In this harrowing episode, Tony speaks with Hope Beryl-Green, survivor who was born into MKUltra programming, ritual abuse, and organized trafficking hidden behind the appearance of a normal American childhood. Hope describes being tortured in secret hospital settings, trafficked through churches, and psychologically programmed to believe she was evil and beyond redemption. She shares chilling details about astral trafficking, spiritual meetings held beyond the physical realm, and her abuse by Jeffrey Epstein, including why her testimony was excluded from official narratives. As the conversation unfolds, Hope explains how the system infiltrates churches, schools, and families in order to weaponize victims against truth. The episode turns toward hope as she recounts her rescue through believers who refused to give up, years of deprogramming, and the healing power of Jesus Christ. Today, Hope leads HBG International, a ministry dedicated to helping survivors find freedom and exposing the darkness that thrives on silence. Please pray for Tony's wife, Lindsay, as she battles breast cancer. “How Can Non-Catholics Be Saved If Jesus is the Only Mediator?” This question opens a discussion on the relationship between faith, works, and salvation, addressing concerns about Ephesians 2:8-9 and its compatibility with Catholic teaching. Other topics include the nature of Marian devotion and its perceived paganism, as well as the implications of Vatican II on salvation for non-Catholics. Join the Catholic Answers Live Club Newsletter Invite our apologists to speak at your parish! Visit Catholicanswersspeakers.com Questions Covered: 09:41 – Seems to me that Marian devotion is paganism, like it's worship. It's one of the reasons why I left the Church. How would you respond to that objection? 21:42 – It always bothered me that God gave Bathsheba an abortion — why would God do that? 29:32 – According to Vatican II a non-Catholic can be saved. That seems to contradict Jesus' teaching that nobody comes to the Father except through him. 37:02 – Why do we have Holy Days of Obligation? 46:46 – After Peter died, would the new bishop or Rome have authority over the still living apostles, such as John? 50:52 – Is it better to think of works in terms of losing our salvation through mortal sins of omission?
It’s easy to assume that being compassionate means carrying everyone else’s emotions as if they’re our own. When we love people deeply, we naturally want to help them through their struggles. We listen, we empathize, we pray, and sometimes we even absorb their fear, anxiety, and heaviness without realizing it. This devotional is a reminder that while God calls us to bear one another’s burdens, He doesn’t call us to be emotionally overtaken by everything happening around us. The world is full of brokenness, and people are often hurting—but we cannot control their circumstances or fix every problem. What we can control is how we respond and how we protect what’s happening inside of us. Proverbs 4:23 reminds us that our heart is the source from which everything flows. If our heart becomes polluted by negativity, bitterness, fear, or constant emotional overload, it becomes difficult to live with peace, wisdom, and spiritual strength. Guarding your heart doesn’t mean shutting people out. It means staying rooted in Christ while you walk with others through their pain. God can help you be compassionate without becoming consumed. When you keep Jesus at the center, your heart stays healthy soil—ready to bear good fruit, even in hard seasons. Main Takeaways Compassion is biblical, but absorbing everyone else’s anxiety is not sustainable. You can support others without letting their burdens overwhelm your spirit. Guarding your heart is essential because your words, actions, and choices flow from it. Scripture helps keep your emotions grounded when life feels heavy. Staying close to Jesus allows you to offer comfort without losing your own peace. Today’s Bible Verse “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Proverbs 4:23, NIV). In this episode of Straight White American, Jesus, we dig into the disturbing revelation that James Dobson's name appears among the Epstein files. :Why would Epstein recommend a James Dobson article to a young woman he was grooming—and what does that reveal about Dobson's theology of family, gender, authority, and forgiveness. Drawing on the work of DL Mayfield and others, the episode unpacks how Dobson's advice reframes abuse, minimizes male responsibility, and shifts moral and emotional labor onto women—precisely the kind of framework that predators find useful. From there, the conversation moves beyond the email itself to a larger, under explored connection: Dobson's influence in post-Soviet Russia and how American evangelical “family values” helped shape the ideological foundations of Putin-era authoritarianism. Tracing Dobson's reach through Focus on the Family, the World Congress of Families, and Russian