Microsoft ostatnio pracuje nad nowym rozwiązaniem, które będzie potrafiło zidentyfikować zachowania czy słownictwo związane z przemocą, które będą skierowane do pracowników pracujących zdalnie. Nowy wpis, który pojawił się ostatnio na takiej roadmapie produktowej wskazuje, że pojawi się niedługo upgrade rozwiązania, które nazywa się Microsoft 365 Compliance Center, które właśnie pozwoli administratorom na szkolenie tak zwanych klasyfikatorów, które będą wykrywały zagrożenie, mobbing czy wulgaryzmy. Te klasyfikatory będą działały w oparciu o kilka języków, takich jak: angielski, francuski, hiszpański, niemiecki, portugalski, włoski, japoński i chiński. Kilka ficzerów tego oprogramowania nadal jest rozwijanych, ale prawdopodobnie to rozwiązanie pojawi się w ciągu nadchodzących kilku dni. A dlaczego o tym mówię? Ma to wszystko związek z tak naprawdę toksycznym środowiskiem, którym czasami jest nasza praca. Ale anegdota z profesorem Miodkiem, która pojawia się od wielu lat w internecie, przytacza, że profesor Miodek powiedział że: Wszystkie te i o wiele jeszcze bogatsze emocje wyraża proste słowo “O kurwa!”, które wyczerpuje sprawę”. Przeklinanie najczęściej jest nieszkodliwe ale pokazuje czasami klasę człowieka. Jednak niekiedy może się przeobrazić w takie systemowe obrażanie niektórych pracowników. I ten problem pojawił się właśnie w kontekście pracy zdalnej, gdzie wypadły nam interakcje twarzą w twarz i tych bezpośredniej interakcji jest mniej a jest więcej interakcji takich bezosobowych na poziomie komunikatora. To rozwiązanie Microsoft 365 Compliance Center ma pomagać biznesowi w zarządzaniu potrzebami compliance (dla nie mówiących językiem lengłydż) compliance jest to zgodność z obecnie obowiązującymi przepisami. Ale te nowe klasyfikatory, które są oparte o rozwiązania z nauczania maszynowego, pozwolą temu narzędziu na nadzór nad odpowiednim zachowaniem.
