The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- Venezuela autocrat Nicolas Maduro has been “elected” to his third consecutive six-year term as president. According to reports, Maduro won 51% of the final vote though there were, unsurprisingly, numerous irregularities which have led many to question the legitimacy of the results. Notably, the Biden-Harris administration limited sanctions on Venezuela and the Maduro regime in exchange for fair elections. It certainly doesn't seem like policy worked. 3:10pm- Kamala Harris' Prosecutorial Failures: In 2019, Vice news wrote “Jamal Trulove...was wrongfully convicted of murder and sentenced to 50 years to life in prison, despite no physical evidence linking him to the crime. Trulove recalls then San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris ‘showed up at the two most pivotal times…she wanted to be present for a celebration of a conviction.' He was eventually exonerated and freed after over six years in prison, and won $13.1 million from the city of San Francisco.” You can read more here: https://www.vice.com/en/article/3azy98/kamala-harriss-office-sent-this-innocent-man-to-prison-now-hes-voting-for-her 3:15pm- While appearing on Fox News with Trey Gowdy, former Democrat Presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard explained that Kamala Harris is more dangerous than Joe Biden—because she is an “ideologue.” 3:20pm- Packing the Supreme Court: In a newly recirculated clip, Kamala Harris says she is open to expanding the size of the Supreme Court. 3:30pm- Democrats have unveiled a new line of attack to hammer Republican Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance—“he's weird!” Governor JB Pritzker (D-IL), Governor Gretchen Whitmer (D-MI), Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-CA), and Congresswoman Barbara Lee (D-CA) all echoed the same criticism of Vance while appearing on television over the weekend. 3:45pm- Tommy Pigott—Strategic Communications Director for the Republican National Committee—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Kamala Harris' past pledge to ban fracking. How will that impact her campaign in Pennsylvania specifically? Plus, a new Washington Post story warns that it could take days for Pennsylvania to declare a winner in the presidential race. 3:55pm- Secret Service Security Failures: Haley Willis, Aric Toler, David A. Fahrenthold, and Adam Goldman write: “Nearly 100 minutes before former President Donald J. Trump took the stage in Butler, Pa., a local countersniper who was part of the broader security detail let his colleagues know his shift was ending. ‘Guys I am out. Be safe,' he texted to a group of colleagues at 4:19 p.m. on July 13. He exited the second floor of a warehouse that overlooked the campaign rally site, leaving two other countersnipers behind. Outside, the officer noticed a young man with long stringy hair sitting on a picnic table near the warehouse. So at 4:26 p.m., he texted his colleagues about the man, who was outside the fenced area of the Butler Fair Show grounds where Mr. Trump was to appear. He said that the person would have seen him come out with his rifle and ‘knows you guys are up there.' The countersniper who sent the texts confirmed to The New York Times that the individual he saw was later identified as the gunman.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/07/28/us/politics/trump-shooting-thomas-crooks-secret-service.html

It has also sparked a Senate investigation. Google users were surprised to discover that the search engine's ‘Autocomplete' was apparently omitting suggested results related to the assassination attempt against Donald Trump.” Nesi continues: “Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) took to social media to express outrage about the omission, saying he planned to make an ‘official inquiry' into the Mountain View, Calif., company this week.” You can read the full article here: https://nypost.com/2024/07/28/us-news/google-omitting-trump-assassination-from-autocomplete-feature/ 4:15pm- While appearing on CBS News' Face the Nation, House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Michael McCaul said that Thomas Crooks—the shooter at former President Donald Trump's Butler, PA rally—intended to create a diversion by detonating two bombs in his car. 4:30pm- New York Times Questions Whether Kamala Can Get Back to the Center: Reid J. Epstein of The New York Times writes: “When she ran for president the first time, Kamala Harris darted to the left as she fought for attention from the Democratic Party's liberal wing. After she dropped out, social and racial justice protests swept across the country in the summer of 2020, and Ms. Harris joined other Democrats in supporting progressive ideas during what appeared to be a national realignment on criminal justice. One presidential cycle later, with Vice President Harris less than a week into another race for the White House, video clips of her old statements and interviews are being weaponized as Republicans aim to define her as a left-wing radical who is out of step with swing voters… ‘The archive is deep,' said Brad Todd, a Republican strategist and ad maker who is working with David McCormick, the G.O.P. Senate candidate in Pennsylvania, among other campaigns. ‘We will run out of time before we run out of video clips of Kamala Harris saying wacky California liberal things. I'm just not sure that the rest of this campaign includes much besides that.'” