Send me a some feedback! This episode breaks down one of the most important realizations from nearly a decade of building Inner Wealth Global—everything in your business and life becomes easier when you can clearly articulate the problem you solve. Mike shares how clarity isn't just a business tool, it's a life tool, and when it's missing, everything from marketing to decision-making begins to break down.At the core of this episode is the understanding that expansion doesn't come from doing more—it comes from removing what's in the way. Through real client stories and lived experience, Mike reveals the five primary blocks that keep people from experiencing the life they actually want, and how moving through them is what creates aligned growth.Key TakeawaysClarity is the starting point for expansion. If you don't know what you actually want, you'll default to what's familiar and never fully move forward. Belief in possibility shapes your actions. If you don't believe something is possible for you, you'll never take the steps required to create it. Self-trust determines your ability to follow through. Even with clarity and possibility, a lack of trust in yourself will keep you stuck. Discomfort is required for growth. Your nervous system resists what's unfamiliar, but expansion only happens when you move into and through that resistance. Receiving is essential for expansion. If you struggle to receive help, support, or success, your life will stay out of balance no matter how hard you work. Notable Quotes “If you can't easily and simply articulate the problem that you solve for your ideal client in one simple sentence that's easy to state, and that's easy to understand, then you're going to struggle to market.” “If you don't know what you want, you can't have them.” “Is that even possible? No, it's not possible. It's probable. Let's get after it.” “Your nervous system has one goal and one goal only, and that's to keep you alive.” “If you can't handle your body being uncomfortable, then you're going to stay stuck in your circumstances.” Call to ActionIf this episode challenged you to look at what's actually holding you back… if you can see one of these five blocks showing up in your life… if you're ready to stop forcing your way forward and start expanding in alignment with who you are…Email Mike directly: mike@innerwealthglobal.comYou'll connect directly with him—no assistant, no gatekeeper—just a real conversation about what becomes possible when you're ready to expand your life and circumstances.Mike's Media:Website: https://www.innerwealthglobal.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mikekitkoInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/mike_kitkoTiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikekitkoSubscribe to my YouTube: / @mikekitkoMusic Credit: "What's Left of Me" by Wes Hoffman & Friends

Community members say the new barriers are aggressive and unwelcoming. Today on In the Loop, we hear from Brian Gladstein of Friends of the Parks, Sherry Williams of the Burnham Park Advisory Council and Ald. Joey's head pierces the veil of the chained apartment door as blinding sunlight pours in behind him. His eyes are wrong — they're the color of jewels, reds and blues all mixed up and coating every millimeter. His expression is contorted, almost beyond recognition. "THE CEASELESS FEAST OF WANT," he yells into the room, "A GLEAMING BEACON SHIMMERING ON THE HORIZON." He tries to force his way into the room again, but the chain holds. "WE ARE WANTED. WE ARE HERE TO SERVE AND REST OUR BONES UPON A GOLDEN THRONE. THE SUN IS FOREVER, AND SO TOO SHALL WE BE." Joey from the hit sitcom Friends retreats from the crack in the door, leaving a radiant glow spilling into the room. How can I be a friend of Jesus? In this message from Pastor Dick Brogden, we are reminded that Jesus has called us His friends and entrusted us with the joy, love, and mission of making Him known to the nations. Our prayer is that this message helps you count Jesus worthy, walk in loyal obedience, and live with boldness for the people still waiting to hear His name.
Stephanie Hoffman is back on the show, this time as the new Director of Industry Development and Engagement at Miller Electric. Jason and Stephanie catch up on her time away from the industry, what pulled her back, and the work she is now leading across education, business development, national accounts, customer experience centers, and process training for one of the biggest names in the trade. The conversation covers Miller's Instructor Conference happening this July at the Appleton, Wisconsin headquarters in partnership with Fox Valley Technical College, and why Miller is approaching CTE programs as true partners instead of just placing blue boxes in the corner of the shop. Stephanie also breaks down the data center boom that is about to reshape welding, the shift away from wind energy, the role of small modular nuclear reactors in powering AI, the real difference between renewable and clean energy, what tariffs are doing to American steel, and why the next ten to fifteen years are going to make this industry almost unrecognizable. Stephanie also opens up about being the first female to graduate from her welding program in New Jersey, the realities of a trade still under ten percent female, the mental health toll of being a national spokesperson, and what it took for her to step back, regroup, and come back stronger than ever.

