Jens Hilgenberg nennt es im Gespräch lieber beim Namen, den es aus seiner Sicht verdient: „Ich habe ihn in einem Interview mal als Naturzerstörungsgesetz oder Infrastrukturgesetz zur Naturzerstörung genannt.“ Denn tatsächlich erleichtert das Gesetz vor allem den Neubau von Autobahnen und Bundesstraßen - nicht deren Sanierung. Möglich wird das über das sogenannte „überragende öffentliche Interesse“, einen Sonderstatus, der bislang existenziellen Krisen wie dem Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien vorbehalten war und jetzt auf neue Autobahnen, vierspurige Bundesstraßen, Autobahnraststätten, Flughäfen, Schienen und Wasserstraßen ausgeweitet wurde. Swantje Michaelsen berichtet aus dem Verkehrsausschuss, dass ein Staatssekretär auf ihre Frage, was denn nicht im überragenden öffentlichen Interesse liege, kaum noch etwas nennen konnte. Wie widersprüchlich das mit dem Regierungsversprechen „Erhalt vor Neubau“ zusammengeht, bringt sie an einem Beispiel auf den Punkt: „Wenn diese Bundesregierung betont, Erhalt vor Neubau, aber sie gleichzeitig innerhalb einer Woche den Spatenstich der A20 feiert, die das klimaschädlichste Projekt der ganzen Republik ist, während zwei Tage später die Bonner Nordbrücke, weil sie so marode ist, komplett gesperrt werden muss, dann hat man doch große Fragezeichen bei dieser Aussage.“ Wie groß die ökologischen Folgen sind, macht Jens Hilgenberg an Zahlen fest: „Wir haben täglich circa 11 Fußballfelder, die für Wohnungsbau und vor allem aber auch für Verkehr versiegelt werden. Das sind Lebensräume, die verloren gehen. Für immer.“ Dazu kommt die systematisch unterschätzte Klimawirkung von Autobahnneubauten - durch die Zerstörung von CO₂-Speichern wie Mooren und Wäldern, durch die „graue Energie“ beim Bau von Brücken und Tunneln und durch induzierten Verkehr. Besonders kritisch sehen meine Gäste die geplante Abschaffung der sogenannten Realkompensation: Bislang musste, wer eine Straße baute, an anderer Stelle in der Nähe tatsächlich Flächen ökologisch aufwerten - künftig reicht eine Zahlung in einen zentralen Topf, ohne Garantie, dass irgendwo wirklich ein Ausgleich stattfindet. Swantje Michaelsen zitiert dazu die Einschätzung von Naturschutzverbänden: „Es ist der größte Angriff auf Naturrecht seit Bestehen der Bundesrepublik.“ Auch das im Gesetz aufgeweichte Irreversibilitäts-Kriterium für vorbereitende Baumaßnahmen alarmiert Jens Hilgenberg: „Ein 100 Jahre alter Baum ist nicht ersetzbar. Jetzt heißt es im Gesetz, dass es einen weitgehend gleichwertigen Zustand haben soll. Jeannine Michaelsen ist Moderatorin, Comedienne und Schauspielerin. Sie ist bekannt aus: „Joko gegen Klaas – Das Duell um die Welt“, „Die beste Show der Welt“ oder „Schlag den Star“. Aufgewachsen in der Umgebung von Königswinter im Siebengebirge, begann sie nach dem Abitur 2001 an der Bühnenfachschule in Hamburg eine Ausbildung in Tanz, Gesang und Schauspiel, die sie drei Jahre später mit Auszeichnung als Diplom-Bühnendarstellerin abschloss. Irgendwann führte ihr Weg jedoch vor allem ins Fernsehen. Wir sprechen darüber, woher ihr Ehrgeiz kommt – denn sie liebt Herausforderungen. Besonders eindrucksvoll: ihr Sieg bei „Schlag den Star“ trotz Verletzung, ihr legendäres Eistauchen bei „Das Duell um die Welt“, bei dem sie, als Elsa verkleidet, zum Eisbaden musste und über zwei Minuten unter dem Eis blieb. Wo ihre Grenzen dennoch liegen, hört ihr hier. Sie spricht auch sehr gerne über gesellschaftlich relevante Themen. One of the things that immediately struck me when I first walked in was just that, the seamlessness in the storytelling as told by the design. The home sat on a plateau overlooking the Pacific Ocean with zones from outdoor cooking to one of the most amazing sunken fire pits I have ever seen. Everything had its place and was connected to each other zone for an easy and meaningful transition to the next space. Most writers, journalists and others who cover the industry don't speak enough or at all about the negative spaces that connect the feature areas. How the transitions add to the overall aesthetic, movement and functionality for the work. I love that part of the work and Anne is an absolute master in this regard.
