The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- A jury has found Ryan Routh guilty of attempting to assassinate Donald Trump at his golf course in Palm Springs, Florida in 2024. Routh was also found guilty of several firearm violations and of assaulting a federal law enforcement officer. Routh, who made the unusual decision of representing himself in court, attempted to stab himself after hearing the jury's verdict. 3:30pm- While appearing on MSNBC with Rachel Maddow, former Vice President Kamala Harris was asked to clarify an excerpt from her new book, “107 Days,” in which claims she chose not to select Pete Buttigieg as her 2024 running mate because he is gay. Harris denied the allegation—but then backtracked and bizarrely added that she couldn't pick Buttigieg since his sexual orientation posed a campaign “risk.” 3:35pm- While promoting her book on The View, Harris said of her 2024 presidential campaign: “I didn't fully appreciate how much people wanted to know there was a difference between me and President Biden. I thought it was obvious.” However, in October 2024, Harris told The View, “there is not a thing that comes to mind” when asked what she would do differently than Joe Biden. 3:40pm- Kimmel is Back: Last week, ABC/Disney indefinitely suspended “Jimmy Kimmel Live”—following Kimmel's comments on the killing of Charlie Kirk. The late-night host shamefully accused Republicans of using the death to “score political points.” While the network's move appeared to be a result of Kimmel's comments coupled with poor ratings, FCC Chairman Brendan Carr suggested his department could potentially investigate ABC/Disney over Kimmel's vitriolic remarks—muddying the waters. Many expressed concern that Carr's warning amounted to a First Amendment violation. On Monday, ABC/Disney announced that the suspension had concluded, and Kimmel will be back on-air Tuesday night. However, Nexstar and Sinclair—which operate a combined 60 ABC affiliates—announced they will not air “Jimmy Kimmel Live” despite the suspension's cessation.

Enten joked that the Democrats have become the New Orlean Saints of political parties—which bodes poorly for the party's hopes of taking the House of Representatives and/or Senate in 2026. 3:10pm- On Sunday, Republican Jack Ciattarelli and Democrat Mikie Sherrill held their first NJ Gubernatorial debate at Rider University. During one notable moment, Sherrill refused to pledge that she wouldn't raise taxes on New Jersey citizens. One new poll now has Ciattarelli leading by 1-point. 3:30pm- During Sunday's debate, Mikie Sherrill attempted to explain why she voted in favor of a bipartisan House resolution honoring the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk—but publicly denounced Kirk, lying about his past comments and baselessly claiming he wanted to” roll back the rights of women and Black people.” Sherrill was unable to answer when confronted with her inconsistencies and falsehoods. 3:40pm- On Sunday, a memorial service for Charlie Kirk was held in Glendale, Arizona—with 73,000 inside of State Farm Stadium and an estimated 200,000 people in total showing up to the event. In a powerful moment during the ceremony, Erika Kirk said she forgives her husband's accused killer. 3:50pm- During her Monday briefing, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced that President Donald Trump plans to sign an Executive Order designating Antifa as a terrorist organization. 4:05pm- Kimmel is Back: Last week, ABC/Disney indefinitely suspended “Jimmy Kimmel Live”—following Kimmel's comments on the killing of Charlie Kirk. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: 6:05pm- On Thursday, President Donald Trump and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer held a joint press conference from the United Kingdom. Trump reacted to the U.K.'s decision to recognize a Palestinian state: "We have to remember October 7th—one of the worst, most violent days in the history of the world...I want an end. I want the hostages released...I have a disagreement with the Prime Minister on that score—one of our few disagreements, actually." 6:20pm- Earlier this week, FBI Director Kash Patel testified before the House Judiciary Committee where he answered questions about the Epstein files and operation “Artic Frost” —which, under the Biden Administration, targeted conservative leaning organizations like Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA. 6:30pm- Tom Elliot's latest montage reminds us that Democrats are the party of censorship. His clip includes Jen Psaki, Tim Walz, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Kamala Harris, Dan Goldman, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Ketanji Brown Jackson. 6:40pm- Unbelievable: While speaking with Scott Jennings, FCC Chairman Brendan Carr said he may investigate “The View' next. Rich points out that Democrats will now undoubtedly go after conservative programming whenever they regain power. Republicans should be protecting speech, not actively seeking censorship. 6:50pm- According to a report from The Wall Street Journal, executives at Sinclair and Nexstar—which own more than 60 local ABC stations—decided to no longer air Jimmy Kimmel's show, leading ABC/Disney to cancel the program. The executives say they had no communication with the FCC prior to their decision.

