Beautiful soul, this episode is a sacred reminder of who you truly are in the eyes of God, Universe, and Source. In this deeply channeled birthday episode, Julie shares a powerful angel message received in meditation about divine worth, unconditional love, and what wealth meant before money ever existed. This episode flows like a poem, inviting you to experience yourself as God experiences you: cherished, known, protected, and endlessly loved. Together with the angels, Julie reframes wealth as inward overflow, joy as divine currency, and confidence as remembering who you have always been. This episode is especially supportive if you've been questioning your worth, feeling unseen, struggling with confidence, or longing to feel closer to God and your angels. A newly observed supernova, located 10 billion light years away, has been gravitationally lensed by a foreground galaxy, allowing scientists to analyze multiple images of the same explosion. This phenomenon could help determine the Hubble constant, shedding light on the universe's expansion rate and its ultimate fate, which ranges from a Big Crunch to a Big Rip.Sterile Neutrino Hypothesis Nearly Ruled OutAfter over a decade of research, scientists have come close to ruling out the existence of the sterile neutrino, a proposed particle that could explain anomalous neutrino behavior. Data from the Micro BooNE experiment at Fermilab has shown no signs of sterile neutrinos, providing a pivotal moment in particle physics that narrows the search for new theories beyond the standard model.China's Reusable Rocket SetbackChina's efforts to develop a reusable rocket faced a significant blow as its Long March 12A failed on its maiden flight. Although the rocket's first and second stages performed as expected, the first stage failed to return successfully, highlighting the challenges in achieving reusability akin to SpaceX's Falcon 9. In this mind-expanding conversation of Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, Michael A. Singer—legendary author of bestsellers The Untethered Soul, Living Untethered, and The Surrender Experiment, and founder of Temple of the Universe—returns to reveal the real truth behind spiritual awakening...and why most people are getting it wrong. If you've ever wondered what a spiritual awakening actually looks like on a practical, everyday level, this is the breakdown you've been waiting for. Michael shares a step-by-step framework for building your spiritual identity, and explains why awakenings mean nothing unless you can properly integrate them into your daily life. You'll learn why resilience is the #1 key to coping with modern stress, and why every authentic spiritual teacher puts compassion at the forefront of their teachings. Michael reveals how compassion and acceptance are deeply connected—and how this powerful combination leads to cooperation, unity, and humanity's highest good. We also dive into the science behind spirituality, exploring the brain states of acceptance vs. resistance, and how eliminating the distractions of early emotions and personal narratives can open the door to higher consciousness. Michael even explains why we don't matter nearly as much as we think we do—and why that realization is actually the most liberating truth of all. You'll hear his bold perspective on why we must fix ourselves before trying to fix the world, his belief that science is finally catching up to spirituality, and why the power of awe might be the missing ingredient in your spiritual evolution. Michael also breaks down the concept of the higher self, how to access it, and what it truly feels like to live untethered and surrender to the universe (spoiler: it DOESN'T mean blindly accepting everything that happens—he explains the difference). Plus: his surprising proof that rich people are just as unhappy as everyone else, and his heartfelt message for beginners stepping onto the spiritual path for the first time. And for the first time ever, he shares an exclusive announcement and preview of his upcoming book, along with his mind-bending thoughts on where consciousness really lies… and what happens to consciousness when we die. Manifesting has been turned into a social media vending machine: think it, post it, get it. Spoiler alert: the universe is not Uber Eats. In this episode, Nicole goes full curious skeptic with Colette Baron-Reid, internationally respected intuitive, oracle expert, and bestselling author—to reclaim manifesting from influencer fluff and bring it back to what it actually is: alignment over attachment, being over chasing, partnership over control. This is not about “good vibes only” or visualizing a yacht and waiting for it to dock. It's about who you're becoming, how you're showing up, and what you're rehearsing every single day—consciously or not. What We Get Into: Why performative spirituality cheapens real intuition (and why it feels so off) The truth bomb: you don't manifest what you want—you manifest what you are Why attachment to outcomes kills trust, joy, and momentum How curiosity + gratitude open the door to synchronicity The science behind perception, focus, and your brain's internal “sorting system” Colette's Art of Manifesting practice: a meditative drawing method using circles and flowy lines to rewire patterns and co-create with intention Destiny vs. free will—and why it's not either/or Why manifesting doesn't eliminate pain or challenge, but can radically transform how you experience your life Bottom line: manifesting isn't a magic trick—it's a practice. You don't get to control the universe, but you do get to control how you show up, what you rehearse, and what you're available for… and that's where the real power (and real transformation) lives. Summary In this episode, Cultivating Curiosity host Jeff Ikler reflects on his love of year-end "Best Books" lists