They then discuss the Netflix TV show based on Belle Gibson's story ‘Apple Cider Vinegar'. They discuss how the show weaves in Belle's story with the fictionalized character of Milla who is closely based on Jessica Ainscough, a prominent Australian influencer who billed herself as Wellness Warrior who did in fact have cancer. They then give their thoughts on the show including Kaityn Dever's amazing performance.    Then, based on the recent outbreaks in North America, Ali asks Asif about Measles (26:48). Asif talks about what it is and how it is one of the most contagious infectious diseases. Asif then talks about who is at risk of contracting measles including the unvaccinated, children under age 1 year and the immunocompromised. Welcome Back, Wellness Warrior!    On Tuesday, I shared an interview with Lauren Collins from the PMS Made Peaceful show. Lauren and I have so much in common and have similar stories with main commonality of anxiety.    Today, I think it would be a great follow up for you to hear my menstrual cycle testimony. We all have hormones and for those of us that struggle with anxiety, these chemical messengers have been screaming at us since we have gotten our cycles and we aren't and haven't been listening ( myself included)!    BUT since realizing ALL these emotions, stress, irritability, overwhelm have been manifestations of anxiety has been so helpful in how to holistically heal. They are constantly relaying messages, but are we paying any attention?    Our guest today started paying attention and discovered something. She went on a journey to pursue peace in her hormone health. We are both nurses and love the body and have similar stories. Unfortunately, we have a lot of mic noises that I couldn't edit out- so sorry for the distracting noises. But gotta listen through it, because it's so good!    Lauren is a registered nurse, wellness coach, mom, Christ-follower and the host of the podcast PMS Made Peaceful. For years, Lauren struggled to manage debilitating negative and anxious thoughts that would bombard her in the week before getting her period. She would often feel like a failure as a wife and friend, and that she just didn't have the capacity to care for herself well. When she started to work with her body and the natural rhythms God had created her with through holistic wellness and implementing habits daily, things started to shift.
