This week, we're pleased to have a great discussion with another special guest - Chef Kim Sutherland, Manager Nutrition & Wellness of Ronald McDonald House in Southwestern Ontario Chapter. Chef Kim talks about the journey RMH made under her guidance to encourage their guests to be more engaged and thoughtful with their food and nutrition during their stay at RMH. It's a great conversation that touches on getting kids buy-in on their nutrition, redefining "comfort food," and the importance of balanced nutrition for people - and their families - while they are healing.

Luke 1:46-56 - A Song of Divine Joy

Dear friends, today I need to ask for special prayer again. This morning Edith and I will be driving back up to Roanoke Virginia to be there for our little grandson Luke, and Kimberly and Chris. Luke is presently back in PICU at RMH because another infection has developed. This morning at 7:30 he is scheduled to go back in for emergency surgery. The neurosurgeons will be removing the shunts and all the tubing from the brain to the stomach that is draining the excess fluid from around the brain. They will replace that with temporary tubing that will continue to drain the fluid externally. He will be treated for the infection and after a week or so they will repeat the surgery to replace the shunts and all the tubing. We are so thankful for all your continued prayers now and over these many months. They mean everything to us! We will keep you updated, or you can click on the link at the bottom of this chat for more information from Kimberly's Facebook page.   For the past several days we have been talking about genuine divine joy! A joy that you will never find in this world or in the things in this world. This morning especially, I am so glad that I can still experience joy despite the circumstances or situation we are presently experiencing. Mary and Elizabeth lived in very dark days and would face tremendous challenges in the lives of their special sons. Elizabeth's son, John the Baptist would have his life ended by being beheaded by King Herod. Mary would stand at the foot of an old rugged cross and watch her son, Jesus, be crucified in the most cruel, inhumane, sadistic, brutal way possible by the Roman soldiers. She would have to listen to the mocking of priest and people around the cross.   Yet as we read and listen to Elizabeth's and Mary's rejoicing in these verses, we find the source of real genuine joy! Life might seem very unfair at times, and can be very hard and difficult, but by God's grace through His Son Jesus Christ we can still experience peace and joy if we only by faith believe!   For the next several days we will be looking at the specific reasons that Mary was rejoicing with song in Luke 1:46-56. It is pleasant to think of Mary as a singer. Did ever mortal voice sing a sweeter song than this? Her joy was holy, deep, and divine!   Mary experienced spiritual joy. She sang, "My spirit has rejoiced" (v. 47). The tidings of the grace of God, in the gift of His Son, filled her soul with joy and made her spirit sing. The Gospel of God, His Good News in Jesus Christ is intended to reach the very spirit of man, to touch and revive the innermost spring of His being. My friend the lip songs of the hypocrite and the sentimental songs of the world never penetrate to the needy spirit in man.   Mary experienced joy in God. "My spirit hath rejoiced in God" (v. 47). God revealed Himself, and He was known to Mary in the gift of His Son, and so known and believed that her spirit rejoiced in God. It cannot be said of us that we know God if in our spirits we do not rejoice in Him. Paul put it this way in Romans 5:11, “And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.”   The joy that is in God is pure and blameless. It is divine and eternal and never changes! I trust today that you will remember and meditate on God's love through Jesus Christ and experience a song of divine joy despite your circumstances!   God bless!

