Hello, Kaiju Lovers! It's a full house (“full mecha”?) in today's Godzilla Redux episode on the infamous but now-popular-to-like G-film, Godzilla vs. Hedorah (aka Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster). Daniel DiManna (Godzilla Novelization Project), Ben Avery (Strangers and Aliens; Welcome to Level 7), and Matt and Gratton of Giant Monster BS all return to discuss the strangest yet arguably most auteur film in the franchise. To say it kicked off the ‘70s G-films with a strange bang would be an understatement. It's trippy imagery, bizarre monster, and psychedelic pop music all came from the mind of one Yoshimitsu Banno, who despite being rumored for years to have been told he ruined Godzilla, went on to help launch the MonsterVerse. Our panelists unpack that, the film's subtle-as-a-sledgehammer messages, its co-screenwriter Kaoru Mabuchi/Takeshi Kimura, and much, much more! Edited by Christopher Riner with Nathan Marchand.

Mylène is the eldest of three children. When she was barely a month old, her parents took her for a train ride in the Agawa Canyon. A few months later, she went hunting with them. And that's how her childhood unfolded. If Mom and Dad wanted to do an outdoor activity, the girls would always follow, learn and discover. Mylène quickly became passionate about all the activities she could practice OUTSIDE. During the winter, she will take as many snowmobile rides as she can depending on her busy schedule. Since she loves to discover new spots, she often prefers to go off-trail than to follow the beaten track. All the elements surrounding a good day of ice fishing bring her so much satisfaction: starting the fire in the wood stove, drilling the holes in the ice, breathing in the fresh air, getting the sun to warm up her face… and let's not forget the great taste of the fish, cooked over an open fire. And to reenergize, she finds that there's nothing better than snowshoeing in the woods.Presented by: @energypowersportsFanphotos by: @fasttracstuds#snowmobiling #snowmobilepodcast #snowmobilesessions #sledsessionsSupport the show

The Mexican Revolution in the early 20th Century was a pivotal moment in Mexican history, and it was also a pivotal moment in United States history, as huge numbers of Mexicans fled war-torn Mexico and headed to the US border. Many Mexican Americans in the US today are the descendants of refugees fleeing the Revolution. To understand more about the experience of immigrants who came to the United States during the Mexican Revolution, I'm speaking in this episode with writer Alda P. Dobbs, author of middle grade novels Barefoot Dreams of Petra Luna and The Other Side of the River. Most managers today are overwhelmed. Thanks to rapid technological change, flattening hierarchies, agile work, and new attitudes about talent, they have to do more than ever. Lynda Gratton, professor at London Business School and the founder of HSM, points to a few ways we can solve the problem: by training bosses to be people leaders, outsourcing some of their mundane management tasks, and even splitting the role so some oversee work and others focus on talent development. Gratton is the author of the book Redesigning Work and coauthor along with Diane Gherson of the HBR article “Managers Can't Do It All.”
On this episode I Levi Guericke was joined by Alex & Jessy Gratton. This amazing married couple puts all challenges to the side. They speak about how as a married couple how they travel and hunt together. Being in the waterfowl industry is already hard the way it is, but these two find a way to control the madness. Jessy talks about how she has started do more video in the past years , and the learning experience with it. Alex controls than most of the editing for the YouTube side of there business. The split strengths & weakness between these two is amazing how they control their social media platforms. Hearing from these two throughout the entire recording was very interesting. Hope everyone enjoys this episode as much as I did creating it!

Before race directing Erica went to school for the recording arts and worked as a sound engineer and in production management. Erica's newest project is a 2-day stage race in the Red Rocks of Sedona on April 2-3. It's the first of its kind; showcasing the best trails on Sedona's West and East side, offering distances from 50k to 16k. Erica shares her home with her significant other, youngest daughter and rescue shepherd and cat.
