End quotes. ------------------------------------------------------------- 2) Riding the Green Wave: Clean Energy ETFs Benefiting from etftrends.com Now the case for green energy is clearer than ever, and this article offers reasons for it and what investments to look at. It's titled Riding the Green Wave: Clean Energy ETFs Benefiting from etftrends.com. It's by Ryan Schloesser, and here are some quotes from his article. "Following a multi-year slump in clean energy ETF performance, geopolitical tensions sparking global energy security concerns and energy demand from AI data center projects have driven clean energy investment in 2026… (Starting with) Gains in (3) Global Clean Energy (ETFs) 1. iShares Global Clean Energy ETF (ICLN) tracks the performance of the S&P Global Clean Energy Index… (The) iShares Global Clean Energy ETF has climbed over 20%, and has received inflows of $507 million so far in 2026. 2. Fidelity Clean Energy ETF (FRNW) tracks the Fidelity Clean Energy Index, targeting global companies that derive at least 50% of their revenues from renewable energy. The fund has seen a return of 17.3% and inflows of $60 million this year.  3. Invesco Global Clean Energy ETF (PBD) follows the performance of the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation Index… (The) Invesco Global Clean Energy ETF has climbed 19% and recorded inflows of $6.5 million in 2026.  Capturing the North American Energy Shift (are the following 4 funds) 1. Invesco WilderHill Clean Energy ETF (PBW) tracks the WilderHill Clean Energy Index… The fund has climbed 20.6% this year with outflows of -$305.2 million as surging Treasury yields and potential interest rate hikes pressure smaller-cap holdings.  2. First Trust NASDAQ Clean Edge Green Energy Index Fund (QCLN) tracks the NASDAQ Clean Edge Green Energy Index targeting North American companies across the green value chain… The fund has grown 27.2% this year and received inflows of $110 million.  3. ALPS Clean Energy ETF (ACES) and 4. (the) ALPS Electrification Infrastructure ETF (ELFY) both provide North American exposure to the clean energy sector. (The) ALPS Clean Energy ETF tracks the CIBC Atlas Clean Energy Index… Focusing more on the electrification infrastructure component of the clean energy transition, (the) ALPS Electrification Infrastructure ETF tracks the Ladenburg Thalmann Electrification Infrastructure Index, providing exposure to the companies physically supplying electricity and grid infrastructure. This year, the funds have returned 5.4% and 22.7%, with inflows of $12.8 million and $58.6 million, respectively.  (And 2) Pure Play (Funds with) Exposure to Solar and Wind 1. Invesco Solar ETF (TAN) offers concentrated exposure to a portfolio of companies involved in the global solar value chain by tracking the MAC Global Solar Energy Index. 2. First Trust Global Wind Energy ETF (FAN) tracks the ISE Clean Edge Global Wind Energy Index. (The) Invesco Solar ETF has returned 14.7% with inflows of $536.1 million in 2026, while (the) First Trust Global Wind Energy ETF has risen 21.8% and recorded inflows of $62.8 million over the same period." End quotes. ------------------------------------------------------------- 3) 3 AI Infrastructure Stocks That Could Double by 2027 from finance.yahoo.com Many ethical and sustainable investors are heavily invested in the AI sphere. So as an homage to them, I have this recent article titled 3 AI Infrastructure Stocks That Could Double by 2027 from finance.yahoo.com. It's by Will Healy at fool.com. Here's a bit of what he says in his article. "1. Nvidia (NVDA) trades at a P/E ratio of 31, which is actually less than the S&P 500 average of 32. This has occurred as Nvidia's revenue grew by 85% yearly in the first quarter of fiscal 2027 (ended April 26). When also considering the 211% profit increase for the same period, the earnings multiple would arguably appear low even if Nvidia's stock price were to double. 2. CoreWeave (CRWV) As one of the leading neocloud companies, CoreWeave has drawn increased attention. Amid the potential for massive stock gains, huge losses and rapidly rising debt levels have soured some investors on this company… CoreWeave has Nvidia as an investor and a partner. That gives the company capital and access to Nvidia's latest technology, giving CoreWeave a competitive advantage. 