Join Jim and Greg for the Thursday 3 Martini Lunch as they break down the indefinite suspension of Jimmy Kimmel, Barack Obama's claims that he never politicized tragedy, and the evil deeds of the guy first suspected of killing Charlie Kirk.First, they examine ABC/Disney's decision to pull Jimmy Kimmel off the air after his brazen lie that Charlie Kirk was murdered by a MAGA supporter. With affiliate stations preparing to boycott Kimmel, ABC pulled the plug. The story gets more complicated because Federal Communications Commission Chairman Brendan Carr seems to have been involved in trying to get Kimmel canceled. Jim argues the government should have stayed out of it but makes clear he won't be shedding any tears for Kimmel.Next, they react to former President Barack Obama chiding Republicans over their response to Kirk's murder while insisting he never used tragedies for political gain. Jim and Greg highlight multiple examples where Obama did just that and Jim shares insights about where Obama really stands among Democrats these days. Finally, they explain how the first suspect arrested after Kirk's murder is clearly a horrible person, even if he didn't pull the trigger. A thousand people have asked me about the suspension of Jimmy Kimmel on ABC-TV. I don't like it but I understand the business of media. ABC/Disney weighs countless moneymaking opportunities and sheds content that does not produce profits.Once Nexstar and Sinclair pulled Kimmel's show after he made caustic comments after the assassination of Charlie Kirk, ABC/Disney had a business decision to make.Nexstar, Sinclair, Gray, and other television operators have to seek approval from the Federal Communications Commission on license renewals, station ownership clustering, and duopoly opportunities. The public owns the airwaves. The government has control.Streamers, cable, and a plethora of alternate messaging companies have much less scrutiny than do over-the-air broadcasters. Jimmy Kimmel's voice isn't silenced from the public, only from ABC broadcast television. He can say whatever he wants on podcasts, social media, or start his own digital platform.Stephen Colbert's CBS contract is not being renewed but he's on the air every night punching Donald Trump and all other conservatives in the face. Trump didn't get Colbert "removed" from TV, he's still on the air on CBS until the completion of his contract term. ABC has the ultimate decision of whether to bring Kimmel back and/or renew his contract next year. It's all about business. Either he's worth the risk to earn profits or he's not.

Welcome back to this "Fearless" Monday! Stephen A. Smith goes on ABC and starts flaunting his presidential run. Whitlock must have had a crystal ball, since his prediction of SAS becoming a puppet for the Democratic Party has come to fruition. Unfortunately, no one could predict what Stephen A. would run on. His message of standing out from the rest of the candidates is that he isn't Trump. The next presidential election is almost four years away, so anything can happen. However, the American people have proven that they could be duped into thinking Joe Biden was physically fit to be our president … could they be duped again? SAS has the backing of Bob Iger and Disney; we better start taking his presidential aspirations seriously, or we will have another Joe Biden in the White House. In sports news, Steve Kim and Jason discuss the talented Tennessee quarterback Nico Iamaleava reportedly wanting out of Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. There have been some NIL disputes between Iamaleava and UT's quarterbacks coach. Nico then proceeded to skip spring practice and ultimately leave the school. This is what the unregulated NIL has created in college sports: entitled professional athletes who lack the loyalty and perseverance needed for success. These players know that some other school will offer them lucrative NIL contracts if they have an issue with their previous school. What kind of precedent are we setting for these kids? Finally, wrapping up the show, Steve and Jason discuss the tragic suicide of standout LSU football player Kyren Lacy. Lacy was preparing to be drafted in the first or second round of the 2025 NFL draft class. Praying for peace for the family of a child gone too soon. Today's Sponsors: Real Estate Agents I Trust Real Estate Agents I Trust connects you with the top-performing real estate agents in your local area.  