The New Discourses Podcast with James Lindsay, Episode 139 The United Nations is a religious organization, and the religion behind it is a cult. More specifically, it is a theosophical cult based on an "evolutionary" vision for mankind that it wants to control. These were lies so severe that they altered the course of the country forever: the lie that President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 Presidential election revealed to be completely false by numerous investigations, including the Durham report; the lie that the Steele dossier—a folder of falsified and since completely debunked collusion accusations funded by the Democratic Party—had any shred of credibility, yet Representative SCHIFF read it into the CONGRESSIONAL RECORD as fact; the lies concocted and compiled in a false memo that was used to lie to the FISA court, to precipitate domestic spying on U.S. citizen, Carter Page, violating American civil liberties. 12:20 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): Mr. Speaker, to my Republican colleagues who introduced this resolution, I thank you. You honor me with your enmity. You flatter me with this falsehood. You, who are the authors of a big lie about the last election, must condemn the truthtellers, and I stand proudly before you. Your words tell me that I have been effective in the defense of our democracy, and I am grateful. 13:15 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): Donald Trump is under indictment for actions that jeopardize our national security, and MCCARTHY would spend the Nation's time on petty political payback, thinking he can censure or fine Trump's opposition into submission. But I will not yield, not one inch. The cost of the Speaker's delinquency is high, but the cost to Congress of this frivolous and yet dangerous resolution may be even higher, as it represents another serious abuse of power. 14:50 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): This resolution attacks me for initiating an investigation into the Trump campaign's solicitation and acceptance of Russian help in the 2016 election, even though the investigation was first led not by me but by a Republican chairman. 15:10 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): It would hold that when you give internal campaign polling data to a Russian intelligence operative while Russian intelligence is helping your campaign, as Trump's campaign chairman did, that you must not call that collusion, though that is its proper name, as the country well knows. 15:30 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): It would fine me for the costs of the critically important Mueller investigation into Trump's misconduct, even though the special counsel was appointed by Trump's own Attorney General. 16:00 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): It would reprimand me over a flawed FISA application, as if I were its author or I were the Director of the FBI, and over flaws only discovered years later and by the inspector general, not Mr. Durham. In short, it would accuse me of omnipotence, the leader of some vast deep state conspiracy. Of course, it is nonsense. 16:50 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): My colleagues, if there is cause for censure in this House, and there is, it should be directed at those in this body who sought to overturn a free and fair Election. 19:05 Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL): Representative SCHIFF used his position as the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee to mislead the American people by falsely claiming that there was classified evidence of Russia colluding with President Trump, which was not true. 22:15 Rep. Nick Langworthy (R-NY): SCHIFF repeatedly used the authority he was afforded in his position as chairman to lie to the American people to support his political agenda. Even after the Durham report discredited the Russia hoax, he continued to knowingly lie and peddle this false narrative. 24:45 Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY): ADAM SCHIFF has done nothing wrong. ADAM SCHIFF is a good man. ADAM SCHIFF has served this country with distinction. ADAM SCHIFF served this country well as a Federal prosecutor, fighting to keep communities safe. ADAM SCHIFF served this country well as the chair of the House Intelligence Committee, investigating people without fear or favor, including those at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue because he believes in the Constitution and his oath of office. ADAM SCHIFF served his country well as the lead impeachment manager during the first impeachment trial of the former President of the United States, prosecuting his corrupt abuse of power. Yes, ADAM SCHIFF served this country well in the aftermath of the violent insurrection. He pushed back against the big lie told by the puppet master in chief and participated as a prominent member of the January 6th Committee to defend our democracy. ADAM SCHIFF has done nothing wrong. He has worked hard to do right by the American people. The extreme MAGA Republicans have no vision, no agenda, and no plan to make life better for the American people, so we have this phony, fake, and fraudulent censure resolution. A DAM SCHIFF will not be silenced. We will not be silenced. House Democrats will not be silenced today. We will not be silenced tomorrow. We will not be silenced next week. We will not be silenced next month. We will not be silenced next year. We will not be silenced this decade. We will not be silenced this century. You will never ever silence us. We will always do what is right. We will always fight for the Constitution, fight to defend democracy, fight for freedom, expose extremism, and continue America's long, necessary, and majestic march toward a more perfect Union. 