In this episode, we take a look at a number of international news items that have received alot of attention lately. We're joined by our own resident international law expert, Professor Ronnie Gipson, as he becomes the podcast's most frequent guest on his 3rd visit on the show. He goes over issues and news items regarding the recent helicopter crash in Russia involving Wagner military group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin and how that affects Vladimir Putin's efforts in Russia and the war against Ukraine. We also take an in-depth look at the recent coup d'état in the African country of Niger and how the international community has dealt with the matter compared to that of other recent coups, specifically the 2021 coup in Myanmar. Finally, we examine the international environmental matters related to Japan's recent release of treated wastewater from the Fukishima nuclear plant and how neighboring nations are reacting to the matter. In all of our discussions, China came through as an interested or involved party, showing just how intricate and overlapping these matters can be.

[include file=get-in-itunes.html]Dr. Lawrence Wilson had our head spinning. Now after this show I'm even more thoroughly confused as to what we should be eating. Dr. Wilson talked about nutritional balancing through a unique hair testing analysis he does. It's interesting because he doesn't promote much dogma or give dietary platitudes. For example he says that fruit (among other foods and supplements) are too yin for the body and therefore unhealthy. He doesn't say that fruit itself is bad. It's only bad because our bodies are ALREADY too yin. He says the same thing with organ meats. Organs tend to concentrate toxins and are therefore unbalancing. It's not that they're inately unhealthy for us it's just that because animals are higher up on the food chain they might be eating grass or other plants that have been affected by chemtrails or nuclear fallout from Fukishima. Paleo people might say that too much raw food is unhealthy. Raw food advocates might argue that eating animal meat is not what we're designed for. Dr. Wilson's approach is unique in the it takes into account our toxic world before determining if food is healthy or unhealthy for you. Even if something is healthy but filled with toxins like mercury (like larger fish) he doesn't advocate it. We also discussed thoughts on yin foods and which foods they are and how yin foods affect the body. We talked a bit about sauna therapy, sweating and how much he advocates coffee enemas to promote optimum liver health and function. Dr. Lawrence Wilson is truly a fascinating guy. If you would like to schedule some hair analysis tests with him you can contact him on his website. I think it would be very fascinating to see where we're all at with our health. Remember that which doesn't get measured, doesn't get managed. I hope you enjoy this interview with Dr. Lawrence Wilson. Not surprisingly Scott, a veteran uranium industry executive is extremely bullish on the industry. People are coming to realize that nuclear energy is key to a carbon-free future. Demand is starting to exceed the pre-Fukishima levels. There's a substantial production deficit, with prices going from a $17 low to $32 per pound last month. There's a significant lag between demand and price. Prices should go higher in the next 12-24 months. Utility supply contracts now have to be renewed and that should see incentives for long term production. We're going to be using more electricity and there's very few places it can come from. Renewables are great but there's only so much they can contribute. The price of uranium is a small factor in a nuclear power plant's economic viability, so the market is very inelastic.

[include file=get-in-itunes.html] Today we had an amazing discussion with Dr. Robert Silverstein.Dr. Robert Silverstein is the author of his most recent book called Maximum Healing: Optimize Your Natural Ability to Heal. Dr. Silverstein was such a fun guest and very lively as well. He has been in the practice of health and healing for over 30 years and works hard to help people get their lives back. It was a lot of fun to finally get the chance to talk with Dr. Silverstein as this has been something we've been wanting to do for quite some time now. We talked about cholesterol numbers and how to manage them. We also talked about whether or not the cholesterol numbers even matter to begin with. His answer might shock you. We also talked about how to balance hormone levels and thyroid health. Thyroid health is a big concern these days with accidents like Fukishima happening and low iodine levels. The thyroid glad (among many other things) happens to be responsible for the production of hormone levels in the body. Without balanced hormones you might feel a lack of sex drive, lack of motivation, cold hands and feet, heart palpitations, poor circulation, depression and much more. Hormones are key for your health so keeping your thyroid gland is imperative. We also talked about cancer and how to prevent and reverse cancerous tumors in the body. As many of you know cancer is always the #1 or #2 killer in America today. Just about 1 out of 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer at some time in their lives. There are many things you can do if you have cancer or that you can do to prevent cancer. If you'd like to hear what I'd do if I were diagnosed with cancer you can listen to this or you can checkout our cancer section to see what others have done. We have seen much tension in the last few years in the South China sea with China taking over the territorial waters of other countries in that region like the Phillipines, Vietnam and others and building artificial islands to try and take over the region.  Trump and Secretary of Defense James Mattis are not standing for it, and the US also stands behind Japan and South Korea if they are attacked by North Korea or China.  All this is heating up to becoming a very bad situation, especially with N. Korea recently testing ballistic missiles by firing them close to Japan.  Also the pacific ocean sealife continues to die from Fukishima as commercial fisherman struggle to catch fish and many of them catch fish that are oozing puss and are covered in lesions, this is obviously from radiation poisoning.  Also General Petraeus is pushing for a 2nd amendment ban for veterans.  We will also talk about threats to the security of President Trump and how Obama is still lurking in the shadows and working with the new world order.

