The Egoscue Method, developed by Pete Egoscue in the 1970s, is a unique approach to health and wellness that focuses on addressing the root cause of pain and dysfunction through personalized exercise recommendations. It emphasizes the connection between posture, movement patterns, and pain, proposing that most pain stems from compromised posture and repetitive imbalanced movements. Core Principles: Focus on root cause: Instead of simply treating symptoms, the Egoscue Method aims to identify and rectify the underlying postural and movement imbalances causing pain. Personalized exercise programs: Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, Egoscue practitioners develop tailored exercise routines specific to each individual's needs and imbalances. Movement reprogramming: Through targeted exercises and stretches, the method aims to retrain the body's movement patterns, restoring balance and symmetry to the musculoskeletal system. Benefits: Pain relief: By addressing the root cause of pain, the Egoscue Method can offer long-term relief from various musculoskeletal issues, including back pain, neck pain, joint pain, and headaches. Improved mobility and flexibility: The targeted exercises help increase range of motion and flexibility, enhancing overall movement efficiency. Enhanced athletic performance: By addressing postural imbalances and promoting efficient movement patterns, the Egoscue Method can optimize athletic performance and reduce the risk of injuries. Proactive approach to health: By focusing on postural correction and movement reprogramming, the method can help prevent future pain and dysfunction. How it Works: Egoscue practitioners typically conduct a postural assessment to identify imbalances and movement inefficiencies. Based on this assessment, they design a personalized exercise program that may include: Postural awareness exercises: These exercises help individuals become more aware of their posture and how it affects their movement. Stretching and strengthening exercises: Specific stretches and strengthening exercises target tight and weak muscles, respectively, to restore balance and improve flexibility. Movement reprogramming exercises: These exercises aim to retrain the body's movement patterns to promote efficient and pain-free movement. It's important to note that the Egoscue Method is not a quick fix. It requires commitment and consistent practice to achieve lasting results. While it can be beneficial for various individuals, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions. On the show this week, I met up with Angi Campos of Egoscue Method San Francisco. I had read about Egoscue Method almost 10 years prior in the book Pain Free by Pete Egoscue. It was recommended by a friend to help treat my low back pain. I found the book fascinating, but the exercises seemed too simple and required 45 minutes of my time, and I just felt like I couldn't commit to that amount of time. Angi helped dispel all those myths and showed me how to correctly implement the Egoscue Method into my busy life. This episode is phenomenal, because we also film an almost 40 minute session of me going thru a typical Egoscue analysis and first time session. Angi used a camera and special computer program to help analyze my posture from four different views. From there, the computer correctly can help diagnose what exercises are needed to help rebalance my body. The photos were to say the least, eye opening. I couldn't believe the mechanical faults I was displaying. If you watch my session, you'll see that I ask Angi, “Based on my photos where do you think I experience pain.” She was able to say, “You probably experience right knee pain.” She was 100% right. I couldn't believe it.Then she walked analyzed my gait and how I walk. By making one simple adjustment, my gait improved 75% better, I was walking lighter (not so heavy like a thud thud sound every time I step). She then had me touch my toes, which I couldn't do without falling over. After a two minute isometric hold, I was touching my toes again. It was incredible! The idea behind Egoscue is restoring the posture and getting to the root cause of your problems to help extinguish pain that you might feel in your low back, hip, or knees (as they ware the most common). This is a phenomenal episode, and if you listen to this episode please contact your local practitioner or Angi at Egoscue San Francisco, because Angi is doing Zoom video conference postural analyses where she can actually use the same computer software to diagnose your structural issues remotely! How cool is that? Your first postural analysis session is free if you just mention JOEL and where you heard the episode. “Pain is not something to be feared; it is something to be understood.”This week, we talk about a topic we often ignore - pain. Because we think that giving pain attention will slow us down from achieving. But this conversation will teach us that pain exists not because we are doing things wrong, but because we are simply out of balance. To make it more relevant for you, physical pain could be the result of an old injury, hours of sitting behind a desk or the wheel of a car, or simply a postural dysfunction. All of these can knock your body out of perfect alignment, causing pain, sleeping troubles, and limitations - and slow you down from achieving your life's greatest work.Join me and my guest as we help you realign your body, and with that your life, so you can be successful with the things you were meant to do.ABOUT OUR GUESTBrian Bradley is the