In this episode of the Creative Genius podcast, I interview Rebe Huntman about her debut memoir, "My Mother in Havana, a memoir of magic and miracle." Rebe shares her personal story of losing her mother at a young age and the subsequent decades of feeling disconnected from her memory. Driven by a deep longing and intuition, Rebe embarked on a 30-day DIY pilgrimage to Cuba to seek a different perspective on grief and connection. The conversation delves into how Rebe's background as a Latin dancer led her to discover the spiritual roots of Cuban dances and the traditions of honoring the deceased. Rebe recounts her experiences immersing herself in rituals dedicated to the goddess Oshun, visiting the sanctuary of Cuba's patron saint, and meeting with a spiritist who she hoped would connect her with her mother.Rebe and I discuss the importance of intuition and following one's unique path, even when it doesn't seem logical. We also explore the disconnect in Western culture from ancestral connections, magic, and meaningful rituals, contrasting it with the Cuban traditions of keeping the dead close. The conversation touches on the challenges of staying creative and connected to one's inner voice in the face of overwhelming global issues and personal fears. Rebe shares her belief in creativity as a portal and emphasizes the importance of honouring inner longings and choosing to champion humanity. She also shares her personal rituals for grounding and connecting with her intuition and ancestors, offering practical advice for listeners seeking to do the same. Ultimately, Rebe's story is a powerful reminder of the resilience of the human spirit, the wisdom of intuition, and the potential for magic and miracle in our lives, even in the darkest of times.
On this episode of The Truth In This Art, I'm excited to share my conversation with Lex Marie, a DC-based multidisciplinary artist whose powerful work I've been eager to explore for years. Lex creates compelling paintings, sculptures, and installations that reflect personal experiences and deeply resonate with the African diaspora, often using everyday and reclaimed materials. We explore Lex's creative process, from her early creative explorations as a child (where she was known for coloring outside the lines with purpose!) to her pivotal decision to pursue painting in college and her impactful first solo exhibition in 2021. Lex shares her insights on the courage it takes to create art that addresses personal experiences and societal challenges, including the weighty realities of childhood for many African American children and children of color, systemic challenges, and her experience as a mother to a young Black boy in America. This conversation is more than just an interview; it's an insightful look into the motivations and inspirations behind her thought-provoking pieces and the importance of authenticity in artistic expression. This episode was recorded at Eaton DC, my creative home away from home, a hotel that's also a vibrant cultural center. If you're interested in contemporary art, the power of artistic expression, or stories that matter, this episode is a must-listen. Tune in and discover the compelling and authentic work of Lex Marie. Discovering Creativity: An Intimate Conversation with Scott EricksonWhat does it mean to live a creative life? Is creativity a talent, or is it an innate intelligence that we all possess? In this week's episode of The Creative Genius Podcast, I had the pleasure of sitting down with the remarkable artist and storyteller, Scott Erickson, to explore these questions and so much more. Scott's journey as an artist has been deeply influenced by his unique experience with aphantasia—a condition where one cannot visualize images in their mind's eye—and he opens up about how this has shaped his creative expression.Together, we delve into the haunting nature of creativity, the role of pain in transforming life into art, and the importance of emotional intelligence in understanding the human experience. Scott's reflections on gratitude, surrender, and navigating the inner voice will resonate with anyone who has ever struggled with self-doubt or felt overwhelmed by the weight of their creative aspirations. But more than that, this conversation serves as a gentle reminder that creativity is not a linear journey. It's messy, it's beautiful, and it's deeply human. Scott's raw honesty will inspire you to listen more closely to your inner voice and trust that, even in the chaos, there's a path to something beautiful.

As photographers, it's so easy - too easy - to be clones of one another. We're constantly exposed to what other photographers are doing, how they're shooting, what the trends are, and the list goes on. And it's ok to be influenced by this, but we also have to mesh this influence with who we are as artists in order to create something unique! When I was a guest on Leah O'Connell's podcast, Photo Fuel, this is one of the topics we dove into, and I'm sharing that conversation today on my podcast! We also discussed how I infuse my unique perspective into my session, how I arrived where I am within the photography industry and balancing being a mom to four boys with a successful business. It was a wonderful conversation, and I hope you enjoy it! This week’s adventure is the second of our two-part Year in Review! Our host, Taylor Roark, walks through the last 24 episodes and offers lessons learnt on starting, building and maintaining this podcast show. A lot of podcasts have episodes that are dated and mainly relevant to the time and day they were recorded. Not so with The Adventures of Self! These conversations were crafted to be timeless insights into the adventures of self-discovery and self-expression. Sometimes, it can feel overwhelming or challenging to know where to start and which show or shows will be relevant to you (the Listener). That’s why we’ve created this Year-End Review to outline each of the episodes so you can decide which show (or guest) speaks to you and your situation. Taylor breaks the review in 6-episode blocks lifting the lid in between the episode reviews for an overview of the good, the bad and the authentic insights that made this first year possible! This week's adventure is taken in the company of Shaun “SF” Banks, the creator of Camp Warrior King which helps thousands of youths in the metro Atlanta area gain exposure to activities they would not normally have. He has been working in youth and personal development for nearly 15 years and is the founder of the You Can Have It All youth conference and magazine, he is the author of three books, ‘Persevere, Overcome, Win’, ‘Raising Extraordinary Kids’ and ‘Be Unstoppable Living Life’. Shaun and Taylor talk about what it means to start your own business, how to find what you’re passionate about and turn that into a life that you choose for yourself and how to help kids with things like influence, exposure and confidence. KEY TAKEAWAYS I never had a passion to work with youth at all, I wanted to work in business. But I noticed there was such a big need for youth to be developed. You always think there’s all these programmes to help kids but there wasn’t in the 2000s, so I thought maybe there’s a way to do both, to be able to make a good living and help people in the process. My Aunt and Cousin were murdered in a domestic violence situation, and I always wanted to do something in their honour. 