Null an established songwriter, guitarist and founding member of platinum selling artist Saving Abel, met Brazil at one of his concerts in 2014 backstage. The two immediately became fast friends discovering their hometown proximity, love of creating music and guitars.Soon after this chance meeting Null was introduced to Brazil's guitar work and they began discussing a path for David. After several months of discussion, Null introduced Brazil to then band manager, Jeff Hanson of Creed, Sevendust, Paramore fame. The 3 began discussions and soon after Brazil released a record titled “Who the Hell is David Brazil” featuring members of Creed, Fuel, Evanescence and produced by Brett Hestla formerly of Dark New Day. The studio record led to Brazil touring and charting in top 100 rock charts with his 1st single, “Steal My Thunder”.All of this took place while Null continued to tour with Saving Abel and work on the bands forthcoming studio release. See savingabel.com for full bio.Null and Brazil began discussing the music world and hopes and dreams all the while building a friendship of that of childhood friends.Brazil expressed his admiration for Null's ability to construct songs  “out of thin air” and complement him on his “backwoods voice,” often asking Null, “if he ever wrote any country music.” Brazil recalls “Null would always say, “everything I do is country, I am a country boy.” Null would add, “I don't worry about what it sounds like while writing, I sculpt and mold the sound while in the studio.”Null and Brazil would continue to collaborate during these times and began writing music that they both found themselves humming throughout the day leading to a demo with Nulls longtime producer, Grammy winner Skidd Mills! The demo, even though it had great reviews among the two's peers laid dormant until 2020 when they partnered in a home studio and began demoing everything written. This led to the revitalization of South of Shiloh. Pairing up with Skidd Mills once again to reenter the studio. In 2021 the duo completed a 10 song record and in 2022 released their first music video for their throwback hit, “After Grandpa and Grandma Are Gone.”

On this episode of Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville edition, we are joined by singer/songwriter, Kayla McKinney!!KAYLA MCKINNEYHow did Kayla McKinney begin to sing? Well, if you had been in Buncombe County on a Sunday morning in the 1990s, you would have heard that little girl's voice floating down the mountainside from the McKinney home. Ray, a corrections officer, and Nora, a homemaker, hosted a Bible study group full of friends, neighbors, and the couple's seven children. Their homemade church always included hymns of praise. By three years old, their youngest daughter Kayla was doing her rendition of “The Sun's Coming Up In The Morning”. Kayla says, “I could barely talk, but I was already starting to get an ear for the flow of the song, the melody of the song.” Those believers in her parents' living room got her started in music, and in faith. “I am definitely a believer,” Kayla says. “I believe that God works. I believe in Jesus.”There were hymns in the family home, and there was Dolly Parton, and Patsy Cline, and Carrie Underwood. Cline's “Crazy” was an early influence, and Underwood's “Jesus Take The Wheel” helped to set Kayla on the long road of country music. “I won so many karaoke contests with just that song! I idolized her so much after that.”Where do you go, when you're sixteen years old and the music is busting out of you? You go to every mountain dive bar and honky-tonk with a country karaoke night, where they don't look at your ID too close because they know you, and they know that a good Christian girl doesn't drink, and because they can see how much you love that little stage. Soon, Kayla was making her first money when she was paid to lead off karaoke parties. Today you can find her music at kaylamckinneycountry.com, including her best-selling single, “These Two Barstools”. And you can find Kayla herself on the bus and on the stage all around the Tarheel State, enchanting her growing crowds. The songs kept calling to her, and she had to answer. Kayla says, “I just think that I never got to see the world. My family has never got to see the world. Through me, in many ways, I want to achieve things that they never got to achieve. As a single mom, I will be the only one who got to graduate from college. Music is the one thing that I am good at. That is the one thing where I can accomplish something. At the end of my life, I can say, ‘I did this'.”******Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville is streamed live every Wednesday night 9pm ET/ 6pm PT on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. On this episode of Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville edition, we are joined by singer/songwriter's Amanda Kate and Riley Braker!AMANDA KATEBorn in a no-stop-light-town in Red River, NM, Amanda Kate Ferris grew up equally inspired by her small-town upbringing and her mother, Kathy Wright, an artist and entertainer herself. As one of the original “Dean Martin Golddiggers” on the 1960's TV show, 18-year-old Kathy often collaborated with The Rat Pack's crooners, embracing the era's glamour. The apple didn't fall far from the tree, and young Amanda was singing as early as two years old. Inspired by her mother's tales of performing on the stage and screen, she developed her own voice in the church. Amanda added songwriting to her repertoire at age 14, looking again to follow in her mother's footsteps as a full-time musician and artist. During her mother's long sets at Honky Tonks between California, New Mexico, and Texas, Amanda fell in love with the music of The Judds, Trisha Yearwood, Faith Hill, Leanne Womack, and Brooks & Dunn, all of which heavily influenced her current sound.  