In dieser Folge erläutern wir wie es geht und geben auch einige Tool-Empfehlungen, die ihr unter den Shownotes findet. Viel Spaß beim Zuhören!

I am so excited to be bringing you the rebrand of the Your Rich Life Podcast. This podcast is where small business owners, like you, can learn how to stop spinning your wheels in the same results, grow your small business and guarantee your success. To introduce this rebrand, I've recorded a bonus seven episode series and they're all available right now. The first four episodes will explicitly show you where your business breakthrough is going to be. And by taking you through my signature framework, Build Your Business 6 Pack, you'll be able to self identify your biggest business block. The final episodes are the three essential foundational, pillars and Practises of your success. In fact, all success. I've seen it with myself, my clients, inside my mastermind groups, and from research gathered on the world's most successful people. Plus, this podcast is focused on implementation over information. So at the end of every podcast, there's going to be a small, simple actionable step for you to implement. And on top of that, you can take my Business Breakthrough quiz and get a personal, detailed report sent to you on how to create your business breakthrough now. And the link for that is in the show. Notes if you take these small, easy steps inside the next seven episodes and take the quiz, I am absolutely certain that you will achieve a breakthrough in your business. So if you're ready, let's get going with episode number one. It is your attitude, not your aptitude that determines your altitude - Zig ziglar. If there were a quote that summed up Build Your Business six pack, this would be it. And here's why. First of all, let's start off with the definition of attitude. It is a feeling or opinion about something or someone or a way of behaving that is caused by this. So basically, attitude is the expression or the outcome of your beliefs, which in turn determines what action you will or will not take. However, in the small business world, you've probably noticed by now that the answer for those who are struggling is strategy. You just need to know how to how to improve your copy or your messaging. Choose a different social media platform or use your existing one better. Grow your email list. Email marketing. Own your pricing. Nail your niche. Get better at branding. Learn how to use AI. Get on the latest trend. As I record this, Threads has literally just been published about a week ago. There are definitely going to be some cases where this is going to be true in your business. But having worked with hundreds of small business owners, here's what I'd see to be more true. It is unresourceful and often damaging beliefs of lack and limitation that lead to frantic and unfocused action taken from fear and desperation that have small business owners spinning their wheels, creating the same unsatisfying results over and again and have them thinking that there is a magic strategy that's missing. There is no missing strategy. There is just no one telling you that the most powerful strategy is you. Until now. So over the next seven episodes, I'm going to help you become that strategy. And I'm not going to just bombard you with information, I am coaching you to implement, because that's the only thing that will create the change that you require. I'm going to finish this short introductory episode with a basic overview of the Build Your Business six pack formula. And then I'm going to give you your first implementation exercise. And it is short and it is sweet, like all of them. So if you're ready, let's go in with element number one, which is the brain and mind. There are five things that I want you to really hold on to when it comes to your brain. Your brain functions from a programme. It filters all information from all of your senses through this programme. The results that you don't have but you want are a result of this programme. Your brain's job is to keep you safe and alive and your brain doesn't care if you're successful. So basically, your brain is naturally not going to be on your side. It has two jobs to keep you safe, to keep you alive. It is your mind where the magic is. Your mind is your higher self, your infinite possibility. Your mind has all the answers. It is all the answers. It is your will, your deepest desires, and it's a thing that right here we're going to use to direct your brain to do what we need it to do. And inside the Build Your Business six pack, you're going to rewire your programmes of limitation and create success. You're going to learn how to use your mind to be in control of your brain always. The next pillar of BB6P is Body and Energy. And two words really sum this up, vibrancy and frequency. Inside this pillar, you're going to discover the power of using your body to create both the long term motivation to take action with vibrancy and joy instead of dread and fear. And on top of that, you're going to learn how to create an energetic frequency that actually matches the outcome that you desire versus the outcome that you keep creating. This is where we look at the tools that keep you both physically fit and healthy and strong, as well as the techniques that you can use to instantly shift how you feel and to create a powerful energy of creation and action. Then we sew it all together with high performance coaching and strategy. This is element number three. High performance coaching is scientifically backed. It's a coaching framework based on research of the world's most successful people. It will show you exactly how to think and act in a way that guarantees not just your business success, but your life success. Your best life, relationships, health, purpose, aliveness. You're all going to find evidence of high performance coaching throughout the entire formula of Build Your Business six pack. Now, we're going to combine that with clarity on your personal and business strategies to amplify your energy, to grow your faith, to raise your frequency with knowing what you need to do now to move your business forward is where it all really comes together. And that's it. That's the introduction. The whole point of starting here was to give you some idea of where you might not be showing up, where you might not have the information you need. So just taking a think about it, if you had to think about all of those things, where do you think you can identify your business block right now? Is it more in the brain and mind? Is it more in your body and energy? Is it in the coaching and the strategy? Maybe you feel like it's a bit of everything and all of that's. Okay, right. If you want to know more details on that, please go take the quiz. The quiz will tell you explicitly where you need to start working to achieve your business breakthrough right now. Implemention Exercise #1 It starts with a metaphorical line in the sand. Your decision now to start over, but starting over with all of the experience and knowledge that you've already got, that you've gained from your previous experience. Starting over with knowing that this is the perfect time for you to commit to your success, with the decision that you will make you the most important project in your business. Now, to help you at this level draw this metaphorical line in the sand and get some clarity for the future, I've created a really sort of fun and explorative workbook for you to help you get all of this out of your head and get it down on paper. There is space for you to journal, identify action steps, look at where you are, where you want to go, track your habits, and of course, a collection of powerful quotes that you can print and put up in your office or around your home to keep you in that frequency of faith and motivation and success. And good news is, it's totally free. Grab your workbook here REMEMBER ALL 7 episodes are available to you right now. They're all short and sweet like this one. So go listen to episode number two right now.