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/07/29/us/politics/kamala-harris-2020-positions.html 4:45: The Carpet Doesn't Match the Drapes: What the hell did former U.S. Congressman Patrick Murphy just say on Fox News? 5:05pm- In the week since President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 presidential race and selected Kamala Harris to be his successor, clips have emerged of Harris advocating for some truly bizarre policies—including a ban on fracking, a mandatory gun buyback initiated via executive authority, placing a limit on red meat consumption, providing taxpayer-funded health care to undocumented migrants in the country illegally, and the complete abolition of private health insurance. Rich notes that if Democrats feel as though Harris is incapable of defeating Trump, they won't hesitate to replace her as their candidate. Currently, Harris appears to be polling slightly better than Biden had been—though, Trump still leads in most swing states as well as nationally. 5:10pm- Karens for Kamala! According to Reuters, more than 160,000 people joined a “white women for Kamala Harris” Zoom call. Independent journalist Michael Shellenberger notes, “I thought this was a joke at first but it's not: Kamala Harris' campaign is segregating its volunteers by race. While speaking on behalf of Kamala Harris' presidential campaign, Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro alleged Donald Trump intends to “use the department of justice to attack people who don't think like him.” He also inaccurately claimed Donald Trump wants to confiscate tips from waiters and waitresses, despite Trump's campaign pledge to end taxes on tips. It sounds like Shapiro desperately wants to be selected as Harris' running mate. 5:40pm- J.D. Tuccille of Reason writes: “Imagine you're a prominent ‘disinformation expert' once hired to head a government board to fight alleged untruths but unceremoniously dumped from the position when the board was dissolved amidst public outcry. Smeared oh so cruelly as the would-be chief censor of a government body tasked with policing people's speech, you sue your critics for defamation to set the record straight. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (03/04/2024): 3:05pm- In a unanimous 9-0 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states cannot bar Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump from participating in the 2024 election—and, consequently, he cannot be removed from state ballots. Only Congress, according to the Court, is capable of enforcing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, barring an individual guilty of participating in an insurrection from holding elected office. In the main opinion, the Justices write that “the Constitution makes Congress, rather than the States, responsible for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates…The Constitution empowers Congress to prescribe how those determinations should be made. The relevant provision is Section 5, which enables Congress, subject of course to judicial review, to pass ‘appropriate legislation' to ‘enforce' the Fourteenth Amendment…The ‘patchwork' that would likely result from state enforcement would ‘sever the direct link that the Framers found so critical between the National Government and the people of the United States' as a whole.” You can read the court's full decision here: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2024/03/04/us/supreme-court-ruling-trump-colorado.html 3:15pm- After the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states cannot bar Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump from appearing on ballots, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) appeared on CNN announcing that—with the help of Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA)—he is working on a new strategy to bar Trump from 2024 ballots. 3:20pm- Charlie Savage of The New York Times writes: “In criticizing the majority for unnecessarily dismissing other potential ways federal officials might enforce Section 3 besides a congressional statute, the three liberal justices [Sonya Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Ketanji Brown Jackson] do not specify what those alternative methods might be. But when it comes to presidents, one obvious alternative would be that when Congress meets to certify electoral college votes on the Jan. 6 after an election, lawmakers could refuse to count electoral college votes won by a candidate they deemed disqualified under Section 3—even without a statute. Justice [Amy Coney] Barrett, in her separate opinion, also says it was enough to rule that states lack the power to enforce Section 3 against presidential candidates and there was no need ‘to address the complicated question whether federal legislation is the exclusive vehicle through which Section 3 can be enforced.'” You can read more: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/03/04/us/trump-supreme-court-colorado-ballot/31379f62-f91f-57f7-a33e-37959bc68452?smid=url-share 3:30pm- While appearing on MSNBC following the Supreme Court's ruling in favor of Donald Trump, Colorado Secretary of State Jenna Griswold said that she was disappointed by the decision and that “it'll be up to the American voters to save our democracy in November.” Colorado's State Supreme Court had ruled that Trump was barred from holding office for his role in the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. 3:40pm- Zack Smith—Legal Fellow and Manager of the Supreme Court and Appellate Advocacy Program in the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling that states cannot bar Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump from state ballots. 4:05pm- A new poll from The New York Times/Sienna College shows that regardless of race, age, or gender more voters believe that former President Donald Trump's policies benefited them than did President Joe Biden's policies—40% to 18%. Perhaps most concerning for Biden, 43% of voters claim Biden's policies actively hurt them personally—only 25% said the same about Trump. You can read the full article, from Ruth Igielnik and Camille Baker, here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/04/us/politics/trump-biden-policies-help-hurt.html 4:20pm- While appearing on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo, Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) said that President Joe Biden's 2021 executive orders “opened the flood gates” at the U.S. Southern border. 