10 years after they were murdered, I set up the I AM Defense Institute in their honour. That led me to all the other businesses, initiatives and books, so I’ve been busy! A lot of times kids won’t want to try something new because they’re afraid. What usually happens is they try it, realise it’s great and they’re going to have a good time. Sometimes you get that from the parents, because they haven’t tried the activity (horse riding, spelunking, shooting) so we ask the parents to come with us and participate which builds up a community and promotes quality time to spend with their kids. Society says that you should have a six pack and muscles, but if you’re not that guy in your head and you go to the beach you wear layers because you’re uncomfortable in your own skin. But you look down the beach to a guy that’s as big as a whale with his shirt off, laid back and having a ball! He’s enjoying life because he could care less about what society thinks he should look like. That guy is being unstoppable living life. Take your shirt off and you’ll notice no one really cares and isn’t going to judge you because they’re worried about themselves. I’ve used anger to give me the fuel to write one more paragraph, cut one more page or analyse something else. There are ways to channel it, to give you a push. But I don’t know if that's always the best way. To build something while being excited is much better, especially to sustain in the long-term. BEST MOMENTS ‘A couple of years after starting my first business I had my first child and that was a life-changing experience for me.’ ‘The ultimate motivation is happiness. It means different things to different people, but it’s universal.’ ‘When a child understands the working of a firearm they’re less likely to be curious about it and hurt themselves or someone else.’ ‘Success is relative. So you should determine what it means to you, you pick the elements you want to go after and live those things. That’s being unstoppable living life.’ ‘Don’t dwell on things people did wrong to you, they probably don’t remember, they’ve moved on, you haven’t.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Shaun “SF” Banks grew up with a single mother who cleaned houses and buildings for some of the most wealthy and elite people in Seattle, WA. He was instilled with a strong work ethic to pursue big dreams and help others. One night, my his was rocked by a nightmare when his uncle murdered his aunt and cousin in a domestic violence dispute. SF’s close-knit family was devastated and he vowed to do something in their honor when he became an adult. In 2007, SF opened the I AM Defense institute against his profound disinterest in working with youth. I AM Defense shows women and children how to protect themselves from attackers. Since that time, he has committed his life to the personal development of youth. SF is the creator of Camp Warrior King, which helps thousands of youth in the metro Atlanta area gain exposure to amazingly-fun activities. He is also the founder of "You Can Have IT ALL!" Youth conferences. This conference did its first international event in Uganda, East Africa before the COVID pandemic hit. He has recently launched "You Can Have It ALL!" Youth motivational Development Magazine. The only motivational magazine for kids of its kind in the world. SF is the developer creator of Team HoTT SAWCE. THS are cartoon characters that teach children how to believe in themselves using fundamental personal development principles using the Team HoTT SAWCE Success Stacks, which are words and phrases kids should learn to increase their self-efficacy. SF has written 3 books: ‘Persevere Overcome Win’, ‘Raising Extraordinary Kids’, and ‘Be Unstoppable Living Life’. A portion of all proceeds from his businesses maintains the "You Can Have IT All!" orphanage in Bombo, Uganda, where it currently supports over 30 children with shelter, food, and school supplies. https://www.campwarriorking.com/ https://www.ychiamag.com/ ABOUT THE HOST Taylor Roark is the founder of Galliant Trainings, which guides and facilitates individuals and organisations in Creative Purpose. Taylor and I talk about intuition, manifesting, and moving away from the past in order to create the life you want. ******I have worn many hats and traveled many lands -- from suburban kid to world explorer; from Blacksmith to Corporate Lawyer to Spiritual Alchemist (and lots more in between). After nearly 20 years in the corporate world, I started my own company guiding others in Intuition and Creative Purpose.I have lived on 3 continents, traveled to more than 50 countries, and pivoted careers several times. None of this prepared me for the ultimate transition from a rational and head-focused lifestyle to living from my heart and embracing the chaos of Creativity!I love sharing the story of living. This week's adventure is taken in the company of William Branum, a former US Navy SEAL with over 25 years of military service. As with many war veterans, William has suffered from numerous physical injuries and psychological symptoms that negatively impacted his quality of life and wellbeing. He founded the Naked Warrior Recovery company to assist veteran s and first responders who also experience problems with anxiety and joint pain and provide cannabinoid solutions. On the show William talks about Five SEAL Secrets, a short book that he’s written that allows people to learn to think like a Navy SEAL. KEY TAKEAWAYS I was having a hard time getting on with life and I discovered CBD as a modality to help me turn off some of the noise in my brain rather than drinking myself to sleep at night. As I went down this road of self-discovery I found a lot of baggage, like armour, and I had to take it and my ego off and set it aside, get naked and be more vulnerable. Hell week, the most famous week in military training: five and a half days of no sleep, you’re cold, wet and miserable the whole time. But there’s one thing that’s constant: They’re going to feed you four times a day, no matter what’s going on or how much it sucks you just have to get to that next meal. In life, if you’re thinking about quitting you just have to break things up into small, bitesize, attainable pieces and all you have to do is get through each piece to the next piece. It may still not be easy, but as long as you have a plan and you begin planning and executing that plan you’ll achieve it. NAKED – Never quit, Accept failure, Kill mediocrity, Expose your fears, Do the work. Competing doesn’t mean going out and fighting people, you can compete in kindness, gratitude, giving and then compete against your own ego that makes you afraid to smile and say “hi” to someone in the street. Make that a goal every day. There are leaders who I know don’t know how to do something but are afraid to show weakness, and I’ve been there. But, once I became brave enough to say “hey, I don’t know how to do that, what do you think?” I also figured out some more strategic ways to not look like an idiot if I didn’t know something, I might ask “How would you attack this goal? I really value your input” then you’re talking from a leadership aspect and you’ve allowed the other party ownership. BEST MOMENTS ‘If you don’t take care of yourself no one else is going to.’ ‘Green Berets wanna be Navy SEALs!’ ‘Failure is a great teacher. If you’re not failing, you’re not trying.’ ‘Innovations that are making our lives easier are making us more mediocre.’ ‘Fear is a vampire that lives in a deep, dark place in your brain sucking the life out of you and you kill it by exposing it to the light.