Orthodox moral politics, the episode shows how a shared logic of patriarchy, control, and unquestionable authority links Dobson, Epstein, and Putin—not through coordination, but through a common worldview. The through line is power without accountability, and the devastating consequences of theological and political systems that teach people—especially women and children—that their bodies are not their own. The Super Bowl halftime show sparked outrage, but Jase, Al, and Zach argue that reaction misses the real issue. Using Bad Bunny's performance and TPUSA's alternate halftime featuring Kid Rock as a contrast, they cover why cultural moments like this reveal a deeper spiritual battle. Plus, Jase makes the case that when it comes to lasting hope, the Easter Bunny is still the better bunny anyway. Millions of people across the country made an important decision last night: Which Super Bowl halftime show did they watch? After Latin rapper Bad Bunny was announced as the headliner of this year's Super Bowl halftime show, Turning Point USA decided to put on its own show, headlined by Kid Rock. Glenn reads some of Bad Bunny's lyrics and questions how they were allowed to be sung on the air. On the other end, TPUSA's halftime show ended with Kid Rock sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Glenn reminisces about the community he had while growing up. Has childhood innocence been destroyed? Right before the Super Bowl aired, F-22 fighter jets were pulled due to other "operational assignments." That is just the beginning of military equipment headed toward the Middle East. What is going on? The price of Bitcoin is steadily declining as precious metals continue to rise. What does this say about the state of the economy? She highlights the role of the Pharisees and Jewish leaders in Jesus's crucifixion, citing passages from the Old and New Testaments. Allie clarifies that while the Romans played a role, the Jewish people were also culpable. She addresses accusations of spreading anti-Semitic propaganda and blood libel, stressing the need for accurate biblical interpretation. The Letter of Jude E6 — In the final nine verses of his letter, Jude transitions from warning about corrupt members to instructing the faithful. In so many words, he encourages them to keep pressing on as the living temple of God's Spirit and love. Jude also guides them in how to care for the doubting and deceived in their community, while taking necessary caution for their own holiness. And he concludes with confidence in God's ability to protect the Church and make them stand as blameless priests, all to the praise, honor, and majesty of God. There's only one God who has wounds that can speak to your wounds. There's only God who has been through it. The Buddhists look at suffering as an illusion. Western secular culture looks at suffering as a curse. But Christianity looks at it as something both extremely real and far more hopeful. Our Savior, Jesus Christ, came to glory through suffering. And when you see what he went through for you, then and only then have you got a framework and a power to get through your own suffering. In 1 Peter 1 it teaches us that 1) you'll never be able to face suffering without knowing a lot of biblical doctrine, 2) Christians do experience grief and troubles of life, and 3) when suffering comes into your life, God hates the brokenness but uses it to teach you things he wants you to learn. This sermon was preached by Dr. Timothy Keller at Redeemer Presbyterian Church on September 26, 1993. Series: Splendor in the Furnace: 1 Peter, Part 1. Scripture: 1 Peter 1:6-9. Together, we examine the questions of our origins, such as “Where do we come from?” and “Where are we going?” Fr. Mike emphasizes that man is created for a purpose because of the great and eternal love our Father in heaven has for every one of us. Today's readings are Catechism paragraphs 279-284. Today's guest, Christine Caine, says that one of the greatest testimonies in our generation is a resilient, enduring faith. No matter what is happening around you, you can continue to flourish when you are rooted and grounded in the love of God. Christine and the Perrys discuss what it looks like to lean into sanctification rather than run from it, what the imagery of the olive tree in Scripture teaches us, and why followers of Christ can flourish while still grieving the darkness of our world. This life is hard. It doesn't get easier. But what's on the other side is worth it: intimacy with Jesus. In Episode 262: Living In A Masonic Lodge, guest Micah shares his numerous experiences with the spirit realm. Micah is the son of a pastor and moved around considerably, living in several different places throughout his life. At one point in his childhood, Micah tells us about living in a home that was formerly owned by the Masons. He recalls a lot of scary things happening in that house, and believes it might have had something to do with its previous owners. Micah's