4:25pm- President Joe Biden continues to insist that he has no control over the influx of migrants crossing the U.S. Southern border unlawfully. But as Rich Lowry notes in his most recent article for National Review, “Joe Biden was inaugurated on January 20, 2021. Less than two weeks later, on February 2, he issued the executive order that began the unraveling at the border in earnest. The border crisis isn't something that happened to President Biden. It's not a product of circumstances or understandable policy mistakes made under duress. No, he sought it and created it, on principle and as a matter of urgency.” Lowry continues: “The February 2 action… put on the chopping block numerous Trump policies that had helped establish order at the border, from Trump's expansion of expedited removal, to his termination of a parole program for Central American minors, to his memorandum urging the relevant departments to work toward ending ‘catch and release.' Most importantly, it went after two of the pillars of Trump's success at the border: the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), or so-called Remain in Mexico, and the safe-third-country agreements with the Northern Triangle countries that allowed us to divert asylum-seekers to Central American countries other than their own, where they could make asylum claims.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/2024/02/the-day-joe-biden-blew-up-the-border/ 4:30pm- According to the cross-tabs portion of a recent New York Times/Sienna Poll, Donald Trump is projected to win the Hispanic vote outright—45% to 43%. Equally surprising, the poll indicates that if the election were held today, Trump would win 20% of the Black vote—he won only 12% in the 2020 presidential election. 4:40pm- Philadelphia Eagles Center—and future NFL Hall of Famer—Jason Kelce announced his retirement on Monday. Kelce played 13 seasons in the NFL, earning 6 All-Pro selections and winning Super Bowl LII. 4:50pm- In a new editorial in The Wall Street Journal, Micahel Buschbacher and Taylor Meyers write: “The Biden administration is reviewing California's plan to ban the sale of new gasoline-powered cars by 2035. To get federal approval, California claims it ‘needs' this ban to prevent harm to public health from particulate matter—airborne particles like dust, dirt and soot. But banning gasoline cars would do little to reduce particulate emissions, and it could even increase them. That's because new gasoline cars are very clean. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, cars emit only about 1% of all direct fine particulate matter in California, and most of those emissions come from older models. The newer gasoline cars that California wants to ban will often have particulate filters that reduce emissions to below one 1/1,000th of a gram per mile driven. Where do most particulate emissions attributed to cars come from? California speaks as if their primary source is the tailpipe. That was true in the past. But today most vehicle-related particulate matter comes from tire wear. Cars are heavy, and as their tires rub against the road, they degrade and release tiny, often toxic particles. According to measurements by an emission-analytics firm, in gasoline cars equipped with a particle filter, airborne tire-wear emissions are more than 400 times as great as direct exhaust particulate emissions.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/electric-cars-emit-more-soot-california-ban-gas-powered-vehicles-521b29e3?mod=opinion_lead_pos7 5:00pm- J. Almost all of my show prep went out the window today after Hunter Biden pulled his latest stunt on the House Oversight Committee. For those who didn't catch it, just as the committee was holding the debate over whether or not to hold Hunter Biden in contempt for the stunt he pulled in December by not showing up as required by subpoena, he walked into the proceeding. He literally walked into his own contempt of Congress hearing. He believes he is above the law and above reproach and enjoyed making a mockery of the proceeding. He did make a glaring error by telling a Fox News reporter as he was retreating from the building that most people pickup the phone when their dad calls. Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) called out the stunt and said Hunter should be immediately arrested. Here is where I have to remind the audience that there isn't a contempt of Congress charge, yet. That's why they were meeting. If they pass it (which I believe they will), it then has to go to the DOJ for them to process and decide if they will follow through on an arrest. Let's see just how fairly AG Merrick Garland and the Democrats play this as opposed to January 6 subpoena subjects who were found in contempt. Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL) made some great points about how committees work, what Rep. Jaime Raskin (R-CA) stated when it related to January 6 and how Article 1 Section 6 of the Constitution works. He also stated the Florida Democrat representative Jared Moskowitz helped facilitate the Hunter Biden stunt, much like Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) aided and abetted Hunter with his first stunt back in December. Of course, Moskowitz, when asked by MSNBC, denied it, but praised Hunter for his performance and suggested Republicans should have been prepared for his bit of theater. Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) put forth an articulate explanation for why Hunter should not be allowed to consider himself like a prince and outside the laws of the United States. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) said much the same, but in a less subtle way. Happening in a separate hearing, a call to see if Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas can be placed under an impeachment inquiry. Rep. Clay Higgins (R-LA) asked for their expert witnesses to give their thoughts and they each said Mayorkas should be impeached. You may have missed it, but Ray Epps, a J6 provocateur and a long believed Fed asset was sentenced yesterday. Oh, he's not going to serve any jail time. Nope. Just a small fine and some community service. Just go ahead and confirm he is a Fed without using those words. By way of comparison, we look at a sentencing today of an independent journalist who was at the Capitol on January 6. It seems our justice system hands out sentences based on whether or not you are in support of the official state narrative or if you are trying to get to the truth. Truth tellers are being shown, the First Amendment will not apply and they will be met with much more harsh sentencing. Today opens with a question as to whether Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) aided and abetted the commission of a crime by helping to setup the Hunter Biden press stunt, before he took off and chose to ignore the congressional subpoena? It's a legitimate concern and at the very least rises to the level of a ethics problem in the House. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) weighed in on the stunt and then on the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. According to Donalds, Joe Biden is, at the very least, a co-conspirator in violating FARA or the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Even CNN”s Phil Mattingly knows Biden and the White House have shifted the goal post numerous times when it comes to knowledge of Hunter Biden's business dealings. White House spokesman Ian Sams, disputed Mattingly, gas-lighting him and the rest of the country with a smile on his face. We next move to a CNN town hall yesterday in Iowa. The point of a town hall, supposedly, is to learn more about a candidate. Unfortunately for Vivek Ramaswamy, the hostess of the town hall thought she was there to win a debate, rather than let the candidate speak. This all centers around Ramaswamy's comments about J6 looking like an inside job with possible government entrapment. The back and forth is a bit infuriating, but is highly illustrative on both how to conduct yourself as a Constitutional candidate and why the Legacy/mainstream media is not worth listening to at all. Boston democrat Mayor, Michelle Wu, decided to throw a coloreds only holiday party and doesn't mind that she favored some races over others at tax-payer expense. To help introduce the story, I let my good buddy Jim Gossett do his best Bing Crosby impression to the tune of “White Christmas.” The more we continue to let CRT and DEI ideologies permeate our culture, the worse off we all will be as one institution after another will be doomed to fail. As we begin to close, we have two uplifting stories. The first, White House spokesperson John Kirby did an excellent job of telling a reporter that Israel is going above and beyond to avoid innocent casualties. The press just loves to regurgitate Hamas propaganda, showing us who they are and I applaud Kirby for hitting back with a dose of reality. Finally, one of the most neutral countries in the world, Switzerland, had just announced they are withdrawing all funding from UNRWA. When they discovered that the group was “teaching hate every day” and “glorifying terror against Israel,” they decided not to send them any more government funding. Now, what will it take for the United States to step up and do the same with the whole of the United Nations? Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) for having a sexual relationship with a Chinese spy during a hearing on Wednesday with President Biden's pro-migration border chief. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4 Andy Bloom—President of Andy Bloom Communications—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his latest editorial at Broad + Liberty, “Biden Plays the Blame Game.” Bloom documents the Biden Administration's instance to fault Donald Trump for everything that goes wrong. Bloom writes, “Biden has consistently blamed Trump for Covid deaths…Although largely ignored now, the Afghanistan withdrawal is one of Biden's biggest and deadliest disasters. At the time, Biden explained it was Trump's fault for making a deal with the Taliban. For some reason, THIS was the one Trump policy Biden was bound to and couldn't change. Although the last troops withdrew after the negotiated date, Biden still blamed Trump…When the Biden administration had to acknowledge that a Chinese spy balloon had penetrated U.S. airspace, they were quick to add that three prior incidents happened when Trump was president.” You can read Bloom's article here: https://broadandliberty.com/2023/03/09/andy-bloom-biden-plays-the-blame-game/ While appearing on Fox News with Larry Kudlow, former Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers Kevin Hassett revealed that buyers were willing to “step in” and purchase Silicon Valley Bank. While speaking with Senator Mark Warner (D-VA) on ABC''s This Week, host Martha Raddatz baselessly claimed the Trump Administration was responsible for the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, and MSNBC Commentator Jen Psaki have all publicly considered the idea of censoring Fox News.