and why reading sits at the heart of his podcast and personal life. He welcomes lists from institutions like The New York Times and the New York Public Library, seeing them as both a defense against book banning and a source of discovery, connection, and generosity. For Ikler, books spark curiosity, deepen empathy, and create bonds—whether through gifting or thoughtful conversation with authors. He also underscores podcast hosts' responsibility to read their guests' work in full, arguing that preparation honors both listeners and writers. Ultimately, Ikler finds himself drawn to books that slow him down through careful observation and reflection, or expand his understanding through deeply researched history, reinforcing reading as both nourishment and refuge. Three Major Takeaways Reading lists are acts of resistance, curiosity, and connection—not just recommendations. Thoughtful reading is essential to meaningful conversation, especially in podcasting. The most rewarding books either sharpen our attention to the present or deepen our understanding of the past. Jeff's favorite books in 2025 Crossings – How Road Ecology is Shaping the Future of Our Planet by Ben Goldfarb. Quoting from the book jacket, "Creatures from antelope to salmon are losing their ability to migrate in search of food and mates; invasive plants hitch rides in tire treads, road salt contaminates lakes and rivers; and the very, very noise of traffic chases songbirds from vast swaths of habitat." In this beautifully crafted book, Goldfarb makes the case that overpasses and underpasses are essential for reducing the deaths of animals and humans who inevitably come into brutal contact with one another. One of the chief takeaways in our era of divisiveness is that road ecologists and other scientists, insurance companies, and government officials are working collaboratively to solve problems. They have different goals for doing so, but they're working effectively at the intersection. You can access my two-part podcast interview on Getting Unstuck–Cultivating Curiosity with Ben in episodes 347 and 348. The Comfort of Crows – A Backyard Year by Margaret Renkl. This title came from one of last year's best books, and it did not disappoint. Quoting from the book jacket, "Margaret Renkl presents a literary devotional: fifty-two chapters that follow the creatures and plants in her backyard over the course of a year." How often do you read a chapter or passage because the writing is so moving? If you're interested in slowing down and seeing more of your immediate world, this is a great place to start. This small volume is a course in observation and reflection. Challenger – A True Story of Heroism and Disaster on the Edge of Space by Adam Higginbotham. Like many Americans who watched the Space Shuttle Challenger break apart just seventy-three seconds into its mission, I thought I knew the story, but I was so wrong. As the book jacket explains, "…the Challenger disaster was a defining moment in twentieth-century history–one that forever changed the way America thought of itself and its optimistic view of the future. Yet the full story of what happened, and why, has never been told." I was moved to head-shaking anger after reading how decisions were made and bungled. Higginbotham's explanation of a highly complicated topic is beautifully presented. The book is a primer on the dangers of overly complex and competing bureaucracies and ego. Remember Us – American Sacrifice, Dutch Freedom, and a Forever Promise Forged in World War II by Robert M. Edsel with Bret Witter. Remember Us documents twelve lives connected to the American Military Cemetery near the small village of Margraten, Netherlands. Approximately 8,300 Americans who helped liberate the Netherlands from the Nazis and the grip of fascism during World War II are buried there. One of these was a Black American soldier who, along with a company of other Black Americans, dug the graves under the harshest weather conditions. The cruel irony is that Black soldiers worked in segregated and mostly non-combat roles in a war fought to eliminate tyranny and oppression. The cemetery is remarkable because local Dutch citizens have taken it upon themselves to adopt each grave and visit it weekly. This practice reflects the citizens' ongoing gratitude, and their visits ensure that the soldiers are always remembered for their sacrifice. There is a waiting list of citizens who wish to adopt a grave. Raising Hare—a Memoir by Chloe Dalton. This title has made almost every list I've come across. From the jacket cover, "…Dalton stumbles upon a newborn hare—a leveret—that had been chased by a dog. Fearing for its life, she brings it home, only to discover how difficult it is to rear a wild hare." Dalton deftly and wisely navigates caring for the hare as a house guest versus a pet, a choice that lets the hare move between the wild of the nearby woods and the security of her home. Like Renkl, Dalton has a keen eye for observation, one that put me in her home and garden as a witness to their interactions. Origin — A Genetic History of the Americas by Jennifer Raff. When I was growing up, I watched or read with almost religious fervor anything National Geographic produced featuring Louis Leakey, a paleoanthropologist and archaeologist. I was in awe of how he dug through the layers of time to find bones and artifacts from our earliest ancestors. Leakey's work was critical in demonstrating our human origins in Africa. So, when my friend Annette Taylor, a researcher of evolutionary psychology and biology, shared an article featuring Professor Jennifer Raff, an anthropologist and geneticist trying to rewrite the history of human origins in the Americas, I knew I had to invite her on my podcast. As a history enthusiast, I found it especially rewarding to co-host, along with Annette, a