She shared her Habit Tracker and described how each day that she exercises she get to pick a different marker color and color in one box in the block letters spelling the current month! She uses this as a way to hold herself accountable. I know many of us have Apple Watches and other fitness trackers and even I get a little thrill out of closing my rings each day! (If you're not sure what I'm talking about—they are three rings on Apple Watches with the red being calories burned, green is the exercise ring and the blue is stand goal and that you've moved at least 1 minute each hour.)