29:10 Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC): Not only did he spread falsehoods that abused his power, he went after a man, Carter Page, who was completely innocent. Inspector General Horowitz found 17 major mistakes. 31:20 Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL): What really gnaws on the majority and what really bothers them is that Mr. SCHIFF was way better than anybody on their team at debate, at leadership, at messaging, and at legal knowledge. He kicked their ass. He was better, he was more effective, and that still bothers them. 35:40 Rep. Tom McClintock (R-CA): Mr. Speaker, I opposed the original version of this resolution, not to defend Mr. SCHIFF's lies, but to defend the process that exposed those lies. We must never punish speech in this House, only acts. The only way to separate truth from falsehoods or wisdom from folly is free and open debate. We must never impose excessive fines that would effectively replace the constitutional two-thirds vote for expulsion with a simple majority. This new version removes the fine and focuses instead on specific acts, most particularly the abuse of his position as Intelligence Committee chairman by implying he had access to classified information that did not exist and his placement into the CONGRESSIONAL RECORD of the Steele dossier that he knew or should have known was false. 42:35 Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT): The most important thing I can say is that I sat next to ADAM SCHIFF for years. He is a man of integrity and dignity. 49:45 Rep. Sylvia Garcia (D-TX): ADAM SCHIFF is tough. ADAM SCHIFF is smart. ADAM SCHIFF gets the job done. ADAM SCHIFF holds the powerful accountable. 56:35 Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA): The only advantage to all of this is that instead of reversing what we did on the IRA to save the planet or reversing what we did to reduce the cost of prescription drugs, we are wasting time. September 26, 2019 CNN Clips 9:05 Wolf Blitzer: As you know, Mr. Chairman, you're being severely criticized by a lot of Republicans for mocking the president during your opening remarks today at the committee. Was it a mistake to make light of the situation? Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): Well, I don't think it's making light of a situation. And I certainly wouldn't want to suggest that there's anything comical about this. But I do think it's all too accurate, that this President, in his conversations with the President of Ukraine, was speaking like an organized crime boss. And the fact that these words are so suggestive that the President used of what we have seen of organized crime harkens back to me of what, for example, James Comey said when he was asked by the President if he could let this matter involving Flynn go, when Michael Cohen testified about how the President speaks in a certain code where you understand exactly what's required here. The point is that the President was using exactly that kind of language. And the President of Ukraine fully understood what he was talking about. Wolf Blitzer: Do you regret the, what you call the parody, the use of those phrases during the course of your opening statement? Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): No, I think everyone understood -- and my GOP colleagues may feign otherwise -- that when I said, suggested that it was as if the President said, "listen carefully, because I'm only going to tell you seven more times" that I was mocking the President's conduct. But make no mistake about this, what the President did is of the utmost gravity and the utmost seriousness, because it involves such a fundamental betrayal of his oath. September 26, 2019 House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence Witnesses: Joseph Maguire, Acting Director of National Intelligence, Office of the Director of National Intelligence Clips 6:54 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): President Zelensky, eager to establish himself at home as the friend of the president of the most powerful nation on earth, had at least two objectives: get a meeting with the president and get more military help. And so what happened on that call? Zelensky begins by ingratiating himself, and he tries to enlist the support of the president. He expresses his interest in meeting with the president, and says his country wants to acquire more weapons from us to defend itself. 