Was missing my ol' belly laugh pal TV Producer Adrienne Lopez. She used to live close by me but moved, and moved on to traveling for work. Hadn't seen her in person since before Covid. Happened to a lot of friendships. Can't remember exactly how we originally became friends, but I think it started way back when 5000 years ago when she once booked me on a TV show. Adrienne's been in the tv & film business a long time. She's a veteran television producer and talent executive. She's been a casting director/producer in all tv genres including, reality tv, docu-series, and competition shows as well as scripted programming. She is a very successful celebrity talent booker and is currently The Senior Talent Producer on The Tamron Hall Show in NYC.  Adrienne said, “We usually tape a live show at ABC on 67th and Columbus, but the news is we're moving. All of ABC Disney is moving down way downtown to Tribeca. I just found out today that we're moving in December. Everybody else is moving right after the election”.  Adrienne is used to being on the move. Both Adrienne and I were independent female entrepreneurs and single moms along the way of life. Always hustling because single moms always have to hustle, but also always laughing – even when things weren't exactly going our way.  We'd stop and have a glass of wine together and commiserate. Once we were so broke, we had to share a glass of wine…at happy hour. LOL We still laugh like hell about that one. Though we haven't seen in each in person in a while, I'd kept up with Adrienne online, knew she became the Sr. Talent Producer at The Tamron Hall Show, always joked she had fancier friends than me when I'd see her post about her celebrity pals, and found out when the great Willie Mays passed, she actually was his neighbor for a while growing up near ‘Shea Stadium'. Yes Willie Mays was her neighbor for while on the street she grew up on in East Elmhurst, Queens.  Told Adrienne it was time for her to come visit me and have a few of those same ol' belly laughs we always like to have. I thought it would be fun to catch up with her in the studio live on the air with me, so she could talk about all those things that she does and knows that might interest you guys too. (Like what goes on behind the scenes on a live TV show and how to get booked as a guest on one!)  Adrienne has been at The Tamron Hall Show five seasons now and is very proud she's been nominated for an Emmy twice. She didn't win, but oh well, she says she'll get ‘em next time!  The new season starts September 3rd.   Meet Adrienne Lopez and find out how getting booked a TV show works and more, in this podcast of our live conversation on The Debbie Nigro Show.

Hour 1 Aaron Rodgers was on with Pat McAfee and said Jimmy Kimmel is nervous about the Epstein list being revealed. Boomer said that is a defamation of character and if he were Kimmel he would sue him. Gio said the Jets have to get him off of McAfee. Boomer was not expecting this as a topic today. C-Lo is in for Jerry and is here for his first update, but first we continued talking about Rodgers vs Kimmel. C-Lo has the actual audio of Rodgers mentioning Kimmel. The Jets are parting ways with Dalvin Cook and giving him a chance to join a playoff team. Panthers owner David Tepper was fined $300K for throwing a drink on a Jaguars fan. The Rangers lost to the Hurricanes 6-1 at the Garden. In the final segment of the hour, Cam Soda has offered $100K to the woman who was seen flashing her chest on Bourbon Street on ESPN during the Sugar Bowl broadcast. How much would it take you to go on a webcam, naked, for an hour. Boomer is thinking of muting Peter Schwartz on Twitter.  Hour 2 Gio wants the Jets/Patriots game to be important but it won't be. Nothing is changing with the Jets. Saleh and Douglas are coming back and Aaron Rodgers will be the quarterback. Boomer thinks there will be changes with the coaching staff underneath the coordinators. Will this be Bill Belichick's last game as Head Coach of the Patriots? Who has anything to play for in a Jets uniform? We've seen business decisions being made by players like Sauce Gardner. Will we get a Bill Belichick moment exiting Foxborough for the last time? A caller is going to the game in a black suit, treating it as a funeral for Belichick. There are a bunch of teams this week with a ‘win and in' situation. