From Florida's black bear season decision to nationwide hunting regulation changes, here's what every outdoorsman should know. In this episode, we dive deep into today's historic Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission vote on reinstating the black bear hunting season. Mark Lance joins us to explore the science-based wildlife management strategies behind the proposal, the surge in Florida's bear population, and how public sentiment—often driven by emotion—shapes these debates. We examine historical bear management in the state, evolving bear hunting methods such as baiting and the use of dogs, and what the commission's decision could mean for conservation. The conversation then shifts to nationwide hunting and conservation policy updates, including the reauthorization of Wisconsin's Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Fund for public lands, Wyoming's open-door approach to public legislative input, and new regulations improving hunter access across the Northeast. We highlight state-level changes such as Maryland's approval of artificial lights for deer recovery, New York's inclusion of crossbows in archery season, and New Hampshire's decision to allow air rifles for big game hunting. We also cover the proposed Wisconsin season for sandhill cranes, the SHARKED Act's approach to shark depredation, and the importance of sportsmen staying engaged with legislative processes. Whether you hunt, fish, or simply care about wildlife management, these updates will keep you informed on the policies shaping the great outdoors. Kevin Nash has told a lot of wild road stories over the years, but this week may have topped them all. What started as a trip to say goodbye to Hulk Hogan turned into one of the most chaotic, uncomfortable, and unintentionally hilarious travel days of his life. From Florida traffic hell to an unplanned wardrobe change to an ending no one saw coming, Big Sexy pulls back the curtain in a way only he can. Along the way, Kevin and Sean dig into the strange intersections between wrestling and unexpected celebrity circles, from high-end Italian restaurants to Broadway theaters. It's a look at the places wrestling fandom turns up that might surprise you… and how those chance encounters can open the oddest of doors. SummerSlam gets a full post-mortem, including Cena's latest evolution, Punk's performance, Rollins' resilience, and a few production choices that drove Kevin nuts. The conversation doesn't stop there, touching on Jade Cargill's future, Braun Breakker's role in Heyman's faction, and what could be coming next for WWE's biggest storylines. There's also talk of billion-dollar business moves, cruise ship horror stories, and why sometimes the “safest” plan in wrestling production is simply putting a roof over the venue. As always, Kevin weaves personal anecdotes with sharp insight, keeping one foot in the locker room and the other firmly planted in the real world. By the time the episode wraps, you'll have laughed, cringed, and maybe learned a few things you didn't know about road survival, wrestling politics, and human nature. And yes, the legendary “PissPants” tale will be burned into your brain forever. The Solid Verbal: SEC Preview Part 3 - The Wild Cards We close out our three-part SEC preview by taking a closer look at Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Arkansas, South Carolina, Auburn, and Vanderbilt. In this college football preview episode, we ask burning questions about eight SEC teams that could swing wildly in either direction this season. Is Florida poised for a big jump with a (finally) healthy DJ Lagway navigating one of the most brutal schedules in the country? Will the addition of quarterback John Mateer and offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle lead Oklahoma back to prominence, or is their monster schedule too much to overcome? Is 2025 a stepback year for Josh Heupel and Tennessee after losing key offensive pieces, or can their elite defense carry them? We examine Texas A&M as a legitimate playoff contender behind Marcel Reed's dual-threat ability and a physical rushing attack that could punish teams late in games. We discuss whether Sam Pittman can do enough to keep his job at Arkansas with Taylen Green leading a completely revamped receiving corps and a defense that struggled mightily in pass coverage. We analyze if LaNorris "The Creator" Sellers and pass-rushing phenom Dylan Stewart have enough of a supporting cast around them to lift South Carolina after massive bigtime turnover. Plus, we debate how much we should believe in Jackson Arnold's fresh start at Auburn with an elite receiving corps but lingering questions about offensive line stability, and what to make of Vanderbilt, which brings back tons of production from their magical 2024 season but will no longer be able to fly under the radar. From Florida's injury concerns to A&M's playoff potential to Vandy's encore attempt, this is your guide to the SEC's X-factors that could completely change the conference landscape. In this special solo episode of Rethink Real Estate, Ben Brady unpacks the seismic shifts he's seen across North America's real estate landscape in July. After reviewing over 120,000 listings last quarter, Ben reflects on a key turning point: a major sentiment shift among agents and sellers, signaling a broader acceptance of the market for what it is—not what people wish it was. From Florida to Boulder to Menlo Park, Ben shares hard-hitting case studies that highlight both the wins and the honest reality of today's seller expectations. He breaks down how agents are getting clarity (not just contracts), why “help” is Harcourts Auctions' new rally cry, and the surprising trend of listings coming off the market entirely—because the process delivered the truth sellers needed.Whether you're seeing stalled listings, frustrated clients, or just trying to understand how to build trust and results in this market, Ben's breakdown will leave you with insight, inspiration, and a no-BS roadmap for what's working—and what isn't—right now.⏱️ Timestamps & Key Topics:[00:00:00] – Why July Felt Like a Major Sentiment Shift[00:01:16] – Analyzing 120,000 Listings & Response Rates[00:03:05] – The New Agent-Seller Relationship Dynamic[00:05:06] – Our New Company Theme: Help Over Hype[00:06:08] – Florida, Menlo Park, Boulder: Case Study Results[00:09:04] – What We Learn from the Auctions That Didn't Sell[00:11:53] – The 4th Phase of Auction: Clarity for Sellers

In this episode, Marcus, John, and Tanner explore the evolving landscape of cannabis policy in Minnesota and across the U.S. as recent elections bring new challenges and opportunities. With Minnesota's now-divided Legislature, cannabis reform faces added hurdles. We'll discuss how this shift could slow progress on tax adjustments, licensing expansions, and social equity provisions, calling for more bipartisan negotiation than ever.On the national stage, cannabis policy has seen both advances and setbacks. From Florida to South Dakota, adult-use legalization efforts stalled, while Nebraska made strides by expanding access to medical cannabis. These mixed results reflect the diverse and complex views on cannabis across the country, especially in shifting political tides. But it's not all doom and gloom! Join us for Tanner's Terp Tasting as we sample Strawberry Cotton Candy rosin from Minnesota's own Ope Solventless.