7:30 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): And what is the President's response? Well, it reads like a classic organized crime shakedown. Shorn of its rambling character and in not so many words, this is the essence of what the President communicates. We've been very good to your country. Very good. No other country has done as much as we have. But you know what? I don't see much reciprocity here. I hear what you want. I have a favor I want from you, though. And I'm going to say this only seven times, so you better listen good. I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent. Understand? Lots of it, on this and on that. I'm gonna put you in touch with people, not just any people, I'm going to put you in touch with Attorney General of the United States, my attorney general, Bill Barr. He's got the whole weight of the American law enforcement behind him. And I'm gonna put you in touch with Rudy, you're going to love Him, trust me. You know what I'm asking. And so I'm only going to say this a few more times, in a few more ways. And by the way, don't call me again, I'll call you when you've done what I asked. This is, in some in character, what the President was trying to communicate with the President of Ukraine. It would be funny if it wasn't such a graphic betrayal of the President's oath of office. But as it does represent a real betrayal, there's nothing the President says here that is in America's interest, after all. 1:14:40 Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH): While the chairman was speaking I actually had someone text me, "Is he just making this up?" And yes, yes he was. Because sometimes fiction is better than the actual words or the texts. But luckily the American public are smart and they have the transcript, they've read the conversation, they know when someone's just making it up. 1:19:45 Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): In my summary, the President's call was meant to be at least part in parody. The fact that that's not clear is a separate problem in and of itself. Of course, the president never said, "If you don't understand me, I'm gonna say seven more times." My point is, that's the message that the Ukraine president was receiving, in not so many words. September 17, 2019 Morning Joe on MSNBC Clips Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): We have not spoken directly with the whistleblower. We would like to. But I'm sure the whistleblower has concerns that he has not been advised as the law requires by the Inspector General or the Director of National Intelligence, just as to how he is to communicate with Congress. And so the risk of the whistleblower is retaliation. Will the whistleblower be protected under the statute if the offices that are supposed to come to his assistance and provide the mechanism are unwilling to do so? But yes, we would love to talk directly with the whistleblower. March 28, 2019 CNN with Chris Cuomo Clips Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): One, there's ample evidence of collusion in plain sight and that is true. And second, that is not the same thing as whether Bob Muller would be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the crime of conspiracy. There's a difference between there being evidence of collusion and proof beyond reasonable doubt of a crime. March 24, 2019 This Week with George Stephanopoulos Clips George Stephenopolous: You have said though in the past there is significant evidence of collusion. How do you square that with Robert Muller's decision not to indict anyone. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): There is significant evidence of collusion, and we've set that out time and time again, from the secret meetings in Trump Tower to the conversations between Flynn and the Russian ambassador, to the providing of polling data to someone linked to Russian intelligence, and Stone's conversation with WikiLeaks and the GRU through -- George Stephenopolous: None of it prosecuted. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): Well that's true. And as I pointed out on your show many times, there's a difference between compelling evidence of collusion and whether the Special Counsel concludes that he can prove beyond a reasonable doubt the criminal charge of conspiracy. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): We need to be able to see any evidence that this President, or people around him, may be compromised by a foreign power. We've of course seen all kinds of disturbing indications that this President has a relationship with Putin that is very difficult to justify or explain. Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): It's our responsibility to tell the American people, "These are the facts. This is what your president has done. This is what his key campaign and appointees have done. These are the issues that we need to take action on." This is potential compromise. There is evidence, for example, quite in the public realm that the President sought to make money from the Russians, sought the Kremlin's help to make money during the presidential campaign, while denying business ties with the Russians. February 17, 2019 CNN with Dana Bash Clips Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): Look, you can see evidence in plain sight on the issue of collusion, pretty compelling evidence. Now, there's a difference between seeing evidence of collusion and being able to prove a criminal conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt. August 5, 2018 Face the Nation Clips Margaret Brennan: Can you agree that there has been no evidence of collusion, coordination, or conspiracy that has been presented thus far between the Trump campaign and Russia? Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): No, I don't agree with that at all. I think there's plenty of evidence of collusion or conspiracy in plain sight. December 10, 2017 CNN Clips Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): But we do know this: the Russians offered help, the campaign accepted help. The Russians gave help and the President made full use of that help, and that is pretty damning whether it is proof beyond a reasonable doubt of conspiracy or not. November 1, 2017 MSNBC Clips Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): What is clear as this: the Kremlin repeatedly told the campaign it had dirt on Clinton and offered to help it and at least one top Trump official, the President's own son, accepted. Rachel Maddow: The Kremlin offered dirt to the Trump campaign. The President's campaign said yes to that offer. That's no longer an open question. All that stuff has now been proven and admitted to. Adam Schiff, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee today, using his time today, using his opening statement today to walk through -- ding ding ding, point by point -- what we've already learned in black and white, in written correspondence and public statements and in freaking court filings, about all the times the Trump campaign was offered helped by Russia to influence our election and all the times the Trump campaign said "Yes, please." March 23, 2017 The View Clips Jedediah Bila: Congressman, you made yesterday what some are deeming a provocative statement by saying that there is more than circumstantial evidence now that the Trump camp colluded with Russia. Senator John McCain was critical of that, others have been critical of that. Can you defend that statement? Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): Yes. And I, you know, I don't view it as the same bombshell that apparently they did. Look, I've said that I thought there was circumstantial evidence of collusion or coordination, and that there was direct evidence of deception. And no one had an issue with that. And I don't think anyone really contested that, on the basis of the information we keep getting, I can say, in my opinion, it's now not purely circumstantial. We had the FBI Director testify in open session about this, acknowledge an FBI investigation. Obviously, this is now public. And I think it's fair to say that that FBI investigation is justified, that that wouldn't be done on the basis of not credible allegations. And so I think it's appropriate to talk in general terms about the evidence, but I don't think it's appropriate for us to go into specifics and say, "This is what we know from this piece of classified information," or "this what we know from this witness." But I do think, in this investigation where the public is hungry for information, it is important that we try to keep the public in the loop. That's why we're having public hearings. March 22, 2017 MSNBC Clips Chuck Todd: You have seen direct evidence of collusion? Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA): I don't want to go into specifics, but I will say that there is evidence that is not circumstantial. Shared Responsibility and Public Private  - what do these words really mean? That key words are frequently placed in this Agenda's schedule - words that give us the ‘feel good vibe' such as ‘wellbeing' and the question is posited what does the word ‘wellbeing' translate to for the elite at the top of the UN, plus bankers and movers and shakers? What does ‘wellbeing' mean to the elite at the top of the pyramid of power? Have a listen - because what Antoinette says is very important for us all to take in. From Tims point of view as the interviewer  - I did not want to get in and argue points - I was instead offering a platform that is based on Freedom of Expression - and I know that we are being limited as time passes. Whereas as Antionette says, as a Christian that we need to be taking care of human life. That we are sacred beings - (Tim believes we are souls inhabiting bodies - (see his previous interviews about souls and near death and out of the body  experiences.) Note that in most cases Atheists refuse to debate this). Antoinette states that we are in the decade of eco restoration and that is a very good thing in Tims estimation - however it's all about how the top of the ‘pyramid of power' is going about doing this. So this is a very important point to understand - we need both - but how the Agenda's are being promulgated is that the Governments are making no effort to educate the public. There is no use of the Fourth Estate to educate humanity of what is the issue and what is at stake here. There is a balance … we have to take in the precautionary principle in situations - like the non growing of Genetically Engineered  food in NZ  - But, when it comes to Covid the authorities are not following this themselves. Because in NZ for example, the Pfizer injection has not been passed as safe by the FDA and that it is still in an ‘experimental phase' as per Med Safe here in NZ. so there is a huge in-congruence with how our elected servants are governing us - some will say ‘ruling us'. The current Government's understanding of Agenda21 according to Antoinette is that their adherence to Agenda21 is to the restoration of the environment as it was before man walked on our planet. It is being imposed. This interview talks about top down control coming across NZ's rural sector - South Waikato for instance has been given a plan to control its water - (and we need plans to clean up our water) - however rural people are not being kept in the loop and the authorities are forcing the issue by initiating local bylaws etc without having open discussions with the locals.  