Vice President, Brand Development and Special Programs and is on a mission to help millions of people learn how to live healthier, pain-free lives and achieve complete fitness. A podcast to answer all your questions about productivity, time management, self-development and goal planning. My name is Carl Pullein and I am your host for this show. Something I have noticed about productive and successful people is they all have a morning routine that helps them to focus and energise themselves for the day ahead. Whether these people are sport stars, business executives or a stay at home parent, each days begins the same way—with time spent on themselves. And that is the key to an empowering morning routine—it's the time spent working on yourself in a way that leaves you feeling focused and ready for the day ahead. This week's question is all about morning routines: what to include and more importantly, how to be consistent with them. So, with that said, let me hand you over to the Mystery Podcast Voice for this week's question. This week's question comes from Jules. Jules asks, Hi Carl, I like to idea of having a morning routine, but I've never been able to make anything stick. Do you have any tips or tricks for being consistent with things like morning routines? Hi Jules, thank you for your question. The one thing I have learned about morning routines (and end of day routines) is to make them stick you need to ensure that the activities you do are activities you enjoy doing. For many people it would be nice to start the day with exercise, but if you live in a country where the weather is somewhat unpredictable, waking up and heading out for a walk in torrential rain, is not necessarily the best start to the day. Another mistake I see is to copy someone else's routines. For example, Robin Sharma, advocates waking up at 5 AM and spending the first 20 minutes of your day with exercise, then 20 minutes planning and finally 20 minutes of study. That works for Robin and indeed works for many others who follow the 5 AM Club (as it is called), but for others—such as myself—waking up at 5 AM is impractical as I often work late and need seven hours sleep. Indra Nooyi, former PepsiCo CEO wakes up at 4AM to read books and her email. For me, if I were to wake up at 4 AM to read books I'd find myself falling back to sleep very quickly. Other people's morning routines are not going to work for you. You need to find your own way. But the question is how do you do that? Well, the first step is to decide how much time you want to spend on your morning routines. Too much time, for instance, will either mean you have to awake up too early, or delay the start of your day leaving you with too much pressure to get things done. The ideal amount of time is no more than sixty minutes. Sixty minutes is enough time to do most things and means you are not going to interfere significantly with your sleep. For the record, my morning routine takes around 45 minutes. The next step is to decide what you want to do in your morning routines. Now, the thing here is whatever you do it must be something you really enjoy doing. You are not going to be consistent with these if you do not wake up and look forward to starting your routine. So, what would you enjoy doing in a morning? Some things you may want to consider are: Meditating Some light exercise Writing a journal Reading Going for a morning walk (preferably with a dog—that'll put a smile on your face) Taking an ice bath (not my cup of tea) Choose activities that leave you feeling happy and energised. You may want to experiment here for a few weeks. I've found some things look exciting on paper, but in a morning when you try doing them they just don't fit right. For instance, a few years ago I tried meditation for fifteen minutes. I really didn't enjoy it, so I ditched meditating. Once you have a few activities the next step is to find your trigger. This comes from James Clear's book, Atomic Habits. The idea is you use a trigger activity that is easy to begin your routines. For example, my trigger is putting the kettle on. This has been the first thing I have done each morning for years. The turning on of the kettle to make my morning coffee starts my morning routine. While I wait for the kettle to boil, I begin my stretching routine. These are a series of stretching exercises I picked up from Brian Bradley of the Egoscue Method. Once the kettle has boiled I brew my morning coffee and while that is brewing, I drink a glass of lemon water. The great thing about having a trigger activity is that once you start, it becomes natural to move on to the next activity and you do not need to think about what to do next. This is again something from James Clear's Atomic Habits and it's called habit stacking. The trigger begins the stack. Now on to timing. Once you know what activities you want to do in your morning routine, the question is how long do you need? As I mentioned earlier, anything up to 60 minutes is great. My work day usually begins at 8:00 am, and I need forty-five minutes for my morning routines. This means I wake up at 7:00 am. This gives me plenty of time to complete my morning routines and leaves me around fifteen minutes to prepare for my first work activity whether that is a coaching call or writing. Now, if I need to wake up earlier—which sometimes does happen—for example, let's say I have a call at 7:00am, then my wake up time is 6:00am. If you have young children, being consistent with your start time can be difficult, however, as your children grow