There’s still a lot of the unknown when it comes to the long-term impacts of space travel, so there is a big push by NASA to better understand these effects. At the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, radiobiologist Matt Coleman is part of team that has developed a small medical device that provides a comprehensive in-flight medical diagnostic system. Coleman explains that it can detect diseases from long-term exposure to microgravity and exposure to radiation. "This tool we’re building, you know we think it’s going to have a huge health benefit, but it’s going to have a huge research benefit because we don’t really know how do all of these things actually respond in space, in exploration, in research animals, let alone humans. And so getting this up into space and even on the International Space Station, it will have a huge benefit, just in the research that we can do." The portable diagnostic device can also be used for battlefield medicine, in Third World countries or even in the case of a radiological event like Chernobyl or Fukishima.

Click Here Or On Above Image To Reach Our ExpertsCybersecurity Expert Suggests Blockchain To Thwart HackersEveryone should have concerns about cybersecurity as there are many fronts in this battle. Hackers are increasingly targeting not just people's credit card details but also other personal details and critical infrastructure more often than you would think. The worst fear is that terrorists could take out a nuclear plant, causing a disaster like Fukishima. Corporations also target people's data in order to improve sales and expand their customer base. Mass surveillance means that someone might always be listening. Demand for services that ensure cybersecurity will grow rapidly in the years to come and blockchain technology is making multiple advances in addressing these concerns.Guardtime has recently announced its intention to use its own blockchain to secure the UK's energy infrastructure, including nuclear power plants and electricity distribution grids, as well as national flood defences, in partnership with Future Cities Catapult. PRO-DTECH II FREQUENCY DETECTOR(Buy/Rent/Layaway)CEO of Guardtime, Mike Gault, decided to base some of his operation out of Estonia, capitalizing on the talented pool of cryptographers. The key problem he was able to solve was how to protect the integrity of data without keeping secrets to verify whether such data is correct. The blockchain used by Guardtime, although inspired by Bitcoin, differs from virtual currency blockchains; it is based on Keyless Signature Infrastructure (KSI), which improves on the scalability and settlement time. CELLPHONE DETECTOR (PROFESSIONAL)(Buy/Rent/Layaway)This system relies on the integrity of the hash function to ensure integrity of data, allowing it to identify three attributes of data: first, proof of time, i.e. when the asset was actually registered on the Blockchain; second, identity, referring to where the asset was first recorded; and third, authenticity, referring to whether or not the data has been tampered with.PRO-DTECH III FREQUENCY DETECTOR(Buy/Rent/Layaway)The integrity of data in the system, not the confidentiality of data, was attacked at Iran's Natanz nuclear facility by Stuxnet, a malicious computer program, back in 2013. By using KSI digital signatures, Guardtime's blockchain monitors the integrity of digital assets and detects unauthorized changes in software and configurations.PRO-DTECH III FREQUENCY DETECTOR(Buy/Rent/Layaway)Also, by providing a complete chain of the history of the data that is generated and transmitted, a breach can be acted upon in real-time. This is how the technology will prevent attacks such as Stuxnet from hitting critical civilian infrastructure networks in the UK.The technology which Guardtime is employing is already used to secure Estonian IT systems and can be independently verified without having to trust the administrators of the system. Estonia now registers marriages, health records and other sensitive information on a blockchain. Guardtime's KSI Blockchain is best suited to cybersecurity, telecommunications and data management where its industrial capacity sets it apart from other blockchain providers. A move away from public key cryptography means that it is secure against potential threats in the future, such as quantum computing, as