story starts out in Niagara Falls and finishes with a sighting of UFOs in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, an area known to me in my home state! Please pray for Tony's wife, Lindsay, as she battles breast cancer. In this episode, we welcome author, counselor, and speaker John Eldredge to the show, who is best known for his book Wild at Heart. We have a powerful conversation about intimacy with God in a world full of chaos, suffering, and spiritual hunger. We reflect on what it means to reclaim a "re-enchanted" Christian worldview, how to pray against chaos, the profound gift women have to offer the world right now. We also talk practically about how to pray as a couple, ask John to lead us in a guided "Pause" prayer, and invite you into a moment of stillness, surrender, and loving awareness of Jesus dwelling within you. ⚠️Trigger Warning: This episode includes discussions of violence, self-harm, suicide, and religious trauma. In this deeply vulnerable and wide-ranging conversation, Kyson Dana shares his story of growing up Mormon, serving a mission in Russia, and the lifelong psychological, spiritual, and physical consequences that followed. What was supposed to be the “best two years” of his life became the most traumatic –shaping his identity, mental health, and eventual departure from the Church. Kyson opens up about generational trauma, internalized shame, self-policing, and suicidal ideation in his youth. He walks us through the intense pressure to be perfect, the weaponization of guilt and obedience, and how Mormonism taught him to disconnect from himself in order to survive. We dive deeply into the realities of missionary life in Russia: shrinking missions, violence, threats, abductions, murders, leadership silence, and explicit instructions NOT to tell families what was happening. Kyson recounts being told not to come home unless it was “in a coffin,” enduring extreme fasting, psychological abuse, and witnessing acts of violence that were never processed or acknowledged.Beyond the mission, Kyson shares how this trauma followed him into adulthood –fueling panic disorder, Complex PTSD, and a prolonged faith crisis. He discusses therapy, EMDR, creative work, and the careful, supported use of psychedelics as part of healing. We also explore his work helping teens navigate shame-based purity culture, pornography narratives (“Fight the new drug!”), and the dangerous conflation of morality with normal human behavior. This episode is about far more than Mormonism –it's about identity, belonging, survival, and what it takes to come back to yourself after an institution teaches you to turn yourself off. If you've ever felt broken by a system that promised salvation, you're not alone.___________________YouTubeAt Mormon Stories we explore, celebrate, and challenge Mormon culture through in-depth stories told by members and former members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as well as scholars, authors, LDS apologists, and other professionals. How do we cling to Christ when faced with the unknowns of aging? Pastor John encourages older Christians in the battle against bitterness and fear.
Today on @EricMetaxasShow, @BasedPastorTrav explains why “follow from a distance and lose your faith” is showing up everywhere, how a teenage challenge to the deity of Jesus shaped his life, and why bold public Christianity spreads courage in a culture that wants believers quiet. We also talk about being targeted after a city council prayer, what happened when he refused to apologize, and why he believes God can use opposition to spark revival and mission work. Segment 1 • Massive cultural moments, like last night's Superbowl, promise fulfillment but fade almost instantly. • The halftime show controversy shows us how our entertainment is driving moral numbness for our nation and world. • A sharp challenge: if the biggest moments don't last, why do we keep living for them? Segment 2 • Here's what suffering for Christ's sake in our life tells us about the character and attributes of God. • God values something more than your comfort - and this changes everything in your life. • First Peter's uncomfortable but hope-filled call to lift your eyes above temporary victories. Segment 3 • How sentimental slogans weaponize empathy and shut down moral clarity. • Phrases like “love is love” feel compassionate but smuggle in serious worldview assumptions. • A smarter approach: asking the right questions instead of taking rhetorical bait. Segment 4 • Bible sales are up—but biblical literacy may not be. • What church closures, entertainment trends, and AI-driven depravity reveal about spiritual decay. • A sobering reminder: sin never satisfies, no matter how advanced the technology gets. ___ Thanks for listening! This is the final hour, and many antichrists are here or have come. So we hold fast to Christ and call on the Holy Spirit for power, courage, and an overflow of sustaining joy until the end.
