Jednou z veľmi zaujímavých, no menej známych inovácií v oblasti umelej inteligencie (AI) z posledných rokov je prepojenie AI a kamerových systémov.

How to Build Lasting Customer Relationships and Boost Growth Christoph Senn and Mehak Gandhi propose that B2B companies rethink their growth logic in their recent book Triple Fit Strategy. They lay out the Triple Fit Strategy framework to help companies escape the product-centric mindset and put customers at the heart of their business strategy. Companies using this framework can contribute 10x more to their customers' success and potentially double account values in less than three years. Summary of Triple Fit Strategy Senn and Gandhi suggest a bold new way of doing business that shifts the focus from traditional product selling to a fully customer-centric approach. Their Triple Fit Strategy challenges the old "us and them" mentality, encouraging suppliers and customers to collaborate as if they were a single entity. The result? Businesses that grow far beyond what either party could achieve alone. One Company? At its core, the Triple Fit Strategy puts customers at the centre of three critical areas: planning, execution, and resources. The strategy revolves around a simple and powerful question: What if we - supplier and customer - were one company? Drawing on over two decades of research, the authors argue that companies adopting this framework can contribute ten times more to their customers' success while doubling account values in under three years. Proven Results This isn't just theory. The book shares lessons from global giants like BASF, GE, Microsoft, and Danish shipping leader Maersk, which used the strategy to unlock hundreds of millions of dollars in new opportunities with a New Zealand partner. Backed by a database of over 10,000 cases, the Triple Fit Strategy offers practical tools to bring customers into your company's internal processes, helping to redefine customer relationships, allocate resources wisely, and achieve faster, more meaningful breakthroughs. Business cases The book includes real-life business cases from 3M, Agrana, BASF, Best Buy, BMW, Danone, db Audio, DSM, Evonik, Hillebrand Gori, Indicia, Konica Minolta, Maersk, Marriott, MUREX, Natura, P&G, Sonos, Thermo Fisher, Unilever, Vodafone, and WMF/Schaerer. For Companies Without Large Budgets? Senn and Gandhi outline three practical steps for businesses without a large budget for external consultancy: 1. Create a total business view by analysing business relationships within the Triple Fit canvas. 2. Understand internal politics and identify which stakeholders on both sides will support your case. 3. Foster a mindset of strategic alignment between supplier and customer. For businesses ready to step away from the "product-first" mindset, this book is a game-changer. See more about the book here. Send me a messageDavid Cooke is a man likely familiar to many out there. A business leader of serious repute who through his own personal journey transformed the practices and cultures of the businesses he led and worked at. Most notably David spent eight years as the Managing Director and Chairman of Konica Minolta here in Australia, but has also held the position of Chair at the United National Global Compact Australia and the UNSW's Human Rights Institute Advisory Committee, he was a roundtable member of Westpac's Safer Children Safer Communities programme, and is now an author of his first book - Kind Business Values Create Value; A corporate world reimagined where people and planet are placed at the heart of leadership decisions.A man of stillness who has practised transcendental meditation for more than fifty years and has brought a powerful spiritual and humanistic approach to management and leadership, all for the betterment of people, society and the environment. He exemplifies the type of person and the characteristics many of us wish were the leaders of the organisation we work at - the qualities of leadership he espouses and encourages in this book are nothing short of radical to what is the status quo - sadly and tragically.Real world problems like the climate crisis, the housing crisis, the domestic violence violence, the scams crisis, the biodiversity crisis - there is no shortage of societal and environmental crisis out there. They have one common origin to me - a crisis in the soul of humanity and the priorities and qualities of leaders in organisations around the world. If we truly cared, if we truly had empathy, or compassion, or awareness - not emails or statements that simply described what was important - but truly in the sense that intention equated to action, I deeply believe many of the real problems and crisis our planet and all species face would be reduced, maybe even eradicated. Speaking to David reminded me of the power of stillness, the strength that comes from spending time in deep presence with self. Maybe this is all too woo woo - but is our approach to doing more more quickly getting us where we hope to get to?I remember hearing Deepak Chopra responding to a question about the chance humanity had to build back better in the middle of the Covid lockdowns in 2020 - he replied; 'build back better. It's more likely we'll just go more quickly to the next crisis'. He meant this in the context that we rush, we crave, we urge, we desire - but what if slowing down really was the paradoxical answer we are looking for? And in that stillness we come to deeply appreciate, recognise and embody that a new paradigm of operating at the surface level of actions and behaviours requires a deeper paradigm shift - one that involves kindness, stillness, reflection, care, pride. The theme for the newsletter this month is mavericks, and as we heard, David's approach to business leadership could be considered to be pretty radical. His life in practising transcendental meditation twice daily your fifty years has delivered him great clarity and helped him go from having an intention of caring for others and being kind to really doing that in practice consistently and regularly. It reminds me of one of my favourite quotes - 'I've never had to work so hard to stay so still'.Until next time, thanks for listeningThanks for listening. Follow Finding Nature on Instagram