Programledare: Martin WicklinProducent: Filip BohmKontakt: sondagsintervjun@sr.se

In this episode of Capital for Good we speak with three inspiring leaders in women's health, Erika Seth Davies, Jade Kearney, and Flory Wilson, each pioneering advances in reproductive and maternal health, and each using business, investment, engagement, and advocacy as levers for social change. Davies is the CEO of Rhia Ventures, a nonprofit that advances reproductive and maternal health equity by leveraging capital to focus on the needs, experiences, and perspectives of historically marginalized people in decision making. Rhia ventures activities include venture capital investing (via RH Capital), ecosystem building, corporate engagement and advocacy, and narrative change. Wilson is the founder and CEO of Reproductive & Maternal Health Compass (RMH) Compass, a nonprofit focused on the role employers play in access to reproductive and maternal health, and on providing companies with the tools, resources, support, and recognition necessary to offer best in class RMH benefits for all workers. Kearney is the co-founder and CEO of She Matters, a digital health platform designed to improve maternal morbidity through cultural competency and technology. Focused in particular on improving health outcomes for Black women, and on the epidemic of Black maternal morbidity, She Matters is a B2B company that offers health providers a culturally competent certification program tailored to the specific nuances and challenges facing Black women in the US health care system. Over the course of this conversation, we touch on the personal and professional experiences that have informed each of these leaders' work in health equity and access. We also explore how current headwinds and retrenchment — on reproductive and maternal health, on racial equity and inclusion, and on corporate activism — motivate them and have shaped their innovative business models. “If anyone says entrepreneurship is easy,” Kearney says, “point them in my direction. Social entrepreneurship is sometimes gut wrenching because you're so close to the problem. But change is also soul feeding because you're so close to the problem.” Thanks for Listening! [2:01] September 30th is International Podcast™ Day. Justin loves producing RIMScast and being in touch with you every week to provide insight from leading minds in risk, insurance, and business! Today, Justin interviews a couple of podcasters in the risk and insurance space about what it takes to launch a podcast and keep it going. [2:40] Justin introduces Jay Gates of Know the Risk. Jay was a guest on RIMScast on June 8, 2020, speaking on advocacy. Justin met Jay at RISKWORLD 2023 and he was just as much fun in person as he was virtually! Jay hosts Know The Risk and is a claims advocate with Arthur J. Gallagher. [3:31] Jay Gates, welcome back to RIMScast for International Podcast Day! [4:17] Jay Gates started at Sedgwick and spent 12 years in the TPA business doing everything from claims management to assistant ops manager for national large retail accounts. Next, Jay went to RMH and became Director of Risk Management, managing 175 Applebee's in 15 states. [4:44] After Applebee's, Jay went to Gallagher in national risk control. Now he is Managing Director of the Restaurant Practice Group. Jay has been with Gallagher for four years. [5:46] Jay started the Know the Risk podcast when podcasts were starting to be big. He thought it would be fun and people told him he had a voice for radio. It was one of the first podcasts to talk about risk management in restaurants. At first, he recorded now and then. Now that he has a following, he records regularly. [7:07] You need consistency to keep your followers. [7:32] Know the Risk is a side project for Jay. He doesn't make money from it. He promotes Gallagher in it. He keeps it relevant. He hasn't had any pushback for it. Jay says it is beneficial to Gallagher and to the risk industry, as well as to himself. [8:21] People know Jay from his podcast, his traveling with Gallagher, and LinkedIn. He has a lot of connections and the podcast is just part of it. Podcasting is a nerdy industry and Jay tells people he's an insurance nerd. People ask when the next episode will drop. One recent episode had over 2,000 downloads. [10:28] Jay has a server that holds the shows, a GoDaddy website, editing software on his laptop, a couple of microphones, and the right equipment to record a decent-quality show. He does it all himself. He can record anywhere. He edits out background noise, coughing, miscues, and “ums,” and then publishes it. [11:39] Justin and Jay discuss setting the gain correctly and other audio topics. Make sure that every way you can be muted is turned off before you start recording. Is there a mute button on your headset you don't know about? [13:03] Jay's last words of advice: “Keep it short. People tell me, when they listen, it's on the treadmill, at the airport, or when they need a break. Keep it to 15 or 20 minutes, or 30 if it's really good content. Consistency is key. I get better feedback from my listeners if I drop a show on some kind of schedule.” The podcast is at www.knowtherisk.biz. [14:26] RIMS plug time! Sponsor an episode of RIMScast! Contact us at pd@rims.org. [17:45] Elisa Stampf is the Cofounder and CEO of Insure Equality, a nonprofit based in Chicago that seeks to create and enforce accountability in the insurance profession and industry in the pursuit of diversity and equality. You may remember Elisa from two episodes ago, when we talked about International Equal Pay Day. [18:07] Justin introduces Elisa Stampf. Elisa hosts Insure Equality's video podcast series, Come As You Are. We are going to talk about what inspired the show and how vital it is, especially since her organization is still new and growing. [18:23] Elisa Stampf, welcome back to RIMScast for International Podcast Day!  [18:37] Justin and Elisa had had big events the previous week; Justin at the RIMS Canada Conference in Ottawa and Elisa at the first Insure Equality Summit in Chicago. Elisa says the Summit was incredible. They had people from over half the states, 35 speakers, dancing, and the most diverse group of insurance professionals. [19:18] Elisa reports the Insure Equality Summit was the most warm and lovely space to celebrate, be together, and learn. Elisa explained how dancing to Rihanna's “Work” occurred to lighten the mood of some heavy topics. [21:25] Elisa was in the risk and insurance for over 10 years. She started in banking after graduating from college, but did underwriting for over six years, marketing for over three years, and was on the agency side for a couple of years. As a licensed agent, Elisa has six designations, including CPCU. Now she is making insurance a better place. [22:07] The video podcast, Come As You Are, did not begin immediately when Elisa launched Insure Equality. As the organization progressed, Elisa noticed that people outside of insurance were invested in Insure Equality. One of the top questions Elisa gets is “Can you tell us about insurance and insurance professionals?” [23:00] The podcast, Come As You Are. became an avenue to give voice to the many insurance professionals in the Insure Equality network and the people outside of the network who were tangentially connected to it, actively working to make change within it. Elisa and Insure Equality realized that other people should hear these conversations. [23:23] One conversation was with a meditation specialist. Elisa's sister was in an episode to talk about grief. There are conversations that we're not used to having. These conversations helped to build the speaker list for the summit. [23:59] The next podcast series will be launched in October. It will start with everyone giving an insurance story. Elisa's first guest in the second series was in the diet industry. Her insurance story was unexpected. Elisa invites you to listen to it. As insurance professionals, we are highly curious and always want to know. Elisa will focus on story. [24:56] Elisa has been a marketing rep. That helped her launch the podcast. She has no stage fright; she's holding the mic, and it's just two people having a conversation. It's just about talking to some awesome people. As Elise looks back at life, she sees all the little things that contributed to who she is today. She's always been a fan of podcasts. [27:30] Justin recalls his past work as a writer and stand-up comic in Manhattan. Getting a laugh onstage is the biggest thing ever, and doing RIMScast interviews is the closest thing to that feeling at the same weekly frequency. Elisa talks about getting the guest's undivided attention, which has intention behind it. It's a different way to interact. [29:30] Justin asserts that any company or organization today needs sound or video on their website. A podcast is a necessity. Elisa notes that is especially so since the pandemic hit. Communication is virtual and by social media. E.g., Reels and TikTok. People want to see and hear you in a different way. [30:08] People tell Elisa across the country, “I found you from a podcast.” People listen when they're walking to school, work, or driving to their next appointment. Those little bits of humanity and connection are how we make change in the world. Podcasts are the perfect way for people to attach to your organization. [31:52] Find Come As You Are at InsureEquality.org and on YouTube at InsureEquality. [32:03] Elisa Stampf will be at RISKWORLD 2024 in San Diego. The topic she will share will be Stakeholders. Maybe she will dance the Charleston. Justin will dance the Charleston and follow up with his Regis Philbin impression. [32:44] Special thanks again to Jay Gates of Know the Risk and Elisa Stampf of Insure Equality for joining us on RIMScast. Links to their podcasts are in this episode's show notes. What if we chose to view nature's gift of annually-replenishing fixed carbon sources (i.e. brush, forests etc) in high-fire danger areas as an opportunity to harmonize with the annual carbon cycle instead of as a nuisance to be combated? Could we improve home safety in the urban-wildland edge and take steps towards living within our annual solar energy budget, while saving money and improving habitat and ecology? We absolutely can. Join me for a journey into what could be if we chose to integrate fire into daily life again. In today's show we cover... What a fire-integrated culture could look like The amazing technology that we already have to make burning biomass a central part