Alpenstrom 2 Frigor im Salat. Als erstes starten wir in den Text und in die neue Alpensendung mit etwas Feedback von Marci Loisach und ja auf den ersten Entwurf des Flyers für Alpenstrom 1. Da wurde im Cover ein K1 Bild verwendet und ja wie ich das eben in der Vergangenheit viel zu viel…….. Sorry ! Der Marci hat ja so was von RECHT und nun ja da separiert sich der Weizen vom Speutz oder so? Die Einstellung zum Werk und ja wie eben auch SUE schreibt - Fleiss und Consisstency - Ihr SONG - Run erscheint übrigens am 30.10 und sicher auch hier auf Radio Supersaxo. Sind wir den der M���hlancholie nicht längst verfallen? Ist das Alphorn herbsttauglich? Diese und ganz andere Fragen stelle ich mir nicht nur selbst, sondern auch Marci Loisach, freut Euch in der neusten Alpensendung auf sein und viel diverses Feedback. Der Vorhang und der Herbst - Wir stehen im Strom - strömendes Bächlein - ja der Strom - der Fluss strömt leiser - der Wasserfall tropft als ob er an Prostata leidet, doch das ist der Herbst. Vermehrt hört man wieder Laubbläser - leise sind die Alphornbläser. Aber eben es geht ans Eingemachte und an die Vorhänge welche nun schon vor dem viel zu frühen eindunkeln, gezogen werden. Wie ein gezogener Theatervorhang - die Vorstellung ist vorbei. Die Fenster sind geschlossen und hat nicht jedes Fenster - ähnlich wie eine Münze immer auch zwei Seiten. Mit dem Gebäudeenergiegesetz, dem GEG oder oft nur noch bezeichnet als “Heizungsgesetz”, hat die kommunale Wärmeplanung im vergangen Jahr einen Schritt in Richtung Zukunft gemacht. Gesellschaftlich kontrovers diskutiert hat es aber auch zu Unsicherheiten an verschiedenen Stellen geführt. Eigentümer*innen wurden beim Thema Wärmepumpe zögerlicher, bei Herstellern gingen die Absätze zurück. Dabei ist aus Sicht der Wissenschaft klar: Auch die Gebäudewärme muss elektrifiziert werden, sonst wird die Klimaneutralität bis 2045 als Ziel unerreichbar. Wärmepumpen sind das Bindeglied zwischen Wärme- und Energiewende. Mit grünem Strom können sie Wohnungen und Häuser heizen, fossile Energieträger wie Gas und Kohle dürfen in der Erde bleiben und werden nicht zu klimaschädlichen CO2-Emissionen. Als größte Herausforderung sieht Oliver Wagner, Co-Leiter des Forschungsbereichs Energiepolitik am Wuppertal Institut, “die vielen sozialen Fragen, die mit der Wärmewende zusammenhängen. Ich mache mir keine Sorgen um die Menschen, denen es gut geht und die ihr Einfamilienhaus haben. Sorgen muss man sich machen um die Quartiere, in denen ein hoher Mietanteil herrscht und Menschen mit geringem Einkommen wohnen.” Der Grund seien oft Vermieter*innen, die keine Lust hätten, in technisch vernünftige Lösungen zu investieren. Für Dr. Sarah Debor, Leiterin des Geschäftsfelds Urbanes Wohnen und Gewerbe dezentrale Energieversorgung beim Naturstrom, ist die größte Herausforderung ein Umdenken bei der Planung. Von Architekten*innen über Projektentwickler*innen bis hin zu Stromanbietern müssten die neue Logik in der Wärmeversorgung besser verstehen. Es sei aber schon viel passiert, betont sie im Gespräch: “Wir sind in den letzten vier Jahren einen wahnsinnigen Schritt nach vorne gekommen in der Wärmewende. Der Bal Folk scheint heute lebendiger denn je: eine urbane, links-grün-alternative Szene, wo Alt und Jung miteinander zu Live-Musik tanzen. Mit «Volkstanz» hat das Tanzrepertoire eher weniger zu tun: Die