Sarah Harrelson is the founder and editor in chief of Cultured Magazine. She initially thought about going into politics, but things changed when she discovered her love for publishing as an intern at Elle. She moved to Miami to work her way up the masthead at a smaller publication, climbing to the role of editor in chief in less than a year. She continued growing her skills as an editor at major magazines such as Women's Wear Daily, W Magazine, and Seventeen Magazine. Though she went on to lead publications in the years that followed, Harrelson wanted to create something of her own. She had a vision for an arts-and-culture magazine that looked beyond household names in its coverage and highlighted emerging artists. In 2012, she used her years of experience leading publications and starting them from scratch to bring her vision of Cultured to life. Today, the magazine is revered by its cult following for its unique coverage of undiscovered talent.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

"Earthly Delights" The earthly pleasures of the temporal world are fine food, expensive wine, monetary wealth, a long list of friends and raves that last for days. The Miami-born David Archuleta is no stranger to earthly delights--with almost ten albums to his name that have yielded millions of sales and countless multi-platinum hits all over the globe, Archuleta is back with a new six-song EP called Earthly Delights. A smooth platter of pop, R&B and disco, set against percolating beats and synth pop grooves, Earthly Delights finds Archuletla's vocal finesse paired with infectious, textured arrangements. It's lovely work. So why did I open with raves? Well, because David has recently discovered them and along with the freedom, social liberation, acceptance and joy of rave culture, it's also awakened him musically and it really shows on this EP. www.davidarchuleta.com (https://davidarchuleta.com/music/) www.bombshellradio.com (http://www.bombshellradio.com) www.stereoembersmagazine.com (http://www.stereoembersmagazine.com) Stereo Embers: IG + BLUESKY: @emberspodcast Email: editor@stereoembersmagazine.com

Donna Adelson- From Game show contestant to murderer? With Dr. Carmela Epright In this breaking news true crime special, we unpack the latest chapter in the Trial of Donna Adelson, the Miami matriarch prosecutors say helped orchestrate a murder-for-hire plot that ended the life of Florida State law professor Dan Markel in 2014. Drawing on years of investigative reporting, courtroom testimony, and expert analysis, this in-depth recap walks viewers through the people, the motive, and the evidence that turned a bitter custody fight into a homicide case that has gripped the true crime community. Our discussion centers on Donna Adelson's alleged role, her influence over her children, and the prosecution's theory that the goal was simple and ruthless: free Wendi/Wendy Adelson to relocate the children to South Florida. We examine the state's narrative piece by piece—beginning with the hitmen already convicted, moving through the middle-man links, and landing squarely on the items jurors heard in court: a day planner containing Dan Markel's license plate, wiretapped calls that captured the family's reactions, and the undercover “bump” that set key conversations in motion. We also assess the explosive “jailhouse script” allegation—handwritten lines a witness says Donna wanted her to memorize—raising stark questions about consciousness of guilt and witness coaching. Beyond the documents and recordings, the human drama is undeniable. Philosopher and neuropsychiatry scholar Dr. Carmela Epright offers a clear psychological lens on power, control, and family dynamics, including the testimony of Rob Adelson, whose account of his upbringing and estrangement delivered one of the trial's most emotional moments. We also revisit testimony about Wendi/Wendy Adelson's movements the day of the shooting and why prosecutors argue those facts matter. Lastly, we evaluate the defense's performance, the strategy missteps that drew headlines, and the looming questions about what may come next—whether additional charges are possible and how any verdict could shape the pursuit of justice for Dan Markel. This is not speculation; it's a methodical news recap with the tone of an investigative podcast, designed to help viewers follow the timeline, understand the evidence, and weigh the stakes. From missing-person alerts to murder-for-hire prosecutions, true crime reporting lives in the details, and this case is defined by them: texts, travel plans, financial threads, and voices on a line that never stopped recording. If you follow court trials, justice reform, or high-profile family-crime cases, this is the essential digest you need to get up to speed and stay there. #DonnaAdelson #WendiAdelson #DanMarkel #CharlieAdelson #TrueCrime #BreakingNews #MurderForHire #JusticeForDan #Courtroom #Wiretaps Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Munaf Manji and Griffin Warner break down MLB betting for Wednesday. At 0:10 Munaf opens the show, sets the stage for the Wednesday slate, and reminds listeners about special codes on Pregame.com. Griffin jumps in with fresh Milwaukee Brewers gear talk, noting their brutal schedule and the need for rest. From 1:45 Munaf confirms the show will move to a once-per-week schedule now that football is here, but assures fans that MLB playoff coverage is locked in. At 3:18 they dive into the first matchup, Miami Marlins vs Washington Nationals. Munaf highlights Mitchell Parker's struggles while Griffin emphasizes Miami's improved form but admits the price is tough to justify. By 5:34 the New York Mets vs Detroit Tigers discussion turns into a critique of Casey Mize's numbers and the shaky Tigers bullpen, with both leaning toward the over. At 9:12 they cover Texas Rangers vs Arizona Diamondbacks. Jack Leiter's inexperience and Arizona's offensive power are discussed, with Zach Gallen's desert struggles also noted. Munaf points to Gallant's home ERA issues, leaving room for Texas value. By 12:25 Baltimore Orioles vs San Diego Padres shifts to Cade Povich's inconsistency and San Diego's bullpen strength, leaving both hesitant to back the pricey Padres money line. At 15:34 the Dodgers vs Pirates brings Shohei Ohtani into