of meeting our needs without sacrificing convenience while boosting the health of our homestead landscapes! Rocket-stove technology for heating water, heating people and spaces, cooking, even forging and making maple syrup! Making biochar from clean-burning pyrolytic stoves and kilns while meeting our heat-generation needs. What needs to happen for such a future to be realized at scale. Acceptance of the true nature of this climate and bioregion - Fire is a part of this place and its rhythms and we can't change that - let's stop fighting this natural energy and design our lives and homes to align with it instead! More freedom to innovate To build fire-proof homes from natural materials. To burn biomass to meet basic energy needs. Fire-literacy that comes from LIVING WITH FIRE - respecting fire because we have intimate first-hand knowledge of its power. a SLOWER PACE…fire demands attention and calls us to slow down - and this is a good thing especially now in the times we are living in. Hope and healing. If you've ever experienced a trauma, you need both. But how do you know when healing has actually begun? For Capt Amanda Yashack, United States Air Force Reserve, the genesis of the hope and healing that she so desperately needed could have easily gone unnoticed. It began in the back of a church after Sunday services, as a stranger offered Amanda a tissue and sat silently with her as she cried. In the previous episode, Amanda shared the first part of her story, which centered on the trauma she experienced as a result of a sexual assault. If you missed that part of her story, be sure to go back and take a listen. As I mentioned last episode, if you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, please get help. Consider starting with the National Sexual Assault Hotline. They offer confidential 24/7 support, and their number is 800-656-4673. In this episode, Amanda concludes her story by sharing how God began to radically heal her heart and change her life through a series of events. As you listen to Amanda's story of military life at the intersection of faith, family, and profession, here are a few questions to ponder: The kindness and dignity given her from an unknown lady at church, or the pilot school classmates' “by a different playbook” life of faith that she wanted for herself—those are some of the ways other Christians impacted Amanda during her faith journey to Christ. Have you ever thought about how the way you live your life impacts others, both positively and negatively? Amanda came to believe that “God gives us the free choice to choose Him because real love does not force anybody to do anything.” By first recognizing God's “free and loving choice to forgive me,” Amanda was moved “to understand that I can freely and lovingly forgive the people who assaulted me.” Is it possible to forgive others outside of loving them? What would need to change for forgiveness in love to happen? Amanda participated in RMH, an outdoor leadership program largely for young officers. What do you think this mentor's statement from their Bible study sessions, “We shouldn't live our lives to be better Christians but that we should seek Christ with everything, and the rest will follow”? In this episode, Amanda also mentioned: Episode 47, “Building Community in the Military Sisterhood” (47. Kristin Goodrich: Building community in the military sisterhood - Officers' Christian Fellowship (ocfusa.org)) Rocky Mountain High, OCF's premier leadership development program for cadets, midshipmen, junior officers and Christian leaders (Rocky Mountain High – Spring Canyon Conference Center)

Warning: This episode talks about infant loss. If you have experienced infant and/or pregnancy loss, please proceed with caution. In this very special episode, my friend Maria (the winner of my giveaway!) shares her story with us about her beautiful daughter, Camila.  Maria's Bio Maria “Eva” Itriago Rivera is a 25 year old woman from Venezuela (South America) currently living in Southwest Kansas Area. She is a Licensed Nursing Assistant, CPR Instructor and Spanish Interpreter with personal and professional experience on the medical field. Eva is a wife to Reinaldo who is a hard-working and loving man, mother to Camila who went to heaven on 5/9/2019 due to a CHD and Di George’s Syndrome and Aurora who is expected to arrive on November 2020. She enjoys singing, working out, spending time with her family and going to church. Since 06/19 she is working for a non for profit organization in Kansas as an Administrative Assistant and Spanish interpreter, helping families receive free early intervention services for children 0-3 years old that have a delay or a disability. This organization also helps mothers who are pregnant get education about their pregnancy, lactation consultation, and connecting them with the community resources available to help them meet their needs. Eva is passionate about helping others, as the only child of a single mother she grew up facing many challenges, but at the same time her mother was a role model for her, a true example of how to be unstoppable. The many struggles she has faced in her short life have made her understand that regardless of your current situation, you always need to “Fight to Flourish – Jennie