I can tell you and confirm that. Many a time I've stood on the platform and looked out at a massive crowd of tens of thousands of people and I felt myself standing next to myself, if that makes any sense, and God speaking through me. The first sermon I ever preached in my life was in the main street of Greytown. I had prepared that message for about six weeks. I stood up there for the first time in my life. The minister was standing next to me. He said, ”Don't worry, Angus, if you can't finish it off, I'll do it for you.” But he didn't have to. I opened my Bible, page one, said good morning to everybody, and I turned over page one and there was nothing there! I had left the notes somewhere. I had lost them and I had page fifteen (which was the benediction). That was the day that the Lord said, ”Are you going to do this by faith or not?” Well, I said, ”Yes Lord, by faith.” And the rest is history. Today, remember if God has called you, He will equip you.Jesus bless you and have a wonderful day, Goodbye.

TBLS EP 591 Introduction and show info (0:00) The hosts, Brian Beckner and Ed Daily, introduce themselves and the show, noting that it's episode 591 and "seems like just yesterday we did 500." They confirm that the show is likely to end on December 31st of this year. They also provide contact information: "mailbag at the baller lifestyle.com" for emails, a phone number for voicemails, and a reminder to subscribe to their Patreon for bonus content. Michigan Football and Biff Pogge (1:05) The hosts discuss the suspension of Michigan's coach, which they assume is related to the "whole Connor Stallions thing." They are surprised to learn that Biff Pogge is the interim coach for the next two games, recalling him from a previous podcast episode and describing him as a "blast from our past." A discussion of past podcasts (3:08) The hosts lament never getting around to doing their NFL preview for the season. They reflect on the increasing shortness of their shows and joke about the pre-show routine involving Brian eating half a watermelon, which he says "is my pre-show snack ritual." People who died this week (4:23) The hosts list several people who have recently passed away: Cigar Kundu (4:23), a 22-year-old YouTuber from Bangladesh who died after slipping and falling into a waterfall. Ken Dryden (6:08), a "six-time Stanley Cup-winning goaltender" for the Montreal Canadiens. Davey Johnson (6:52), "the 86 Mets manager." George Raveling (7:48), a Hall of Fame basketball coach who famously secured the original copy of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech, which is now on display in a museum. Graham Green (9:05), an actor known for his role in Dances with Wolves. Sports stories (11:25) The hosts discuss a series of bizarre sports events: A Missouri fan at the Kansas game "just kinda walks onto the field and kicks a field goal at the Kansas sideline" out of spite. A Phillies fan who loudly demanded a home run ball from a man and his son, which Brian describes as "a disgusting example of fandom." The controversy surrounding Laura Rutledge's "burner account" on X (formerly Twitter), which she allegedly used to "defend her husband." Miscellaneous topics (16:35) They talk about James Dolan, the New York Knicks owner, who allegedly "digitally edited his own face onto a munchkin in a Wizard of Oz show" for the Sphere. They also mention a story about the Clippers getting a "ridiculous tree-planting donation that's tied to their salary cap," which they joke is a "weird, weird scandal." Voicemails (20:30) They attempt to play listener voicemails but are hampered by technical difficulties. Brian notes, "The voicemails are not working, which they never do." Ed also gives an update on his injured toe, saying he had to "pop it back in" after it was dislocated. More voicemails and a Christmas mug (23:05) They successfully play voicemails from "Katie Shady" and "LSU." Brian shares a story about seeing a man "drinking from a Christmas mug in September." Conclusion (25:07) The hosts wrap up the episode. Ed brings up his "half birthday," which is coming up this week on September 11th. Brian thanks the listeners and signs off, stating, "My name is Brian Beckner. This has been episode number 591 of the Ball Lifestyle podcast. We will see you next week. Goodbye."

I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Tuesday morning, the 9th of September, 2025, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in the Book of Psalms 118:22:”The stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.” Then we go to the Gospel of Matthew 21:42: “Have you never read in the Scriptures” (Jesus said) “the stone which the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.” Jesus is the cornerstone in our lives. Without Him, we will not stand. When you build a house or any building, look at any builder, he will always put up the corners first and then fill in the flat walls joining to the corners. If he tries to build a flat wall first, it will fall over. It cannot stand. Jesus is our chief cornerstone!I looked up the Oxford dictionary to find out the literal meaning of the word, “cornerstone”, and this is what it says: a stone that forms the base of a corner of a building joining two walls. Another explanation is: an important quality or feature on which something is based. If your faith is not based on Jesus Christ, it will not stand, it will fall and that is a fact.Your marriage, young lady, young man. If Jesus Christ is not going to be the cornerstone of your marriage, it will fall over, it will not last. Your future, young person, if it's not based on the Chief Cornerstone, which is Jesus Christ it will fail. It will be rejected, it will fall, because as soon as the winds come, the tribulation, the hardship, the stress, the blood, the sweat, the tears - as soon as that comes, it will collapse if it is not based on a strong cornerstone which is Jesus Christ.Today, make Him the cornerstone of everything you do. He must be your very hope and then you've got something you can build on.God bless you and have a wonderful day, Goodbye.

