Propagandaminister Joseph Goebbels spricht im Funkhaus des Norddeutschen Rundfunks. Geistige Brücke zur Regierung und zum Volk schlagen. Er philosophiert über die Demokratie, über Minderheiten und Pfeilspitzen. Der Rundfunk als das modernste Medium für Massenbeeinflussung und die moderne Regierung der Nationalsozialisten. "Ausschlaggebend ist nicht, wer am Rundfunk spricht, sondern wer den Rundfunk hört." "Je stärker man auftritt, umso weniger wirkt es." Will lieber alte Nationalsozialisten im Radio sehen, statt einem, der aus Opportunismus der Partei beitritt. Eine "Kulturhyäne".

Joseph Goebbels, Propagandaminister und Chef von Rundfunk und Presse in Hitlers Deutschland, besucht, flankiert von SA und SS, den Bayerischen Rundfunk. Der Originalton beginnt mit einer Reportage vor dem Riemerschmidbau, dem Funkhaus in München. Der Intendant Richard Kolb feiert Goebbels als Eroberer Berlins.

Rumbon Gamba dirigiert diesen Mittwoch das Münchner Rundfunkorchester mit einem reinen Schostakowitsch Programm. Sylvia Schreiber hat ihn zwischen den Proben im Funkhaus getroffen und gefragt, welcher Musik er sich bei Schostakowitsch mehr verbunden fühlt: Der Filmmusik oder den Symphonien? Oder ob es für ihn gar keinen Unterschied gibt?

Ein Polit-Krimi aus dem Jahr 2000, der blutig endet: Der TV-Comedian Wigald Boning kehrt für eine "Club-Nacht-Special" zum Radio in Frankfurt/Main zurück. Kurz nach Beginn seiner Show besetzen Soldaten das Funkhaus und zwingen Boning, eine "Erklärung an die Bevölkerung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland" zu verlesen. Es fallen Schüsse im Studio, das Programm bricht ab, es erfolgt eine ARD-Sondersendung – mit Expertenrunden, Direktschaltungen nach Frankfurt. Am Ende bleibt die Frage offen: Warum musste die Situation militärisch eskalieren, durfte des Leutnants Erklärung nicht verlesen werden? Diesmal beichtet Klaus-Peter von der letzten Sitzung des Seniorenbeirats, wo es u.a. um das Citymanagement in unserer Stadt ging. Brigitte ist gesund ins neue Jahr gestartet und lässt uns teilhaben. Peter hat eine Gruppe älterer Damen besucht, die unter der Anleitung eines speziell dafür ausgebildeten Tanzlehrers den Rollatortanz praktizieren. Das Motto ist: Der Rollator ist nie faul und tritt einem nicht auf die Füße! Und nebenbei hält Tanzen Geist und Körper fit und gesund. Die Gruppe sucht gerade neue Mitglieder. Diesmal moderierten Brigitte und Peter mit Peters Enkelin Ida folgende Themen: Die Lebenshilfe Neumünster ihren Garten der Begegnung eröffnet und Peter hat dazu einen Bericht gemacht. Wir bringen noch einmal den Radiorundgang und sprechen mit einigen Akteuren. Wieder fand die Interkulturelle Woche statt und wir wollen im Nachklang allen, die nicht dabei sein konnten, einen Eindruck vermitteln. Sabine und Manfred waren zur Auftaktveranstaltung und haben mit Aussteller*Innen gesprochen. Außerdem setzen wir unsere Reihe der Radiostadtführungen fort. Diesmal erfahren wir etwas über die Gegend zwischen Großflecken und Schwale. Wie immer haben wir die aktuellen Nachrichten und Tipps für die Audiothek heraus geschnitten.