In this episode of the 99 for One Podcast, Granger, Tyler, Parker, and AntMan take on one of the most challenging and controversial topics facing Christians today: immigration, ICE, and the role of government—through a biblical lens. Rather than approaching the issue through politics or cultural pressure, the conversation begins where Scripture begins—with the truth that every human being is created in the image of God. Drawing from Genesis 1, Romans 13, Leviticus 19, and 2 Corinthians 5, the group explores how Christians are called to walk a narrow path—holding compassion and justice together without falling into the extremes of cruelty or lawlessness. They discuss the distinct responsibilities of the church and the state, why laws and borders exist, how enforcement should be carried out with wisdom and restraint, and why the gospel must remain central above political tribalism. This episode challenges believers to reject fear, dehumanization, and partisanship, and instead live as ambassadors of reconciliation, committed to truth, love, and faithful obedience to Christ. No matter where you land politically, this is a thoughtful, Scripture-centered conversation that brings the focus back to the gospel and the call to seek the narrow way. *************** Follow the show: Instagram - https://www.Instagram.com/9941thepodcast Facebook - https://www.Facebook.com/9941thepodcast YouTube - https://www.YouTube.com/@9941ThePodcast Online - https://www.9941ThePodcast.com Shop - https://yeeyee.com/collections/faithSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Justin shares how he continued living his life, even performing weddings, while John describes creating an online persona to avoid family conflict. Is isolation the only way to find peace?C.J. in MA faces believers using "Pearls before Swine" rhetoric. The hosts suggest using 1 Peter 3:15 and Hebrews 6 to flip the script. Justin explains that secularism allows you to choose your own destiny and value. Can realizing that worth is chosen help a person finally find peace?Ben in CT seeks advice for debating his Catholic brother. The hosts suggest the brother's persistence indicates internal doubt. Can using "Mary was raped" and Old Testament facts force him to confront his creed?Sands in AZ argues teaching religion in school exposes kids to diverse views. What if the stress, anxiety, and burnout we feel aren't signs that we're doing too much, but signs that we're plugged into the wrong source? It's time for us to unplug so we can actually recharge. In this episode, Christine Caine invites us to follow the example of Jesus, who regularly withdrew from the crowds to pray, reminding us that peace, clarity, and strength are found not in constant connection, but in God's presence. As our devices demand more of us than ever, this message calls us to unplug from the virtual world and intentionally plug into the One who renews our souls and restores our joy. ✨ Be equipped and empowered to discover: ● Why Jesus intentionally withdrew from people to be with the Father. ● How constant digital connection is fueling anxiety, burnout, and distraction. ● What it practically looks like to unplug from technology and plug into God.

Juli sits down with author Bronwyn Lea, who helps us rethink what it means to live as brothers and sisters in God's family. The world completely misses the concept of what it means to prosper from a biblical perspective. Unlike what we have become accustomed to, prosperity isn't defined by material wealth or external success but by a relationship with God and the wholeness that comes from it. Prosperity is a finished work through Jesus Christ, and believers are already blessed with all spiritual blessings. We don't have to strive for it but simply receive it as a gift. True prosperity involves not just material abundance, but also peace, joy, righteousness, and a deep relationship with God. In this message, Pastor Levi Lusko and Paul Rayne look at Mark 10:45 to challenge you to move from spectators to participants in the mission of Jesus. It's easy to attend church, enjoy worship, and listen to teaching. But Jesus didn't call us to sit in the stands; He called us to serve, to sacrifice, and to step into something bigger than ourselves. Discover that when you put skin in the game, when you join the team God is building, you'll find joy, healing, purpose, and belonging that you could never experience from the sidelines. You don't get more saved by serving. But you do get more alive.
We are in a war for truth. How you see the world is either rooted in Faith and Christ, or shaped by the perceptions controlled by the elites. They show you what they want you to see. They shape stories to distract you from the moves and changes they know would provoke anger and rage. They promote things to appease your desires and hopes, but always with an agenda that benefits them. We are called to be in this world but not of this world. That means walking the Way of Christ. It means listening to the wisdom of Holy Spirit. It means discerning in a time when evil is raging and fighting to over come your mind.