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with the history of Jimmy Kimmel vs Aaron Rodgers. Bill Belichick will tell you his future on ‘MyFace'. Zion Williamson, ‘looks like a guy that eats too much'. In the final segment of the hour, the best game of the weekend coming up is Bills/Dolphins on Sunday night. Other than the Browns, Gio doesn't think another team could go on an ‘improbable run'.  Hour 3 Al tells a story of a guy on a bike attacking his car at 4am this morning. He punched and kicked his car in anger. C-Lo returns for an update and starts with audio from Spike Eskin on the Awful Announcing podcast. He was asked about replacing Boomer when he decides to retire. C-Lo has audio of Jimmy Kimmel calling Aaron Rodgers a ‘whack-packer'. In the final segment of the hour, a band called Ill Minds sent us some hoodies to play one of their songs. A caller doesn't like that Boomer said ‘idiots in Suffolk County'.  Hour 4 The big topic today has been Aaron Rodgers saying Jimmy Kimmel doesn't want the Epstein list revealed, and Kimmel threatening to sue him. Both McAfee and Kimmel are owned by ABC/Disney. Callers react to Rodgers vs Kimmel. Wink Martindale connects with the players, but isn't the healthiest looking guy. C-Lo returns for an update but first Boomer wants to know what ‘Mr. Pfizer' thinks of this Aaron Rodgers stuff. Gio wonders how BT and Sal will handle this topic today. Rodgers also had a conspiracy about the colors for Super Bowl logos. The Moment of The Day involves Al's car getting attacked and what would happen if Eddie was attacked on the streets of NYC. Climate change is on all of our minds and it's hard not to feel overwhelmed, depressed and helpless about the state of the planet…but you don't have to feel that way anymore! I'm super pumped to talk and introduce my guests and co-founders of The Cool Down (www.thecooldown.com) Anna Robertson and Nina Tooly. These moms have gone from sharing green product recommendations with each other to building The Cool Down, a climate content and commerce startup that's working to take the overwhelm out of climate topics and promote accessible sustainability. When we become parents, we look at the world differently and we want to make sure we preserve it for our children, their children and all future generations. I've been overwhelmed with what I can do in my own life to create positive change and make sustainable choices so having a tool in my back pocket like The Cool Down is such a game changer. They are sharing easy sustainable swaps for the products you are already using AND most importantly, they are vetting them and they aren't more expensive than what you're already paying! BONUS!! They also share GOOD NEWS stories about climate every single week and have just launched a new Instagram account for those of us who love green products! Author, screenwriter and journalist, Stephen Rebello, majored in literature and psychology, ultimately earning a master's degree. Subsequently, he became a clinical social worker at a Harvard-affiliated teaching hospital in Boston. But it was during a vacation in Los Angeles that Stephen secured an in person interview with legendary director, Alfred Hitchcock. To Stephen, the interview seemed like a natural progression of the telephone calls he'd had with Mr. Hitchcock while growing up. The interview, which turned out to be Hitchcock's last before his 1980 death, was published originally in Boston's The Real Paper, and subsequently syndicated worldwide. That led Stephen to writing for magazines like: American Film, Cinefantastique, Cosmopolitan, GQ, Movieline (where he was Editor at Large), Playboy (where he was Contributing Editor), The Saturday Review, and others.Stephen's book, Reel Art: Great Posters From the Golden Age of the Silver Screen has been honored as one of the best ever written about Hollywood. His second book, Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho, has been translated into eight languages, and was adapted for the big screen as Hitchcock, starring Anthony Hopkins, Helen Mirren and Scarlett Johansson, for which Stephen did several screenplay rewrites. He's written three "making of" books for Disney Animation, worked on story and screenplay development for various Disney animated projects, and developed for ABC-Disney a live-action musical version of the animated classic Sleeping Beauty.Stephen's critically acclaimed 2020 bestseller, Dolls!