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST A former US Navy SEAL with 26 years of service, William Branum is the founder of NW Recovery. At an early age William knew he wanted to be part of a team that would push him beyond whatever limits he thought he had and still enjoy the outdoors and all it had to offer. He charged forward and became an Eagle Scout and joined the Navy immediately after graduating High School. After graduating from SEAL training, he was stationed in Virginia Beach, VA then San Diego, CA, and finally Oahu, HI where he served on multiple SEAL Teams, taught SEAL Sniper School, and deployed around the globe. As with too many veterans, William suffered from numerous physical injuries and psychological symptoms that negatively impacted his well-being and quality of life. Migraines, severe anxiety, chronic pains, difficulty focusing, difficulty sleeping/falling asleep, and depression are some of the symptoms he would struggle with on a daily basis. He tried many prescription medications to help and eventually started to “self-medicate” with alcohol to help with pain and sleep issues. During his last few years of military service William started hearing more about the promising benefits of cannabinoids like CBD. Ultimately, he chose to wait until his retirement from the military before exploring this new world of plant-based benefits to help aid in his physical and psychological recovery. Determined to maintain his Top Secret Security clearance after the military, he sought THC free options of CBD. Since his discovery of CBD, William has reduced anxiety, improved sleep, less joint pain and an overall improved quality of life. Today William is focused on sharing the recovery benefits he has experienced through premium quality (THC Free) CBD in hopes that other Veterans and First Responders can also experience their own recovery. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Jeff Fetty, one of the most interesting, varied and eclectic men Taylor has ever know and spent time with. Jeff is an inspiration to Taylor to be quirky, outlandish and to live by one’s heart. Jeff has been a blacksmith for 30-40 years and has worked for huge clients including Tom Clancy, The Whitehouse and Yves Saint Laurent. As well as this he is a photographer, a traveller and he has an irreverent reverence for being alive on this planet right now. KEY TAKEAWAYS Blacksmithing found me: As soon as I saw someone hammer a hot piece of metal and transform it into something that’s going to last forever, I was hooked. This was my then girlfriend’s – now wife’s – father and I started spending more time with him when picking her up for dates! Some of the great things about living in a rural community are it’s so gratifying to know what you’re eating, to mill the lumber and dry it myself, build our own stone walls from rocks from the river. The results are so much better than you can buy. And it’s better than going to the gym! One of the reasons I became a better photographer is that a lot of people in my community will never be able to travel in the way I’ve been lucky to. So, I became a photographer was to document my travels so I could show people back home. Also, it makes you see the world in a different way and be more appreciative of what you see in the world. I got my hand caught in a hydraulic press and almost lost three fingers. I sit my little finger in half – the long way. I was afraid that my career was going to be impacted and as soon as I looked at my hand I saw a photograph, so I had one of my assistants bring my camera to the hospital and I documented the hand before and after, with every stitch that went in. I asked the surgeon to move the light so I could photograph properly. It served as a warning to the blacksmith community, I’m an experienced guy and this can still happen. I know a lot of blacksmiths who have those photos attached to their machines to this day. My son and I were really interested to check out a holly roller service. We were told we were allowed to document it on video after proving we weren’t with the press. I’ve been to a lot of wild parties, but I’d never seen anything on this magnitude. It was a tiny, rickety wooden church on the edge of a cliff, the church band were incredible and the place was rocking and shaking. They had boxes with Copperheads and Rattlesnakes which they set lose, one guy spun himself into intoxication dancing to the music. After three hours of that service we looked at each other and asked ourselves if it had really happened. Not too many people get to experience that. BEST MOMENTS ‘I always fantasied about living hundreds of years in the past making tools in my community. I love going to rural areas where the blacksmith is still a focal part of the community.’ ‘You’re referring to my smashed hand? It was not a great morning. Talk about feeling silly!’ ‘If you’re going to do something, do it right. Even if it’s a banana peel throwing contest.’ ‘I’ve got a lot of mileage out of Mr Rattlesnake.’ ‘I love making furniture, but I also love making large-scale sculptures, like the 20-foot tulips I’m making for the local hospital.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Working at his forge in Spencer, West Virginia, artist-blacksmith Jeff Fetty has been forging for nearly 40years, coaxing hard, cold iron into delicately wrought objects. Fetty's works abound with flowing organic forms and amazingly accurate renderings that are gently entwined with vines and flowers in such a subtle way that the casual observer forgets it's actually steel. For Fetty the appeal of working with iron lies in the traditional role of blacksmiths and the permanence of their work. Historically, blacksmiths contributed to the well-being of their neighbors by creating the tools that sustained the community. Their implements and art served and gave pleasure to many generations. Fetty is thankful that he is able to share his work with a broad range of viewers. His hope is that his art contributes to their well-being. Fetty has built a global reputation, having created metalwork for writer Tom Clancy, the Clinton White House, fashion designer Yves St. Laurent and the Globe Theatre in London. His affinity for art nouveau and his studio's natural setting led Fetty to the floral themes prevalent in his work. http://www.jefffetty.com/ ABOUT THE HOST Taylor Roark is the founder of Galliant Trainings, which guides and facilitates individuals and organisations in Creative Purpose. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Reverend Jim Lewis who has served in the clergy of the Episcopal Church for over 50 years. Before joining the church Jim was an infantry officer in the US Marine Corps. His career over the last 50-60 years has taken him from war to God and everything in between. Jim discusses his storied career as an activist and what it means to have faith and integrity on the world today. KEY TAKEAWAYS I grew up in the church and had positive and interesting experiences in the church. Coming into ordained ministry was in my heart and mind even before signing up for the Marine Corps, it was clear to me that’s what I should be doing. I needed to connect the pastoral ministry has to be connected to what I call the prophetic ministry – dealing with and speaking up for the social and systemic issues right outside the door of your church in your community. We were right in the middle of the ‘text-book wars’ where the right wing and the Ku Klux Klan attempted to take away school text-books that were extolling multi-racial, multi-cultural values. Me, my wife and my children had to stand up to some very violent protests, I had to move out of my house a couple of times, my life was threatened, my family was protected by police. This was my first experience with right wing religion and politics wedding and I learned a lot quickly, and I see it very much active now. I joined the Marine Corps in the 1960s to protect the country from Communism and be a patriotic American. I was sent to South-East Asia (Laos and Cambodia, not Vietnam) in what’s now called the Secret War that was full of lies, just like we’ve been lied to about Afghanistan and Iraq. People say we’ve got enough problems in our community here, how can we be interested in foreign wars? You’ll get interested quickly if they start coming for your sons, daughters, husbands to go fight in those wars. Do we have to wait for that? BEST MOMENTS ‘The homeless have not missed a free meal at my church every day, since we started serving them in 1974-5. The problem is the number of people living on the street has only got larger and larger.’ ‘There was opposition from businesses who didn’t want these people in their neighbourhood, but they were already living on the street in the neighbourhood.’ ‘Community is a social construct that we create.’ ‘The amount of money spent of these wars and the amount of deaths has to be engaged by the faith community.’ ‘Step up to the plate, do what you have to do, and try and be faithful – not even right. There’s never anything done by one person.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST For more than 50 years, Rev. Jim Lewis has been addressing the social issues of the local communities he has served as an Episcopal priest. He has organized parishes and communities in Maryland, West Virginia, Michigan, North Carolina, and Delaware to address health care for women, child care, AIDS, prison and criminal justice issues, capital punishment, war, gay issues, housing, and racial issues. Rev. Lewis served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Marine Corps before joining the clergy and has been active in war and peace issues ever since. His travels on peace missions have taken him to Cuba, Central America, Libya, Jordan, Iraq, and Israel/Palestine. He has practiced civil disobedience around coal mine issues, U.S. involvement in war in Central America and Iraq, and poultry labor issues. Active in anti-death penalty work, Rev. Lewis was one of the founders of People of Faith Against the Death Penalty in North Carolina. He received the West Virginia Governor's Martin Luther King Jr. “Living the Dream” award in 1991 and was honored in Delaware by Pacem in Terris in October, 2001, as “A Peacemaker Among Us.” He holds an honorary doctorate from the Virginia Theological Seminary. Lewis has been a regular contributor to a number of newspapers and has authored several books, including, West Virginia Pilgrim (Seabury Press), The Gulf War: The Churches & Peacemaking (North Carolina Council of Churches). He contributed to Strike Terror No More: Theology, Ethics, and the New War (Chalice Press). He authored a chapter, “Grasshopper Power,” in the recently published book, Workers' Rights as Human Rights (Cornell Press) which focuses on workplace safety and the role of community organization in bringing about change in the food production system. This milestone, fiftieth adventure is taken in the company of Taylor’s friend and mentor In creative orientation, William Whitecloud, the international bestselling author of three books including his latest, ‘The Secrets of Natural Success’, which gives you the secrets to succeed with your natural innate talents, ability and genius. The pair have a hero’s journey of a conversation about adventure, self-discovery, self-expression and how to create your own destiny, your own life using alchemical principles and creating as an orientation. KEY TAKEAWAYS There is some kind of obvious need to physically go further than what you know. We’d never have evolved from the valley we were in of we weren’t curious. Technologically, geographically and biologically – how we’re grown and how strong we are – we’ve developed that through adventure, curiosity and exploration. Every human being has something in common, we’re all born on the wrong track in life. By that I mean we come into life, have experiences and figure out what it is, we also have negative experiences and learn to avoid them. Those ideas will cause us to take on an idea of who we should be, to protect ourselves, but that’s not in line with who we really are. We get our need of danger, excitement and risk from jumping out of an aeroplane, watching a horror movie. It’s quite easy to get your thrills vicariously in this modern world. You can get a great sense of satisfaction from following a sports team, when they lose, you’re upset but when they win, you’re the hero despite not ever playing for them. The hero’s journey: A child is born of a powerful lineage and get lost/hidden from who they are, living a mediocre life until they are restored to live out their greatness. We’re not meant to stay on the wrong track in life. But most people don’t live out their journey, most are living out their shadow life, accommodating their ego. Often the painful, torturous experiences of initiations, which look horrible and cruel. But, whatever happens was to drive in the teaching of the group, so you never forget the teaching. BEST MOMENTS ‘I still think the biggest adventure is the adventure of oneself.’ ‘Men would rather go to war, kill or be killed, than face what is dysfunctional or limited about themselves.’ ‘The refusal of the call is the conditional nature of taking on the adventure. You’re not in control of the circumstances.’ ‘You need to understand the nature of what you’re going through to better go through it.’ ‘If you want to make people unhappy and unsuccessful in life, just give them a list of people they should look up to and ways they should be.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST William Whitecloud was born in a small African country called eSwatini, where his parents were carving a 35,000 acre sugar and citrus estate out of virgin bushland. Growing up in such a wild and remote part of the world was to influence his character and personality in many ways, but the most enduring effect that time had on him came from being immersed in the supernatural worldview of the tribes people around them. William seemed to live in an enchanted world where a host of entities and elemental forces wrestled each other for control over the fate of every living thing. He says: Life for me was an endless romp in the Garden of Eden, until I was eight years old, when I was packed off to a succession of Christian orientated boarding schools in the colonial education system. It was forcefully impressed on me that my free spirited nature and heathen superstitions were of no value to the socio-economic machine I was being conditioned to fit into. Ten years later I left school, cured of my innocence and wonder, and thoroughly convinced I had no choice but to find my place within the rational order of Western civilization. But my heart was never in it. I was a conscript, not a volunteer. His first real job was working for a South African commodity trading company, where his indoctrination into the perception of capital as the prime mover behind life was sealed. In 1983, he immigrated to Australia and switched from trading physical commodities to speculating on global financial money markets. Ironically, his trading mentor in Australia was a highly successful analyst and trader given to using profoundly esoteric methods for predicting market movements. Having his eyes opened to the supernatural phenomena that held sway over these giant markets re-ignited his childhood fascination of hidden forces at play in the world. Yet this window into the mystical nature of the universe did nothing to free William from his disillusionment with an existence that seemed designed solely to fulfill societal expectations. In quick succession he developed substance abuse problems, lost all his money, his marriage broke down, and he was diagnosed with a supposedly incurable life threatening illness. With his life at rock bottom, his attention turned from merely observing phenomenon at work