3. Meta Platforms (META) Facebook parent Meta Platforms is in the process of transitioning into more of an AI-oriented enterprise. The company pledged to spend between $125 billion and $145 billion in capital expenditures (capex), most of which will probably go to building more AI infrastructure… Indeed, the 26% forecasted revenue increase for 2026 is a slowdown from Q1. Nonetheless, that would put downward pressure on an already low P/E ratio if the stock price stayed the same. Moreover, if Meta's AI inspired more confidence, its current valuation indicates the stock price could double without making Meta an expensive stock." End quotes. ------------------------------------------------------------- 4) Top Wind Energy Stocks to Add to Your Portfolio for Solid Long-Term Returns -- from Zacks.com Lastly, I have this article covering a sector that most of you are concerned with. It's titled Top Wind Energy Stocks to Add to Your Portfolio for Solid Long-Term Returns -- from Zacks.com. It's by Avisekh Bhattacharjee. Here are some quotes from his article. "(Note that this is) an updated edition of the May 28, 2026 article. 1. NextEra Energy (NEE - Free Report) is a public utility holding company engaged in the generation, transmission, distribution and sale of electric energy. The Zacks Rank #2 (Buy) company's competitive energy business, NextEra Energy Resources LLC ('NEER'), is a leading generator of wind energy globally. 2. The Zacks Rank #2 company is currently focused on expanding its scale of operations, implementing modern technologies at its facilities as well as enhancing its renewable generation portfolio by investing heavily in infrastructure and expansion projects. 3. American Electric Power (AEP - Free Report) is a public utility holding company, which, through directly and indirectly owned subsidiaries, generates and transmits electricity. To capitalize on rising demand for renewable power, the company emphasizes wind capacity expansion, technological advancement and sustainable energy development… In June 2026, the Zacks Rank #2 company secured five new orders to deliver wind turbines in Germany." How do we begin to understand the landscape of our soul in light of our spiritual journey? What does it look like to live a more integrated life—one that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit? For pastors and authors Cyd and Geoff Holsclaw, these questions became deeply personal as they explored their own spiritual formation and the hidden forces that shape the way we relate to God, ourselves, and others. Drawing from the science of attachment and its profound spiritual implications, they have examined how our earliest experiences of connection can influence our understanding of God, our relationships, and the way we navigate the world. In their book, Landscapes of the Soul: How the Science and Spirituality of Attachment Can Move You into Confident Faith, Courage, and Connection, they offer a compelling framework for cultivating deeper intimacy with God and greater wholeness in our lives. In this conversation, Davey, Cyd, and Geoff explore why faith and healing can sometimes feel disconnected, how attachment theory provides a powerful lens for understanding our spiritual lives, and what it looks like to navigate the terrain of our souls with compassion, honesty, and grace. If you've ever wondered how your past experiences continue to shape your relationships, your faith, or the way you see yourself and God, this episode offers both insight and hope. No matter what terrain you've traveled, healing and transformation remain possible through Christ, deeper self-awareness, and the secure connection we were created to experience. Sleep Story for Insomnia & Deep Relaxation — Where Love Is, God Is by Leo Tolstoy | Books at Bedtime A slow, calming sleep story to quiet a racing mind and help you fall asleep — and stay asleep. If insomnia keeps you awake, let this gentle bedtime story carry you down into deep, restful sleep. "Where Love Is, God Is" is a warm, softly-read classic short story by Leo Tolstoy — over half an hour of unhurried narration, with no music swells, no cliffhangers and no jolts, just a calm voice and a slow, sleepy pace designed to ease you into relaxation. The story follows Martin the cobbler, who lives in a little basement room and watches the world pass by his window, until a whispered promise leads him through one quiet day of small kindnesses. It's tender, comforting and utterly soothing — the perfect thing to drift off to. This is Books at Bedtime and Coffee Break for the Soul from Calming Anxiety — sleep stories, relaxing audiobook readings and calm bedtime meditations for insomnia, anxiety and deep sleep, read by clinical hypnotherapist and former paramedic Martin Hewlett. So turn off the light, close your eyes, and let this classic bedtime story relax your body and quieten your