In this episode I'll talk more about why I won't tell you what you “should” eat, share a quick background on my journey in extreme weight loss twice, the changes I made and what I do now to keep it off in regards to my own food choices. I'll also share my philosophy on what I think is best to keep in mind when it comes to things like low calorie options and food swaps!