This is coming from the top down. This is not localised democracy. Antoinette - stresses that Local Government is not doing the work around having meetings with local rural residents or local town hall meetings and giving people a heads up on what it would like to do or what is actually going on. It all appears to - being put in place and that everyone in the community just has to comply. Like - it's being forced upon the people. The rural sector is about to be managed … where previously in a localised community district or region - ‘we the people' governed ourselves by democratic principles. However this does not appear to be happening.  What we hear in this interview is that we are being ‘Ruled by an elite' - that sees us in many ways as useless eaters and that we do not have a soul … this is why management of the future is being set up - because in many ways we as a society have not been alert and have let our local democratic system deteriorate, by not voting - to such a degree that ‘others' have stepped in and in many ways subtly hijacked the process.  This Interview includes: The Fabian Society and the connection to the Royal Society … Article 61 and the Nuremberg code  He Whakaputanga. In the 14th century the Pope's residences were moved to Avignon in the Southern Rhône valley, and they tried to advance the viticulture of the surrounding area. Extremely long story short, the wine from that area began to be known as the "wine from the pope's new castle", and has been dominating ever since. That said, it's also hella expensive. CDP runs at ~$40 on the cheapest end.SO as a compromise, I recommend this wine – which is just under $15! It’s from the area known as the Côtes du Rhône – which you’ve probably heard of – and it’s right across the river from CDP. This wine’s base is mostly Syrah, which makes it a little more robust and closer to the style of CDP than some other wines from the Southern Rhône Valley. Robert Mueller’s destiny is very connected to America. The thing about Robert Mueller's chart and that sun conjunct Pluto is that, it is in the eighth house of America which is where confrontations happen. It's also the house of resources, taxes, business agreements, shared resources, financing banking. Robert Mueller's chart shines a light on the hidden deals in America's chart. When I look at his chart, part of what he's doing for America is shining the light on what is wrong and on what is possible. We're all responsible, meaning, that we need to hold our public officials that are working for us to be accountable, too. William Barr is the attorney general for the United States, technically he works for you and me. When I look at William Barr's chart with America's, it's not very good. He is definitely focused on what he can get out of this situation. There are some other forces at work that are not above board, and there are many indicators in the chart that he is not interested in upholding the values of America. His chart make things confusing with his Neptune in America's ninth house, which has to do with upholding laws. Barr's chart with America also creates tension in the seventh house which represents America's allies and open enemies. Barr's Uranus sits in the seventh house of America’s chart showing he is unpredictable in terms of how he makes and honors agreements. When I look at Muller and Barr's charts, what I see is that Muller is trustworthy and Barr is not trustworthy. Mueller has a really important role in history and he's provided a lot of information for us. He's modeling for you and me to hold all our public officials accountable. I didn't create this podcast with the intent of advocating that everybody contact their representatives and their Senators but when I looked at these charts, I thought oh my gosh we all should do our part and take action. We at the very least, should read Robert Mueller's report. I just wanted to give you an overview and I could go on for hours. But we talked a little bit more about the hackers and what's happening with them breaking into iPhones, we've got hackers who are breaking into Nest devices. Hey, if you've got any of their stuff, some of their security cameras, etc. You're going to want to hear what's happening. So that's what we covered this morning. He joins us at this time every Wednesday to go over the world of technology. Craig Peterson, how are you sir this morning? Unknown 1:43   Hey that's me. Doing well. Unknown 1:44   Are you having bad weather over there? Unknown 1:46   You know we had a lot of snow and sleet to and I haven't really been out yet this morning to see if we got the rain afterwards. But yeah, there you know the birds are in and the bees haven't come out of their hive so I know it's not the best morning. Unknown 2:00 Okay, so let's talk about some tech stuff. Um, so I have a lot of passwords, and I always worry about the being compromised. Can chrome help me out on this? I do use Chrome.  