mind. What happens when the person you've always been no longer feels like the person you're becoming? In this deeply thoughtful coaching session, Christine works with Gihan, who is navigating the space between her cultural and familial identity and the life her soul feels called to create. Living with her mother in Cairo, Gihan has been on a healing journey that has challenged old patterns of people-pleasing and encouraged her to question what she truly wants. She feels drawn toward a simpler life—possibly living abroad, spending more time near the beach, and creating a life that feels authentic to her. But that desire brings up a difficult question: Does she genuinely want a different life, or is she simply trying to escape the discomfort of becoming a different version of herself? As Christine and Gihan explore that question, the conversation moves into belonging, identity, family, spirituality, and the tension that can arise when your soul seems to be pulling you in a direction that looks different from the life, culture, or expectations you were born into. Christine offers an important reframe: transformation doesn't always have to be an either/or decision. Sometimes the path forward is both/and—honoring where you came from while also remaining loyal to where your soul is leading you. If you've ever felt caught between who you've been and who you're becoming, questioned whether following your truth means leaving something—or someone—behind, or struggled to honor both your spirituality and your humanity, this conversation will resonate. Press play to discover how you can follow your soul without abandoning the human parts of you that still need belonging, compassion, and connection. Consider / Ask Yourself Do you feel caught between the identity you've always known and the person you're becoming? Are you questioning whether a desire for change is intuition—or an attempt to escape discomfort? Do you fear that choosing your own path could cost you belonging, connection, or approval? Where are you thinking in either/or terms when a both/and approach may be possible? Key Insights and A-Ha's Transformation often requires a period of not fully knowing who you're becoming. Choosing a different path can activate a primal fear of losing belonging. Your soul's desires and your human needs don't have to be mutually exclusive. Spiritual growth doesn't require bypassing difficult human emotions like judgment, fear, jealousy, or uncertainty. Authenticity isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself—it's about becoming more genuine. Our judgments can become powerful teachers when we get curious about what they're reflecting back to us. How to Deepen the Work Notice when you're framing a decision as either/or and ask whether there's a both/and possibility. When judgment arises, practice acknowledging it without shame and asking what it may be showing you about yourself. Offer compassion to the human parts of you that feel afraid when your soul calls you toward something unfamiliar. Give yourself permission to be in the middle of transformation without needing to immediately define your new identity. What if the missing piece in every body conversation you've ever had wasn't a new program, a better routine, or the right expert, but a theological foundation you never knew you were missing? In this special Summer Reset episode of the Jesus Over Everything podcast, we're sharing something a little different: a conversation that was so good, we had to bring it here. This is the premiere episode of Season 11 of The Candace Cameron Bure Podcast, where Lisa co-hosted alongside Candace for a full season dedicated to body, soul, and faith. In it, Lisa introduces the concept of whole body theology: a biblical framework that reframes how we see ourselves not as projects to fix, but as whole persons created for God's glory. Both women get vulnerable about their own long and complicated histories with body image and disordered eating, the exhaustion of conflicting health information, and what it actually looks like when the Word of God becomes the foundation, not just another tool in the stack. If you've ever felt exhausted by the endless cycle of health information, or wondered why knowing better has never quite been enough, this conversation is for you. And if this episode resonates, the full season is waiting. Check out all 12 episodes on YouTube! "We should not be listening to things outside of us. Your body is telling you what you need." In this episode, Heather and Corey Colwell explore what happens when life forces you to stop long enough to hear the messages