I didn’t wake up one day and decide that it was time to transform my life. It happened slowly over many years. The feeling of outgrowing who I was started as a niggling in my gut and ended as a crashing wave of “I have to get out of here.” Welcome to Transforming 45. I share my own continuing journey to live fully as my whole self, who I am now at 45. I also interview friends and experts about issues that matter to women in this transitional or transformational phase of life. I hope you hear yourself in my story, we are stronger when we know that we are not alone.
