In March 2022, the court ordered the release of Pfizer documents, but they were lengthy and overwhelming--very challenging for the average person to go through, let alone understand. Daily Clout, a successful civic tech company, gathered over 3000 scientists and doctors to comb through them and analyze them, and what they found is truly astounding. Naomi Wolf is the CEO and co-founder of the Daily Clout, and today she goes over what the analysis of the documents revealed: the Pfizer mRNA injection causes a host of side effects, including death, stroke, infertility, neurological symptoms, covid itself, and clotting. The shots negatively impact human reproduction. They shed and transmit spike proteins through inhalation, skin contact, and sweat from the vaccinated to anyone. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that true health varies for each person—and the more we can learn and broaden our understanding of “health,” we can easily begin to apply a wide variety of perspectives, ideas, and teachings to ourselves and our own health journeys. There is no one size fits all answer when it comes to our children’s health, our family’s health, or our own health. I’m really excited for the opportunity to introduce you to Hilda Labrada Gore—someone who has been very influential in my own personal health journey. In fact, her voice and work is such an everyday presence in my life and learning that I realized it’s probably time I shared more about her and her work with you. She discovered during her travels how important it is for people to eat the food that’s native and natural to your culture.  We talk about how food displacement and overconsumption of processed food has led to an overall decline in health - everywhere. Hilda says that we should always do our best to eat natural and whole foods as these fuel our bodies the best: the way God intended. Another aspect of health that’s so important for Hilda is getting outside every day. Her favorite time of day is within half an hour of when the sun comes up. This time is perfect for getting daily Vitamin D; it also gives you a chance to experience quiet time for deep listening, which she learned about during one of her trips to Australia. [04:27] How being vegan is great as a fast and cleanse, but it is difficult to sustain as a diet and lifestyle because of missing essential nutrients in the diet. [09:06] Hilda was introduced to the Weston A. Price Foundation through a friend who was suffering from chronic fatigue, and she noticed how diet had helped her friend. [11:31] The importance of gradual diet changes. It takes time to make significant lasting change. Spend a year switching to butter, and then find natural snacks. Doing little upgrades to develop wise traditions is what worked for Hilda. Progress not perfection. [12:01] A Maasai Warrior contacted the Weston A. Price Foundation, and Hilda went to talk with him. HIlda encouraged them to eat their natural diet which consists of milk, meat, and blood. They made the decision as a community to go back to their traditional diet. [17:29] The ancestral foods of Peru include a variety of traditional diets. Like seafood on the coast. Things like liver and onions, and fish soup including the head. The jungle areas eat wild boar and vegetables and plants. People in the mountains eat diets rich in carbohydrates like quinoa and wild potatoes. Eating according to your region. [20:27] How having a healthy gut is the key to wellness, because we need a healthy gut to assimilate the nutrients from our food. Drinking bone broth is a great way to start.