your body has been trying to communicate all along. Through a remarkable story that begins with a coyote bite at two years old and winds through years of health challenges, motherhood, overachievement, and a profound near-death experience, this conversation invites you into the space where intuition, healing, and purpose converge. At its heart, this episode is about learning to listen, not to the endless noise outside of us, but to the wisdom already living within our bodies, our souls, and the quiet nudges that keep trying to guide us back toward alignment, vitality, and a life that feels deeply alive. What to listen for:  ☑️ How getting bitten by a coyote at two years old shaped her passion in later life ☑️ Busyness and constantly moving forward keep you from listening to my body ☑️ The near-death experience that helped Corey choose to be in this life   "When people say fighting for your life, you have to recruit everything to get alive again. And so I fought my way back from that moment." ☑️ The importance of listening to that intuitive primal knowing when it comes up ☑️ What it feels like when your soul fully aligns with your body and human experience ☑️ Why it wasn't enough to just be alive and in bed, and what helped turn things around   "I was alive, and everyone's like, 'Great, just stay in bed.' And what happened is I started to experience an intellectual and passion death because my entire why is to solve problems and innovate." ☑️ How to start answering the question of what your body actually needs to thrive ☑️ Why we try to control the outcomes in our children's lives rather than surrendering ☑️ We shouldn't be listening to things outside of us; we should be leaning in   *** About Corey Colwell: Corey Colwell doesn't study problems. She solves them.  She is the person you call when you're stuck — not because she'll tell you why you got there, but because she'll already see three ways out. A licensed psychotherapist (LMFT), published author, and innovation strategist, Corey has spent nearly three decades finding patterns across health, sustainability, media, education, and beyond — and building the bridges to turn those patterns into real, lasting change. Her ideas have reached millions through outlets like Good Morning America, NPR, and CNN, and her collaborators have included Whole Foods, HGTV, and the Non-GMO Project. As founding COO of SNiP Nutrigenomics (snipnutrition.com), she's now helping reshape the future of health through genetic intelligence and hyper-personalized nutrition.  Corey is a recent empty-nest mom and lives in Seattle with her soulmate husband and infinitely amusing rescue dogs. How the Camel Got His Hump by Rudyard Kipling — A Calming Bedtime Story for Sleep, Insomnia & Deep Relaxation | Books at Bedtime A gentle bedtime story to help you fall asleep — read slowly and softly by Martin, for anyone lying awake in need of something kind to drift off to. Tonight's reading is How the Camel Got His Hump, one of Rudyard Kipling's best-loved Just So Stories, first published in 1902 and long out of copyright. It's a warm, funny little tale from the beginning of the world, when the animals were only just starting to work alongside people. A camel lives out in the middle of the desert doing absolutely nothing, answering everything that is said to him with a single word — until the Djinn in charge of all deserts comes rolling by in his cloud of dust and settles the matter once and for all. Kipling wrote these stories to be read aloud to a sleepy child, and it shows. The gentle repetition, the returning refrain, the slow tally of the days — it's a rhythm that lets a busy mind stop gripping and start to drift. Perfect for insomnia, for night-time anxiety, or for anyone who simply wants a familiar voice in the dark. There is nothing to follow here and nothing to do. No breathing exercise, no affirmations, no tips. Just a story that takes you somewhere a long way from your own day. If you're asleep before the Djinn ever arrives, the story has done exactly what it came to do. This is Books at Bedtime, part of Coffee Break for the Soul from the Calming Anxiety podcast — a growing library of classic sleep stories, relaxing audiobooks and public-domain readings for insomnia, night-time anxiety and deep relaxation. Hosted by clinical hypnotherapist and former paramedic Martin Hewlett. Every Books at Bedtime story is also inside Anchored, our iOS app — offline-ready, with a built-in nightlight for the small hours, so there is always something waiting for you at three in the morning. Sleep well, my friend, and in your dreams, be kind.