Her love of Country music led her to chase her dreams in Nashville. Over the next few years, she went through multiple groups, opportunities, and countless hours spent on her craft in Music City. On the brink of letting these long sought-after dreams go, Amanda decided that she needed a change of pace and settled in with her family. After she and her husband welcomed their first child, Amanda was back on stage, this time performing Carrie Underwood songs in a national touring cover band, Blown Away. Their incredible renditions of Underwood's hits led to an unsolicited and highly coveted spot on Executive Producer Jimmy Fallon's new show for E!, “Clash of the Cover Bands.” Through Underwood's iconic songs, Amanda was able to fulfill her love of entertaining and singing, but she felt a calling to again create her own original music.  The show was a full circle moment for Ferris, appearing on the same network that gave her mother her start over 50 years ago. Off-screen, this allowed Amanda the opportunity to highlight her new original music, simultaneously releasing her self-titled EP to rave reviews, including editorial placement on Spotify's Texas Country Now, the largest Red Dirt Playlist. In early 2022, Ferris' love for traditional Country sparked the interest of renowned producer Jimmy Ritchey (Clay Walker, Mark Chesnutt), with whom she recorded five new tracks reminiscent of the traditional country stylings of Ferris' favorites from the 90s. Look out this fall for “Baby Don't,” Ferris' debut on Texas radio. “Baby Don't” honors her Texas Country roots and showcases her captivating vocals. This lead single will be followed by an EP in early 2023 to reflect upon her western influences and love of Country music history. A cowgirl at heart, she spends any free time riding her horses with her family at Rockin R Ranch in Palmer, TX.  On the road, Amanda has graced the stage with such acts as Tracey Lawrence, Bailey Zimmerman, Deana Carter, Warren Zeiders, Chase Rice, Priscilla Block, Casey Donahew, Josh Abbott Band, and more.  RILEY BRAKERRiley is a gifted singer-songwriter, with a voice tailor made to tell her heartfelt stories of life as a young adult. She crafts her tales of love, woe, and regret, and infuses her characters with so much life, the listener feels as if they are experiencing the events first handy

A career that began in a small wine country town in Northern California at the age of 12, has led him to all 50 states, Canada, and Europe. He's performed with highly acclaimed artists across several genres, recorded in some of the finest studios in the world, had a song on a hit television series, and met the President of the United States three times! After decades as a professional touring and session musician, there are not many things he hasn't seen or done. Yet, since most of his work has been in a support role, all of this has been achieved with little or no recognition. The time has come for the world to know this amazing talent. Kimo's debut solo project is a reflection of his dedication to his craft, as well as his devotion to his faith. An accomplished multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, every sound you hear on this project is performed by Kimo. He also handled production and engineering duties. Lyrically, Kimo's songs draw heavily from his journey to Christianity, while musically leaning on heavy guitars and tight arrangements. Though his path has led him to play almost every style of music from progressive rock and r&b, to reggae and country, his original material has a clearly defined, focused sound, thanks to his production skills. Though Kimo is just beginning to pursue a solo career, the list of artists that have used his talent is long and extensive. On this episode of Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville edition, we are joined by county-gospel singer/songwriter Cynthia Rausch!CYNTHIA RAUSCHHer parents met in a band in her dad's home state of Texas.  They fell in love and got married then continued to travel and perform together for several years after, before settling down in Dallas Texas and starting a family. Cynthia's dad ended up joining the Navy right before Cynthia was born and served faithfully while his family moved from location to location in true military family style. Cynthia still remembers many trips to Wichita Falls to visit her MawMaw during that time. After her dad left the military, her parents picked up their instruments again and started using their gifts in the local church where their family attended. Cynthia's parents continued adding to the family and eventually there were 8 children in all, with Cynthia being 3rd oldest. At age 14 Cynthia went through a very dark time with her mental health and general overall health. She began struggling with addiction and suicidal tendencies and overdosed at the age of 15, but by the grace of God, she survived.  