In this episode, we break down how productive agents consistently win listings before the listing presentation even happens — by mastering the first conversation, setting expectations early, introducing pricing correctly, and positioning themselves as trusted advisors instead of salespeople. You'll learn how to: • Build trust before the appointment• Set pricing expectations without killing the opportunity• Position yourself as the clear choice early• Eliminate listing competition before it starts• Create a repeatable system that wins listings consistently If you're tired of competing, defending commissions, and hoping to win listings at the table, this episode shows you how to flip the process in your favor.

We take a break from Super Bowl talk and get into a jam-packed weekend of Headlines including Red Sox truck day and fight night ultimately costing the Bruins a point in Tampa. Then, the useless Groundhog's Day holiday and skiers needing to be rescued from a ski lift in the New England Nightly News. And, considering the Patriots wouldn't trade the draft pick they selected Drake Maye with, its even more remarkable to see Maye in the Super Bowl in only his second season.

Previous disruptions eliminated jobs but created surplus that funded new roles. AI breaks that chain—digital employees don't need wages, don't become consumers, and improve exponentially every six months. The math changed. A college degree once guaranteed middle-class stability. Now it puts you in direct competition with entities that work 24/7, remember everything, and have no upper bound on capability.Own assets or get left behind. When capital no longer depends on labor, asset prices can rise indefinitely while wages stagnate. Position yourself on the side of the equation that benefits.Build your runway now. Hans tracks daily burn rate and is targeting two years of expenses in emergency reserves. Calculate yours: monthly expenses ÷ 30 = daily burn. Emergency fund ÷ daily burn = runway in days.Protect, save, grow still applies—maybe more than ever. Guaranteed growth vehicles, physical precious metals, crypto, rental properties, and options trading all have a place in a portfolio built for uncertainty. The social contract between labor and capital has held for 10,000 years: work generates value, value generates wages, wages generate surplus. Q3 2025 may have broken that contract permanently. GDP grew 4.3%, corporate profits hit record highs—and job growth collapsed to near zero. For the first time in history, the economy is thriving without creating jobs.

On this episode of Autzen Audibles, Matt Prehm, Erik Skopil, and John Evans dive into Oregon's offensive roster as the Ducks look toward the 2026 season. From quarterback stability to the depth and versatility at running back, wide receiver, and along the offensive line, the trio breaks down what feels solid and where uncertainty still exists. Oregon has recruited at an elite level under Dan Lanning, but roster construction is about more than stars and rankings. It is about balance, development, health, and having answers when adversity hits. The guys examine how many proven options Oregon truly has, where competition will be fiercest, and which positions could quietly define the Ducks' ceiling. In this episode of the Pain and Performance Podcast, Dr. Derrick Hines sits down with Dr. Peter Martone to explore why sleep problems are rarely just about sleep. They break down how pain, nervous system regulation, and body alignment all influence whether the body can truly rest and recover. This conversation reframes sleep as an outcome of overall health, not something you fix in isolation. Dr. Martone explains why pain is often the catalyst for change, how the nervous system determines sleep quality, and why most people struggle despite trying supplements, trackers, or “perfect” sleep routines. If you deal with chronic pain, restless nights, or feel like your body never fully shuts down, this episode offers a clearer framework for understanding what's actually getting in the way of good sleep.Topics Covered-- Why pain is often the turning point for real health change-- Sleep as an outcome of nervous system health-- The role of the autonomic nervous system in sleep quality-- Why alignment and pressure relief matter during sleep-- Creating a sense of safety for deeper rest-- The “Triune of Sleep” explained-- How tracking heart rate and body signals can guide better sleep-- Practical ways to improve sleep without quick fixes
Was I unfair to the ECT position? In Part 5 of our series on what the Bible says about hell, we return to one of the most debated doctrines in Christian theology: Eternal Conscious Torment (ECT).In earlier sessions, I critically examined the biblical evidence commonly cited in support of ECT. In this livestream, I revisit that material with fresh eyes and cover one aspect of the position I have not yet addressed, "weeping and gnashing of teeth." We also revisit the Parable of Lazarus and the Rich Man in light of some in-house pushback we received from last week's episode. What the Bible Actually Says About Hell, Part 5. That You May Know Him, Episode 285.

Are you waking up at 3 AM, worried that AI will take your job? Most people are either losing their jobs to AI or panicking about when it's coming. The band-aid is off. This is happening whether we like it or not. I've been geeking out on this stuff since my first Commodore VIC-20. I got AI three years ago, well before most people did. And I'm going to tell you something that might surprise you. You don't have to die in this transition. You just have to be reborn. Stick with me. You'll know exactly how to thrive. Featured Story I got my first computer when I was 18. A Commodore VIC-20 that cost me $299 when I was making $1,000 a month as a disc jockey. That's a lot of money for a machine that really couldn't do anything. But I've been geeking out on technology forever. This whole business I've started now because I knew how to get online before anybody else. I got AI three years ago, well before most people did. I've used it for so many projects. I've taught people to use it. When I get excited about it, my dog Levi literally leaves the room because he thinks I'm mad. I'm not mad. I'm passionate. Because I can see what's coming. Important Points We're moving from wage labor to capital ownership. Making money by the hour simply won't work as time goes on. Information jobs are ending fast. If you process data, push spreadsheets, or transcribe, your work will be gone soon. The last mile of AI isn't ready yet. Main Street shops aren't getting robots anytime soon. We've still got time. Memorable Quotes "You don't have to die in this AI transition. You just have to be reborn and think just a little differently." "We're transitioning from information to wisdom and experience. AI can't make decisions or tell you what to do." "People will pay you for their dreams. AI makes it easier and faster to get there, and you'll like the job better." Scott's Three-Step Approach Accept that AI is coming and there's nothing we can do to stop it. The band-aid is off. Just move forward already. Once you accept reality, transition from information work to wisdom and experience, where AI can't replicate you. Position yourself strategically in one of the four economies: attention, experience, authenticity, or meaning. Chapters 0:02 - Are you losing your job to AI? (the honest answer) 2:36 - Why people are grieving AI (and it's completely valid) 6:35 - AI won't be the thing that destroys you (this will) 10:41 - From wage labor to capital ownership (the big shift) 12:28 - Four economies where you'll thrive with AI Connect With Me Search for the Daily Boost on YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify Email: support@motivationtomove.com Main Website: https://motivationtomove.com YouTube: https://youtube.com/dailyboostpodcast Instagram: https://instagram.com/heyscottsmith Facebook Page: https://facebook.com/motivationtomove Facebook Group: https://dailyboostpodcast.com/facebook Learn more about your ad choices.
