Frauke von Polier: Events sind keine Kosten. Sie sind sichtbar gemachte Prioritäten. Was soll nach einem Event anders sein als vorher? Das ist meine Kernfrage, seitdem ich Events gestalte. Die ehrliche Antwort: In den meisten Organisationen weiß das niemand. Genau dort setzt unser Gespräch an. Frauke von Polier – ehemalige Chief People Officer bei Zalando, SAP, Otto und Viessmann, heute Beirätin mit Fokus auf AI Transformation bei der Viessmann Generations Group – hat in ihrer Karriere eines gelernt: Kulturwandel entsteht nicht durch Kommunikation. Er entsteht durch Erfahrung und die braucht Gestaltung. Darum geht es in dieser Folge: Warum geben Unternehmen sechsstellige Summen für Events aus – und fragen sich drei Wochen später, ob es etwas verändert hat? Wir sprechen darüber, was es braucht, damit Transformation tatsächlich in Bewegung kommt: nicht mehr Inhalte, sondern bessere Momente. Das sind unsere Themen: • Organisationen investieren in das, was ihnen wichtig ist. Events sind aber kein Kommunikationsformat, sondern ein Beschleuniger von Kultur. Aber warum senden Organisationen so viel und lassen nicht mehr erleben? • Was Co-Creation von inszenierter Beteiligung unterscheidet – und wann sie wirklich Vertrauen, Commitment und Ownership erzeugt. • Warum die meisten Organisationen ihre wichtigsten Momente falsch messen – und welche Frage vorher gestellt werden müsste. • Warum Führungskräfte lernen müssen, Wirkung zu gestalten – nicht nur Inhalte zu senden. Drei Zitate, die hängen blieben: „Transformation braucht Schwungmasse. Du brauchst 30 bis 60 Prozent der Menschen, damit der Wandel wirklich ins Rollen kommt." „Ein gutes Produkt ist deshalb stark, weil es nicht nur ein funktionierendes Gerät ist – sondern weil es ein Gefühl hinterlässt. So auch bei Events." „Ein Event ist kulturell wirksam, wenn es die Sprache verändert – wenn man davon noch Wochen später auf den Fluren hört." Die These dieser Folge: Events sind keine Kommunikationsmaßnahme. Sie sind das sichtbarste Zeichen dafür, was einer Organisation wirklich wichtig ist. Wer Kulturwandel will, muss Begegnung gestalten. Wer Begegnung gestaltet, trägt Verantwortung – für das, was danach anders ist. Fraukes Fazit – drei Gedanken zum Mitnehmen für CPOs & CHROs: Warum Transformationsprogramme ohne Live-Momente nicht landen: Persönliche Begegnung erzeugt das, was kein Dokument kann: Glaubwürdigkeit, Verbundenheit und das Gefühl, Teil von etwas Größerem zu sein. Deswegen brauchen wir Live-Momente. Was Employee Experience von Produktdenken lernt: Die stärksten Produkte – denk an Apple – funktionieren nicht nur. Sie hinterlassen ein Gefühl. Genau das ist der Maßstab: nicht ob ein Erlebnis gut organisiert war, sondern ob es etwas in mir hinterlassen hat. Woran man erkennt, ob ein Event kulturell wirksam war: An der Sprache. Wenn ich noch Wochen danach auf den Fluren höre, wie Menschen darüber reden – mit Stolz, mit Orientierung, mit einem klaren „Das ist jetzt unsere Richtung" – dann hat das Event etwas verändert. Künstliche Intelligenz ist inzwischen allgegenwärtig: Wir lassen uns Texte von ihr übersetzen, ganze Referate schreiben, Staus vorhersagen und Bilder generieren. Alles in rasantem Tempo und mit z.T. verblüffenden Ergebnissen. Die Wildbiologin Frauke Fischer erklärt, wie mittlerweile auch im Naturschutz KI eingesetzt wird – etwa beim Monitoring von Tierarten, der Analyse von Tierstimmen oder der Früherkennung von Umweltveränderungen. Interessanterweise ist Gottes Sicht ähnlich für die Familie, die Generationen und die Gemeinde. Gott hat uns total unterschiedlich geschaffen, damit wir auf Ergänzung angewiesen und erst als Ganzes vollkommen sind. Und wir sind alle unperfekt und haben deshalb manche Herausforderungen zu meistern. Deshalb sind wir auf Gottes Hilfe und Weisheit angewiesen! Das gilt für alle Ebenen, von der Familie im Kleinen bis zum König eines Volkes im Großen. Das Denken im Sinne Gottes als Vater ist: ‘Mein Sohn, du überholst mich, Meine Decke ist dein Fundament!’ Frauke ergänzt mit praktischen göttlichen Prinzipien für den Umgang mit Konflikten: Das ‘4-6-8 Augen Prinzip’ zur gemeinsamen Klärung mit deinen Geschwistern und das ‘3 W-Prinzip’: Wahrnehmung – Wirkung – Wunsch. Zum Schluss ermutigt Tobias uns, wenn in uns die Frage aufkommt: ‘Wie soll ich das alles schaffen, ich habe Fehler und Schwächen?’ Wenn dir deine Schuhe zu groß sind, dann sage zu deinem himmlischen Papa: Herr ich bin dein Kind, ich danke dir, dass es nicht meine Schuhe sind, sondern deine, ich darf mit Deiner Hilfe darin laufen! #289: Die 21-jährige Frauke Liebs schaut das WM-Spiel Deutschland gegen Ecuador mit ihren Freunden in einem Irish Pub in Paderborn. Nach dem Spiel läuft sie nach Hause und schreibt ihrem Mitbewohner Chris, dass sie sich etwas verspätet. Doch in ihrer WG kommt sie nie an. Fraukes Mutter meldet ihre Tochter am nächsten Tag, den 21. Juni 2006, als vermisst. Denn Frauke würde niemals freiwillig wegbleiben und sich nicht melden. Zunächst gibt es kein Lebenszeichen von Frauke, doch dann ruft sie mehrmals an.