These include the 150 million tons of plastics in the ocean, the 11 million tons being added every year, the 5 countries responsible for 95% of this waste. We move on to "Ships of Opportunity" which is working to use the 90,000 merchant vessels and three to four million fishing boat to collect data to help document and responsibly use the ocean. We also talk about the great need for investing in the creation of technologies that will improve our understanding, monitoring and management of oceans and climate change. I ask what Paul what he's changed his mind about over the past decades, and what needs to happen next when it comes to 'Corporate Ocean Responsibility', before we discuss the open oceans;Paul outlines how open ocean carbon sequestration is the only frontier big enough to enable us to sequester the gigatons of carbon needed to truly tackle a warming planet, and leaves our conversation with his one piece of advice for investors focused on climate change and leaving a better future for the world.Find out more and join the organisation at https://www.oceancouncil.org; Paul and team are particularly happy to help investors really understand where they can make a difference. If you enjoyed the interview, please give this a like, leave a comment, subscribe for more and share the video - you can connect with me on LinkedIn at http://linkedin.com/in/philipbateman and find out more about how we help world leading impact funds and business tell their story to investors at http://bravocharlie.globalSupport the show

Sorry for distorted audio on Nick's mic - will have this cleaned up for the next one.Join Mike & Nick in the new lounge - we aren't sober. Perfect pod to put on in evening or sleep to. Trying it out as a .5 because it was a lot of fun and the format is more conversational than informational. We had topics planned but ended up just riffing, old video games, white-out best practises, eating cookies to finish off a clean row, the quality of good music, Christmas music in the summer, music preferences, & live music. If you've followed along on this podcast for a while, you'll know that I am a HUGE believer in the power of habits, rituals and practises that prime us for success day to day. These practises optimise us on the days we're already feeling good, however they have the ability to give us speedy mindset upgrades on the days we're feeling a bit (or very) crappy. For me right now, these practises are extra critical as I move forward from a period last year when my mental health was not very good. In this episode I cover: The two practises I do as soon as I wake up (NB: these are weird and even Wade doesn't know I do them!) The latent power of affirmations and a sneak peek at some of the ones I'm working with in 2020 The link between exercise and mindset The exercise shake-up I'm experiencing right now, and how it's working The tricks I use to stop negative thinking in its tracks PLUS: the top 3 energy-boosting I use to get myself firing on all cylinders I've shared a LOT of behind-the-scenes info in this episode (a notebook and pen might come in handy), which is usually reserved for my one-on-one mentees for members of my Step Into You program.