discussion with Professor Raff on podcast episode 358 about how and why early peoples migrated to and within North America. Raff has a talent for simplifying complex topics and making listeners comfortable with uncertainty. Scientists have theories and are constantly testing and revising them. We don't yet know for sure how early peoples arrived here or why they migrated, but that's the beauty of science and history. There is always more to discover. If You Lived Here, I'd Know Your Name by Heather Lende. I read this book decades ago and was as captivated then as I was this year by Heather Lende's storytelling ability. Adapted from the back cover, "As both the obituary writer and social columnist for the local newspaper (in Haines, Alaska, population about 2,500), Heather Lende knows better than anyone the goings-on in this breathtakingly beautiful place. Her offbeat chronicle brings us inside her — and the town's — busy life." Why read about a small town in Alaska? Maybe because it helps us look critically at our own lives. Like Renkl and Dalton, Heather Lende has an eye for detail, but also the humanity beneath the detail. She has graciously agreed to be my guest in podcast episode 400 this coming February. The most interesting books read in 2025 by his friends and colleagues Steve Ehrlich – The Inner Work of Age: Shifting from Role to Soul by Connie Zweig.  Zweig writes from a Jungian perspective that is accessible to anyone who thinks about old and new agendas, internal and external, as we transition to later life, and reflect on what we want to hold on to, and what we're prepared to let go of to live an authentic life.   Cindy House – What Just Happened by Charles Finch. It's one person's experience of the terrible year that was the pandemic lockdown, with all the fear, uncertainty, and strangeness I had forgotten. I loved his cultural observations and witty take on one of the weirdest years of our lives. I am so glad this particular record exists.  By Edgington – The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer. I first read the book in 2013, then again in '24, and now I read and refer to it every year. Singer's book is what propelled me to join his Temple of the Universe, where Mariah and I now live on the grounds. It's filled with inspiration and simple, almost homely wisdom: "The moment in front of you is not bothering you; you're bothering yourself about the moment in front of you!" Spencer Seim – To Possess the Land by Frank Waters. It follows the life of Arthur Manby, who came to the New Mexico territory in 1885 from England. He quickly tried to cash in by calling parcels of land his own. He quickly ran into resistance, often by force, and had to learn the hard way that the land of New Mexico in those days was a bit more complicated. Charlotte Wittenkamp – Shift by Ethan Kross. Kross examines Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning and the notion that we always have the freedom to choose how we respond - even to the atrocities Frankl had to put up with in a WWII concentration camp. Kross examines and supports, with scientific findings, various ways we can shift our perspectives to gain easier access to that freedom of choice. Paul McNichols – E-Boat Alert by James F. Tent. The book offers a nearly forensic yet highly readable analysis of the threat posed by the E-Boats of the German Kriegsmarine to the Allied invasion of Europe in 1944. It covers the development, use, strengths, and limitations of these fast, maneuverable craft, as well as their impact on the Normandy landings on D-Day and the weeks thereafter. The most interesting part is the chain of events that ultimately led to their neutralization. Annette Taylor – My Name is Chellis, and I'm in Recovery from Western Civilization by Chellis Glendinning. Chellis writes affectionately and respectfully about eco-psychology and nature-based peoples from whom members of Western Civilization could learn a lot. Sue Inches – The Light Eaters – How the unseen world of plant intelligence offers a new understanding of life on earth by Zoe Schlanger. A thrilling journey that leads the reader from an old paradigm of plants as separate inanimate objects, to the true nature of plants as sensing, alive beings who communicate with the world around them. An inspiring example of how human understanding of the world around us is making progress! Rich Gassen – The Art of Gathering by Priya Parker. Priya teaches us how to have better parties, events, and relationships through her writing. I used this book's information (along with her podcasts) to plan a better 10-year anniversary party for the Campus Supervisors Network community of practice I lead at UW-Madison — making it exclusive, inviting, and tailored to those who attended. Mac Bogert – Renegades by Robert Ward. After some time as a college professor, Bob decided to try journalism. He spent twenty years interviewing folks from Waylon Jennings to Larry Flynt, and, damn, he's good at it! Hunter Seim – Catch-22 by Joseph Heller. The novel is set during World War II, from 1942 to 1944. It mainly follows the life of antihero Captain Yossarian, a U.S. Air Force B-25 bombardier. The term "Catch-22" itself refers to a paradoxical situation in which contradictory rules or circumstances trap a person. In the novel, Yossarian discovers that he can be declared insane and relieved from duty if he requests it, but by requesting it, he demonstrates his sanity. Remarkably accurate in describing organizational dysfunction and bureaucratic absurdity. It was the perfect book to read in 2025. Bill Whiteside – I Regret Almost Everything by Keith McNally. I wondered whether this memoir by a New York restaurateur (who hates the word "restaurateur" and much else), who suffered two strokes and survived a suicide attempt, would live up to its social media hype. It does.