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (03/13/2023): 3:05pm- Following the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank, the Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation announced they will guarantee all customer deposits—even those exceeding the FDIC's standard $250,000 per depositor guarantee. According to The Wall Street Journal, “[a] senior Treasury official said the steps didn't constitute a bailout because stock and bondholders in SVB and Signature wouldn't be protected.” Silicon Valley Bank had been the 16th largest bank in America with an estimated $175 billion in deposits, but after losing billions investing in long-term assets, customers attempted to withdraw an estimated $42 billion in deposits resulting in the bank's ultimate collapse. Read more about SVB's collapse here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/federal-reserve-rolls-out-emergency-measures-to-prevent-banking-crisis-ba4d7f98 3:30pm- Reason's Elizabeth Nolan Brown critiques the U.S. government's decision to guarantee all deposits with no limit—writing, “[f]or one thing, banks are themselves taxpayers. And in situations like this, the many institutions who act responsibly must bear the burden of bank fees in order to inoculate less responsible actors. Besides, these fees assessed on banks don't exist in a vacuum that only burdens big businesses; banks pass on the costs of regulatory compliance to customers in a number of ways. So, the idea that the government's bailout funds come from some sort of magical pool of consequence-free money is silly.” You can read Brown's editorial here: https://reason.com/2023/03/13/everyone-is-learning-the-wrong-lessons-from-the-silicon-valley-bank-collapse/ 3:40pm- Who is to blame for the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank? On Monday, President Joe Biden blamed the Trump Administration for “rolling back” the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, a federal law designed to regulate the nation's financial services industry. However, The New York Post notes that Barney Frank—the former Congressman for whom the bill is named—was a member of the Board of Directors at Signature Bank when it collapsed over the weekend. 4:00pm- While appearing on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo, Congressman James Comer (R-KY) suggested that Silicon Valley Bank's “quest for ESG [Environment, Social, and Governance] policies” may have played a role in its collapse. 4:10pm- On Monday, President Joe Biden called the U.S. banking system “safe” and credited his administration's decisions—specifically guaranteeing all deposits at Silicon Valley Bank—for avoiding the contagion-like collapse of multiple banks. But didn't the Federal Reserve ultimately decide to bailout depositors? 4:30pm- During her acceptance speech at Sunday's 95th Annual Academy Awards, Best Actress in a Leading Role Michelle Yeoh took a shot at CNN's Don Lemon for his comments about women of a certain age being “past their prime.” 4:45pm- Dr. EJ Antoni—Research Fellow for Regional Economics in the Center for Data Analysis at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to explain the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank. Dr. Antoni debunks the Biden Administration's narrative that the Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are not bailing out depositors with taxpayer dollars. Will the decision to bailout SVB's “gross fiscal mismanagement” encourage other banks to take on risky investments, operating under the assumption that if things go wrong the federal government will step in and save the day? 5:00pm- The Drive at 5: Dave McCormick—Veteran and former Republican candidate for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his new book, “Superpower in Peril: A Battle Plan to Renew America.” How do we decouple from China and assure American hegemony? PLUS is McCormick planning to challenge three-term Senator Bob Casey Jr. (D-PA) in 2024? McCormick's book releases March 14th: https://www.amazon.com/Superpower-Peril-Battle-Renew-America/dp/1546001956 5:20pm- During his acceptance speech at Sunday's 95th Annual Academy Awards, Best Supporting Actor Ke Huy Quan told his amazing life story—from refugee to Hollywood star, exclaiming, “This is the American Dream!” 5:40pm- WHYY reporter Cherri Gregg accused Fox 29 reporter Steve Keely's crime coverage in Philadelphia of being “very harmful” and claims it “scares people.” Is even reporting on unmitigated violence now problematic? And with over 500 homicides in Philadelphia in 2022, isn't the city inherently scary? Ilhan Omar. Rep. Omar (D-MN) was voted off of the Foreign Affairs Committee on Thursday. Last week, we covered the removal of Reps. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee, which new House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) was able to do on his own. Hour 1 - Good Wednesday morning! The House committees. Last week, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) formally removed Reps. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA) from the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (commonly known as the House Intelligence Committee). McCarthy announced the move after House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) penned a letter pressing him to allow Schiff, the top Democrat on the panel, to keep his seat. McCarthy has also pledged to move Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) from her seat on House Foreign Affairs. Plus, a question about the spate of tech layoffs. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: New York Times journalist & “1619 Project” author Nikole Hannah Jones will be paid an astounding $33,350 to deliver a one-hour lecture at Fairfax County Public Library—Northern Virginia taxpayers will pay the exorbitant speaker fee. While appearing on Fox News, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo applauded Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy's decision to remove Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee. Pompeo accused Schiff of routinely leaking classified information while serving on the committee. Zeoli complains about “having” to go to a black-tie event. What a burden! While speaking with Charlie Kirk, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis endorsed Harmeet Dhillon over Ronna McDaniel for Republican National Committee Chairwoman. McDaniel has been RNC Chairwoman since 2017. Meta has restored former President Donald Trump's Facebook page. The Washington Post writes, “[b]eing reinstated to Facebook means Trump will be able to resume fundraising to his presidential campaign.”