focus. Griffin leans slightly toward Pittsburgh value but Munaf stresses Ohtani's upside and recent improvement. They explore how the Dodgers might deploy him in October. At 19:48 Toronto Blue Jays vs Cincinnati Reds brings Shane Bieber's post-surgery resurgence into the spotlight, with Munaf impressed by Bieber's control. They suggest backing Toronto despite Cincinnati's hitter-friendly park. By 23:19 the Mariners vs Rays matchup shows George Kirby's control versus Adrian Houser's regression. Griffin leans toward Tampa Bay at home while Munaf likes the under. At 29:23 the Braves vs Cubs features Bryce Elder's volatility and Horton's blister issues, leading to interest in an over. At 32:23 the Phillies vs Brewers matchup becomes a highlight. Both analyze Aaron Nola and Jose Quintana, ultimately agreeing Philadelphia offers value as an underdog. At 37:12 the White Sox vs Twins matchup centers on Gomez versus prospect Zevi Matthews, with Munaf leaning over 8.5 as both pitchers have struggled. At 39:48 Athletics vs Cardinals brings Jeffrey Springs vs Matthew Liberatore, with both siding with Oakland as the sharper play. At 43:02 Yankees vs Astros highlights Jason Alexander's success in Houston's rotation, with Munaf backing the Astros as a plus-money home side. At 47:33 Giants vs Rockies ends the game breakdown. Coors Field and Robbie Ray's unpredictability lead to an over lean. At 49:26 best bets are revealed: Griffin selects the Phillies as a live underdog while Munaf goes with White Sox vs Twins over 8.5. They close at 52:44 by reminding listeners of the Pregame.com promo code and the importance of contest participation. This preview delivers actionable insight on pitching matchups, bullpen depth, and lineup form. The commentary blends betting strategy with game analysis, showing where value might lie in money lines, run lines, totals, and first-five opportunities. With the playoff race heating up, the focus is on identifying underdog value, fading over-priced arms, and trusting teams with proven bats and bullpens. The conclusion is clear: Wednesday's card offers a mix of live dogs and high-scoring opportunities, led by the Phillies against the Brewers and offensive potential in White Sox vs Twins . Ever catch yourself crushing in business…but low-key running on fumes? Like you're pushing hard, but your body's throwing quiet warnings you can't quite decode? In this episode of The Happy Hustle Podcast, I'm resharing a powerful Guest Guru training from inside The Happy Hustle Club—our private community featuring Justin Roethlingshoefer, Celebrity Health Expert and Founder of Own It Coaching. Justin doesn't sell hacks; he engineers paradigm shifts. His mission: help leaders stop sacrificing health for the mission and start running their bodies like their business.Justin's story is raw and real. As a kid, he battled both obesity and anorexia and even faced liver and kidney failure at 16. That pain turned into purpose: two undergrads, a master's, pro hockey, a doctorate's worth of research on sleep and heart rate variability (HRV), plus deep training in functional medicine and cellular healing. He went on to become Director of Player Performance in the NHL, then stepped away after a personal health scare (precancerous polyps and a bleeding ulcer) to build Own It Coaching with his wife—a 50-person team now guiding 3,500+ high-performing founders and creators. They even built “The Health Haven” in Miami to show people how to live differently, daily. Why it matters: Justin is the rare coach who blends faith, science, and systems so your health outcomes become inevitable, not accidental. Here's what you'll learn in a nutshell:HRV is the language of your body. A higher HRV = better adaptation to stress.Oxygen is step one. VO₂ max isn't just for athletes—it's a wellness vital.Sleep is your detox system. Quality beats quantity.Fix the base before the boosters. Symptoms (low T, poor sleep, brain fog) rarely mean you “need more hormones.” Hormones open pathways; vitamins, minerals, and amino acids create the raw materials.Consistent + intentional behaviors over time = inevitable outcomes. If you're ready to go deeper and hear Justin's full training—the stories, the frameworks, and the practical protocols—hit play on the episode and let's level up your health, leadership, and longevity together. Jurors in Donna Adelson's murder-for-hire trial are getting a front-row seat to some of the most damning evidence yet: her own words caught on FBI wiretaps, and the undercover operation known as the “bump” that rattled her family to the core. In this episode, we break down both. First, the wiretaps. Donna Adelson is heard talking about buying cemetery plots, worrying that her son Charlie is “on trial for his life,” and even discussing non-extradition countries as escape options. At one point, she doesn't hang up after Charlie leaves the line, and the recorder captures her muttering—raw, unguarded, and deeply revealing. Prosecutors say it's not just idle talk; it's proof of a consciousness of guilt. Then comes the “bump.” In a bold undercover move, an FBI agent slipped Donna a note on a public street, pretending to be a former cellmate of hitman Sigfredo Garcia. The message? He knew about the murder plot and wanted $5,000 to keep quiet. From there, the pressure campaign escalated—phone calls, texts, and even contact with the family's dental practice. The aftermath was telling: Charlie Adelson scrambled to buy concert tickets and a limo for Katherine “Katie” Magbanua and Garcia, trying to keep them close and under control. Together, the wiretaps and the bump form a devastating narrative: this wasn't a family blindsided by false accusations, but one already planning escapes and bracing for exposure. Donna Adelson, now 75, stands accused of orchestrating the 2014 murder-for-hire of her former son-in-law, Florida State University law professor Dan Markel. Prosecutors argue she conspired with her son Charlie and others to eliminate Markel so her daughter and grandchildren could live freely in Miami. Charlie Adelson was convicted in 2023 and sentenced to life. Donna was arrested that same year at the Miami airport with a one-way ticket to Vietnam. Her trial in Tallahassee is expected to continue through September 5. Stay tuned as we unpack every detail.