Unknown 2:10 Yeah, Chrome is one of the better browsers out there are a lot of people have been concerned when it comes to Chrome and security, and how much is Google trying to, you know, monitor what I'm doing, etc, etc. And although Google does want your information and obviously does sell some of the information, it's interesting that they are trying to keep you safe. And I think most of our listeners would like to know about, you know, some of the details behind there but we won't get into that today but into what you're talking about here Ken, I think is really important. There's a couple of different websites out there that have been kind of collecting over time. Some of the breaches you know we mentioned there's a 750 million record file that was released a couple of weeks ago that contain people's credentials. And since then, there have been some other bigger ones. about one and a half billion people's information is out there on the web. Now, we're talking about the dark web here when I'm when I mentioned the web. So what a bad guy does so that you understand how this works is they have a username, they have a password. Now, if they break into a new website, and the website is hopefully fairly secure least the passwords are encrypted, they'll steal the password database, and then they'll run through all of these hundreds of millions of records and try every known password. So it's important for you to not use a password that anybody else has used before. And that's what Google has done here now. There's a new Chrome extension that's called Password Checkup that you can install on your Chrome browser. And then what happens is if you go to a website, and you use credentials on that website that are known to be breached, and the database that Google's uses over 2 billion records of breached passwords and usernames, so if it's a known breach, password or username, it will alert you right then in there, which is really great. So it's called Password Checkup. But I want to mention one other thing because Ken you mentioned you're concerned about passwords and security and that's a website called Have I Been Pawned and this is from an Australian guy out there who put it together and it will tell you much the same information as Google but it'll also if you put in your email address, it will also tell you if your email address shows up anywhere on the dark web in one of these hacks. So what I'll do is everybody that's on my SMS list. I'll text out a link directly to both of those today when we hang up so that everybody has it. You can just click on the link go to the website you can download the Password Checkup plugin you can download the Have I've Been Pawned, well not download it, but you can go to the Have I Been Pawned website and I'll send you direct link. So if you want those, text me and do it right now, so you don't forget. Get out a piece of paper and a pencil. Craig mentioned text messages. I remember a while back a lot of people in Hawaii, he got a advanced warning via text message of nuclear holocaust. And apparently this is now happening again, this may be smaller numbers of people, or what have you. Are people going to be hacking into my phone to basically tell me of the coming apocalypse? Unknown 6:27  Well, this is an interesting problem, because in Hawaii, when it happened was somebody messed up in the in the state and it came out as kind of a federal alert and people probably remember that the nuclear missiles were flying from North Korea and were going to strike any minute and people kind of freaked out. Well, there are of course now smart devices. And Matt, you mentioned that you've got some of these Echo devices like I do, right. And Ken do you have any of those in your home as well? Unknown 7:00 Yes, I renamed it computer. Computer, what's the temperature outside and it goes by the way, sometimes it just lights up on its own which worries me a little bit. Unknown 7:12   What color does the light up? Unknown 7:14  Sometimes blue, sometimes yellow. Unknown 7:15  Okay, well the blue is because probably it thinks it heard you say the name. Yeah, say the name. And yeah, so that's probably what that is. But here's what's happening. More and more devices in our homes have built into them Alexa or Google Home or some of these other technologies and they are hackable. Now the Alexa, you know, these little Echo devices, not so much the Google Home the Apple HomePod, not so much. But in this case there. There's a story that came out this week and it was about the Nest security camera. Now interestingly enough Nest has been in the news quite a bit recently for major security problems, including allowing anybody that work that Nest to look at any video stream that is ever been recorded by any Nest camera, right. It's kind of scary when you think about it, because I kind of liked the technology behind Nest. And what the heck are they doing giving everyone access to every security video ever. They've kind of tighten that up a little bit. But in this case, somebody