Lusko”. Maria's Birth Story December 2018 was the due date for the birth of my firstborn daughter “Camila”. My belly was enormous to use a more graceful term. At 35-weeks my doctor found out I had high levels of amniotic fluid, per ultrasound report: severe polyhydramnios. The doctor checked me out, but he did not understand the cause because I was “healthy”. At 39 weeks on 12/07 I had a scheduled C-section early in the morning, I was taken to the OR for the surgery, and I was very scared and excited about the birth of Camila. My anesthesiologist placed the epidural but it did not numb my body, and then they put me to sleep immediately after that under general anesthesia. Little did I know what was waiting for me. When I woke up from the C-Section there wasn’t anyone around me, and I immediately knew that something was wrong. I just wanted to hold my baby, but instead my husband got into the room with a face that told me something was wrong. He told me that my baby was having trouble breathing and she needed to be flown out in an emergency flight to a bigger hospital 3 hours away from us. I was so confused, panicked, hurt, I felt that the weight of the world was over my body and I just wanted to really wake up. With the strength I had left I stand up, got into a wheel chair and kissed my baby good bye at the NICU, with no guarantees she would survive the flight. That moment broke my heart forever, my expectations and dreams of the birth of my daughter, and to this day this moment hunts before I go to bed. The nurses wanted me to pump, but  I had no energy knowing that my baby was away from me and I was still hospitalized, and couldn’t go with her. She made it safely to the other Hospital, and a few hours later my cellphone ringed with the worst news: Camila has a severe heart problem that we cannot fix here in Kansas, she needs to go now to Colorado. I think my own heart skipped a beat after that call, and after that call our lives and my expectations of motherhood changed forever. Camila's Story At 1 day old Camila had to be taken in an emergency flight from Kansas to Colorado (her second medical flight in a little over 24hrs). I asked the doctor permission to take a flight to Denver after I was discharged (4 days after my C-section). That flight was the worst nightmare of my life, I was going to pass out from the bleeding, nausea, anemia, pain and panic. I made it to Aurora, CO with my family and checked-in at the Ronald McDonalds House. Upon arrival at the hospital, I was desperate to be with my baby girl. When I got into that CICU room, she was peacefully sleeping and I just feel like I heard: "mama I was waiting for you" in my inside, that connection... I cannot explain. That same day I ended up in the ER with a very high blood pressure and unstable but I was able to be discharged at night. The next day I went back to the CICU to hold her for the first time and be with her every second, and that same day the doctors gave us the worst news of our lives. Your daughter has: Tetralogy of Fallot with Pulmonary Atresia and MAPCAS, and this diagnosis usually has a base genetic disorder called Di George's Syndrome or 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome which she is tested positive for 3 weeks after the blood sample was taken.... That day my life was turned upside down. With these news my husband and I decided that we were not going to give into sadness but that we were going to give her the best life we could, give her the best of the best from our hearts and advocate like no other, after all, I knew God had prepared me for this moment She went through a lot: X-Rays, CTs, PICC line, 3 Hearth Catheterizations, 1 failed G-J tube Surgery, NG tubes, 1 Nissen Surgery with G-tube (which I had to advocate for and propose to the medical board since they did not know what to do with her, I had another momma help me find out about this option for her on Instagram). She was intubated multiple times, had CPAP, high flow, nasal cannula, breathing treatments ...lots of labs, meds, monitors. I knew God had not sent me to this battle without preparing me, since I had worked with every department at the rural Hospital where I gave birth (I got to learn from amazing healthcare professionals) I knew how to help her most of the time, I would provide direct care for her, even during the most critical times. She needed a 20-hour open heart and lung surgery to be able to have some chance at life, and on May 9th, 2019 at 9:00pm while I went to RMH for dinner she went into Cardiac and Respiratory arrest after getting upset while having her RT treatment. I arrived in the middle of the episode, she did not respond to epinephrine or any other meds used for resuscitation, neither CPR. She was 3 days away from her heart surgery and 2 days away from our first mother's day together. While watching the team trying to bring her back to life, I felt an unexplainable weight in my chest, I knew in my heart it was her time, because we knew there was nothing else with could do, it was her time to go to heaven, we fought a hard battle but the decision of her life in earth unfortunately was not ours. I held her lifeless and surprisingly weightless body one last time that night. We spent 5 months in the Cardiac ICU with her. I must