Tänze reichen hingegen bis an den französischen Hof, wo sie der Unterhaltung des Königs dienten. Der Bal Folk ist eine lebendige Tanz- und Musikszene zum Mitmachen, die in der Schweiz schon seit fast 30 Jahren im Untergrund boomt. * Beim Bal Folk werden Inklusion und Diversität grossgeschrieben: Die Szene ist generationenübergreifend und genderfluid. In einfachen Kreis-, Ketten- oder Paartänzen tanzen Menschen zu Live-Musik. Dabei steht die Begegnung und das friedvolle Miteinander im Vordergrund. * Entstanden ist der Bal Folk aus der Folk-Bewegung der 1970er Jahre, wo sich junge Menschen mit langen Haaren und Gitarren gegen das bürgerliche Etablissement auflehnten: mit Musik und Tanz. * Die Tänze im Bal Folk werden als «traditionell» beschrieben. Doch wenn man ihre Geschichte genauer unter die Lupe nimmt, führt sie bis an den französischen Hof, wo Adelige von einem Tanzmeister genaustens instruiert wurden, damit sie mit diesen Tänzen den König unterhalten konnten. * Tänze aus verschiedenen europäischen Ländern kamen schon im 17. Jahrhundert nach Frankreich. Bei der Adaption ans französische Tanzrepertoire haben sie sich teilweise stark verändert – nicht nur im Schrittmaterial, sondern auch in der Musik. * Das Repertoire der aktuellen Bal Folk-Szene setzt sich aus einer bunten Mischung an historischen und neueren Tänzen aus unterschiedlichen europäischen Ländern zusammen, die sich stetig verwandeln und dem jeweiligen Zeitgeist anpassen. * Der Bal Folk ist ein Versuch, die Ideale der Monte Verità-Bewegung des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts zu verwirklichen: eine Gemeinschaft, in der alles Platz hat und die offen und interessiert ist an einer Vielfalt von Menschen, die sich im Tanz begegnen. Das AgrarTech hat sich dabei zum Ziel gesetzt, ein kreislauforientiertes und klimaneutrales Nahrungsmittelerzeugungssystem zu schaffen. Mit dem innovativen und dezentralisierten Anbausystem baut das Startup frische Pilze direkt in Städten an. Die Champignons von Tupu werden in drei großen Schritten gezüchtet. Der erste betrifft das Substrat, wo die Erträge maximiert, die Wachstumszeit verkürzt und gesündere Pilze mit Hilfe von biowissenschaftlichen und biotechnologischen Techniken gezüchtet werden. Die Pilze sind bereits bei einigen Großhändlern, Foodservice-Betreibern und Restaurants in Berlin zu finden. Dazu gehören u.a. das Sternerestaurant Horváth, die Kreativbrauerei und das Restaurant BRLO sowie gehobene Caterer wie Cookies und Donau101.Nun hat das Berliner Pilz-Startup in einer Seed-Runde 3,2 Millionen US-Dollar unter der Führung von FoodLabs und Zubi Capital eingesammelt. Zu den weiteren Kapitalgebern zählen Clear Current Capital, FoodHack, IT-Farm, CoastCap und mehrere Business Angels. Das Startup will künftig das B2C-Segment erschließen, indem es seine Pilze bei Einzelhändlern in ganz Berlin einführt. Außerdem wird ein Modell für den Direktvertrieb an Verbraucher geprüft. Die anschließende Umsetzung soll mit dem frischen Kapital finanziert werden.

We sat down with self taught fashion designer Charles J. To talk about his athlux street wear brand Urbane and his other modern contemporary brand Avenue Black. His design graced the cover of Essence magazine his brand was also on season 2 of Euporia and also featured in Complex magazine. He worked with celebrities Swizz Beats, Wolf Tyla, and many more.
