YO ho ho ah.. it's a bit late for that. Sorry this WAS supposed to be a Christmas pod. The so called "escape pod" but I got struck with a brutal illness that is only just waning. I shan't linger on it as it's dull but I was down. Down, down, down like the pointer sisters are clearly singing about in "automatic". This pod is brought to you remotely from Sedona Arizona. It might sound a bit less polished as a result but it's the content that matters :) Welcome to this humble whee ramble with Roger Eno, who's had a long and successful career in the olde music game. He's left behind some mellow corkers. If you've never heard “An Ending (Ascent)” from the album "Apollo: Atmospheres and soundtracks" for example... you simply must. It's a true timeless beauty. The kind of track that if you were to have made it, you'd be chilling for the rest of your days. Quite literally. There's something utterly magical about that one and it really feels like a unique sound only possible thanks to Roger's sensibility. Of course it was a collaboration with Daniel Lanois and his rather famous sibling. It must be strange to have a brother like Brian. As Roger mentions in this pod, if he's ever getting full of himself he reflects on Brian being Bowie's producer and it's all put into stark perspective. A silly thing to linger on of course and we dont get too into that for long but it's there. This pod chat is mostly about him waking up and getting into music and literally how to get out ones way to let that inner music rush forth. Damn good advice nestled in this one I reckon. Happy listening and see you in 2025! x
This VoiceAmerica Special, “HUMANITY'S MOMENT OF CHOICE: HOLOMOVEMENT” explores what “Holomovement” means-- and the global community “THE HOLOMOVEMENT” (at holomovement.net) that is advancing Holomovement vision and action-- excitingly toward Love and a world that works for all. This Special also marks the occasion of the Holomovement's new free e-publication which we direct you to immediately below. More than just a catchy title, Holomovement has become a name to rally around for global collaborative social change. It was first coined by David Bohm, American physicist and contemporary of Einstein-- echoing the millennial vision of the world's Great Wisdom Traditions and current cutting edge science-- that our Universe is a unified whole in which our deepest human experience is an intimate part. It affirms that since all actions in the Universe ultimately unfold for the good of the whole, we can say We and our Universe are really about Love and the well-being of all. We direct you to a colorful free e-publication about all this at ISSUU.com/lightonlight. Click there on the multi-colored cover entitled THE HOLOMOVEMENT WAVE: CO-CREATING A RIPPLE EFFECT OF CHANGE. See also the book THE HOLOMOVEMENT: EMBRACING OUR COLLECTIVE PURPOSE TO UNITE HUMANITY (available at all booksellers) edited by Emanuel Kuntzelman and Jill Robinson, In this VoiceAmerica Special, Emanuel joins eight other key members of the Holomovment Core Team to discuss multiple aspects of the Holomovement vision and work. Ultimately the Guest List, as reflected above in the Showpage links to guest bio's, is Emanuel Kuntzleman, Paulette Pipe, Scarlett Lewis, Mariko Pitts, Zenka Caro, Adam Cupell, Yasmine El Baggari, and Laura Rose. Guided by science and spirituality, this unifying movement is part of catalyzing a massive shift in human consciousness. The Evolutionary Leaders Circle, a project of the Source of Synergy Foundation, which sponsors and hosts Humanity's Moment of Choice is pleased to present this program. It also partnered with The Holomovement for its “Igniting the Holomovement”” event in Sedona Arizona in 2023 and its Holomovement Wave event in 2024 in Ibiza Spain. Light on Light Publications and Media, which co-host this Humanity's Moment of Choice Series on VoiceAmerica, produced both Holomovement publications. In this episode, the FAQ is: How can I travel solo while in a “group”? Today's Destination is: Sedona, AZ Today's Mistake- I bought the wrong ticket online Travel Advice: Gas up when half full. FAQ: How can I travel solo while still in a “group”? Answer: Before or after your group trip, plan some solo