He's giving us a new approach to ground transportation. Our listeners are the real experts on this crew.Next, Listener Jessie is asking about the real-world situation with the fire recovery in SoCal—it's a topic the news has been ignoring. Brian is on the ground and will give you an honest update…and it's mostly not great. Our listeners are truly the best part of the show, so please send in your questions to: brian@TheJourneyIsTheReward.org.  After that, Listener Lu wants to know a topic that has us fired up: the Airline Reporting Corporation selling our data to the US Customs and Border Protection. You can probably guess how Micah and Brian feel about that one.For the main segment, Micah will interview Captain Dana from Acme Airlines again. Captain Dana was back up in Maine so Micah took the time out of his busy schedule to interview Captain Dana after they finished a wonderful meal at Becky's Diner.  We are sure it was much better than airline food! And as always, our ears are blessed by the utterly soul-stirring, goosebump-inducing sounds of the Madalitso Youth Choir! Their Welcome and Goodbye songs, recorded straight from the Royal Livingston Hotel in Zambia, are pure magic.

I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Saturday morning, the 6th of September, 2025, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We start in the Book of Exodus 3:11: ”But Moses said to God, “Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should bring the children of Israel out of Egypt?” Then we go straight to the Book of Isaiah 6:8: “Whom shall I send and who will go for Us?” Maybe the Lord is speaking to you this morning, and to me, and He's saying that He wants us to keep on keeping on. He wants us to tell people about the soon-coming King. Jesus Christ is not coming soon, He's on His way I tell you! You've heard me saying that many times, and it's true. Folks, God used Moses. Moses was a shepherd, that's right. Yes, he had been in Pharaoh's court, but because he was a murderer, he ran for his life and ended up looking after his father-in-law's sheep, and yet the Lord called him to set the people of Israel free. The Lord uses whoever puts their hand up. Jesus Christ used fishermen, tax collectors, and tentmakers to do His bidding. “Why?” you ask. It's a good question. I've asked myself that question many times before. “Lord, why do You use nobodies?” I believe it is because He will not share His glory with any man. So when a man like Moses puts his hand up, or a man like Peter or Paul the apostle, or Matthew the tax collector, and they start to work for God and God uses them powerfully, people will say, ”It wasn't that man, that must have been God in that man.”I think of D.L. Moody, one of the greatest evangelists of all time. Do you know that he couldn't even speak properly? Do you know, he had no education? He was a shoe salesman. I think of C H Spurgeon, the prince of preachers, is what they call him - never went to Bible College in his life, spoke with a very broad English accent, an incredible man. At the age of twenty-one years old, they built the London Tabernacle for him to seat ten thousand people. Then what about Billy Graham? His only ambition, as a teenager, was to be a professional baseball player, but that man has touched millions around the world. He was a dairy farmer's son.Today, don't despise the call that God has put on your life. You might be living in a nursing home, you might be in a school hostel in some boarding school, you might be an airline pilot. Jesus wants to use you today to set His people free. Just keep telling them what Jesus means to you. Remember, it's Christ in you, the hope of glory!Jesus bless you and have a wonderful day,Goodbye.

As Sarah makes room in her life for new endeavors (if you're in the UK area, be sure to subscribe to her mailing list for future in-person events), Stef will still be a voice in your ear under the Life After Diets name...for now.  To stay in touch with Stef and Sarah, you can use the following links: Connect with Stefanie Michele, Binge Eating & Body Image Coach; Somatic Therapist Website – www.iamstefaniemichele.com Instagram – www.instagram.com/iamstefaniemichele Substack - www.substack.com/@iamstefaniemichele Connect with Sarah Dosanjh, Author & Psychotherapist Website – www.thebingeeatingtherapist.com Instagram – www.instagram.com/the_binge_eating_therapist YouTube – https://www.youtube.com/c/TheBingeEatingTherapist Sarah's book I Can't Stop Eating is available on Amazon We sincerely appreciate everyone who has been a part of the Life After Diets community, whether that meant listening in your car on the way to work, playing an episode while out on a walk, or having us on in the background as you moved through the everyday routines of your life. However you found us, however often you tuned in, we don't take it lightly. It has meant so much to know that our voices have traveled alongside you, that the conversations we've had together have been part of your own reflections and your own stories. We created this podcast hoping it would feel like company. A place to come back to when you needed it. Knowing that so many of you did just that has been a gift beyond what we imagined.