Cynthia is unafraid to share her story of what God did that September night, in hopes of encouraging anyone else with depression and thoughts of suicide. "It is never the answer. You are just ridding the world of the joy of knowing the unique person God made you to be." Says Cynthia.  "Please reach out to someone, getting help isn't weakness, it is the strongest and bravest thing you could ever do. And please don't fall for the lie that you aren't loved and valuable. You are. God loves you and so do I." After that night, she found a sudden desire to start learning guitar and singing. Almost immediately after she started playing and singing, she started writing music and pretty soon she was writing the music for her developing family band.Cynthia realized that playing music helped with her mental health and started advocating through her music for others struggling in the same way.  Helping others struggling with depression and anxiety had become a focal point of her music. And she continues to focus on that to this day. Around that same time, her siblings started learning to play instruments too, and pretty soon the whole family began to travel and play music for churches, city events and fairs. They traveled from Missouri to Texas and everywhere in between. During this time Cynthia's gospel roots took on a more country flare and she embraced it.  After meeting her husband in 2010 and starting a family of her own, her family band disbanded, but Cynthia fondly recalls the many memories and joys of traveling with her family band. And she cherishes the lessons and values instilled in her life because of them.   With her 5th single "Abracadabra" currently out to radio, following her successful top 20 single "What The Whiskey Gave You", Cynthia is taking on the country music scene with joyful gusto. Her love of people and the power of music gives her a drive to bring hope to every listener and show them how much God loves them. Cynthia has shared the stage with several amazing well-known names, including Logan Mize, 90's band Ricochet, Matt Stell, Jerrod Nieman and was nominated as "New Female Vocalist of the Year" in 2022 with the T3R awards. Even though she wasn't a finalist, she was honored to even be considered at all by her fans.  She also had the honor of performing at the Sunday night "Future Faces Show" at Texas LIVE in Arlington, Tx prior to the Texas Regional Radio Awards show 2022.

It is now available on all streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and more. With two successful singles under her belt and a determination to create authentic music, Carlyle Griffin is establishing herself as one to watch in Music City. Her new single, Say So, journeys to answer the question, “What am I supposed to be doing with my life right now?” The writing process came naturally after the first few lines came to her while on vacation. “I was trying to determine what to do about my career, coming out of a short relationship that left me with a lot more questions than answers, and feeling really overwhelmed by the weight of all the responsibilities I'd garnered over the previous year,” Carlyle shares. “It was a way to try and take all of that off my shoulders and turn it into something that excited me rather than worried me.” Produced by Joel Jorgensen, Say So is a perfectly stylistic tune that displays her musicality and diverse vocals. Getting the groove right is an important part of the process for her and her goal is for the listeners to feel good and be comforted knowing they aren't the only ones who've felt this way before. “I want my fans to connect to the song in all aspects.” With Carlyle's strong, lyrical vocals in the forefront and embellished horns that hit during the most powerful moments, she showcases her talent, proving that she is making her own way with a beautiful blend of genres and styles that transcends.About Carlyle Griffin: The soulful ingenuity of Nashville-based singer/songwriter Carlyle Griffin can be partially attributed to her upbringing and music exposure from an early age. Growing up on the Carolina coast, Carlyle was introduced to many different genres of music - the sounds of Motown, the emotional lyrics of 70's folk rock, the dramatics of Broadway soundtracks - all of which bleed into her personal creations today. As she continued to delve into her own sound, she was led to land in the bustling Music City. Shortly after moving to Nashville in the Fall of 2021, Carlyle released her first single Symptomatic Daydream, a wistful tune about all the things you wish you could say but just can't seem to. The song was premiered on Raised Rowdy and won 2022's Folk/Americana Single of The Year at the Josie Music Awards. Her sophomore release, Crash Down on Me, premiered on RadioSobro and showcased her "stop-you-in-your-tracks" soulful voice. With the release of Say So, Carlyle is continuing to pave her own unique path for creativity and form a connection with listeners through her thoughtful lyrics and exceptional musicality.******Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville is streamed live every Wednesday night 9pm ET/ 6pm PT on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. On this episode of Roger The Wild Child Show: Nashville, we are joined by country music singer/songwriter Justin Biltonen (bassist for 3 Doors Down)!JUSTIN BILTONEN Justin Biltonen is a Country Artist and Singer Songwriter from Arden, North Carolina. Growing up in the heyday of classic 90's Country sparked his passion for music. Like many artists, he started playing guitar and singing in church worship groups in high school, however in 2004, fired by rebellious excitement, he began touring the country playing southern fried Rock n' Roll. During those late night van drives, that wandered endlessly down lonesome highways, he reignited his passion for Country music. It was bands like Drive By Truckers, Waylon and Shooter Jennings, Brooks and Dunn, Shenandoah and countless other Country artists (all conjured from the soundtrack of his youth), that kept him company on those long drives. It was also during this time Justin began frequent trips to Nashville, Tennessee and fell in love with the music and positive atmosphere within the city's music community. Learning the ways of Nashville songwriting began an inspiring journey into the professional music world. In 2013 Justin made the move to Nashville and joined the band 3 Doors Down as the bands bass player and began touring the world in support of numerous chart topping albums. The band's latest release titled “Us And The Night”, which peaked at #2 on the Billboard Rock Charts, was the firstmajor release Justin wrote and performed on.In 2018 encouraged by friends, family and fellow songwriters, Justin debuted two songs under his own name. The first two songs “Use You” and “How A Man's Made” mark a brave chapter in Justin's musical journey. Driven by a creative calling to make music, Justin quickly released a follow up single in October of the same year. His third single titled “She's Got The Highway” was released on digital platforms and for the first time, several terrestrial radio markets. With two more singles set to be released, numerous live appearances at Broadway honky-tonks and beyond and a rapidly growing fanbase, 2019 is shaping up to be a breakout year for the young Country artist. ******Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville is streamed live every Sunday night 8pm ET/ 5pm PT on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. Growing up in a music household, Joe has always been awed by the ability to create sounds with instruments. “Music is almost like a portal into another dimension. It takes me to another place where I'm not thinking about anything else but the song.” Haydel moved to Nashville in January of 2020 with nothing but a plan and ambition to fully commit to music. As Joe describes it “for me it's music or bust.”  A year later, Joe inked his first pub deal with Wide Open Music, landed his first outside cut “Even Now” on artist, Chase Bryant, and his own opening slot on Aaron Lewis' Frayed At Both Ends tour. For Joe, no feeling can describe connecting with another person on a musical level. This is just the beginning for Joe, he is excited for what the future holds and cannot wait to share the new music he's been working on very soon.******Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville is streamed live every Sunday night 8pm ET/ 5pm PT on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. After a few years the family moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where their parents started a band called “Down Town B.A.” Hearing their parents play and seeing them record in the studio helped guide the sisters artistic careers, and their band name. Both sisters gravitated towards music, picking up instruments at an early age and forming bands with other musicians. As life happens the two started to pursue different artistic avenues, with Melissa continuing to play music, while Sabrina headed towards theatre and independent films.Melissa developed into a multi-instrumentalist, having learned piano, drums, bass, and guitar. On this episode of Roger The Wild Child Show: Nashville, we are joined by singer/songwriter David Gideon and country music artist, Andrea Vasquez!  Also, Callum Kerr returns as we discuss the weekly recap of Fox's new hit series, Monarch!DAVID GIDEONDavid Gideon is the kind of larger-than-life character you'd read about in a Jack Kerouac novel: adventure seeking, well traveled, and a little bit wild, with stories to tell and songs to sing.He mixes autobiography, tall tales, and old-school country twang on Lonesome Desert Strum. Recorded in Nashville and largely written in the American southwest, it's an album that establishes Gideon as one of the genre's unsung heroes. There are honky-tonk barn burners, campfire ballads, southern slow dances, and rootsy rave-ups, all glued together by a frontman who's every bit as colorful as the songs he writes.Born to artistic parents, Gideon grew up on the move, bouncing between Austin, Key West, and rural Tennessee during his early years. He spent his summers on the Farm — an infamous hippie commune, located more than an hour's drive from Nashville — where he was given his first access to a drum set. Originally trained in jazz and worldbeat percussion, he broadened his skillset to include guitar and songwriting, too. He eventually headed west, where he performed hundreds of shows, worked as a DJ in clubs, logged multiple years