time, for just you. That way, when you do get to the arranged activities, you will be ready and prepared. Some people like to warm up by going with just one friend, before they join the group. That's ok, too. After your group tour, you may want to spend a few days in the same region to explore other options and see things that were left off the tour. Tourguides generally only show you the best parts of the region. To really experience it, you need some solo trip time, too. Today's destination: Sedona, Arizona Sedona, Arizona, and the Verde Valley area are 1200 square miles big and are a traveler's delight. It's like an oasis in the desert, but lifelike and real. It's known for spirituality, wellness, and red rocks. Sedona's magic goes back to history and legend. It may have been linked to early Aztec or Mayan occupation thousands of years ago. The earliest native artifacts—such as pottery and weavings—found in the area date back to as early as the 7th century. Later, tribes were present, including the Hopi, Navajo, and (YA—VA Pie) Yavapai. Cliff houses are worth exploring such as Sedona's (pal at kI) Palatki Heritage Site or nearby Montezuma Castle. Way back in the 16th century, the Spanish called the local in-dig in us) Indigenous people Sinagua, which means without water. Sedona is named after the wife of TC Schnebly, the founder in modern days of the area. https://visitsedona.com/ Today's Mistake- I bought the wrong ticket online. Today's Travel Advice-Gas up when half full Check the gas gauge when you get in the car. Make sure you have enough. It's best to fill up early in the day if you can. I try to fill up whenever I am halfway full. Gas prices have been dropping lately. Use the GasBuddy app or similar method of finding the cheapest gas in your neigbhorhood. Do the Houston Cougars, Arizona State and UCF need to drop the corporate nonsense title with their stadiums? Did the TCU Horned Frogs do an amazing job revamping Amon G Carter Stadium? What do we make of the Arizona Wildcats Stadium in Tucson? Should Sun Devil Stadium go back to hosting the Fiesta Bowl instead of that lame State Farm Stadium? Do the Colorado Buffaloes have one of the top stadiums in America with Folsom Field in Boulder, Colorado? Why are the Kansas Jayhawks revamping their stadium to look more current when they have Kansas State and Bill Snyder Family Stadium right down the road? IN THIS EPISODE: They found the first body stuffed inside the church library's closet. Then a second body turned up. It's the creepy case of Theo Durrant – better known in San Francisco as the Demon of the Belfry. (Demon of the Belfry) *** In 1989 a man anonymously claimed he had worked at Area 51 where alien technology was being reverse-engineered for the Pentagon. It sounded like the crazed thoughts of a madman at the time. But now, thirty years later, it does not seem so absurd. (Bob Lazar, The Pentagon, And UFOs) *** One of our Weirdo family members tells the true story of a young child told not to be sad when her grandfather passes away… before anyone knew he had died. (The Old Woman In The Basement) *** Some very strange things have been taking place in Sedona Arizona – including ghosts, UFOs, and even people supposedly seeing living dinosaurs. (Strangeness at the Bradshaw Ranch) *** Is it possible that the reason Jack The Ripper was never caught, is because he was only visiting London at the time and then returned to his home in Missouri, USA? (Was Jack The Ripper From St. Louis?) *** It's a story called “Murder Without Motive”. It's a chapter from the upcoming audiobook I'm narrating called “Suffer The Children: American Horrors, Homicides, and Hauntings” by Troy Taylor.YOUTUBE CHAPTERS & TIME STAMPS…00:00:00.000 = Title Story Preview00:03:42.779 = Show Open00:05:56.321 = Murder Without Motive00:41:23.095 = Was Jack The Ripper From St. Louis?00:54:59.912 = Strangeness At Bradshaw Ranch01:07:46.108 = The Old Woman In The Basement01:13:49.564 = Bob Lazar, The Pentagon, and UFOs01:18:24.291 = Demon Of The Belfry01:23:11.229 = Show CloseSOURCES AND REFERENCES FROM THE EPISODE…“Murder Without Motive” by Troy Taylor from the audiobook “Suffer The Children”: https://amzn.to/2YNrSdk“Was Jack The Ripper From St. Louis?” by Troy Taylor: http://bit.ly/2HG5QUh“Demon of the Belfry” by Orrin Grey: http://bit.ly/2JJbsiO“Bob Lazar, The Pentagon, And UFOs” by George Knapp and Matt Adams: http://bit.ly/30IC60u“Strangeness at the Bradshaw Ranch” by Brent Swancer: http://bit.ly/2JI4Dhz“The Old Woman In The Basement” by Ashley Delia, submitted directly to WeirdDarkness.comWeird Darkness theme by Alibi Music Library.