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- According to a report from NJ.com, the New Jersey state government spent $522,000 in COVID-19 relief money on the purchase of eight SUVs used to transport Governor Phil Murphy and other state officials. Murphy's administration also spent an estimated $15 million to improve the state's prospects of hosting the 2026 World Cup. 3:10pm- Republican Dave McCormick is exploring the idea of running against U.S. Senator Bob Casey Jr. in 2024. In 2022, McCormick lost the Republican nomination for Pat Toomey's vacated Senate seat. 3:20pm- According to a report from CNN's Senior Legal Affairs Correspondent Paula Reid, the Justice Department was fully prepared to seek a warrant to search President Joe Biden's Wilmington, Delaware home had Biden's team not consented to a search. Reid emphasized that “there could be more searches.” 3:35pm- Speaking with the press on Wednesday, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) explained that Congress should have access to the classified documents discovered at President Biden's home and UPenn office. Cotton argued that it's necessary to review the documents in order to properly assess whether they could have impacted national security. Cotton also said he would like to review the classified documents discovered at Mike Pence's Indiana home. The Executive branch has not yet granted bipartisan requests for access to the aforementioned documents. 3:45pm- Remember that time when Joe Biden plagiarized a speech initially delivered by former leader of Britain's Labour Party Neil Kinnock? 4:05pm- New York Times journalist & “1619 Project” author Nikole Hannah Jones will be paid an astounding $33,350 to deliver a one-hour lecture at Fairfax County Public Library—Northern Virginia taxpayers will pay the exorbitant speaker fee. 4:30pm- While appearing on Fox News, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo applauded Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy's decision to remove Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee. Pompeo accused Schiff of routinely leaking classified information while serving on the committee. 4:40pm- Zeoli complains about “having” to go to a black-tie event. What a burden! 4:45pm- While speaking with Charlie Kirk, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis endorsed Harmeet Dhillon over Ronna McDaniel for Republican National Committee Chairwoman. McDaniel has been RNC Chairwoman since 2017. 4:50pm- Meta has restored former President Donald Trump's Facebook page. Sanchez baselessly accused DeSantis of forbidding the teaching of racism and slavery in public schools—critiquing the Governor's comprehension of American history. Ironically, Sanchez concludes his editorial by espousing the beliefs of historian Howard Zinn, a Marxist with a history of making unsubstantiated claims, and the Zinn Education Project—even revealing that he uses material from the Zinn Education Project in his lesson plans. Daniel J. Flynn of George Washington University documents Zinn's most outlandish history rewrites. For example, in “A People's History of the United States,” Zinn writes of America's founding: “certain important people in the English colonies made a discovery that would prove enormously useful for the next two hundred years. They found that by creating a nation, a symbol, a legal unity called the United States, they could take over land, profits, and political power.” Flynn notes Zinn completely rejects the idea America was founded on liberty and equality. Why is this being taught to kids in Philadelphia's public schools? 5:45pm- While delivering a speech on Thursday, President Joe Biden made a joke about people thinking he's “stupid” mere moments before forgetting the name of a Congressperson in attendance. 6:05pm- On Twitter, the Associated Press Stylebook recommended not using dehumanizing “the” labeling. The examples they provided: “the poor, the mentally ill, the French.” What? 6:10pm- Appearing on “The Midnight Miracle” podcast, comedian Dave Chappelle stated that his jokes don't incite violence—but people protesting his jokes frequently justify violence in order to get their way. 6:20pm- On Wednesday, the U.S. Senate held a hearing to determine if Live Nation Entertainment has become a monopoly. Musical artist Clyde Lawrence told Senators that Live Nation Entertainment controls the “promoter, venue, and ticketing company.” 6:30pm- President Biden's U.S. District Judge nominee Charnelle Marie Bjelkengren was unable to tell Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) what is discussed in Article II or V of the United States Constitution. 6:45pm- Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez repeatedly says she's in New York…while standing in front of the U.S. Capitol building in Washington D.C.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: On Wednesday, President Joe Biden announced that his administration will provide the Ukrainian military with thirty-one M1 Abrams tanks. Biden stated the tanks will allow Ukraine to defend itself against Russian attacks. The New York Times has reported that the tanks will “not likely arrive for many months, if not years.” However, it is believed that Germany will approve its own tanks for Ukrainian use immediately. Germany had prevented other European countries from exporting German-made tanks to Ukraine without prior U.S. approval and coordination. Rich and Matt recap Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' appearance at Philadelphia's Union League Tuesday night. Gov. DeSantis was awarded the club's highest honor—a gold medal which was first awarded to President Abraham Lincoln in 1863. Other recipients include President Dwight Eisenhower and Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. On Tuesday, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) officially removed Representatives Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee. How much money is the Biden Administration willing to spend defending Ukraine? At what point will funding the Ukraine-Russia war require Congressional approval? While speaking with MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell, Congressman Adam Schiff (D-CA) said he has never taken classified documents home but suggested, in light of Donald Trump, Joe Biden, and Mike Pence all mishandling classified material, there is a “problem” that needs to be addressed.