When was the last time you actually met you? Not the role you perform for your family, your job, or your community, but the version of you that exists when no one else is watching?   In this week's conversation, I'm talking with playwright and actress Anne Odeke. We talk about why the rigid discipline of adulthood often acts like a clamshell that keeps our real selves hidden and how to find the medicine that helps us open back up. From the accidental path to teaching in flip-flops to her history-making play, Princess Essex, at Shakespeare's Globe, Anne shares why being seen—truly seen—is a fundamental human need.   It's an invitation to stop overthinking your way to a creative solution and start finding the creative oxygen that lets you breathe again.   I'm Nancy Norbeck, and I'm your Messy Muse Mentor. I help people feel alive again through curiosity and play.   In this episode, we discuss: The Clamshell Effect: Why we walk around closed off and how to stay open to your own creative aliveness. Jumping into the Fire: Why the sense of discovery is more important than the end result. Princess Essex: The true story of a woman who pretended to be a princess just to be seen for a day. How the Leopard Got His Spots by Rudyard Kipling — A Calming Bedtime Story for Sleep, Insomnia & Deep Relaxation | Books at Bedtime A soothing bedtime story to help you fall asleep — read slowly and softly by Martin, for anyone lying awake and wanting something gentle to drift off to. Tonight's reading is How the Leopard Got His Spots, one of Rudyard Kipling's much-loved Just So Stories, first published in 1902 and long out of copyright. It's a warm, playful tale of the bare, sunlit High Veldt, of a giraffe and a zebra who slip away into a shadowy forest, of Baviaan the wise baboon and his riddling advice, and of how a leopard and his hunting companion finally learn to change. Kipling wrote these stories to be spoken aloud to a child at bedtime — the rolling, repeating rhythm and the familiar refrain of "best beloved" are exactly what makes them settle a restless mind. There is nothing to follow here and nothing to do. No breathing exercise, no affirmations. Just a voice in the dark and a story that goes somewhere far away from your own day. If you fall asleep long before the leopard ever finds his spots, the story has done its job.

On Your World of Creativity, we travel around the world talking with creative practitioners, entrepreneurs, artists, and innovators about how they get inspired, organize ideas, and turn imagination into impact.Today's guest didn't just build a successful business—he helped create an entirely new category within the entertainment industry.Richard Foos was the co-founder of Rhino Records and most recently of Shout! Factory, two companies that transformed the way music, television, and film archives are valued, distributed, and monetized. What began as a passion for out-of-print records became a movement that helped define today's streaming culture, vinyl resurgence, and the growing importance of content libraries.Richard's WebsiteRichard's Facebook pageWe'll explore creativity, entrepreneurship, cultural preservation, and what happens when you discover opportunity hiding in plain sight.Guest BioRichard Foos is the co-founder of Rhino Records, one of the most influential reissue labels in music history, and later Shout! Factory, a pioneering company focused on television and film distribution.Beginning with a small record store on Santa Monica Boulevard, Richard and his partner Harold Bronson built Rhino into a globally respected brand known for preserving, restoring, and reintroducing forgotten and out-of-print music to new generations of listeners. The success of Rhino helped establish what many now call reissue culture—a model that transformed entertainment economics by demonstrating the long-term value of existing catalogs. Rhino was eventually acquired by Time Warner and became the catalog development and marketing division of Warner Music Group.Richard later co-founded Shout! Factory, bringing similar innovation to television and film archives. Today he continues advising the entertainment industry while focusing on social impact through organizations including The Narrative Method, Volunteer Collective, Cedars Sinai, and other nonprofit initiatives. His career sits at the intersection of creativity, commerce, culture, memory, and preservation.1: Seeing Opportunity Where Others Saw ObsolescenceRichard, one of the themes we explore on this podcast is creative vision—the ability to see possibilities that others overlook.Back in the 1970s, most of the entertainment industry was focused almost exclusively on the next release, the next hit, the next trend. What led you to recognize value in out-of-print recordings and forgotten catalogs when much of the industry considered them yesterday's news? Was there a specific artist, album, or moment that convinced you this could become a business? How much of that insight came from being a fan versus being an entrepreneur?2: The Soul of the Rhino BrandLooking back at Rhino Records and now Shout! Factory:What was your focus? What work were you really doing beyond selling records and media?Who were you serving? What gave you credibility? What industry assumptions were you challenging? And what larger mission connected all of it?3: Reissue Culture Changed EverythingToday we take streaming libraries, catalog recommendations, and rediscovered classics for granted. But Rhino helped create the blueprint. How did the process of licensing, restoring, packaging, and reintroducing older content evolve into what has now become one of the dominant business models in entertainment? What resistance did you encounter from record labels and rights holders in the early days? When did you realize the model was bigger than a niche collector audience?4: What Audiences Teach Us About CreativityOne of the fascinating aspects of your career is that you've spent decades observing how audiences reconnect with older creative work. What patterns have you seen in how people rediscover music, television, and film from previous generations? And what does that tell us about human creativity, nostalgia, storytelling, and cultural memory?5: The Future of Creativity, Archives, and Cultural LegacyToday, entertainment companies increasingly view their catalogs as some of their most valuable assets.Streaming platforms are built on libraries. Vinyl sales continue to grow. Legacy content often outperforms new releases. What does this shift tell us about the future of creativity and content consumption? And what advice would you give today's creators about building work that remains valuable decades from now?If you enjoyed today's conversation, please subscribe, rate, and review the podcast.

