His Sun Devils were picked to finish last in the new look Big 12 in the preseason and as we enter November, his squad is in the thick of the Big 12 race. This week, they welcome Central Florida to Tempe and the Valley will certainly be activated.I've always felt that ASU was a “sleeping giant” and in their new league with very few dominant teams, it looks like they are building toward that. With Dillingham, an alum and Scottsdale native leading the way, there is no reason why they can't become a power within the Big 12. I never got into House of Cards on Netflix. Was late to the party and there were so many episodes that it seemed a little intimidating, as I never felt I'd finish the entire series. But after living through realignment over the past few years, I wonder if that series would have benefitted me in some way.Regardless, here we sit with news out of the AAC and pending news from the Pac-12 Conference around new additions to the West Coast. F1 Feast - Japan GP - Oscar Piastri is THAT DUDE by Gavin Viano

Josh is back with Dante this week to recap the last week in Baltimore sports. After starting off with some Star Wars talk, the boys rap about the last week in O's baseball starting with their series win in Boston. The Playoff magic number is still four after losing the rubber match to St Louis, and with Tampa Bay coming into town for what should be a GREAT four game series, Dante and Josh discuss what they want to see from the Birds and how they should approach what will likely be an ALDS preview. Aside from the schedule, some good news on the Felix Bautista front. The All-Star closer has been playing catch this week, with reports coming out Wednesday afternoon stating he's stretching it to about 90 feet. We're not sure exactly what this means, but we think it's a good thing. Also, John Means is back for all those who observe. Means made his first start for the O's in almost 18 months and delivered a pretty good performance. Unfortunately the Orioles lost the game, but Means' outing was encouraging for Orioles fans. Moving on to the other Baltimore team that played this week, the Ravens secured a 1-0 start to their season beating the Houston Texans in their home opener. The defense was all over the field, including leadership from LBs Patrick Queen and Roquan Smith, as well as some encouraging performances from David Ojabo, Odafe Oweh, and Jadeveon Clowney. However on the other side of the ball, the offense was notably rusty, at times out of synch, and overall left much to be desired. However, Zay Flowers does appear to be THAT DUDE. To make matters worse, the Ravens have once again fallen victim to major injuries, including a catastrophic season ending Achilles injury to running back JK Dobbins. Josh and Dante explain just why and how much this sucks for both the team and JK himself, as well as diving into the other notable injuries that occured this week. Nevertheless, we move on as the NFL does to preview this week's matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. Coming off a less-than-desirable performance in Cleveland, the Bengals host the Ravens as a 3.5 favorite in their home opener. Dante gives his 3 keys to victory, and Josh breaks down how the Ravens can leave Ohio 2-0. To me, it was one of the most tragic deaths in Houston Hip-Hop history. Losing DJ Screw, Pimp C, Big Moe, and so many others... all of those deaths hit me pretty hard. But when DJ Chill called me at 11:30pm on May 1st 2006 to tell me Hawk had been shot, my heart sunk. But at that first moment I really didn't believe it. "Who would shoot Hawk? Why?" To me he was one of the nicest, most honest and reliable people in the entire community. I didn't know anyone who had any problem with Hawk. Within the music community, he was really one of those dudes that everyone liked. And within the Screwed Up Click, he really was the 5 Star General. The passing of his brother Fat Pat in 1998 was a huge hit to the Houston community. Then when Screw passed in 2000, that was about as bad as things could get. Those were horrible deaths to have to deal with and get past. I had a hard time with them both, but to me, Hawk was a real friend. We didn't hang out and BBQ and shit like that, but when I needed to rally the SUC for something, when we needed to raise money for the station, when we were doing anything for charity, anything, Hawk was generally the first person to say yes and come down and lend a hand. Within the SUC he was very literally THAT DUDE that was holding everyone together after their - for lack of a better term - leaders died. Hawk was a true H-Town original and his wife Meshah is doing a great job raising their sons and keeping his legacy alive. On a huge system it is nuts.  You like the Ellipitical machine?  Put Never Ending on toward the last 7 minutes of your work out. Guaranteed to get through it.  Yep, I am That Dude that goes to beat of the music on the machine at the gym.  There are parts that feel like you're getting ready for take-off, or weaving through traffic - shift the gears then BAM open road baby.  Finally, I closed out with a different version of I Can Hear You.  This version wasn't out when I did 017.  Hate when that happens because I try to minimize repeat tracks on NCM.  Everything going on this version is absolutely airy and stunning.