On Tuesday, Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) introduced the “PELOSI Act” designed to crackdown on politicians engaging in insider trading. 4:40pm- In a new Daily Wire opinion editorial, Tim Meads wonders why anyone would continue to trust high-ranking officials within the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)—citing the story of FBI agent Charles McGonigal, who investigated Trump-Russia collusion and was recently arrested for money laundering and corrupt ties with a Russian oligarch. Mead recounts several other recent instances of corruption with the bureau. 5:00pm- Dr. Victoria Coates—former Deputy National Security Advisor for Middle East and North African Affairs & Senior Fellow at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to break down the Biden Administration's decision to send thirty-one M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine. How will Russia respond to this decision? And did Germany ostensibly force President Biden to send tanks? Dr. Coates also discusses President Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents and why it's incredibly problematic—particularly when considering Hunter Biden may have had access to the files at the Biden family's Wilmington, Delaware home. 5:30pm- A report from the Government Accountability Office estimates that fraudulent lockdown-era unemployment payments very likely amount to more than $60 billion—with 7.6% of all lockdown-era unemployment payments being fraudulent. 5:35pm- Meta has restored former President Donald Trump's Facebook page. President Joe Biden's administration may bring a record 2.7 million illegal aliens to the United States-Mexico border this year, new analysis projects. A majority of likely Hispanic voters say they oppose amnesty for the nation's 11 to 22 million illegal aliens, a new poll reveals. Mike Pompeo, a former secretary of State and CIA director, on Wednesday accused Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) of leaking classified information from his former seat on the House Intelligence Committee, from which Schiff has been blocked by new Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.). House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Tuesday suggested the nature of Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA)'s “relationship with a Chinese spy” was so bad it disqualified him from sitting on the House Intelligence Committee. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Today's show looks into connecting more dots from the Hunter Biden laptop and to the classified documents that continue to be found in and around Joe Biden's private homes and offices. One email in particular, especially when looking at the chronology of events, does not seem to have been written by Hunter Biden. Thanks to the fantastic journalistic work performed by Miranda Devine of the NY Post, we can reveal how Hunter was suddenly able to demonstrate a deep and vast knowledge over the Geo-political machinations between the UK, Russia, Ukraine and the United States, especially as it relates to energy policy and sanctions. The document reads more like a classified brief created by the State Department, rather than a drug-addled brain. After all, we know Hunter was more interested in doing drugs and hiring prostitutes at this time in his life. The fact Hunter was able to send an email to his then business partner, Devon Archer, with so much detail, just three days after Archer met with VP Joe Biden, is already suspicious. Add to it, after the email, it was only six days later when Joe Biden, at the request of then President Barack Obama, went to visit Ukraine to let them know he would be the face of the administration. Then, within a month, both Devon and Hunter are added the the board of the Ukrainian energy company, Burisma. Now, let's also remind you that Joe Biden actually did commit a quid pro quo with Ukraine later when a prosecutor was looking into allegations of massive corruption at Burisma. And he bragged about it, too! He told everyone Ukraine would not get the promised $1B in aid unless the prosecutor was fired. In less than 6 hours, the prosecutor was fired. Let us also remind you of the subjects of the classified documents found at the Biden Penn Center – they were about the UK, Ukraine and Iran. Ironic coincidence, isn't it? Hunter looks like a renowned subject matter expert in UK and Ukraine just in time to land a multi-million dollar pay-to-play scheme. Even Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) sees the dots connecting pretty easily. My final comment is about my admiration of Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) sticking it to the press over his decision to not seat Adam Schiff (D-CA) or Eric Swalwell (D-CA) on the House Intelligence Committee. The way he punches back at them is a lesson more politicians need to learn and be unafraid to use with the sycophantic members of the Legacy/mainstream media. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy continues to proclaim he will remove Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee—telling members of the press that, “[i]f you had the FBI briefing I have on Swalwell, you wouldn't have him on any committee.” McCarthy also vowed to remove Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) for lying to the American public. At a press conference on Thursday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the appointment of Robert K. Hurr to investigate Joe Biden's mishandling of classified documents after leaving the Obama White House in 2017. Why wasn't Biden's home raided like Mar-a-Lago? Even members of the mainstream media are beginning to call out the White House for lack of transparency when it comes to Joe Biden's mishandling of classified information. NBC News' Kristen Welker pointed out that if not for news outlets breaking these stories, it's unlikely Biden's team would have ever made the information public. ABC's Errol Barnett and Lana Zak noted White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre seemingly refused to answer any questions directly when confronted with the issue during Thursday's press briefing. Could President Biden's mishandling of classified information impact his intention to run for reelection in 2024? CNN's Don Lemon called out Senate Leader Chuck Schumer for being “more measured” in his response to the revelation that Biden mishandled classified documents than when he learned Donald Trump had been accused of an identical transgression. Which Rep. Hank Johnson conspiracy is crazier? His claim that Guam would “capsize” if it became overpopulated OR that Republicans planted classified documents in Joe Biden's garage?