outside of himself to seeking ways in which he could practically apply magic to create what he truly wanted: a life rich in health, wealth, love and creative expression. This search brought William into contact with the alchemical principles of Hermetic Philosophy and the ideas of Robert Fritz, founder of Technologies For Creating. Both modalities pointed to the premise that we subconsciously create our own reality and that there is a way in which we can direct the subconscious mind to create the reality we choose. As he delved into these superbly effective principles for reconnecting with and manifesting what is truly important to the human spirit, he made the most startling discovery: that the sad story I just told you about myself was just that – a story. It all really did happen, but it was simply the unfolding of a script he himself had written. Thankfully, this was not the sum total of his revelation. He also discovered that he could make up a new story, one that reflected his true potential. Watching every area of his life rapidly healing and prospering, as he applied his new understanding, confirmed to him what he had believed as a child. Life is magic. In 1996, inspired by the momentum of my own self-transformation, William founded a program called Living From Greatness, a personalized course dedicated to empowering participants in discovering and living their authentic nature and potential. While continuing to be involved in the LFG program, and more lately the Natural Success project, he has worked one-to-one with thousands of people, coaching them in bringing their dreams into reality. His twenty five-year search to discern the essence of what it takes for people to connect with and live effortlessly from their creative spirit forms the basis of his three books, The Magician’s Way, The Last Shaman and Secrets of Natural Success. He now live in Santa Monica, California, where he devotes hus time to writing and developing movies, enjoying his family and letting life unfold by magic. https://naturalsuccessacademy.com/ Instagram: @williamwhitecloud ABOUT THE HOST Taylor Roark is the founder of Galliant Trainings, which guides and facilitates individuals and organisations in Creative Purpose. DESCRIPTION This week's adventure is taken in the company of Benedict Corkery, a podcaster whose life and circumstances are so familiar to Taylor it’s like having a conversation with a younger version of himself. Along with his brother and a friend, he is the founder of the Protagonist Podcast which explores how to become the hero in your own story. Ben is passionate about alternative education and in this conversation he and Taylor talk about ‘life as metaphor’, ‘the root of symbolism’ and how our lives continue to unfold even with these conversations. He’s a founding member of The Society for a Wandering Mind noting the words of Tolkein, who said: “Not all those who wander are lost”. KEY TAKEAWAYS We’ve not totally lost symbolism in today’s stories, but I think it’s something that’s more easily identifiable in older stories. I think we need to look back sometimes as it can be helpful and meaningful for us. There was a point where I was pretty down and anxious in my early 20s and wasn’t getting a whole lot done, getting out much or even thinking clearly to make plans. But, deciding to go for a walk in the morning when you wake up is a very simple thing you can do and make happen and can ground you in a very small way. A lot of people don’t think of literature as a practical degree, but that’s the way I approached it. I wasn’t interested in writing techniques at the time, I was interested in myths and narratives and saw them as tools that I could apply to life. I realised that I wasn’t looking to land a secure job as a teacher, I wanted to focus on my side-interests. I wanted to teach kids to trust themselves and pursue their interests and to build their lives, but I felt like a fake because I wasn’t living that truth. As I’ve been working on stuff and trying to make sense of it myself, there’s a pattern of stages of what people go through, a healing, realising and confronting that we’re not on the path we want to be on, this leads into cultivation where we work out what our talents are, which then leads to a building stage where we use our creativity and final to sharing where we build a relationship or community which leads you back to the healing process again. BEST MOMENTS ‘Stories are a way of making sense of things and contextualising ourselves within our own story.’ ‘The answer is in the walking.’ ‘Narratives, metanarratives and archetypes are real and are powerful ways of conceptualising our world, our personal situation, where we’ve come from and where we’re headed.’ ‘Stories can also be scary and uncertain.’ ‘You almost don’t get a choice, you’re pulled to share your creative journey and your story with others. It becomes a duty.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram Facebook ABOUT THE GUEST Ben Corkery is a writer, podcaster, and enjoys helping people get unstuck. He thinks we need more creativity in the world and believes lifestyle changes are the way to go. He used lifestyle changes to drastically improve hi mental health and started leaning more into his creativity. He is passionate about this process and it is his mission to share it with others. We all get stuck, we all end up in dead ends, but it’s what you do next that matters. Ben spent $20K to become a formal teacher only to discover how messed up conventional education is. He got really depressed only to find that his doctor couldn't help him. He didn't fit into a career so he started building his own. Ben loves talking about topics such as healing with food and lifestyle: specifically low carb, ketogenic, and carnivore diets, side hustles, alternative education, creativity, and self-improvement. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Amy Sinha, who has been a singer almost since the day she was born and went through a lot of difficulty with medical conditions and being quite small and all the things that come along with the confidence of being out front and being a jazz singer. She released an album of self-composed songs in 2012 and has produced songs in the pop/country genre as well as jazz, works with charities, works as a voice over artist. Her mantra is ‘the impossible is always possible.' KEY TAKEAWAYS If you’re really serious about something and you really want it to happen, you have to keep pushing, and crafting, and moulding what you want and not just putting your thoughts out there but making people aware of who you are. If nobody knows who you are nobody’s going to come to you I wrote poetry but I never thought I could write my own songs, people would write me songs to sing – which is what jazz singers do – but there was something about that that didn’t sit well with me, so I decided to sit down at the piano and wite something and it was a surprise that I came up with a song, so I wrote and recorded an album! The music industry is very male dominated and it was hard work and I spent a lot of my 20s and 30s depressed, it wasn’t the best environment to be in and I just wanted to get out of the industry, which is why I started in voice over. The hardest thing is to get over your own limiting belief, you have to recognise it and say “it’s OK, it’s going to be hard, but I’ll take it one day at a time and hopefully by the end of it I’ll get further than where I was”. If you go through something you don’t always appreciate it, whereas others from an outside perspective say “wow, that’s amazing what you’ve done and achieved.” You don’t always see the beauty and enormity of something you’re doing, especially on creative things. It’s good to have an outside point of view. BEST MOMENTS ‘Anything you want to happen can happen, but you’ve got to put yourself out there.’ ‘When I’ve got the theme the song just seems to come.’ ‘I recognised I was camera shy, so I started interviewing musicians because you can’t get away from cameras in the music industry.’ ‘There’s no room for self-doubt – enough people are going to do that for you.’ ‘Happiness is what we aspire to be every day, but it’s not possible. I’ll settle for happy some of the time when I can get there.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Born in South Wales, UK, Amy was submerged in music from an early age, entering her first talent contest aged six, singing “Somewhere over the Rainbow”. Amy studied classical piano and singing and developed an intimate love of Jazz in her teens. Possibly because the complexity of this style reflected the events that were occurring in her life at the time. Amy was declared as one out of only five children like her in the UK at the time. She had developed cataracts in both her eyes leaving her almost blind, and then diagnosed with a rare nerve condition which meant she was unable to feel hot, cold or superficial pain. Due to this nerve condition, she also developed Osteoarthritis leaving her almost wheelchair bound and caused her growth to stop completely. The ongoing traumas of her early childhood inevitably played a major role in suppressing Amy’s confidence throughout her life, especially being so short during an age when all a child wants to do is fit in, and not stand out because they looked so different. In 2019, Amy embarked on a career in voice over and has done work for radio, corporate events, international voicemail, businesses, animation and was cast as a newsreader for a short film during lockdown. Amy also has a YouTube channel where she has interviewed musicians, such as Ronnie Scott’s Saxophonist Derek Nash, Rat Pack legend Buddy Greco and Clint Eastwood’s son, Kyle. Amy’s continuous challenges in her daily life will always remain ‘real’, but with a ‘work in progress’ attitude, an ability to laugh at herself and to laugh in general, a continuous evolving perspective of her mind and a loving supportive personal environment, Amy always has a positive perspective on life and loves socialising with different, interesting people, never letting her limitations affect any of her engagements or working life. https://www.amysinha.com/ ABOUT THE HOST Taylor Roark is the founder of Galliant Trainings, which guides and facilitates individuals and organisations in Creative Purpose. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Dr. Robert Yoho, who retired in 2014 after four decades as a surgeon in emergency rooms and in cosmetics. He is the author of "Butchered by Healthcare" about how doctors, Big Pharma and corrupt government are ruining healthcare and, while this is largely a tale of the United States’ healthcare system, it’s applicable around the world today. His most recent book is ‘Hormone Secrets’ which is about how to use natural hormones to stay healthy, feel fantastic and avoid overpriced, toxic drugs. DISCLAIMER: This is not medical advice. Make your healthcare decisions with the help of a licensed provider. KEY TAKEAWAYS I was like Rip Van Winkle; I was asleep through my whole career, I gradually got more interested in – and it became a compulsion to figure out – medical corruption. In America we spend twice what other countries spend per capita on medical care, 20% of our GDP, $4 trillion on medical care to get products that are 50% ineffective or actually harmful. More US citizens have been convinced to take prescription drugs than anywhere else, 50-70% depending on the estimates. Big Pharma’s worldwide gross revenues are $1.3trillion and the reason they focus so much on the US is although it provides 40% of the revenue, 75% of the profits come from the US. Once money, favours or gifts exchange hands the well is poisoned, and there’s no one who can resist this – even a meal. To encapsulate this the drugs reps have the three Fs: food, friendship and funds. That’s what they use for influence, but some of them enforce the fourth F, which you might be able to work out! In America we have a perverse blend of capitalism and socialism which doesn’t work and has spawned double-digit growth every year and now it’s at a crisis point, I don’t know how much further it can go. Some commentators have called psychiatry the drug industry’s paradise because psychiatrists are more closely aligned with the industry and are essentially bought off by the industry than any other group of doctors. There are a large group of ‘psychiatry deniers’ who think they should hardly be in business at all and that the drugs are mainly harmful rather than helpful. BEST MOMENTS ‘I thought I was opening a can of worms, but instead I found a dumpster full of worms.’ ‘We rain money from the sky onto the medical industry in the US and it’s turned into a mess.’ ‘Big Pharma violates more laws than any industry in history, as measured by their criminal settlements with federal prosecutors.’ ‘We’ve been lied to by these companies over and over and over again.’ ‘SSRIs are marketed as remedying a chemical imbalance in the brain, that narrative is not science, it was invented by a drug marketing company.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Robert Yoho is 68 years old and has spent three decades as a cosmetic surgeon after a career as an emergency physician. Hint: big Pharma and big money are involved, and you have been listening to lies. In the last three or four years, he has been studying medical corruption with an additional interest in hormone therapy. He has written books on these subjects including ‘A New Body In One Day’, ‘Hormone Secrets’ and ‘Butchered By “Healthcare.” https://www.robertyohoauthor.com/ ABOUT THE HOST Taylor Roark is the founder of Galliant Trainings, which guides and facilitates individuals and organisations in Creative Purpose. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Chloe Bourjallia, a fellow adventurer in life and an intuitive life coach. She’s here with a message of hope, and talks about how to go for what you love, live in line with your values and how every breakdown is an opportunity for a breakthrough. KEY TAKEAWAYS Adventure can be physical, like travelling or climbing mountains. But it can also be spiritual, emotional and psychological. It could be making a decision to leave a relationship and not knowing what that’s going to bring to your life and how you’re going to sort out the mess. It’s really about making decisions that are a little bit risky, owning that and expecting that the best will come out of it, even if you don’t know. Adventure has enriched my life so much and my relationships, my understanding of people, my understanding of myself, my ability to deal with fear and shit hitting the fan when you least expect it. Finding your values is really important. Very often, people confuse values with how they would love things to be, ideally. Actually, your values are who you are inherently without even trying. This sounds really cheesy, but the way to find your true nature is to listen to your heart. Take a moment and forget about the money, the job, the responsibilities and all the things you think you need to do and the expectations other have about you and you just take some time, meditate, and ask yourself what you love – things, people, places, feelings, freedom, travel, anything – as soon as you set the intention it starts happening and you start seeing hints and clues. 