say she had everything she needed: best medical care, us as her parents by her side at all times, her grandparents got to meet her and serve her as well, and she had 2 baby showers and had tons of things, which I took as much as I could to her hospital room so she could feel at home. After her passing all these items were sent to Venezuela for the children and moms in need, and some others were donated to Ronald McDonalds House. She never made it home, she never made it out of the hospital but she stayed forever in our hearts and minds. She changed us forever. Now I understand that her spirit was so strong, so big that her earthly and broken body could not hold. Never forgotten, always loved … My Dear Camila mommy and Daddy Love You. Business Day TV — Nesan Nair from Sasfin Securities chose Remgro as his stock pick of the day. "I'm going for Remgro, unbundling it's hold on RMH, and what a legendary deal that they've done. It brings an end to this era of Remgro actually controlling the FirstRand group so I think there's an unlock of value there for investors in Remgro. Many of these investors are from South Africa and I think the time has come for them to see that unlock"

Markets are surging, taken off flying and chasing the stars. Overall value is decent but not spectacular. Coupled with the ZAR at 17 we likely have a risk on trade and some epic sort squeezes. The general view for the currency is at least 16 in the short-term maybe stronger but as always, be careful because this can turn on a dime. Of course, my crash puts are getting slaughtered in this run, but that's the plan. if my cash puts are losing then my portfolio is winning. WTI and Brent both having a good week with the latter back above US$40. Sasol (JSE code: SOL) the easy winner here, likely based on higher oil and short squeezes. Will it close the gap at R160? Certainly, the possible rights issue is much less likely with Brent oil back above US$40. Subscribe to our feed here Subscribe or review us in iTunes The Bidvest (JSE code: BVT) saw them write down their Comiar (JSE code: COM) stake to zero as the business is in business rescue. But they had good things to say about Adcock Ingram (JSE code: AIP) and that boost Adcock, but caution as they sell a lot of over the counter drugs that may struggle under a stressed consumer. Last week I was dissing MTI on Twitter, they've reached out to me asking why. I sent them a list of questions on Tuesday and will publish the answers when I receive them. Key point apart from paying referral fees is an absolute lack of compliance process and no FSCA registration. Locally and globally PMI data bounced back in May compared to the horror April numbers. This is in part statistical, but also that April was hard lockdown in much of the world and importantly aside from China all PMI numbers were still below 50 and hence contracting. Speaking of China, they're cracking down on Hong Kong coupled with Trump blaming them for their COVID-19 response and let us not forget we still have the trade wars on-going. Make no mistake they are using the cover of a pandemic and Trumps increasing isolation as a world leader to flex their muscle and increase their influence. This is not surprising but will lead to even greater tensions between the US and China and this must leave Tencent in somewhat of a bind and at risk of sanctions aimed either directly at them or China more generally? That, of course, could then play out to Naspers (JSE code: NPN) and Prosus (JSE code; PRX). But for now, they both doing alright, remember they are still some 20% of the Top40. Remgro (JSE code: REM) has spun out their holding in RMH and PSG have announced the terms of their Capitec* (JSE code: CPI) unbundling, 14 Capitec shares per 100 PSG shares leaving PSG with some 4%. My view is unbundling already listed shares makes absolute sense. There is no point in me essentially buying a holding company if all they own is listed. Now if the held unlisted shares then t's a different story, so maybe we'll see more in the months and years ahead? * I hold ungeared positions. Business Day TV — Waldo du Plessis from Nitrogen Fund Managers chose Remgro as his stock pick of the day "I'm going with the Remgro simply because they're doing a corporate action. They own 30% of Remgro's nav in RMH and on Wednesday they will be unbundling that RMH stake to investors. So, you're getting RMH essentially at a 30% discount, and on the 22nd of this month RMH will be unbundling their FirstRand stake to investors. So as a Remgro shareholder you stand to get some FirstRand shares at the end of June you at quite an attractive valuation for the long term."

Business Day TV — Waldo du Plessis from Nitrogen Fund Managers chose Remgro as his stock pick of the day. My stock pick right now is Remgro, they are moving forward with the unbundling of the RMH asset which is a currently 28% of their net asset value. RMH is moving to unbundle their shareholding in FirstRand so you're Remgro shareholder you are going to get RMH, the shareholders are at a 28% uptick because RMH trades at 28% discount to its net asset value and then once you get your matches you're going to get FirstRand shares which is another 2-3% and uplift for the investor, so for me Remgro looks cheap at these levels.