Beginning her career as an analyst, Carol Lee honed her technical skills both in pre-revenue start-ups and a multinational corporation with over $10 billion in revenue. These contrasting environments, she tells us, equipped her with a unique perspective on what it takes to be both scrappy and scalable. Early in her career, Lee immersed herself in M&A activities, gaining insights from both the buy and sell sides. As an analyst, she was able to absorb vast amounts of financial information and build detailed models as she observed high-stakes negotiations from up close. These experiences were instrumental in understanding the end-to-end processes of M&A, from financial scrutiny to integration and synergy realization. This comprehensive view became invaluable to her as she emerged as a finance leader. Lee's tenure at 100-year-old Konica Minolta exposed her to large-scale operations and the intricacies of synchronized business processes. This period taught her the importance of structured, efficient workflows and the necessity of diverse go-to-market strategies. These insights became crucial when she transitioned to the fast-paced environment of Silicon Valley tech start-ups, where agility and rapid decision-making are essential. In her first CFO role at GoodData, a VC-backed company, Lee embraced the chaos and speed of the start-up culture. Her ability to balance structured financial oversight with the need for flexibility and rapid experimentation became a hallmark of her leadership. This balance, coupled with a deep understanding of various business scales and sectors, defines Lee's CFO mindset today. Lee emphasizes the importance of communication, storytelling, and partnership in finance leadership. By integrating technical acumen with strategic foresight and a collaborative approach, she navigates the complexities of scaling businesses while fostering innovation and growth.

This week on Finding Certainty, headliner host, Patrick Laing, takes a somewhat different approach to the show's theme and style by focusing on a new/emerging entrepreneur rather than a longer-established business owner or influencer. He discusses the thrills, worries, challenges, and hopes with a long-time Corporate American manager who is making the leap from employee-to-self-employed even as we speak. Robert Mesch has had a long and storied career as an imaging technology sales professional, manager, and trainer. With 30+ years in the industry he's seen the best and the worst of the space while working for some of the largest providers in the world. He's experienced an impressive level of success and received a great deal of recognition, but also dealt with the recurring lack of control and lack of CERTAINTY that come with working for others. He shares with Finding Certainty's listeners why he decided it was time to make the transition to ownership and why he named his firm Integrity's Path LLC. He also addresses why he's made the American Southwest his home for years (and never plans to move). Together, Robert and Patrick, discuss Robert's career, his transition, and Certainty Management's own print/copy cost-reduction service, not to mention, one of Robert's key secrets to consistent, forecastable sales success. He also shares a few of the key points he recently learned at Tony Robbins's Unshakeable Challenge event, lessons and principles that seem ideally, even serendipitously, timed for his new venture. To help organizations build a better candidate experience, Christy has some core ideas that she tries to encourage businesses to adopt: - Each department should have a clearly defined role in the hiring and onboarding process. - HR leaders should focus on bringing value to the whole organization, not just their own department or position. - A more centralized and structured hiring process provides a more meaningful candidate experience. - A better experience for recruiters often translates into a better experience for candidates. - Involving current employees in the talent acquisition process leads to a more committed workforce and better team cohesion. - Harmonize HR metrics with broader organizational metrics to ensure business functions are aligned. - Take efforts to facilitate clear communication between HR and the departments they hire for. With these principles undergirding her efforts, Christy is creating a more inviting candidate experience and bringing out the best in a vast talent pool. - Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. - https://kmbs.konicaminolta.us/?utm_source=linkedin&utm_medium=organic%20social&utm_campaign=social%20media - Ryan Dull - https://www.linkedin.com/in/ryan-dull-743a8b4/ - Sagemark HR - LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/sagemark-hr/about/ This episode is brought to you by Sagemark HR Sagemark HR can help you: ✔ Improve your talent practices and make better, more informed people decisions. Photocopiers and multifunction devices will remain fixtures of the office as long as the printed page remains. However, the days of the photocopier dealer are waning. It's getting harder for dealers to remain viable selling and supporting photocopiers, which is why many have adopted IT managed services as a means for extending their value proposition. Copier dealers have an advantage that many of their IT cousins don't: A total view into the business operations of the customer. And that insider view enables copiers to identify technology needs, recommend solutions and deliver services. Today, the average channel partner earns more than 20 percent of their income from managed services, and the share of revenue derived from services will continue to grow as more customers adopt and expand with the IT as a service model. It's truly a huge opportunity for all partners, but copier dealers in particular. For the copier dealer channel, transformation isn't so much an opportunity, but an imperative. As more businesses become digital, they move forward to a paperless environments. In fact, the printer technology segment has seen continuous decline in printed pages for the past decade. Managed services isn't just about extending copier dealer value, but providing a pathway to renewed relevancy and viability. Like many printer and copier vendors, Konica Minolta is working to help traditional dealers transform their legacy business models to adopt and extend into IT managed services. In a strategy that builds on adjacencies to its core photocopier and print business, Konica Minolta is providing copier dealers with the resources, training and support that enables them to participate in the managed services segment. Sam Errigo, senior vice president of business intelligence services at Konica Minolta, joins Pod2112 to talk about the need for copier dealers to adopt managed services and what resources are available to help them make the transition from the static support to automated services.