The Beginning of the Armadillos by Rudyard Kipling — A Calming Bedtime Story for Sleep, Insomnia & Deep Relaxation | Books at Bedtime Let sleep come gently tonight with a soothing bedtime story, read slowly and softly to quiet a busy mind. This is "The Beginning of the Armadillos" by Rudyard Kipling, one of his beloved Just So Stories — a warm, whimsical tale from the high and far-off times, told for rest rather than excitement. On the banks of the turbid Amazon, a stickly-prickly hedgehog and a slow-solid tortoise outwit a puzzled Painted Jaguar, and in doing so quietly become something entirely new. The looping, sing-song rhythm and the gentle "O Best Beloved" refrain make it perfect for drifting off — there is nothing to solve and nowhere to be, only a familiar voice and an unhurried story carrying you toward sleep. This is part of Books at Bedtime from Calming Anxiety — a growing library of classic public-domain stories and Coffee Break for the Soul readings, hosted by clinical hypnotherapist and former paramedic Martin Hewlett. Ideal for insomnia, bedtime wind-down, NSDR (non-sleep deep rest), anxiety relief and relaxation, and available any time inside the Anchored app. So settle in, let your eyes close, and don't worry about following every word. If you fall asleep before the armadillos are made, that is exactly the point. …be kind, and sleep well.

Welcome to Day 2913 of Wisdom-Trek. Thank you for joining me. This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom. Day 2913 – Wisdom Nuggets – Psalm 145:14-21 Daily Wisdom Wisdom-Trek Podcast Script - Day 2913 Welcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps! I am Guthrie Chamberlain, and we are on Day 2913 of our Trek. The Purpose of Wisdom-Trek is to create a legacy of wisdom, to seek out discernment and insights, and to boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before. The title for today's Wisdom-Trek is: The Open Hand of the Sovereign King – Satisfying the Soul and Guarding the Faithful On our previous trek together—on Day Two Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve—we stood on the breathtaking mountain pass of Psalm One Hundred Forty-Five, exploring verses eight through thirteen. We contemplated the magnificent, self-revealed character of Yahweh; a King who is merciful, compassionate, slow to anger, and filled with unfailing, covenant-keeping love. We celebrated His everlasting kingdom that spans every physical and spiritual generation across the entire cosmos. Today, as we step onto the final ridge of this magnificent psalm, advancing into Psalm One Hundred Forty-Five, verses fourteen through twenty-one, David brings this grand, acrostic masterpiece to its ultimate, soaring climax. What makes this passage so extraordinary is how it seamlessly bridges the infinite with the intimate. David takes our eyes—which were previously gazing at the eternal throne of the universe—and gently directs them down to the everyday realities of human suffering, physical hunger, and heartfelt prayer. As we close out the very last psalm directly attributed to King David in the Book of Psalms, we will discover how the supreme Ruler of the celestial council personally bends down to lift the weary, open His generous hand to feed all creation, and draw near to everyone who calls upon His name in truth. The first segment is” The Divine Provider: Lifting the Burdened and Opening the Heavenly Hand Let us open our hearts to the tender, sustaining care of our Creator, as recorded in the New Living Translation, grouping together the logical, contiguous thoughts found in verse fourteen, verse fifteen, and verse sixteen. The Lord helps the fallen and lifts those bent beneath their loads. The eyes of all look to you in hope; you give them their food as they need it. When you open your hand, you satisfy the hunger and thirst of every living thing. In these three beautiful verses, David unveils a radical, breathtaking vision of divine care that would have thoroughly shocked the ancient Near Eastern world. In the pagan nations surrounding Israel, earthly kings and their territorial deities operated with cold, imperious detachment. The pagan gods were believed to be needy, demanding entities who created human beings solely as slaves to build their temples and feed them with ritual sacrifices. Furthermore, human kings in antiquity