up, they will go through phases. Some phases could be they wake up early, and you may need to work with them—perhaps give them an activity to do while you do your routines, other times you'll struggle to get them out of bed and perhaps waking your kids up could become a part of your morning routines. The thing is, don't let outside influences destroy your morning routines. My recent holiday travels meant I wasn't able to complete my morning routines consistently and that was okay. As soon as I landed and got to my hotel, had a good sleep, I started the next day with my morning routine. It's not the end of the world if you miss a day or two because of travel or kids waking up at unexpected times. Now, one thing I would advise you don't do is to add your whole morning routine to your task manager. Most people have five to ten items on their morning routine list and adding these to your task manager will clutter things up. If you want to track your routines, use your notes app. Most notes apps allow you to create a checklist so all you need do is create a checklist and duplicate this list each morning, if you want to track your progress. Alternatively, if you do want to track your routines, I would advise going old-school analogue and printing out a calendar. Stick that on your refrigerator or the door of your bedroom and crossing off the days you complete your morning routines. There's something about seeing your progress across the month on paper that encourages you to keep going. While all our digital technology is great and allows us to get a lot of things done, it can also hide inside our devices and be forgotten. Having a piece of paper stuck on your door cannot be hidden. You see it every time you go to bed and every time you wake up. It's there to remind you of your commitment. One thing I would recommend you do as a way to close your morning routines is to end them by reviewing what your objectives for the day are. This helps you by focusing you on the results you want from the day. For instance, if you have a proposal to finish, make that an objective. You may also decide that getting out and doing some form of exercise is important that day. These can then form your objectives for the day and when you review these, you can decide when you will do them. It's reviewing my objectives for the day that has been a revelation for me. This has been the single most important thing that has helped my focus. All I am looking at are the two most important things I have decided on doing that day. Before I end my morning routines, I decide when I am going to do them and that's it. I'm ready for the day ahead. So, Jules, to help you stick to your morning routines, keep things simple. Make sure you only allow thing you love doing onto your morning routines list and most importantly of all, find your trigger. The one thing you do each morning without fail. I should have mentioned that brushing your teeth is one of the best triggers because it's something you do each morning. Thank you for your question, Jules and thank you to you too for listening. It just remains for me now to wish you all a very very productive week.

Important Quotes: “The Buddha compares being afflicted with bodily pain to being struck by an arrow. Adding mental pain (aversion, displeasure, depression, or self-pity) to physical pain is like being hit by a second arrow. The wise person stops with the first arrow.” -Bhikku Bodhi “When we're upset we tend to make events seem more harmful or threatening. Cognitive therapists describe this as “catastrophizing”. The Stoics question how unbearable pain is by asking themselves whether they're capable of enduring worse.” -Ryan Holiday “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.” - Joseph Campbell “Your pain is a teacher. Resist it no more. Allow it to be the very catalyst that deepens your personal insight and wisdom. Let your pain become the focus of your meditation.” -Brian Thompson Key Takeaways: Life long Zen meditation practitioners requires a significantly higher level of painful stimulation to feel the same amount of pain to age matched non meditators. Indifference may prevent excessive or unnecessary pain, but it is self love and compassion that allows you to recover from it References:- All In The Stance: https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/lifestyle/wellness/2003/08/26/all-in-the-stance/6a9f6db1-454c-401e-9af1-a0886b58fbeb/- Stoicism and Pain Management: 4 Techniques Practiced By Marcus Aurelius: https://dailystoic.com/stoicism-and-pain-management/- The Zen of Dealing with Chronic Pain: http://www.zenthinking.net/blog/the-zen-of-dealing-with-chronic-pain- Pain Free: A Revolutionary Method for Stopping Chronic Pain: https://www.amazon.com/Pain-Free-Revolutionary-Stopping-Chronic/dp/0553379887/ref=pd_lpo_1?pd_rd_i=0553379887&psc=1- Egoscue Method: https://www.egoscue.com/- A Different Approach To Pain Management: Mindfulness Meditation | Fadel Zeidan | TEDxEmory: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OLQJJDrbj6Q&t=292

