Elles affichent leurs labels, leurs valeurs, leurs engagements, leurs promesses de culture, leurs bureaux, leurs équipes et leur vision du travail. De leur côté, les candidats ajustent leur CV, peaufinent leur profil LinkedIn, protègent ou retouchent leur présence numérique, et essaient parfois de correspondre à des fiches de poste qui demandent à peu près tout à tout le monde.Résultat : le recrutement peut vite devenir un jeu de dupe.Avec Éric, on parle du décalage croissant entre les codes de communication des candidats et ceux des recruteurs, des offres d'emploi encore trop souvent pensées comme des listes de courses, du poids des réseaux sociaux dans l'évaluation des profils, de la frontière entre curiosité et discrimination, mais aussi de la rupture de promesse entre marque employeur et réalité vécue.L'épisode aborde également un sujet clé : le coût de l'inauthenticité.