hash functions are immune. Also, their offering comes at a time when the nuclear power industry has come under scrutiny with regards to cybersecurity.PRO-DTECH III FREQUENCY DETECTOR(Buy/Rent/Layaway)Another venture is taking a similar approach, aiming to solve the biggest problem in telecommunications; trusting third-parties with sensitive data. BitMessage is an open-source project that has revamped Bitcoin's block-and-transfer system to decentralize and automate encrypted communication. The novel feature is transactional mixing, making it extremely difficult to eavesdrop even if the encrypted data has been captured. Once the project has been brought out of alpha testing, we could see it replace email and other forms of instant messaging. The software is only available on desktops at present but could soon expand to mobiles and other portable devices.WIRELESS/WIRED HIDDENCAMERA FINDER III(Buy/Rent/Layaway)Enigma is also based on the Bitcoin's blockchain and was developed by the MIT to create a marketplace where users can sell the rights to encrypted data without providing access to the underlying data itself.PRO-DTECH IV FREQUENCY DETECTOR(Buy/Rent/Layaway)This project is set to bring ‘perfect secrecy' to the blockchain by breaking data into pieces and mathematically guaranteeing that each of these pieces is masked, random and completely secure.Enigma has already caught the attention of banks, who want to be able to store, analyse and share data without it being revealed to other parties. Their white paper gives an illuminating example of how it can be used to reduce costs and offer a new income stream for customers. A pharmaceutical company looking for patients in clinical trials would be able to scan genomic databases for candidates. With guaranteed privacy and autonomous control, more consumers will feel comfortable selling their data. Wireless Camera Finder(Buy/Rent/Layaway)This will allow greater data-sharing between companies and lead to more value being created by businesses. However, Enigma needs to reach critical mass before the network can start working securely. To help expand the network and gain users, every time someone requests a computation from the Enigma network, they pay a bitcoin fee. The largest fraction of this fee goes to the nodes in the Enigma network as a reward for storing and processing the user's encrypted data.MAGNETIC, ELECTRIC, RADIO ANDMICROWAVE DETECTOR(Buy/Rent/Layaway)BitMessage directly addresses concerns held by many about the overarching power of corporations and governments to snoop on private data.COUNTERSURVEILLANCE PROBE / MONITOR(Buy/Rent/Layaway)Projects such as Enigma will allow consumers to capitalize on the explosion of ‘Big Data' and put more control into what personal data corporations can and cannot access.PRO-DTECH FREQUENCY DETECTOR(Buy/Rent/Layaway)Finally, the KSI Blockchain illustrates how a blockchain can be made resistant to decryption through quantum computing and how to achieve scalability for industrial use. In short, Bitcoin has inspired, and will continue to inspire, some exciting applications that will revolutionize cybersecurity.RF SIGNAL DETECTOR ( FREQUENCY COUNTER)(Buy/Rent/Layaway)Your questions and comments are greatly appreciated.Monty Henry, Owner

This Garage Hour is one of the classic free-fire episodes, kicked off right with tales of Boris Said and his plans to beat Greg Biffle's ass, and that sets the tone for the whole rest of the thing.  Hostus Maximus Justin Fort goes after everyone, from people on Rascals to the lunchtime drunks and stoners at Chrysler who were fired for getting...  wait for it... drunk and stoned at lunch.  Of course, the UAW got them their jobs back, so those drunks and stoners are presumably still building Dodges. Dirty Dave takes the time to go after Rick Perry, and then board-opp Barrister Hilton goes after Dirty Dave. It's not 100% grim, though - there's shouts out to Toyota for their stay-at-home doggedness following the arsing Japan got at the hands of the Fukishima tsunami, the Garage Hour goons applaud the Air Force for parking a cruise missile up China's nose during the Serbian affair, and there's a bunch of good tracks backing this show. So many targets, so few triggers...  It's the Garage Hour, alright, the rootinest, tootinest, highfalutinest piece of gearhead on air since Top Gear full of beer.