rarely cared for the weak, the poor, or the crippled; they valued only the strong, the wealthy, and the warrior class. But look at how Yahweh, the true Lord of the divine council, reveals Himself! He is the Sovereign God who actively bends down to help the fallen and lifts up those who are bowed low beneath crushing burdens. David paints a magnificent picture of universal cosmic dependence, declaring that the eyes of all creatures—from the smallest bird in the forest to the highest angelic host in the heavens—look to Yahweh in expectant hope. And how does the King of the universe respond? He does not send a cold bureaucrat, nor does He demand an impossible tribute. Instead, with astonishing simplicity and fatherly warmth, He simply opens His hand! In Hebrew thought, the open hand of Yahweh is the ultimate symbol of effortless, boundless generosity. By a mere gesture of His sovereign hand, He satisfies the deep hunger and thirst of every living thing on earth. Whether it is physical food for the wilderness beast or spiritual sustenance for a weary traveler on life's trek, our God is the generous Provider whose open hand keeps the entire cosmos alive and thriving. The second segment is: The Righteous Refuge: Drawing Near to the Sincere Soul The narrative now deepens, moving from physical provision to moral perfection and intimate spiritual fellowship, as David combines his logical thoughts in verse seventeen, verse eighteen, and verse nineteen. The Lord is righteous in everything he does; he is filled with kindness. The Lord is close to all who call on him, yes, to all who call on him in truth. He grants the desires of those who fear him; he hears their cries for help and rescues them. Consider the staggering moral contrast David highlights in verse seventeen! Yahweh is “righteous in everything he does” and “filled with kindness.” In the original language, that word for kindness is chasid—meaning He acts out of absolute, holy loyalty and steadfast covenant love. In the unseen heavenly assembly, where principalities and powers observe the unfolding of human history, Yahweh's reign stands completely unblemished. There is no corruption in His courtroom, no partiality in His judgments, and no cruelty in His decrees. Every single act of His providence is saturated with flawless righteousness and gentle kindness. Then, look at the profound promise in verse eighteen and verse nineteen: “The Lord is close to all who call on him, yes, to all who call on him in truth.” In ancient royal courts, approaching a human monarch was a terrifying, life-threatening ordeal; you needed official clearance, elevated status, or lavish gifts just to stand in the outer courtyard. Yet, the supreme Ruler of heaven and earth makes Himself immediately accessible to anyone who cries out to Him with a sincere, honest heart! He does not require slick religious jargon or ritual performance; He demands only truth—an authentic, unmasked soul. When those who reverently fear Him cry out from the depths of distress, the Almighty does not turn a deaf ear. He hears their cries, grants their deepest spiritual desires, and personally steps into their circumstances to execute a glorious rescue. The third segment is: The Dual Verdict and the Universal Song of Eternity As we approach the final movement of this extraordinary psalm, David brings his narrative to a powerful, dual-sided climax, weaving together the contiguous thoughts in verse twenty and verse twenty-one. The Lord protects all who love him, but he destroys the wicked. I will praise the Lord, and may everyone on earth bless his holy name forever and ever. In verse twenty, David presents the ultimate, inescapable crossroads of cosmic history: "The Lord protects all who love him, but he destroys the wicked." In the ancient Israelite worldview, the world is locked in a real spiritual conflict between the kingdom of Yahweh and the forces of chaos, idolatry, and darkness. God's protective guard—His divine shield—encamps continuously around those who align their hearts with Him in love. But those who persistently choose wickedness, oppression, and rebellion against the Creator are choosing their own ultimate undoing. The judgment of Yahweh is not petty vengeance; it is the necessary, holy purging of evil from His creation, ensuring that chaos will never have the final word in His