= = = = =(Over time links seen above may become invalid, disappear, or have different content. This episode was recorded LIVE, together in real life, back in October 2022 in Sedona Arizona. I was on a month-long camper van experiment out West but that's a story for a different day. This week's guest, Erin Sharaf, is both a scientist and a mystic. A former primary care provider and university professor who became a mindfulness expert and shaman. Erin now helps cultivate healing for people and the planet through enhancing the connection between mind-body-spirit and nature. Her work draws on both traditions of modern science and ancient wisdom. We met up for a hike amongst Sedona's red rocks, then sat down to talk about how her own mindfulness journey from a new student, a few decades ago, led her to become a fierce advocate for the planet. “I sit so we all can rise”. Let that sink in. Magic. What do we do with all that we become aware of when we get still, meditate and can see clearly once the dust of our minds settle? Do we have a responsibility to do anything about that which we see? For Erin, this is where her passion for social justice, peace and kindness came alive. Mindfulness Teacher

Jay V. Jackson has a great passion for the healing arts of Reiki. He loves sharing these beautiful energies with everyone he meets, especially his clients and students. As a licensed teacher of the International Center for Reiki Training, Jay has demonstrated his commitment to his Reiki journey and fostering the Reiki paths of others as well. Jay grew up in the remote Blue Mountains of East Central Oregon. As a child, he loved to play with stones and would study them. Later, his parents started a gem faceting business, cutting precious gemstones. By his late teens, Jay had become a Master Gem Facetor. He found that if he would study a gemstone carefully and "listen" to the stone, he would communicate with him, and together they would come up with a design that ended up becoming an incredible work of art. In the late 1990s, Jay started to study Reiki. In 2004, Jay became a Reiki Master/Teacher. The call of healing modalities kept calling him, and Jay completed the massage program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy. Jay also became a registered nurse in 2011. Jay is both a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master / Teacher and a Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master / Teacher. Jay continues to study Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sound Healing, and Sacred Geometry. He loves to facilitate classes on these subjects whenever he can. He has had the privilege of studying Crystal Healing with Laurelle Gaia in Sedona Arizona and furthered his studies in Vogel Crystal Healing. Jay currently lives in the beautiful Andes Mountains of Ecuador where he teaches Reiki Classes remotely and offers Reiki Crystal Healing Classes and offers remote Reiki sessions too. Jay loves to be a facilitator of healing and enjoys seeing enlightenment spark through others as he also gains forever new insights. It's a chapter from the upcoming audiobook I'm narrating called “Suffer The Children: American Horrors, Homicides, and Hauntings” by Troy Taylor.SOURCES AND ESSENTIAL WEB LINKS…“Murder Without Motive” by Troy Taylor from the audiobook “Suffer The Children”: https://amzn.to/2YNrSdk “Was Jack The Ripper From St. Louis?” by Troy Taylor: http://bit.ly/2HG5QUh “Demon of the Belfry” by Orrin Grey: http://bit.ly/2JJbsiO “Bob Lazar, The Pentagon, And UFOs” by George Knapp and Matt Adams: http://bit.ly/30IC60u “Strangeness at the Bradshaw Ranch” by Brent Swancer: http://bit.ly/2JI4Dhz “The Old Woman In The Basement” by Ashley Delia, submitted directly to WeirdDarkness.com= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =Weird Darkness theme by Alibi Music Library.