During times of peril it is instinctive for man to call on his creator force for intervention...we call on the "Gods" for help when help is needed and we expect some sort of response. CORRECT?  Did you ever think the day would come when the Gods called on YOU for help?  That day my brothers and sisters has arrived.  The most perilous of scenarios is playing out in our very midst. The Ocean is dying. The radiation from Fukishima is uncontainable and there are entities both in planet and off planet that are making attempts to intercede but the overburdensome task is overwhelming.  This entities, or "dieties" as they are referred to in some spiritual systems are now calling for HELP from the very beings who pride themselves on calling on the dieties for help.  The roles have switched, are you up for the task?  Tonight we welcome a divine spirit in the personage of Mataji to deliver a pertinent message from Mother Goddess Yemaja and "Father" God.  www.eaglewingsofenlightenment.org

Should he avoid mushrooms and other fungi? What else should he avoid? What supplements might help? In my response to Keith, I recommend: -Metal Free Heavy Metal Detoxification Formula combined with Body Detox - follow use instructions for these exactly as on bottles. Dr. David Minkoff recommends to take Metal Free in the morning and Body Detox before bed. -6mg of iodine per day -1-2 servings edible clay per day (i.e. Edible Earth) -Oral magnesium in supplemental form (around 400-600mg/day, or until you get loose stool) -A high quality greens supplement -Full spectrum antioxidant -High quality omega 3 + Vitamin D ad Vitamin A supplementation (i.e. cod liver oil). Recommend SuperEssentials and TwinLab Cod Liver Oil. Finally, I highly recommend Dr. Mark Sircus's book: "Nuclear Toxicity Syndrome". ------------------------------------------------------ Toni asks: Husband is an endurance bike racer who is not sleeping well and is constantly fatigued, but doctors won't acknowledge it as real. What can help? In my response to Toni, I reference this article I did on adrenal fatigue: What To Do When You're Overtrained, including this anecdote: 1. Frequent Cold Exposure – Cold immersion can lower inflammation, and markers of inflammatory damage such as CRP or interleukin – which allows the body to bounce back faster from an overreached state. In my case, I have access to a very cold river that currently runs at about 40-45 degrees Farenheit, so when I saw those HRV scores begin to drop, I began full body immersion for 20-30 minutes a day, 1-2x/day (you can also achieve this in an ice bath if you live in a warmer climate without access to a cold body of water). I combined with wearing 110% compression tights and shirt filled with ice sleeves while I was sitting at home working. 2. Adaptogenic Herbs – I use a Chinese Adaptogenic Herb complex called Tian Chi, and I began to double dose on an empty stomach 1-2x/day, in mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon. The ingredients of Tian Chi include compounds that help to relieve adrenal gland stress and support proper adrenal function, including ashwaganda, eleuthero, epemedium and gotu kola. These type of compounds are incredibly effective at restoring function to your adrenal glands when you've been asking yourself to churn out adrenaline, epinephrine, norepinephrine, etc. with day after day of hard training. 3. Deep Sleep – During deep sleep, your body releases large amounts of growth hormone for repair and recovery, and initiates cellular turnover that can speed up removal of “junk” from a taxed musculoskeletal system. Once I saw my HRV score drop, my goal was to get myself into a deep sleep phase as quickly as possible, and I did this by using an Earthpulse Sleep Machine device to activate my “deep sleep” Delta brain waves, along with sleeping in a very dark room, using 500mg magnesium before bed, and making sure to use my blue-light blocking glasses at any point after 4pm in the afternoon. 4. Anti-Inflammatory Diet – Because they result in a net acidic load when you metabolize them, pro-inflammatory foods will increase inflammation and increase your pain from the inflammation. These include processed meats, foods high in omega 6 fatty acids like roasted seeds and nuts, pastries and cereals, starches, and even nightshade plants like regular potatoes, tomatoes, and eggplant. When you're injured or overtrained and looking for every available advantage, you should instead prioritize foods with natural anti-inflammatory properties, like dark-skinned fruits and vegetables (pomegranates, cherries, blueberries, plums, artichokes, spinach and broccoli are excellent), high amounts of omega-3 