universe. And then, look at how David concludes verse twenty-one! This is an historic moment in the Psalter. David utters his very last recorded words in the Book of Psalms: "I will praise the Lord, and may everyone on earth bless his holy name forever and ever." What a magnificent way for the warrior king to sign his final psalm! David begins with his individual vow—"I will praise the Lord"—and then immediately expands his voice to encompass the entire globe, praying that "everyone on earth"—all flesh, all nations, and all generations—would join in blessing Yahweh's holy name for all eternity. David hands off the baton of praise to us, inviting the whole world to join the heavenly council in endless, joyful adoration of our King! From Kipling's much-loved Just So Stories, this is a tale of the very beginning of things — when the tame animals were still wild — and of one wonderfully independent cat who strikes his own clever bargain to win a place by the fire, the warm white milk, and a corner of the cave… yet still walks by himself, for "all places are alike to him." Read slowly and warmly by Martin Hewlett of Calming Anxiety, the hypnotic rhythm and gentle repetition of Kipling's storytelling is made for winding down, relaxation, and letting the day fall away. Whether you keep it for bedtime, a quiet coffee-break moment for the soul, or simply a peaceful audiobook to relax to, this Books at Bedtime reading is here whenever you need to slow down and rest. Close your eyes, breathe slowly, and let the story carry you off. Sweet dreams… and be kind.

What if the answers you've been searching for have been inside you all along? In this deeply personal conversation, Darin sits down with his longtime friend Leon Aryah Lewis—a mystic, seer, attorney, and author of Inside Out: A Soul's Journey. For the first time publicly, Leon shares the remarkable spiritual experiences that shaped his life, from communicating with spirit guides as a child and overcoming severe dyslexia to performing thousands of soul readings and embracing the path of mysticism. Leon also reveals the extraordinary story of how a manuscript he wrote 30 years ago miraculously survived the Palisades Fire, only to resurface at exactly the right moment. Together, Darin and Leon explore soul purpose, shadow work, intuition, divine timing, reincarnation, the teachings of Jesus, and why true healing begins when we trust ourselves instead of searching outside for answers. What You'll Learn How Leon first began communicating with his spirit guides as a child Why his 30-year-old manuscript resurfaced after surviving the Palisades Fire How Leon transformed severe dyslexia into one of his greatest strengths What a soul reading is and how Leon has performed thousands of them Why mysticism is about direct connection with the Divine—not religion The role of intuition, meditation, and trust in personal transformation Why shadow work is essential for true healing What Leon believes about reincarnation and soul purpose The powerful lesson he says Jesus taught him through meditation Why everything you've been searching for may already exist within you Chapters 00:00:00 – Welcome to SuperLife 00:00:32 – Sponsor: Fatty15 00:04:13 – Introducing Leon Aryah Lewis 00:06:20 – A manuscript that survived the Palisades Fire 00:08:33 – Why the book resurfaced after 30 years 00:10:25 – Leon's spiritual awakening begins 00:12:02 – The first encounter with a spirit guide 00:15:30 – Childhood messages and discovering his purpose 00:17:24 – Overcoming severe dyslexia 00:21:39 – Getting out of your own way 00:22:08 – Sponsor: Shakeology 00:23:27 – Does every soul arrive with a life plan? 00:24:29 – How Leon discovered soul readings 00:34:20 – What mysticism really means 00:37:24 – Does your soul already know everything? 00:41:12 – Trusting your soul's journey 00:45:26 – Divine timing and why the book appeared now 00:48:11 – Leon's meditation involving Jesus 00:53:28 – Why embracing your shadow leads to healing 00:57:02 – Connecting with spirit guides 00:58:59 – Mysticism beyond organized religion 01:01:30 – Leon's mission for humanity 01:11:10 – Final reflections and trusting the journey 01:13:27 – Closing thoughts Thank You to Our Sponsors: Fatty15: Get an additional 15% off their 90-day subscription Starter Kit by going to fatty15.com/DARIN and using code DARIN at checkout.