Cassandra Madison and Julia Tinetti met working at the same bar in their 20s and were struck by how similar they looked. Their adoption records didn't match, but a surprise gift later revealed the extraordinary truth. From the moment they started chatting, Cassandra and Julia quickly realised they had lots in common: both had been adopted as babies, both grew up in Connecticut, and both had tattoos of the Dominican Republic flag. Their physical resemblance and connection was so strong that coworkers and customers joked they must be related, especially as they regularly mistook one for the other. Cassandra and Julia embraced the idea, even referring to themselves as sisters. They went so far as to compare adoption papers – but when the details didn't match, the whole matter was put to bed. Years later, when Cassandra received a genetic test as a Christmas gift, she ended up finding her birth family. In the process, long-held secrets emerged and revelations which pointed back, unexpectedly, to Julia.Presenter: Asya Fouks Producer: Emily NaylorLives Less Ordinary is a podcast from the BBC World Service that brings you the most incredible true stories from around the world. You Have to Meet My Friends is the podcast series where I go live, hit the call button, and find out in real time who's actually a real friend—because they have no idea they're about to be on a podcast. It's unscripted, unpredictable, and built on one simple question: who's going to answer… and what happens when they do?Welcome to the wildest social experiment on my show. No guest prep. No calendar invites. No safety net. Just me, my phone, and a list of people who may or may not pick up. And yeah—sometimes we get skunked. Straight to voicemail. Crickets. Ego check. But when someone answers? That's where the magic lives. These are real conversations with real people, caught in real moments—business builders, dream chasers, old friends, new connections—all dropped into the spotlight with zero warning. What comes out is honesty, humor, perspective, and those “you can't script this” stories that remind us what connection actually feels like. This series is about more than surprise calls—it's about energy. It's about showing up without a script and trusting that something meaningful will meet you on the other side of discomfort. Sometimes it's hilarious. Sometimes it's deep. Every time, it's real.In this episode, you'll experience:The unpredictability of live, unscripted callsAuthentic conversations that cut through the noiseMoments of connection that turn into momentumA reminder that the best things in life don't come scheduledIf you've ever wondered what would happen if you just picked up the phone and leaned into the moment… this is your show.Tap in, subscribe, and turn on notifications—because the next call could be the one that changes everything.
So I thought we were building something based on trust until I found out that my girlfriend is still hanging out with the exact same guy she used to cheat on her ex with. She honestly thinks I am being insecure, but I told her that I won't just sit around and wait for history to repeat itself while she acts like a total Karen about my boundaries. It is just the most entitled thing I have ever heard for her to expect me to be cool with her grab-and-go friendship with a literal homewrecker, and she seriously figured I would just ignore the massive red flag waving right in front of my face. And then the whole thing exploded when I officially ended it and told her she can go be with him full-time if he is so important. She went into a full-blown meltdown and started crying that I am throwing away seven months over nothing, but it felt like a total win of ProRevenge for my own self-respect when I walked out the door and blocked her on everything. Watching her realize that she won't be able to keep me as the stable backup while she plays games with her old flame was the best decision I have made in a long time. She can't believe I actually followed through with the breakup, but I'm not about to be the next guy featured in her cheating highlights. It is honestly wild how some people think they can keep their toxic past alive and well while trying to start something new with you. We see these kinds of double standards all the time, and it is always a good day when someone finally chooses their peace of mind over a relationship that was doomed from the start. On this Friday edition of Sid & Friends in the Morning, Sid recaps the money meeting held yesterday between Governor Kathy Hochul & local billionaire Ken Griffin yesterday, where Mamdani's ridiculous socialist policies were discussed in length. In other news of the day, the 76-day partial government shutdown - which impacted funding for the Department of Homeland Security - has ended, the New York City Council has passed a package of bills aimed at combatting vaccine misinformation - and expanding access to shots across the city, brazen thieves who moved with the speed and precision of a “racetrack pit crew” swiped more than 250 car parts and vehicles across the Bronx and other parts of the Big Apple, and the New York Knicks eliminated the Atlanta Hawks last night in a historic 140-89 blowout to end the playoff series and advance to the Eastern Conference Semifinals.