fatty acids (cold-water fish, cod liver oil, fish oil, etc.) and natural herbal anti-inflammatories like turmeric, curcumin, garlic and ginger, or something like Capraflex, which has all that. Jeff asks: How can you recover from a lateral meniscus removal? He has some hyaluronic acid and capraflex. In my response to Jeff, I mention this free meniscus repair rehab program pdf. ------------------------------------------------------ Jenna asks: Are there any athletic or performance benefits from vibration plates? Can you lose weight from just standing on it? In my response, I mention Power Plate vibration platforms. ------------------------------------------------------ Michael asks: What does Ben think of the "Elevation Training Mask", specifically the 2.0 version? In my response, I mention the Elevation Training Mask. Bree asks: What is the difference between sprouting and soaking? ------------------------------------------------------ Augie asks: What are your top RSS feeds for exercise, performance, fitness, diet, etc? -Fitness.AllTop.com (varies) -StoneHearthNewsletters.com (varies) -TheEatingAcademy.com (Peter Attia) -PerfectHealthDiet.com (Paul Jaminet) -Cholesterol-and-health.com (Chris Masterjohn) -International Medical Veritas Association (Mark Sircus) -LifeHacker.com (varies) -TrackYourPlaque  (Dr. William Davis) -Everymantri.com (Roman Mica) -EndurancePlanet.com -BenGreenfieldFitness.com ------------------------------------------------------ Deb asks: What to do about sugar with coffee addiction? In my response to Deb, I recommend: -VIDEO: 5 Powerful Calorie Control Tricks To Help You Eat Less Food: http://www.bengreenfieldfitness.com/2011/10/appetitecontrol/ -VIDEO: 5 Ways To Suppress Your Appetite Without Taking Any Special Pills or Capsules: http://www.bengreenfieldfitness.com/2011/05/5-ways-to-suppress-your-appetite-without-taking-any-special-pills-or-capsules/ -PODCAST: How To Stop Carbohydrate Cravings In Their Tracks: http://www.bengreenfieldfitness.com/2011/08/episode-160-how-to-stop-carbohydrate-cravings-in-their-tracks/ -PODCAST: Inner Circle Free Episode: How To Stop Sugar & Carbohydrate Cravings In Their Tracks: http://www.bengreenfieldfitness.com/2010/10/inner-circle-podcast-3-how-to-stop-sugar-carbohydrate-cravings-in-their-tracks/ -ARTICLE: A Simple Six-Step System for Eliminating Food Cravings: http://www.bengreenfieldfitness.com/2010/05/a-simple-six-step-system-for-eliminating-food-cravings/ -ARTICLE: How To Fight Candy Cravings: http://www.bengreenfieldfitness.com/2012/10/how-to-fight-candy-cravings/ Finally, I recommend Deb check out The Diet Dominator at http://www.thedietdominator.com ------------------------------------------------------ Panka says: I want to increase my body weight, am super-skinny, and want to become a mesomorph from an ectomorph. What would be a good diet and exercise plan? In my response to Panka, I mention my book "Get Fit Guy's Guide To Achieving Your Ideal Body" at http://www.GetFitGuy.com ------------------------------------------------------ Seth asks: How to interpret your training logs and use them to get better? In my response to Seth, I mention Sami Inkinen's "Incurable Data Geek" and Joe Friel's Training blog. Mention things like cardiac drift, average power/speed, RPE, recovery time what I personally do: heart rate variability, how fast I ride to the YMCA, how fast I can do 10x30s sprint on treadmill, how fast I can swim 10x100 ------------------------------------------------------ Craig wants to know how to maintain a high run cadence. ------------------------------------------------------ Thomas wants to know if you could increase your risk of heart attack from cold exposure since when you train in the cold the cold weather on your torso speeds your heart rate up but cold on your face slows your heart rate down. He wants to know if he should cover his hands and feet. ------------------------------------------------------ 7 year old Lucas wants to know what he should eat before his hockey games. In my response, I mention my article: 5 Ways That Workout Nutrition Should be Different For Young People and Children ------------------------------------------------------ Joe wants to know why his body temperature is down to 92.6 degrees. Also, if you're in the first two weeks of your cycle your temperature will be about 1/2 degree lower than the second half. Even malnutrition and starvation can cause your body temperature to be low, but it's probably because the body down regulates the thyroid so you'll live longer. In my response to Joe, I mention WellnessFX or DirectLabs for getting these kind of tests done, and also recommend a Spectracell analysis.
