Desde grandes acueductos para llevar el agua a las ciudades hasta una red de calzadas que enlazaron las principales ciudades del imperio. La Península Ibérica destacó por su riqueza en recursos mineros y los romanos supieron dar buena cuenta de ellos. Elixir Energy Ltd has signed two farm-out agreements for its Mongolian natural gas and renewable energy assets. The agreements transfer a 51% interest in these projects to a UK-registered company controlled by Mongolian business interests, which will cover all costs up to a final investment decision (FID) for gas or renewable development. The first farm-out agreement involves Elixir's Mongolian coal bed methane (CBM) assets, including the Nomgon CBM production sharing contract (PSC) and related equipment and facilities. The second agreement applies to the company's renewable energy business, covering the Solar Ilch pre-development solar farm, wind and solar monitoring equipment, and associated intellectual property. Elixir stated that these agreements will allow the company to focus on its Grandis Gas Project in Queensland, with the potential to fully exit the Mongolian projects under pre-agreed terms. The total possible payments from the agreements could reach A$56 million. Both deals include conditional put and call options, with exit valuations linked to booked reserves and installed renewable capacity. #ElixirEnergy, #NaturalGas, #RenewableEnergy, #Mongolia, #Queensland, #EnergyInvestment, #FarmOut, #GasExploration, #SolarEnergy, #WindEnergy, #CoalBedMethane, #JointVenture, #GrandisProject, #EnergyDevelopment, #InvestmentDeals, #OilAndGas, #Australia, #EnergyTransition, #BusinessNews, #GasReserves

Most brands are running marketing strategies built for a world that no longer exists. We all want to create a movement, capture demand at scale, and dominate a market. But how do we do that today? For most marketers, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is the gold standard: highly targeted, sales-aligned, and built to close high-value accounts. Then you have Market-Based Marketing (MBM), which expands the lens to broader demand capture, category creation, and positioning at scale. But the REAL power shift to consider? Let me introduce you to Community-Based Marketing (CBM). CBM isn't just about audience segmentation; it's about integration. ABM is transactional at its core. It's focused on getting the deal, not necessarily building a lasting relationship. And in a world where trust is the currency, ABM alone isn't enough. MBM is noisy. It requires a massive investment in awareness, content, and brand positioning. And in today's world of oversaturated content, it's harder than ever to cut through. CBM is about embedding your brand into the daily lives of the people who actually matter. With ABM, you're pitching from the outside. With MBM, you're broadcasting to the masses. But with CBM, you're technically already in the room.Instead of hoping they see your ad, you're in their inbox. Instead of forcing them to book a demo, they're asking you for a call. Instead of convincing them to trust you, they're defending your brand against competitors. Doesn't that sound amazing? Well trust me it is possible by recalibrating Account-Based Marketing and Market-Based Marketing with Community-Based Marketing that aligns with Value-Based Marketing, turning your community into your growth engine: generating organic conversations, referrals, and loyalty that no ad spend can replicate.Beyond The Episode Gems:• Subscribe To My New Weekly LinkedIn Newsletter: Strategize. In this powerful and historically rich podcast episode, we dive deep into the untold stories of Hyderabad's past, featuring the iconic Pasham Yadagiri Sir. Known for his extensive knowledge of the region's history and his fearless critiques of modern society, Yadagiri Sir sheds light on many hidden aspects of Hyderabad, the Nizams, and their rule. We begin by revisiting the famous “Bandi Venaka Bandi” song, which leads us into a detailed discussion about Hyderabad's Nizam era, particularly what transpired on September 17th. This was a turning point for many, especially for farmers and certain communities like the Brahmins and Padmashalis, who faced brutal killings. Yadagiri Sir unpacks the complexities of the British taxation system and how the Nizams acted as allies to the British crown. He touches on significant events such as the hanging of 1,000 Gonds in Nirmal and emphasizes the need for a 'mosaic vision' to truly understand the British rule in India. We explore how the Nizams first came to power in India and whether there is any confusion between the Nizam army and the notorious Razakars. Yadagiri Sir breaks down the difference between the regular and irregular armies, drawing parallels to contemporary cases like Disha and Nayeem, showing the long-lasting impact of these historical systems on today's society. We discuss infamous cases such as Belle Lalitha's death and the mysterious ways in which these deaths are often brushed under the rug. Yadagiri Sir raises concerns over critical thought in journalism and why cases like Nayeem's death were never properly filed. The conversation also takes a turn towards Operation Polo, the military action that led to Hyderabad's annexation into India. Yadagiri Sir speaks passionately about the massacre that occurred afterward, often referred to as the second Jallianwala Bagh, and the forgotten figures like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and Chaakali Ellamma who played crucial roles during this period. He shares insights into the once-wealthy regions of Hyderabad, such as Vagul and Adilabad, which were richer than Kashmir. Yadagiri Sir also discusses how the oppressive 'Dhora' taxation system and violent events like the Puligiri massacre shaped Telangana's fight for survival. The podcast delves into intriguing questions about Belle Lalitha's death and its connection to Nayeem, exploring the larger political context that led to her tragic end. From the closure of all CBM factories, including Asia's largest sugar factory, to the Charminar cigarette industry, Yadagiri Sir points out how these economic collapses affected common people. He argues that certain political parties, like TRS, TDP, and BJP, have ultimately put an end to the vision of Graama Swaraj, leaving us in a cryptocracy rather than a democracy. Moving on to caste dynamics, Yadagiri Sir explains the historical origin of caste titles like Reddy and Choudary, clarifying that these were originally professions rather than social hierarchies. In the case of Reddys, they were land contractors, while Choudary referred to tax collectors. With his trademark candor, Yadagiri Sir also delves into human evolution and how the rise of industrial economies disrupted natural societal progress. With the rise of social media, Yadagiri Sir ponders whether YouTube could become the next mainstream platform for journalism. Citing the example of Dhruv Rathee, who has reportedly influenced up to 20% of voters, he discusses how mobile phones have become the new 'AK47s' in the hands of the people, reshaping political discourse and the flow of information. Finally, Yadagiri Sir shares his thoughts on the Emergency of June 25th, 1975, revealing the harsh conditions of the time, including mass sterilization and the draconian actions of Sanjay Gandhi. In a thought-provoking discussion, he touches on the long-term changes to India's Constitution and the rise of systems like HYDRA that continue to influence the nation today.

NEVER ASK A WOMAN HER AGE, A MAN HIS SALARY, OR JOSH BOONE WHAT HE THINKS OF MINORITIES. As they started winding down on mainline X-Men films, as well as noticing the success of spin-offs such as Deadpool and Logan, Fox decided the next era to pivot towards would feature none other than the ragtag team of superpowered youths, the New Mutants. What seemed like an easy slam dunk turned far more interesting as the initial trailer promised something very different in the modern CBM landscape: a full-on superhero horror film. Unfortunately, it was the reception to it that spurred the studio to delay the film by two and a half years over time with the promise of reshooting to further emphasize the horror tone.... despite those reshoots never happening. The movie, after finally being sent out to die as a pandemic theater release, has been lambasted by critics and fans alike, and now it's our turn to beat the dead horse. So, come join Brian and Alec as they continue the X-MENATHON with Josh Boone's dull, half-baked, and bizarrely racist adaptation of THE NEW MUTANTS!