We're baaaaaaack! Happy New Year, y'all! In this first episode of 2026, meet and get to know San Francisco artist Hollis Callas. Hollis first came across my radar a few years ago when she won a contest to design our city's new "I voted" stickers. I soon learned that she's something of an artistic fixture in one of my adopted neighborhoods—The Inner Richmond. So I sat down with her one afternoon in November to learn more about her life. In Part 1, Hollis, an artist, illustrator, and designer, begins sharing her life story, which started in Atlanta. She grew up in the same Georgia house where her dad was also raised. Her grandpa lived there when Hollis was young, and her parents still live in the house today. Both of Hollis's parents are creatives. Her mom studied fabric design and textiles and weaves quilts these days. Her dad is a carpenter and "builds everything." Along with her crafty dad, Hollis often found herself making big changes in her house when she was little. Her parents met when they were both at the University of Georgia, in Athens. When the two moved in together, Hollis's mom was friends with members of the B-52s. That now well-known band played one of its early shows at her parents house, in fact. Hollis met the band when she was a kid, but doesn't really remember it. After they each graduated college, Hollis's parents moved back to Atlanta to that ancestral home we talked about earlier to take care of her dad's dad, who had fallen ill. First, her older sister was born. And then, in 1987, along came baby Hollis. Life in Atlanta in the Nineties for Hollis meant lots of time outdoors. There's an acre of land with the house she grew up in, space for lots of trees and a bird sanctuary. It was still a time of latch-key kids, and she was definitely one. Hollis roamed her parents' land, wading in creeks and running through the forest. Her parents eventually got a second home up in the Blue Ridge Mountains where she also spent a lot of time. Hollis went to public school the whole way. Her mom went back to school to become an elementary school librarian, and her dad taught at her high school what we used to call woodshop and coached the boys cross-country team (Hollis was part of the girls team). Kids at her high school loved Coach Griffith, she says. Art didn't necessarily "enter" Hollis' life. It was always just there. She answered that dreaded question some adults ask kids of "what do you wanna be when you grow up?" with "an artist or a vet." But then she stared getting good grades in art and didn't do so well in math. The Universe spoke, and Hollis listened. Sports remained a big part of Hollis's life up to and through college, where she played intramural soccer. There was an art school in a small North Carolina town she'd had her eye on, but she ended up getting a scholarship to stay in-state, and landed at UGA in Athens, where she studied art. UGA is one of those intense Greek life schools (I relate, having gone to UT Austin), and Hollis found out quickly that it wasn't for her. She found her art school homies right away. At this point in the recording, Hollis and I go on a sidebar about recurring end-of-semester nightmares. Hollis graduated from UGA with two degrees—ceramics and art education. She student taught one year and got out in five total. After that, she and her boyfriend (now husband) applied for teaching jobs in Spain. They heard back almost a year later, and found themselves living in Zamora and staying for two years. We chat about her time in Spain. They had such a good time the first year and got really embedded, making friends, working, learning Spanish, and joining a bicycling group that they decided to double-up and stay one more year. At the end of that run, though, pressures started to mount for them to return to the US. They came back to Atlanta and Hollis got a job teaching ceramics at a high school. Not even 30 yet herself, she found it difficult to lead a group of kids who weren't that much younger than she was. And they were going through their own hard times. After one year teaching, when colleges came to recruit the teenagers, The Creative Circus ended up picking Hollis. It was a two-year "bootcamp" type of learning environment, geared toward careers in advertising. But before her two years were up, Hollis got a job in San Francisco. Check back Thursday for Part 2 with artist Hollis Callas. We recorded this podcast at Hollis's studio inside of Chloe Jackman Photography in The Inner Richmond in November 2025. Astronomy Cast Ep. 777: The Eddington Limit By Fraser Cain & Dr. Pamela Gay Streamed live on Dec 29, 2025. How big can a star get? This is a calculation made by one of the original pioneers of modern astronomy, Sir Arthur Eddington. And it's named after him, the Eddington Limit. Now, astronomers are finding examples of giant black holes early in the Universe, calling into question some of Eddington's assumptions. Let's explore this fascinating concept! Why are stars sphere-ish? Why do blackholes not eat everything? Why do pulsating stars pulsate? It all comes down to work done by Eddington at the beginning of the last