hacked their Nest security cameras and they gone online and this poor family in California started getting this alert that a nuclear war and broken out missiles were headed for multiple US cities and this family California wasn't alone we know about another family this one in Texas where their Nest system was hacked and used to threaten to kidnap the baby's family. In Canada the reporting it as well that some people have been hiring hackers to break into Nest and Wink and and even tried to break into some of the Amazon devices belonging to another family. But it's it's a little bit of a scary world so if your Nest or other device starts warning you about global nuclear war it's probably not true. But little warning systems that are on your phone and do you guys get a warning for instance about this storm that was coming? Unknown 9:27 yeah exactly why do weather.com I got Well that's all you got a weather okay well there are alert systems in place just like the one in Hawaii it's a warned about the nuclear missiles but there are alerts systems in place that will send you things about emergency situations in the area. Some states have amber alerts to go out automatically to completely different system so we're not talking about those devices being hacked at this point it looks like Nest has the most vulnerabilities. What's the scoop with that? Unknown 10:25 I love Russians. I watch the Americans. One of my favorite TV shows. Unknown 10:32  That was a great TV show. I hated the ending of that. Unknown 10:37 I'm on season four so. Unknown 10:39 Although it's probably the most realistic ending they could come up with. To be honest with you, though. I mean. Unknown 10:45  Oh shut up both of you. Unknown 10:48 I can't hear you. Yeah, there. There are a number of hack attacks going on right now. The Russians are seriously considering using the internet as a first attack vector against the United States, they're also saying, Hey, we're gonna use it as defensive mechanism. We'll see what ends up happening. But there is a ton of hacking going on. And that's kind of the bottom line about all of this stuff. They are breaking into some of our phones. iCoud locked phones, you remember when people were stealing iPhones back in the early days, just grabbing them at coffee shops, right? And it got to the point that Apple did something about it, which is if you have Find My iPhone turned on on your iPhone, which everybody should do, turn that on. If your phone is stolen or your iPad is stolen, there is almost no way to recover that phone. Apple can unlock it, but that's it. Nobody else can. And so what's happening is the bad guys are coming up to people holding them a nice point or guiding point and saying unlock your phone and turn off Find My iPhone. So the bad guys get a little bit smarter about it so that they can then resell that phone out on the black market or use it as they might want to. There's some rumors about the ability to still break into the newer iPhone 10. And you know, life goes on, right. But it's interesting to see some of the bad guys now on the streets trying to break into iPhones. But so you do it the old fashioned way. They're mugging people. Unknown 12:32 Indeed. All right. Beto O’Rouke is in a dead tie with Ted Cruz, so the Texas GOP attacks Beto for his skateboarding skills and his history in a punk rock band on Twitter.  It backfires spectacularly. The death toll in Puerto Rico from Hurricane Maria has been revised to 2,975 people. That makes the death toll significantly higher than Katrina. According to a new report, the Living Planet Index 2018, the world is on track to lose two-thirds of its wild animals by 2020. Democrats in DC gave the green light to fast-track the confirmation of 15 Trump appointed federal judges so they could go home. Trump has now appointed more Circuit Court justices than any president in history at this point in their term. The State of Kansas let residents to two Wichita-area neighborhoods drink water contaminated with dry cleaning chemicals for more than 6 years. And, Trump tries to start Google conspiracy theory. In our PA focus, the latest Franklin and Marshall poll shows Scott Wagner and Lou Barletta getting smoked in the general election. Scott Wagner bombs at the ever so swanky and insiders Pennsylvania Press Club Luncheon. Wagner started by attacking Wolf on education, claiming that he is the only candidate that is right on education.  He said he wants to increase education spending by $1,000,000,000 by cutting property taxes and cutting welfare programs and other departments. He then called out the media, and specifically attacked John Baer, for reporting on his jokes on Russia and other mishaps rather than reporting on the actual issues in this race. As if that wasn’t enough, Wagner then blew off the media and escaped the press club luncheon as if he was finishing an Ocean’s Eleven heist. Are Penn Waste employees underpaid?  