Today, we're going to talk about how your liver could potentially cause stiffness in your body. If the liver isn't working right, it may cause joint stiffness to the point where you feel like you have arthritis. Cholestasis is a condition where your bile is backed up and not flowing freely through the bile ducts. There is a combination of too much cholesterol and not enough bile, causing the bile to back up, which then causes inflammation. If there is a problem with the bile ducts, you can experience a lot of pain and stiffness, especially on the right side of the body. If you don't have enough bile, you also won't be able to absorb and utilize vitamin D, which is a powerful anti-inflammatory. Other fat-soluble vitamins will also not be available to you, which can lead to pain, stiffness, and other issues. The best potential remedies for stiffness: • Purified bile salts • Get on the Healthy Keto diet • Do intermittent fasting • Eliminate omega-6 fatty acids from your diet The Egoscue Method: https://www.egoscue.com/ Dr. Berg's D3 & K2 Vitamin ➜ ➜ https://bit.ly/37A2oXE Bile Salts Recommended ➜ ➜ https://bit.ly/2XggGe1 DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti... This pandemic has been a time of a lot of changes. Many negative, but some positive. For performers, it was a full industry pause. But this gave performer Heidi (Friese) Saldana an opportunity to finally address the physical pain she had been experiencing for years through shows, classes, and daily life. In her research, she came across the Egoscue Method. Used by pro athletes as well as people who may not have a physically active career but are in pain, Heidi has found it to change her life. She decided to not just keep this finding to herself, but to become an Egoscue Method Certified Postural Alignment Specialist to share this work to greatly decrease pain with others. She explains how she now understands “how resilient the body is and that when it is breaking down and there is pain or you are getting injured, that there's a reason, and there's also a way to walk it back-- get the body back to the alignment it's meant to be in-- which allows it to be strong and allows it to take all that we ask of it”. Finding the root, then finding where the body deviated, and addressing from there. Additionally, we talk about the entertainment industry shutdown and how many people feel they haven't just lost a job, but part of their identity. But, as Heidi notes she has learned, "You aren't what you do, you are who you are.” Let's get that body in alignment so it can work to help you capitalize on being the most YOU you can be :) Reach out to Heidi at painfreewithheidi.com @heidifriese We need all the good news we can get. I can't thank Angi enough for offering this service to our listeners, it's people like her that make us realize we are all connected in a much bigger way, and I'm grateful for people like her that are out serving us every day.Timeline12:42 - How Angi got started with Egoscue17:00 - How Egoscue is different20:10 - Why Egoscue works22:18 - What's a typical session like27:02 - What are E-cises and how these exercises turn on our muscles?30:30 - Why just doing exercises to “turn on” the muscle might not work32:40 - Herniated discs & why they are not a big deal34:20 - How Egoscue practitioners can continue to support clients via ZOOM37:00 - Most common injury trends Angi is seeing in the clinic37:52 - Egoscue and professional athletes 41:20 - How often should patients come in and retest?45:20 - How do you make time for Egoscue? In this episode of the Regenerative Warrior podcast, Dr. Carter talks with Brian Bradley about the Egoscue method and how it can fix common body imbalances. Brian has been studying “true” biomechanics and human anatomy using The Egoscue Method for more than 25 years. So what is the Egoscue Method? Developed towards the end of the Vietnam War by Pete Egoscue, a combat veteran who developed the method suffering through myriads of pain problems due to injuries he sustained during the war. The method espouses that the cause of musculoskeletal dysfunction, and subsequent pain, is the lack of motion that humans require to live and thrive. Today's conversation with Brian Bradley revolves around how the Egoscue Method might help improve stem cell therapy outcomes in people with chronic pain problems. They discussed the method in detail and lays out the level of commitment involved for people who might be interested in using Egoscue to manage their chronic pain. John Cattermole - husband, father, grandfather, servant leader, and entrepreneurial breadwinner, shares his personal and professional Calling Journey, including 25 years bringing pain relief to people suffering – physically, emotionally and spiritually. John shares how his work in physical therapy led him on a path where he encountered the revolutionary Egoscue Method – a natural, Postural Therapy, focused on the root-source of pain to bring relief to people once trapped in chronic pain. So impressed by the results his family and clients were experiencing that he and his bride felt led to partner with Egoscue as franchisees. And, subsequently rose to becoming one of the top Egoscue operators in the country – but not without precarious, character refining valleys with life threatening health, financial and business low points along his path. John’s abiding faith in Jesus Christ is his life-line to emerging through the flames more dependent on God’s grace and more refined as a disciple maker. Show Notes: How does John Cattermole define his “Calling” What experiences and clues did John have that convicted him to know entrepreneurship was included in his vocational calling How did the Egoscue Method alter his family’s life and what makes Egoscue such a revolutionary form of self-practiced healing How are posture and stress related to pain and what can you do to leverage these truths What easy and simple exercises can we do to counter the negative effects and monotony of sitting for long periods of time Maintaining your “container” is key - If you lose your body, you lose your capacity to perform and potentially your career How does the relationship of stress correlate to physical pain Worry causes the heart to flutter and the palms to sweat What leads to a feeling of helplessness and victimization Pay attention to what your body is trying to tell you What is one key strategy that helps John balance business and relationships The closer you walk with God the more in balanced your life becomes What has John learned from his trials and tribulations Step-up and live-up to the responsibilities that God has entrusted you with Why is it mission-critical for men to heed their calling Faith lives in our daily choices What wisdom has John learned to do and not to do as “couple-preneurs” Key Points / Quotes: “It’s our responsibility to carry out the responsibilities that the Lord has entrusted us with. And it’s to do our jobs well, it’s to exercise love toward our families and to be of service to other human beings.” - John Cattermole Sitting correctly is the most efficient postures to carry out our life’s purpose. Sedentary lifestyles, where we remain seated too long, are an epic global health problem. What if doctors today have it all wrong when it comes to healing? A chance meeting with Pete Egoscue and a hook-up with Tony Robbins in the early nineties were the only two cues Brian Bradley needed to join the new healing movement right alongside them. After completing his degree in physical science and a focus in nutrition, Brian became the head ambassador to the low-intensity body movement system coined the Egoscue Method with Pete. Over the past 26 years, he’s trained professional athletes in the NFL, MLF and PGA and countless others to help overcome their pain and perform at their peak. As a pioneer in the functional movement, Brian has taken Pete’s unique method to The Patch, an exercise facility aimed at balancing the human body to give it the best chance to function most effectively. If you’re stuck in your chair building your empire, tune in for Brian’s easy five-minute workout to get you prepared for your “sitting as a sport” day. If you know much about pain management, body alignment, and chronic pain relief, chances are you’ve already heard of the Egoscue Method. As the creator and developer of the method, Pete -- who I have the pleasure of introducing as today’s guest -- knows it intimately and understands exactly how it works. This exercise therapy program is globally acclaimed for treating chronic musculoskeletal pain and offering safe, effective, permanent relief from chronic pain. To hear how it works, as well as to learn about tips and techniques you can use to keep yourself fit, healthy, and pain-free, tune into this episode! Find Out More About Pete Here: egoscue.comEgoscue UniversityPete Egoscue on Facebook@PeteEgoscue on Twitter In This Episode: [01:54] - What exactly is the Egoscue Method, and why would someone need to use it? [03:32] - Pete points out that you don’t need to go to an Egoscue clinic in person; they do Skype appointments as well. [04:50] - In response to Stephan’s description of the “air bench” exercise, Pete explains that exercises aren’t necessarily for the muscles in which you feel them. He also mentions how he came up with many of the exercises. [06:23] - What does the Egoscue Method provide that the Alexander Method, for example, doesn’t? [07:08] - Pete describes how his own experiences led to his creation of the Egoscue Method. This led to his nerve pain completely going away, he says. [08:44] - Most of the Egoscue Method’s public speaking is now done by Bryan Bradley. Stephan then expands on how he became familiar with the method. [10:07] - We learn how Pete’s connection with Tony Robbins came about, and how Tony became a fan of the Egoscue Method. Pete also talks about Tony’s Life & Wealth Mastery program. [13:20] - Stephan’s latest book is on personal transformation, rather than his usual topic of internet marketing. He and Pete then talk more about personal transformation. [14:40] - Pete talks about the way we address pain by looking for the problem then offering the patient a solution. What’s left out, he explains, is the “why” and solving the root of the problem. [17:35] - Stephan brings up a pain of his own, in his left index finger. Pete then walks him through several steps to reduce this pain. [21:35] - Now that Stephan’s finger pain is lessened through moving his shoulders and spine, Pete reiterates that the origin of pain isn’t necessarily where you feel the pain itself. [23:18] - How many different exercises are there in Pete’s database? Over 400, he reveals, then talks about his new machine and how it helps in creating customized menus of exercises. [26:16] - If you have an Egoscue Method appointment, be honest about how much time you’re willing to devote to these exercises, Pete advises. [27:27] - Stephan asks Pete’s advice on sitting. Instead of answering briefly, Pete takes us on a journey through the way cells and the body operate. [30:47] - If you’re sitting in the posture that Pete put Stephan in to help his finger, then sitting itself won’t be a problem, Pete says. He then emphasizes the importance of staying hydrated and explains that chronically dehydrated people have lost their thirst response. [33:45] - Stephan returns to a point that Pete had mentioned, about varying eyesight being a symptom of dehydration. Pete then elaborates on what he means and how this is related to dehydration. [35:13] - Pete offers a formula for how much water to drink daily: divide your body weight in half and then convert that to ounces. