Epiphytes of one kind or another are ubiquitous components of ecosystems around the globe, but we still know little about what they are doing up in the forest canopy. In this episode, I start off sharing about over coming a caffeine addiction. I go into a tribute to my late Uncle Gary Woody. Our family lost my Uncle Gary to an aneurysm in early April. Gary's family held a Celebraton of Life in late July in Lapeer, MI. I traveled back with my wife and kids to spend time with family during the Celebration of Life. I felt hit with Gary's loss, but also saying good bye to the nostalgia I've held onto along with understanding family karmic cylces.I spend the rest of the episode sharing about perspective on life. How we can become lost in the weeds (literally in the habitat world) too focused and consumed with work in general and losing perspective on life. SummerSlam 2021 brought in 51,000, 2022 had over 48,000, 2023's event 51,000, 2024 had a massive 57,000, and 2025's two-night event saw 53,000 and 60,000 respectively. However, SummerSlam 2026 is struggling to even get over 30,000 on either night thus far, with things looking like they're heading towards the lowest attendance since 2020 (when there were zero fans in attendance), even though tickets are being priced up as low as $25 each. It was only 10 months ago when Mark Shapiro said: ”Vince McMahon was primarily pricing tickets for families and wasn't totally focused on maxing the opportunity there. We see what we can do with the UFC and we're replicating that in terms of ticket yield and advance sales when it comes to OnLocation on the WWE side. It's really working out well.”   Looking at the SummerSlam situation, that comment doesn't seem to he aging very well, and it begs the question, “are the WWE getting their karma” for their unrealistic expectations and extortionate greed?

Kṛṣṇa says in the Bhagavad-gītā(8.16),"ā-brahma-bhuvanāl lokāḥ punar āvartino 'rjuna." You don't want to stay here because it doesn't matter where you are in the material world—high, low, middle—it's all bad categorically. You can just assume that. But if you can change your consciousness, this is a very important part according to our International Society for Kṛṣṇa Consciousness, then, Kṛṣṇa says in the beginning of the eighth chapter that you can point yourself towards the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Or when you leave this body, be ready to completely leave the categorically inconvenient material world and go back home, back to Godhead. In the ninth chapter, He says (BG 9.25): yānti deva-vratā devān pitṝn yānti pitṛ-vratāḥ | bhūtāni yānti bhūtejyā yānti mad-yājino 'pi mām || Which basically means: You have free will. Use it. Chop, chop, little jīva. Let's go. Get out of here. The place is condemned. Just get out. Go, back to Godhead. And then, very specifically, He says: "anta-kāle ca mām eva smaran muktvā kalevaram." That if at the end (anta-kāle) you remember Me, then you'll directly come to Me. And then He says (BG 8.6): yaṁ yaṁ vāpi smaran bhāvaṁ tyajaty ante kalevaram | taṁ tam evaiti kaunteya sadā tad-bhāva-bhāvitaḥ || If you get entangled in some other kind of consciousness, that's where you're going to end up. So He's not a religious fanatic. Kṛṣṇa is just telling: Here is how it works. Here is where you are. Here's the context. Now, use it. Figure it out for yourself. And similarly, the people walking around London—I was observing them as we were driving in here. They're walking all at the same pace. This is morning pace on a weekday. You've got to kind of be a little stern, and you've got to kind of walk fast, because you've got to get in there and do your job. It's a prison sentence. When we're able to give people information: yathaidhāṁsi samiddho 'gnir bhasma-sāt kurute 'rjuna jñānāgniḥ sarva-karmāṇi bhasma-sāt kurute tathā || (BG 4.37) You give somebody this fire of knowledge, and they are able to burn to ashes all of their karma. Karma means what's driving people to walk to work and go to certain realms of the material world. They are pushed into it. It's like, "Get in there, buddy. You have to stay there." But you can liberate them by giving them an opportunity to understand the philosophy of Kṛṣṇa consciousness, to come in contact with devotees, and then we win. Yay! Back home, back to Godhead.