Well, Scottie dodged that question as well. Scott Wagner’s Eagle Disposal went two whole calendar years without properly filling out injury reports and this happened when an employee was killed on the worksite. In today’s Last Call, NASA wants “lots of people in space” according to Trump appointed NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine. In particular, he wants people back on the moon and to establish moon “Gateways” to the rest of the solar system. The global dust storm on Mars begins to subside. NASA hoping the Opportunity Rover will wake up once the sun begins to charge its batteries. Opportunity was only supposed to last 90 days...it’s been on the surface of Mars for 15 years and logged more than 28 miles. The International Space Station sprung a leak. The idea was to tie all their crimes together in one case. [08:44] – The Rico Act was used to go after the Hells Angels for their various crimes. Deputy 00-03 Attorney General we had a terrorist 00-04 incident in New York this week we have 00-06 702 reauthorization that is pending in 00-09 Congress gun violence the opioid 00-11 epidemic criminal justice reform but 00-15 when I go home to South Carolina this 00-17 weekend trust me when I tell you no one 00-19 is going to ask me about any of those 00-20 issues they're gonna ask me what in the 00-23 hell is going on with the Department of 00-25 Justice and the FBI the reason we have 00-29 special counsel this is a very important 00-31 point the written you know it the reason 00-33 we have special counsel is because of a 00-35 conflict of interest the regulation 00-38 itself specifically makes reference to a 00-41 conflict of interest and and we don't 00-43 like conflicts of interest because it 00-45 undercuts people's confidence and both 00-48 the process and the result so so let's 00-50 be really clear why we have special 00-53 counsel there was either a real or 00-55 perceived conflict of interest that we 00-58 were fearful would either impact the 01-00 result or people's confidence in the 01-03 process that's why we have something 01-05 called special counsel and that's why we 01-08 have special counsel in this fact 01-10 pattern and then lo and behold those who 01-13 are supposed to make sure there are no 01-16 conflicts of interest seem to have a few 01-18 of their own there's a senior prosecutor 01-22 who said obsequious emails to a fact 01-26 witness I she can be described as 01-30 nothing other than a fact witness she's 01-32 a really important fact witness if you 01-35 pursue the line of inquiry that my 01-38 Democrat friends want to pursue they got 01-40 off of collusion and now their own 01-42 obstruction of justice she may be the 01-44 most important fact witness in an 01-46 obstruction of justice case and the 01-49 senior prosecutor for this conflict of 01-52 interest free special counsel sent a 01-55 fawning obsequious email to a fact 01-58 witness and then we have prosecutors 02-00 assigned to conduct this investigation 02-03 who donated almost exclusively to one 02-06 candidate over another and then we have 02-09 a prosecutor assigned to this calm 02-12 flicked of interest free team that 02-14 attended what was supposed to be what 02-16 he'd hoped to be a victory party for 02-18 Secretary Clinton and we have a senior 02-21 DOJ official mr. Deputy Attorney General 02-23 with an office it used to be two doors 02-25 now from yours meeting with fusion GPS 02-29 and fusion GPS of course was paying for 02-32 rush and dirt on the very person that 02-35 they're supposed to be objectively 02-37 investigating and then that same senior 02-40 DOJ officials wife the one that met with 02-44 fusion GPS his wife was on the payroll 02-47 of fusion GPS and then we have a senior 02-52 agent assigned to investigate secretary 02-55 Clinton's email helped draft the 02-58 exoneration letter well we changed the 03-00 language from grossly negligent to 03-02 extremely careless interviewed Secretary 03-05 Clinton in an interview I've never seen 03-08 and I doubt you have either in your 03-09 career as a prosecutor interviewed 03-12 Michael Flynn was actively involved in 03-14 the investigation into the trunk 03-16 campaign before the Inspector General 03-18 found his text so this agent in the 03-21 middle of almost everything related to 03-25 Secretary Clinton in President Trump 03-27 sent pro Clinton tax anti-trump texts to 03-31 his paramour in response to being told 03-34 maybe he is where he is to protect the 03-38 country from that menace Donald Trump he 03-41 said I can protect our country at many 03-45 levels and then he said Hillary Clinton 03-47 should win 100 million to nothing I 03-50 think about that mr. Deputy Attorney 03-51 General that's a pretty overwhelming 03-53 victory 100 million to zero and when I 03-58 read that last night what I thought was 04-00 this conflict of interest free senior 04-03 agent and the FBI can't think of a 04-05 single solitary American who would vote 04-07 for Donald Trump that's where the zero 04-10 comes in not a single solitary American 04-13 he can imagine would vote for Donald 04-16 Trump this is the conflict of interest 04-18 free special agent aside and then he 04-21 went on if that 04-22 enough to belittle Trump supporters by 04-24 saying he could smell them at a Walmart 04-27 in Virginia this is the person we needed 04-32 to avoid a conflict of interest and then 04-34 he said this they fully deserve to go 04-37 and demonstrate the absolute bigoted 04-39 nonsense of trunk but he wasn't content 04-42 to just disparage Donald Trump he had to 04-45 disparage Donald Trump's family this is 04-49 what he said mr.