2020 was going to be the best year for me, I was going to get married in Mauritius, it was all booked and then everything stopped and I was very angry at life, the government and circumstances. But we still got married in Battersea Park and it was perfect. But it took us a lot of refocussing on what really mattered for us and stay true to what we wanted it to be. BEST MOMENTS ‘If you take a risk, something could happen or nothing could happen, you don’t know.’ ‘The positive things that come with adventure completely outweigh the fears, doubts and potential negatives.’ ‘When you figure out who you are and what your values are, you’ll be able to deal with a lot more uncertainty than you thought.’ ‘Something amazing happens when you take a risk and succeed; other get to see it and they are inspired.’ ‘COVID created massive unknowns that we’ve never witnessed before, but what saved me was being able to refocus on what really mattered in life.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Chloé Bourjalliat is a Life Coach who specialises in helping women get clarity on their purpose, supporting them in turning their dreams into reality. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Ben Winter, the author of the books ‘Living Unscripted’ and ‘What to Expect When Having Expectations’. He has been an improvisational actor and has taught improv in business for over 10 years. Taylor and Ben talk about improvisation as the skill of living, how it gives you freedom and opens your world to confidence. As well as that, there’s a daring story about diving in the Galapagos. KEY TAKEAWAYS We’re surrounded by people all the time, in the home, at work, we’re not the only one ‘on the stage’, so we have to take them into account as well. We can’t learn an entire day’s script and memorise it in 5 minutes, we have to improvise our day, we don’t know what questions are going to come up. At some point the script could go to the wayside and you can improvise your way back to the script and if you don’t understand how improvisation works it can be frustrating, but if you understand how it works it can be a lot of fun. I teach improve in companies mainly for team building but it also helps with company culture, it helps with productivity, brainstorming, so many aspects because too often people do team building stuff that divides a team rather than brings them together, improv as a whole provides a foundation for everybody to work from. One of the rules of improv is ‘be specific’. It’s about setting expectations, providing enough information so people understand what you’re saying, where you’re going with it, why your train of thought is what it is. As I explored that more and more I realised the the reason a lot of people get upset is because an expectation hasn’t been met, so I created a flow chart to solve it. I don’t remember much of the dive in the Galapagos, except being very afraid because I couldn’t keep up. But, I have no regrets because it was scary but I did it and I can say that I’ve been to the Galapagos and I’ve SCUBA dived there and not too many people can say that. BEST MOMENTS ‘One of the greatest gifts we can give to ourselves is to BE in the present.’ ‘Find the game within the game.’ ‘Once you understand the rules it opens up the door to more fun and a better life.’ ‘Even if you have no expectations, you now have an expectation about having no expectations.’ ‘Improv is a no-lose scenario, people will think “at least they tried” if you fail, if you’re amazing people will wonder “how did they do that?!”’ VALUABLE RESOURCE The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Ben Winter is the founder and CEO of Success Improv, a business that provides a combination of personal growth and improv to improve areas of your life including business, relationships, family, social interactions, and much more. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Isik Tlabar, an empowerment coach and breathwork facilitator who works primarily with teachers, coaches and facilitators, directing them to their magnificence. Taylor and Isik have a rolling discussion on connection, joy, curiosity and how to bring all of these things into the adventure of your life, as well as giving permission to let them in to your hearts. Along the way they talk about conscious kink and what happens when you miss a flight at the airport. KEY TAKEAWAYS Relationships go into a dead end when you look at someone and think I know who you are, I know how you work, I know what you do and don’t like, and then we put people into a box. But those people are always growing, and when we’re curious about them it make us want to find out more about ourselves as well. I tune into my clients’ greatness, their true nature, their purpose, what they’re here for, and one reflection I often get is ‘I kind of know this, but the fact that you don’t know me and have tuned into me and told me all these things is giving me the extra permission, now I’m actually going to do something about it.’ We tell ourselves we can’t do things because I’m not good enough, people won’t like me if I do that, or I’ll be rejected, and we tone ourselves down, but the ability is always there waiting to come out. If you plant a seed, you can’t see it growing underground. But because you’re not seeing the results straight away can sometimes feel demoralising or that you’ve failed and it’s not working. That’s why it’s so important to keep an eye on your vision, where you wan to go whilst taking little steps and trusting that you’re doing what you need to do to get there. Imagine if we just planned everything and there was no space in your life for adventure. There’d be no room for meaningful relationships with anyone else. Also, always chasing new experiences can be destructively addictive. BEST MOMENTS ‘The day we stop learning is the day we stop being curious. Curiosity brings aliveness.’ ‘Fear of failure makes us little kids in an adult’s body.’ ‘You’ve got to give yourself the right elements for your self-actualisation to flourish.’ ‘Instead of blaming others for what’s going wrong, accept it and own it and move on. You are your own guarantee.’ ‘Everything is great in balance and that’s why you need a structure.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Isik is a transformational coach, embodiment & breathwork facilitator. This week's adventure is taken in the company of international dating coach, Lily Walford, founder of Love With Intelligence. Lily and Taylor talk about how to make the practical in relationships personal through connection and self-awareness and how, ultimately, we connect to other by connection with ourselves and how a healthy relationship with a partner starts with a healthy relationship with you. KEY TAKEAWAYS There’s an element – that always comes back to childhood – that we have to work for love, or we have to be something for love, or we have to say or do things, and people often get uncomfortable with the concept of unconditional love. Often, experiencing betrayal, or when people do something outside of your expectations, it’s not the fact that the person has done it, it’s feeling uneasy or unclear on what your behaviour or actions should be as a result. A lot of the elements of where things go wrong in a relationships is the way that you see yourself. This becomes the role that you end up playing. The role that’s being played out isn’t just in relationships, it’s in friendships, at work, in your career. Understanding how that’s playing out and the patterns, and the emotional calibration as well. There shouldn’t be compromise in a relationship, no one should be the martyr, it’s patriarchal and old-fashioned. You have two equals in a relationship who are able to collaborate together to get the result that’s good for both of you and also your relationship. Our relationship and our love only exists because we’re there to be able to create it. If we hadn’t met it wouldn’t be there, but it’s understanding how we interact with it and the way that we understand and see it. We never know if we see colours the same way as other people, it’s the same thing with love. Again, if you have similar beliefs, see things similarly and play by the same rules it helps to navigate things. BEST MOMENTS ‘You can’t receive love if you don’t have trust – not trust from the other person, but trust from yourself.’ ‘The four ‘Cs’ of a healthy relationship: Compatibility, Communication, Consideration and Collaboration.’ ‘You need to remember; you’re two individuals but you should be travelling in the same way to the same destination.’ ‘You need a healthy relationship with yourself because by looking after yourself you can give more.’ ‘There’s nothing worse than being with someone who doesn’t consider you.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Lily Walford is an international dating coach who has been focused on how busy professionals can date safely and successfully using CIA level behavioural psychology, profiling and body language so that her clients can enjoy undeniable love that lasts. www.lovewithintelligence.com ABOUT THE HOST Taylor Roark is the founder of Galliant Trainings, which guides and facilitates individuals and organisations in Creative Purpose. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Christina Kottori, a modern Greek priestess, oracle and mystical dancer – meaning she is a vessel and conduit of the light to serve people. She talks about how we can see our life as myth and as through myth, the understanding of archetypes as a guide to life for better understanding, knowing yourself and opening your heart. KEY TAKEAWAYS Social standards have taught us what is the ‘right’ behaviour, what has restricted or restrained us into ‘right ‘ and ‘wrong’ behaviour and supressed a lot of the archetypes we have inside. Archetypes are a right-brain way to help us understand ourselves better and how we work as humans. The Ancient Greeks said outside of Delphi there was a sign that said: ‘Know thyself’. This is the highest thing man can do. By understanding that we are so vast, and we have so many faces, we understand and know ourselves better. There is always a superficial way to see a myth, like a fairytale that once happened. My invitation is always to go deeper into the esoteric and the symbolism. There has been manipulation in everything, I think the Greek myths – the way they’re written – don’t resonate, and it feels like there has been distortion of the myth through the patriarchy. People talk about the myths and how nice they are but I wanted to go in another level and what it is to actually embody myths, to feel the wat this god or goddess felt in this myth or story. They way I want to do this is through body and movement as well as feeling through my experience of yoga and tantra. I am here to create a space for people to experience something transcendental. I open a space by invoking, in ancient Greek, the goddess and I bring the spirits and guiding the people to prayer so they feel the spirits. Then breathing practices help people to get out of their brain to understand the myth and bring the to presence in the now and I guide them through meditation, acting and tantric exercises into the myth. BEST MOMENTS ‘Archetypes live through stories that have been told for years. We can find first written, and at the same time we can find them in every man.’ ‘We’re not wrong, we’re not bad. There’s a lot of guilt and shame that prevents us from loving ourselves. This is the ultimate enlightenment to let us know who we are.’ ‘The Greek Gods have desires and passions, making them more human, more relatable.’ ‘We are all spiritual but some can remember and some have forgotten.’ ‘Our fear of dying prevents us from living, the ancient Greeks would initiate themselves to death so they could live freely. This is very needed right now because people are so afraid to die and they’ve forgot that the soul never dies.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Christina Kottori is a Greek Mystic Muse and a world-wide traveller. This week's adventure is taken in the company of Carina Notivoli, author of the book ‘Dad, Where Are You?’, the first in a trilogy that looks at her own personal story and how that combines with seeking and searching and the spirituality of living from the heart. She’s also a mother of three, which has given her great insight into how the feminine and masculine can learn from each other in today’s world. Taylor and Carina talk about the integration of East and West philosophy, the rational and the irrational and how to live from the heart by daring to try. KEY TAKEAWAYS I find myself with the space in life that I have now written a book and I think it’s my inner drive that has been helping me find my way to this space. It’s important to have space to put adult things aside and go into that child space. Mystical, spiritual experiences and creative experiences are very intimately connected, they are very close to each other. The best ones I’ve had always came when I least expected it. The ancients talked about the muse and I think there is something to that, allowing one’s self to be so open. I was born with ‘father unknown’ on my birth certificate and decided at a young age that I was going to find my father, which I did. But I also play with the words in the title of the novel in a Christian way to ask: ‘where are you, God?’ For a woman, what kind of role model is that? Being a mother of three sons has helped me put aside my feminine rage because I see how they are also becoming victims to the patriarchy we have created. We have so much man and women in us both so perhaps that’s where we need to start looking deeper, which is also what a lot of ancient religions are talking about. Gardening has been very important for understanding love and the cycles and patience. You learn so much from taking care of a garden and growing your own food. Indigenous people have such a deep understanding that you can’t exploit the earth because if you do, you’ll destroy her. We do that so much in capitalist societies and through industrial technologies. BEST MOMENTS ‘I always had a sense of drive in my life, as if there was something speaking from within, taking me to places in search for meaning.’ ‘Oftentimes my ideas that I write or paint about come to me and I have to grab them so they don’t slip away.’ ‘I believe in a God that is both within and without.’ ‘If we can wed feminine and masculine thinking it could sow the seed of love and respect for all things.’ ‘WE have to dare a little bit more to question what we already know.’ VALUABLE RESOURCES The Adventures Of Self Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the.adventures.of.self/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/The.Adventures.of.Self ABOUT THE GUEST Carina Notivoli is a nurse and an artist who recetly launched her first novel in a series of three books, Alma Mater. The first book is called ”Dad, Where are you?” and touches upon the subject of the absent father and the embracing mother on different levels. Alma Mater also means the university one graduated from. Carina means that we can also see life as the ultimate school. There is a Hopiproverb that says “The storytellers rule the world.” Really? Then what stories rule the world? How are we doing? What does the world look like? Is it time for a new story? How does a new story come into being? https://www.carinanotivoli.com/ ABOUT THE HOST Taylor Roark is the founder of Galliant Trainings, which guides and facilitates individuals and organisations in Creative Purpose.