century, and today we're going to look back at Eddington's work and all its applications in modern Astronomy. These past few weeks, we've been discussing some slightly more esoteric ideas including the ethos and strategy around Vāmācāra, the often misunderstood and misrepresented "left-hand path" of Tantra. Since it's the Gregorian new year, and since we're just about to roll out some Vāmācāra stuff in both practice and theory, in the light of Śrī Ramakrishna I thought it'd be good to start with this discussion from the Kāmakalā Vilāsa, an important Sri Vidya text in which we learn the bīja mantra which is, arguably, the foundational bīja for all śakti vidyās. We both present the bija as well as some exegesis on how it represents the entire universe, which is entirely reflected non-differently in the mirror of Consciousness, which is my very own Self, all for the sake of play. I've been talking about the loneliness epidemic, which is growing in our culture. If you are struggling with loneliness, remember first it's part of being human. And yes, Christians are vulnerable to feelings of loneliness, and it is not necessarily a spiritual issue. Loneliness is a human condition common to everyone at some time in their life. However, if you deal with loneliness in the wrong way, it could lead you to form harmful and inappropriate relationships, to go places and do things you know are not right just to try to find companionship and stop those feelings of loneliness. We all need friends and a support system, but the wrong friends will do you far more harm than good. And keep this in mind: If you try to fill up that lonely place in your heart with people, before looking first to Jesus Christ, you are setting yourself up for further disappointment and it could simply make your loneliness worse rather than better. I had to learn this some years ago, when I had to make a choice to first seek the presence of Christ, to get to know him better, to allow his love to become more real and more powerful in my life, instead of trying to solve my loneliness by looking for a meaningful relationship. A sure-fire way to combat feelings of loneliness is to quote Scripture and fill your mind with truth that can set you free. In verse 5 of Psalm 42, we read, my soul is downcast within me; therefore I will remember you…. Now this is a very good technique and habit. When you feel lonely, you should then force yourself to remember and recite out loud God’s goodness to you in times past. Are you having a tough time today, feeling alone and lonely? Then, stop right now and talk to yourself; find some place where you can say something like, “Look, Mary, what is your problem? The God of all the Universe loves you and cares for you; he’s met your need time and again. Remember, Jesus will never leave you or forsake you, and you have a wonderful Friend in Jesus.” Just recite, out loud if possible, what you know to be true. Finding relief from loneliness is often a choice we make to replace wrong thoughts with right thoughts and decide to live in the truth of God's Word.

Could consciousness be more than an illusion? Could it be the very fabric of reality itself? The Mind-at-Large Project is a three-year conference series, with associated film and other media, that investigates consciousness and its role in reality. The project seeks to challenge the common yet unnecessarily-restrictive worldview that posits that brains alone are required for consciousness. The first gathering, “A New Dawn,” inaugurates this unfolding inquiry. Convening April 15-17, 2026 at the University of Exeter, thought leaders and emerging scholars will come together to explore the deeper nature of mind- from the quantum to the ecological, from the human to the transpersonal. We invite papers that engage creatively and critically with the re-emerging paradigm of “mind-at-large,” traversing multiple thresholds of philosophical, scientific, and cultural discourse, including but not limited to:- Philosophy of Mind: panpsychism, idealism, dual-aspect monism, process philosophy, nondualism- Mind & Matter: quantum theory, observer participation, the metaphysics of measurement- Biology & Consciousness: cognition in plants, animals, and bioelectric systems- 4E Cognition: embodied, embedded, enactive, and extended mindIndigenous and Animist Perspectives: relational ontologies and ecological mind- History of Science & the Disenchantment of Nature: recovering participatory modes of knowing- Theology & Cosmology: panentheism, pantheism, and the divinization of nature- Extraordinary Experience: psychedelic, mystical, and psi phenomena as windows onto a wider consciousness

We spend most of our lives afraid. We spend most of our lives worrying about what has been or what could be. We spend our life thinking about all the bad things that are possible. But we very often forget the other side of possibility. All the good things that could happen. Good or bad, neither are true, unless we say so. This meditation hopes to help remind us that we have the universe inside of us and to ask the question how much better could things get? One breath at a time.