It was a week of contrasts. First, there was good news for shareholders as Remgro and RMH announced plans to unbundle a 40% stake in FirstRand. Then, more bad news for taxpayers as S&P revised its outlook for South Africa to negative, suggesting an additional downgrade is in the pipes. In this episode, Alec Hogg and Felicity Duncan discuss the reasoning behind the unbundling and the implications of SA’s worsening debt position.

Business Day TV — Waldo du Plessis from Nitrogen Fund Managers chose Remgro Ltd (REM) as his stock pick of the day and Gerbrand Smit from N-e-F-G Fund Managers chose Aspen Pharmacare Hldgs Ltd. du Plessis said: "I'm going with Remgro, one that I have chosen recently. It is a typical old school holding company, they use capital and invest in other listed and private business that they hope to bring to market. Their biggest investment RMH is around 30% of the net asset value, just last week there was a 6/7% dispersion in the share price and if you think about it, you've got one asset where thirty percent of its value is determined by something that went up six percent and it went down one or two, it looks pretty cheap to me." Smith said: "I'm going Aspen, we are all very worried about their debt problems etc. They certainly sold some of their businesses still Steven Saad never sold one of his shares that he's been owning. Most people back this company at a 35 and a 40 PE at R400 a share two/three years back. It's now trading at R85 a share, sitting at a six/seven pe multiple. They are deleveraging the balance sheet at the moment so they know what the problems are. They are tackling it and I they had lots of headwinds over the last two years, so I think you're probably picking up a bargain here and and you need to believe that Steven Saad and his management will do a good job going forward."

MUSIKER, ARTIST. Erik Lundin - Suedi 2. Adam Tensta - Dopeboy ft Eboi 3. Erik Lundin - Araba 4. Erik Lundin - Annie Lööf 5. Erik Lundin - Haffla 6. Future - U Deserve It

Shoo! God lyssning! Whatever?!? xoxo Sånger från avsnittet (soundcloud-spellista nedan): 1. Diezel - Gör det här för min trakt 2. Cami - Light Em Up (prod Babak) 3. Adam Tensta - Bangin On The System ft Eboi & Promo 4. Silvana Imam - Fakking G ft Adam Tensta 5. Silvana Imam - Dör För Dig 6. Erik Lundin aka Eboi - SUEDI (OSLÄPPT! VBDFR FÖRHANDSLYSSNING!)

PatiCakes, Queen of Cannabis and Leon, our Almighty One today, talk with Special Guest, Ryan Loflin Owner, Rocky Mountain Hemp Inc and better know to me as the "Hemp Hero" who grew & harvested the nation's first commercial-scale hemp grower in almost 60 years! Take that & no you can't smoke Hemp!! RockyMountainHemp has planted the first American hemp crop approved by an individual State in 60 years. RMH plans to plant a total of 65-100 acres. RMH will then harvest the hemp seed for future planting and also to expel hemp oil from the seed. RMH will then take the seed cake and produce hemp protein powders and edible fiber for food additives. RMH is building the Nation's first "hemp only" processing facility. The RMH facility will utilize alternative energy to power our equipment. RMH plans to be the Nations premiere industrial hemp grower and processor. RMH will take on hemp seed management including onsite seed storage and drying. "HEMP SAVES" Colorado Barnwood dismantles old structures. We take down everything from outhouses to 80' tall grain elevators The barn wood, framing lumber and roof tin are then reclaimed to save our old growth forests. We then resale the barn wood to high end home builders. We also can provide a economical product for the average person. We Reclaim the Past to Conserve the Future. Tune in October 31 for our Halloween PotCast with Diana Oliver & her "Buds" as they tell us about their film, Hempsters: Plant The Seed........... A documentary film about the struggle to legalize industrial hemp in the US- featuring Woody Harrelson, Ralph Nader, Julia Butterfly ...If you have not see it, please check it out & you will become Hemptucated!! They are getting ready to shoot the second installment & will tell us all about it! Let's get back to basics & back to farming Industrial Hemp! GET HEMP! It Does The Body Good................