Nadales states: "From its inception, America was founded on the values of freedom and opportunity. While America didn't always live up to those values, the multiple times debunked 1619 Project is a bad-faith attempt to rewrite American history. Hulu should not be indulging woke radicals who trash our country." During the interview, Nadales also tells his amazing life story—immigrating to the United States from Mexico and briefly participating in activist organizations like Antifa before ultimately rejecting the ideology and embracing freedom of speech, unity, and American values. 4:55pm- A new contender for the craziest Hank Johnson conspiracy! She suggested that President Biden will not negotiate with Republicans over spending.
Join me for a one-on-one discussion with Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-CA 15th).
MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace played the ad for Fanone and Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA). The former cop and frequent CNN guest responded by blasting Lake. “I've gotten to know Mrs. Sicknick pretty well and I thought that was a powerful ad,” Fanone said. “She is out there, I think, trying to do what all of us are trying to do here, which is bring accountability for January 6. And, you know. I also support the fact that Kari Lake's a piece of shit, so I'm glad she did that ad.” Wallace laughed
Former Barack Obama Communications Director and Pod Save America host Dan Pfeiffer is joined by Congressman Eric Swalwell (D-CA) to break down 2022 Midterm Ads. They discuss the issues that motivate voters going into the midterm elections by breaking down Rep. Swalwell's VIRAL abortion ad, Republican Kari Lake's (Arizona) ad about the economy/inflation, and Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto's (D-Nevada) ad about Adam Laxalt and the "Big Lie."
Before I get to the meat of today's show, I did have to open with more examples of the dangers of magic-thinking on behalf of our elected (or appointed) leaders. The EU, after embracing short-sighted energy policies, are asking people to limit their use of electricity or gas in order to (where have you heard this before) flatten the curve. Chinese spy banger, Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) mocked Governor Abbott of Texas two months ago for daring to allow people to leave their thermostats unchecked. Today, he begs Californians to bend to the yoke of Governor Newsome's energy restrictions in order to avoid rolling blackouts. Magic-thinking is on full display for all to see. But, that isn't my main topic today. Because our Legacy/mainstream media is full of people who are too dumb to ask questions or to realize their own ignorance, I have to fix some grave errors surrounding yet another Biden DOJ leak. With both breathless and reckless abandon, the news is all aflutter with word of documents seized from Mar-a-Lago contain documentation of a “foreign government's nuclear capabilities.” This morning, CBS reporter Catherine Herridge, who should know better, made several grievous errors by conflating information and misrepresenting more. While doing so, if you listen carefully, the story is filled with caveats and CYA language to provide cover when they turn out to be wrong. “Unidentified sources”, “may”, “could”, “might”, “potentially”, “unconfirmed” etc… This latest leak follows on the heals of what Judge Cannon cited in her 24 page ruling as yet another reason for the appointment of a Special Master to review the seized documents and items from Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home. The leaks are designed to shape the narrative, spin the story and enlist the aid of an all-too-willing sycophantic media to run with mindless drivel. Thus, I spend a portion of the show once again explaining how the intelligence community operates and point out all of the flaws in the reporting over the latest Biden DOJ leak. As I wrap up, I refer to a piece written by Margot Cleveland in The Federalist. The piece is a nice companion to much of what I brought to all of you on yesterday's show. The story is entitled, “Special Master order reveals Biden's direct involvement in Trump raid and six other bombshells.” Granted, long-time listeners of the show will have already known most of these revelations, but it is always nice to get reinforcement from other independent writers and researchers. Ultimately, if we do not, as a nation, reject this current machination of the regime, we risk allowing it to become the “new norm” in politics. The political pendulum swings both ways and what works for Democrats today, will be decried by them tomorrow when the table are inevitably turned. Neither side should want our nation to continue down this path. Rather, we should all want and strive for a return to the fundamental roots of our Republic and the safety is secures for both the majority and, more importantly, the minority. Dr. Oz is failing the unofficial Twitter war against PA Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, the loss coming after Fetterman dunked on Oz for using the term crudite in an April video. But his campaign has a problem that goes deeper than veggie platters and NBC's Jonathan Allen joins the pod to explain why (and tells host Molly Jong-Fast about his encounter with Dennis Rodman in a cigar lounge.) Plus! Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA), frequent flyer on the pod, joins this episode to talk midterm candidates he's excited about in California and holds no punches when it comes to calling out MAGA Republicans. Of course, hosts Andy Levy and Molly also discuss a very interesting (and bad, in Molly's opinion) take that involves some sort of bargain where President Biden pardons Trump with the caveat he never runs for president again.