Play Episode Listen Later Dec 31, 2025 37:02

The New Year is just around the corner along with the tradition of making resolutions, which are usually promises to do something "more, better, or different." Most of us start the New Year with the greatest of intentions, yet by March (or even by the second week in January) we may not find ourselves so resolved. We revert back to old patterns and beat ourselves up for not sticking to our resolutions. Could there be a way to ring in 2026 that serves us better? YES! And it has been my New Year ritual for the past fifteen years. Many of you have joined me in this ritual, which is a co-creative process of reflection and intention setting over the years. The night of December 31st will come and go (and no one will remember what you wore) so instead of just trying to plan an epic evening, set your sights on co-creating an epic year!! I invite you to follow this step-by-step process and amend it any way that inspires you: PART ONE: Completing 2025 On December 31st (or around that time) carve out at least an hour of uninterrupted time for yourself. Create the mood – get comfy, quiet, light a candle, put on some music. Begin by writing in a journal your "Year in Review." Month by month recall events that happened, people you met, places you visited, lessons you learned, accomplishments, blessings, struggles, funny moments and so on. What is so great about looking at the year in this way is that you are able to notice how you have grown and express gratitude for all your learnings. After you have gone through the year, consider the behaviors, beliefs or habits that you'd like to leave behind. We all have our regrets, bad habits, and learning experiences; yet, a lot of us tend to cling to them much longer than we need to. On a separate sheet of paper, write down what you would like to leave behind in 2025. For example: being obsessed with an ex, bad eating habits, going to bed too late, limiting beliefs, repetitive/disruptive thoughts, overuse of social media, consistent self-scrutiny, road rage and so on. When you complete this list, burn it or rip it up into tiny pieces to really let it go! If you so choose, share your year in review with someone close to you. See what they recall, reminisce, and share a couple laughs. (Optional) Make a toast to the end of the year. Say a prayer of gratitude for 2025, declare you are letting it go, and toast to releasing anything that no longer serves you. PART TWO: Co-Creating 2026 Begin to co-create/manifest 2026. Light a new candle, set the mood. Meditate for at least five minutes using the guided meditation included in this episode. Meditation is important to do before you begin to manifest so you create and visualize from the authentic self rather than the ego. After your meditation is complete and you are tuned into your most authentic channel, you are ready to start visioning your 2026! Begin by getting a blank sheet of unlined paper. Write at the top: "This or something better for the highest good of all concerned. And so it is." Without thinking or analyzing, write down anything and everything that comes to mind that you would like to co-create/manifest in 2026. Be specific, be creative and think big; however, your list should be at least 70 percent possible and believable. Write until your brain is empty – don't worry about being greedy! The Universe loves to be generous!!! Important: write everything in present tense using "I am" and use verbs to enthusiastically and specifically express what you want. For instance, "I am joyfully and easily securing a new job that is professionally fulfilling and offers me the opportunity to do what I love." Include how you will FEEL - this is crucial because we're actually chasing the feeling, not just the goal. Choose a place to display your list where you can see it regularly and treat it as something sacred. Better yet, record yourself reading your list aloud with feeling and emotion - your own voice is hypnotic. Listen to this recording daily, multiple times a day if possible. Create a playlist of 3-5 songs (at least 20 minutes) that make you feel enlivened, connected to your purpose, and energized for the future. Choose forward-thinking songs that uplift you, not songs that make you nostalgic or sad. Listen to this playlist frequently - ideally while taking a walk and listening to your recorded manifestation audio. Frequently throughout the year, review your list (every day is ideal). Read what you wrote aloud and feel free to add to it. January 1st is not the only day of the year in which you can call in what you want! Believe in the possibility of your manifestation power. Observe with gratitude as things in your life begin to manifest. Celebrate AND do not beat yourself up or get discouraged over what is not happening. Focusing more on what is abundant in our lives ALREADY is the best way to generate more abundance. Remember that sometimes our timeline and the Universe's timeline may be different. Resolve to live your life in alignment with what you truly want to manifest. Rid yourself of any emotional, mental, physical, or interpersonal clutter so that you can get out of your own way. Co-creating and manifestation takes action as well as thought and belief, so resolve this year to take steps to truly LIVE your best life. Love, Christine