as a ranch hand in Northern California, and eventually settled in Billy the Kid's hometown — the rugged, remote town of Silver City, New Mexico — where he wrote many of the songs that would later fill Lonesome Desert Strum. ANDREA VASQUEZPowerhouse vocals and unstoppable attitude combine in the petite package that is Andrea Vasquez. The California native has blended her love of modern country and Latin-American roots to create a refreshing sound within the genre. Inspired by the likes of Carrie Underwood, Shania Twain, and The Chicks, Andrea has been crafting her unique sound since she was little. Born in L.A. to an extremely musical family, she started playing violin, piano and guitar at a young age which inspired her to also begin writing her own songs. A move back to California would become the catalyst to pursuing music. After finishing school, Andrea packed up for Nashville to realize her dream of a career in country music. In Nashville, she released her first single Sugar Coat It which surpassed 113k streams on Spotify and took Andrea on her first radio tour. From there, Andrea released serval other singles including Runnin' Wild, Bed You Made, Used To and Made Me Cry, which achieved major success on curated Spotify and Apple Music playlists, received praise from CMT by adding her music videos to their online playlist rotation and received praise from critically-acclaimed outlets including The Morning Hangover. With her undeniable stage presence and songs that match mainstream major quality, Andrea is establishing herself within country music as one to watch.******Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville is streamed live every Sunday night 8pm ET/ 5pm PT on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. On this episode of Roger The Wild Child Show: Hollyweird we are joined my two time Grammy winning music publisher, Tony Mercedes!TONY MERCEDESIt was never a secret that Atlanta-based music mogul Tony Mercedes would be at the forefront of the music industry one day. It may have been a shock to those radio and music executives who turned down Mercedes' first song: “Dazzey Dukes” which became the club dance anthem all across the nation in 1992 and generated sales exceeding five million records sold. He was assured early on that year that his debut single “ Dazzey Dukes” would never even leave the State of Florida where he had previously attended the “Jack the Rapper” convention. Not taking “No” for an answer, Mercedes launched his own independent record label out of his hometown Augusta, Georgia. With $2,300.00 Mercedes embarked on what others thought was insane as an amateur to the music industry. That persistence and determination led Mercedes to the top of the music industry and “Dazzey Dukes” to the top of the Billboard charts- making it one of many of Mercedes longest charting records in Billboard history (56 consecutive weeks). Ever since then Mercedes has made unforgettable footprints in this business we call music. Now as President and CEO of Tony Mercedes Music he has risen to the occasion as a creative genius. His ears have been golden in picking number one hit after hits. With songs like TLC's No Scrubs, and Tag Team's five time platinum release “ Whomp There It Is”, and 12- Gauges one time platinum release “ Donkey Butt”.Tony Mercedes added a new meaning to being a Baby's Daddy when he took B- Rock and the Biz explosively to the top of the Billboard charts with a comedic record titled “My Baby's Daddy.” If that wasn't enough Mercedes changed the course of bass history when he released a bass remake of Shirley Murdock's song “ As We Lay” within three weeks after its release it received almost 2,000 spins a week at radio. When it was time for LaFace Records most selling female group of all time TLC to release their third album after a five year absence – it was Mercedes who came in like a thief in the night finding TLC's first single. “No Scrubs” written by Tiny & Kandi of the recording group Escape. “No Scrubs” rocketed straight to platinum, success. Mercedes A&R skills are responsible for TLC having this song, which is the most BDS detected record in the history of music (how is that for the Mercedes touch).” No Scrubs” was found with a then unknown producer Shekspere. Proving that he was no scrub. Tony Mercedes ended up having the number one pop song in the country. During yet another exciting time in his career, Mercedes also had the number one rap song and the same time with JT Money's catchy “ Who Dat” song released through Priority Records. Lets not forget his success on Pressha's Platinum R&B Record, “Splackavellie” which was featured on Ice Cubes “Player Club” soundtrack. According to the May 8th issue of Billboard Magazine, Mercedes had the number on pop song, “No Scrubs”, the number one rap song “Who Dat” and the number one R&B song “No Scrubs” all in the same week on Billboard charts! Fast forward to 2018 the impact of the Tony Mercedes imprint can still be heard by his involvement as music publisher of Grammy Award Winning song “ Shape of You” by music superstar Ed Sheeran. Tony Mercedes has worked with so many great artist such as Usher, Babyface, Ceelo Green, Regina Belle, Miki Howard, Aaron Hall just to name a few. Tony Mercedes also recently managed the career of film and comedy superstar Tiffany Haddish.