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water a day. [36:11] - Sugar is poison, Pete explains. He walks us through how the body reacts to sugar, and why that’s a problem. He then advises against consuming certain ingredients, saying that “if you can’t pronounce [the ingredients], neither can your body, and you don’t want to ingest them.” [39:24] - Pete explains the origin of Gatorade, and the ways in which it’s now different than it was. He and Stephan then talk more about sugar. [41:36] - Does Pete get his food from local farmers markets? [42:14] - Pete offers his recommendations for those of us who don’t have private chefs. “You can’t unconsciously eat,” he explains. He then reveals why fast food is bad for you, despite using high-quality ingredients: the intention involved in creating the food. [44:59] - Pete shares his thoughts on vegetarianism and the Mediterranean diet. [46:24] - Stephan has recently started blessing his food before he eats it. He mentions what inspired him to make this change, which involves Dr. Emoto’s work with water crystals. [48:11] - We learn about Pete’s exercise regimen. He spends about half an hour each day on his Egoscue Method menu, and another 60 to 90 minutes on working out. [48:49] - The body doesn’t know how old it is, Pete reveals, and each of us knows our own health better than anybody on the planet. [50:49] - Pete asks Stephan if he ever goes to the gym. He then points out the association many people have between effort, results, judgment, and fitness. He then offers his own inspirational definition of fitness. Brian has been working with Pete Egoscue, developing the Egoscue Method for 25+ years. Posture and pain are his mission, and he finds bringing this work to the world very rewarding. To see someone go from disability and depression due to chronic pain, and transform into the person they were meant to be is, in Brian’s view, awesome. Recently I spent some time with Brian at the World Golf Fitness Summit 2016 in New Orleans, LA. It was there that I had the chance to experience first hand some of the work that Brian does with clients and patients. His methods for teaching people to overcome their pain and maximize their performance are, to say the least, unconventional. One look at the piece of equipment that he had us working on would've made you think we were getting ready to embark on an obstacle course more than get in a "workout." Brian Bradley joins us to discuss non-medical solutions for chronic pain including the Egoscue Method, and growing consumer demand for non-medical health and wellness solutions.
In this episode I interview Isaac Osborne, Advanced Practitioner of Structural Integration, LMT, and creator and founder of imaging software Body Align Pro and inventor of the Sqr Shot device holder about his practice and his recent experience as an attendee and exhibitor at the 4th Fascial Research Congress in Reston Virginia. A brief bio: Isaac has 17 years in the chronic pain industry. He began his bodywork training while living on Kauai learning Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu, Lymph Drainage Massage, American and Russian Sports Massage, Craino-sacral Therapy, Thai Yoga Therapy, and Myofascial Release. For 2 years Isaac was the lead medical massage therapist in a Physical Therapy Clinic where he focused on pre and post surgical care, work comp injuries and auto injuries. Realizing that the techniques he was using could be improved to help his clients (and himself because he was suffering from his own chronic low back and neck pain for over 12 years). He sought out the Rolf Method of Structural Integration to further enhance his training and address his pain. Isaac became certified in the method and incorporated the technique into his practice at his own clinic that he started after leaving the physical therapy clinic. After a couple of years of practicing the Rolf Method and getting his advanced certification Isaac was invited to teach with his mentor Emmett Hutchins at the Guild for Structural Integration. Isaac has taught with them since 2005 with beginning, advanced classes, and workshops and also taught a class in Japan. The next progression in his training occurred when Isaac discovered the Egoscue Method of Posture Alignment Therapy. Learning the Egoscue Method felt like the missing puzzle piece that allowed him total freedom from his remaining pain of over 16 years. An Accredited Exercise Therapist from Egoscue University and former Instructor for Egoscue University, Isaac combines his extensive experience and passion for sharing his knowledge to help people free themselves of chronic pain, address their postural compensations, and improve athletic performance. Isaac Osborne managed the imaging software for the Guild for Structural Integration for several years and has used imaging software in his clinic for over 10 years. He has reviewed thousands of photos with clients, students, teachers and mentors and recognized what a valuable teaching tool it was for them to see their photos. But this value is only realized when the camera is positioned precisely as possible and so Isaac created Body Align Pro® and SqrShot™. Isaac uses the App every day in his clinic, Motion Unlimited, Santa Barbara. - See more at: http://bodyalignpro.com/#sthash.xw9gODS3.dpuf Resources: Isaac Osbornes clinic website: http://www.motionunlimited.net Body Align Pro imaging app: http://www.bodyalignpro.com Sqr Shot device positioning http://www.sqrshot.com
