Felvétel: Magyar Zene Háza Műsorvezető: Bihari Balázs, Németh Róbert Külön köszönet: Pentelényi Pál // Independent Label Fair Fotó: Juhász István A Wanted podcast adása az NKA Hangfoglaló program támogatásával készült.

Samara Alofa a.k.a GALOLEAFI is a producer, artist, and composer based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Samara moves between the intersections of Mythical Ambient Sea Siren, Queer Club Fantasy, Sexy Lesbian Librarian and Brown Boi Bullshit. Their self-produced EP 'Earth Punk' was released in 2020 with the Independent Label on Coco Solid and Big Fat Raro's label Kuini Qontrol. Tonight, they share a live mix of original music/beats, ambient soundscapes & experimental “M.C ing” // Vocals. The mix then transition to some of their favourite tracks, ranging from Queer club edits, electro alt and noise music. About this mix: "Often as Brown, Queer folk we find ourselves moving between the fantasies. We are our biological roots before we are Queer and most of us exist between the worldly realms and the mystical realms, especially when we are out. This mix to me is like a collage of memories and moments. Representing the duality that a lot of us and our 'Queer POC' collective resonate with. The beautiful, dark and spiritual essence of our night life, right along side the warm embrace of sticky club floors, blocked toilets, sweaty circut gays… and our ancestoral protection

Christian Hip Hop Artist, WILLIAM T. STARZZ is in the virtual studio to share his latest music projects out of his Independent Label.

This week's show notes include stories about why brew pubs are great bets for big breweries and small ones too, the Independent Label movement to buy Budweiser and why nitro beers are so much fun. Why big breweries want to go local We don't have to travel far back in our beer time machine to revisit the year when Goose Island Beer Co. still had only one brewpub, its venerable but not exactly cutting-edge Clybourn Street location. That was 2014, three years after Goose Island's sale to Anheuser-Busch InBev. Russo: Nitro-infused beer just another toy for craft enthusiasts Setting aside the more obvious things like quality and economic benefit, what really sets craft beer apart is a sense of play. If you have tried a lot of craft beers, or even if you have just read a lot of craft beer descriptions while out to dinner, you have seen some odd combinations. Brewers Association Jokingly Seeks To Buy Anheuser-Busch, With A Serious Goal In Mind Craft brewing's lobbying association announced today that it's launching a crowd-funding campaign to buy Budweiser's Belgian parent company, Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev). It needs $213 billion to do it. The Brewers Association (BA), the Colorado-based trade organization that represents craft breweries, calls its campaign "Take Craft Back," and so far it includes a new website, hashtags and videos of brewers and others talking about why craft matters.
Today we welcome Eric Tobin from Hopeless Records. Tobin and I met during my days at Equal Vision and since crossed paths many times over the years. It was high time to have a chat. Recently on the roof of my work during lunch, Tobin and I talked about his history in the business. What was really great about this episode was that It touches on many things young and old bands ask about. A truly deep look into the thoughts and actions of an independent label that’s doing some big things. It’s our little version of This Could Be Your Life.