On this episode of Roger The Wild Child Show: Nashville, we are joined by singer/songwriter Ken Valdez and country music artist, Brei Carter!  Also, Callum Kerr returns as we discuss the weekly recap of Fox's new hit series, Monarch!KEN VALDEZKen Valdez returns with a fire breathing rock record entitled Saints And Sinners, named after a former rough and tumble roadhouse in northern New Mexico where Valdez was born and raised. While this guitarist, singer, songwriter and producer fuses elements of blues, rock, funk and Latin music to create a sound all his own, he kicked things up a notch this time out. Valdez has stated the record is “…deep and personal but a fun and wild ride”. While Saints And Sinners covers new territory across an already broad but expanding musical landscape, the sound is unmistakably, undeniably Ken Valdez. Being no stranger to the road, Valdez is back on tour including dates with the iconic ZZ Top and prestigious festivals like the Bayfront Blues Festival to name a few. There is no question, Ken Valdez is back! The outlaw rides again!BREI CARTER Emerging crossover country and southern pop recording artist Brei Carter is proof that sometimes faith, patience and time pays off. Growing up in Monroe, Louisiana with a solid, southern upbringing, Brei's family raised her on several authentic southern staples: the Bible, Lone Star Missionary Baptist Church's choir, Charley Pride, Loretta Lynn, Aretha Franklin, and no shortage of familial love and devotion. However, before she became the dynamic and vivacious country singer she is today, Brei was busy earning a Bachelors in Business from University of Louisiana in Monroe, a Masters in International Relations from Webster University, and a Doctorate in Theology from New Foundation Theological Seminary. She is also a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army, where she served as an enlisted soldier and as an officer. Having moved to Nashville soon thereafter, Brei has quickly established herself in the songwriters community as a smooth and sometimes edgy songstress who melds country, soul and southern pop into one fused style. Her first single at country radio “Gave Him A Girl” was immediately recognized as “cute and catchy” by country music journalist and historian Robert K. Oermann in his weekly DISClaimer review column for Music Row Magazine, where it eventually charted up to #71. With a growing catalog of new music, including her debut album 'Brand New Country,' slated for a September 16 release, this young singer-songwriter is a welcome addition to the emerging new styles of the country music community.******Roger the Wild Child Show: Nashville is streamed live every Sunday night 8pm ET/ 5pm PT on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter. Think Miranda Lambert meets Sheryl Crow with a touch of Brandi Carlisle, and you've got an artist with a voice all her own, tied tight around songs that make you feel like you've known her forever. With deep roots in the Blues capital of the world, KC grew up in Memphis, where she was baptized in soul and fell hard for the stage, the spotlight, and songs that make the world go 'round.Having discovered her stage legs young, KC jumped feet-first into this business called music, performing everywhere from Dollywood, where she was featured in Dolly Parton's “Christmas Coat of Many Colors,” to cruise ships around the world. After performing in ports throughout the Atlantic, the Caribbean, and everywhere in between, she made her way up the mainstream music ladder, opening for artists like Luke Bryan, Chris Young, Randy Houser, and Trailer Choir.2022 was the continuation of her page-turner of a story, starting with the January release of a new single and video, “Confused,” co-written with Timme Angsten and Tim Baumgartner and produced by GRAMMY-nominated producer and songwriter Billy Smiley (WhiteHeart, Johnny Cash, and Petra). “Confused” follows her popular 2021 single release, “Whiskey Break,” which was featured in a nationally distributed documentary about the legendary venue, the Gorge, where nearly every major touring artist has played for the last 50 years. “Confused” made its way on to radio playlists in a growing list of markets across the country, cracked Nashville's Music Row charts and climbed well over 100 spots up the respected rungs of the influential industry ranking.2022 has already seen the digital release of KC's 2021 full album, Thunder, recorded at the legendary Sound Kitchen in Franklin, Tennessee. The digital release features three songs previously released only on the vinyl version of Thunder plus KC's brand-new recording of “Desperado,” best known for being recorded by legends Linda Ronstadt and the Eagles. The collection is a result of an artist who knows who she is, what she wants to say, and the best way to say it.KC Johns' new single release, “FAMOUS,” touches the heart of why she sings. For KC, this song immediately brought her fans to mind. This wasn't a song about romance for KC. It's about the passionate faces in the audience every night. It is an anthem to the people who show up, support, download, listen and love KC and her music.
