"I'm often asked, as the Chair of the Intelligence Committee, if the threat from China is as bad as it seems. And my answer is always no, it's much worse." Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) joins Trey to discuss how spending over a decade in the Senate has led him to see just how critical of an economic and military threat China is to the United States. He shares why informing the American people of this threat is so important and ultimately drove him to write his new book, 'Seven Things You Can't Say About China,' which further explores why China's rapid military buildup, growing nuclear arsenal, and cyber capabilities should not be ignored. Foreign policy was a major pain point during the 2024 presidential campaign and one thing that could be agreed upon was the global threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party. Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) has written a book, "Seven Things You Can't Say About China" where he aims to give an honest, unflinching look at the threats posed by China. Sen. Cotton joined the Rundown to break down how China became America's most dangerous enemy, the subtle ways China has infiltrated the United States, and how we must respond as a nation. The avian flu is causing massive price increases in the egg industry, with some farms being forced to cull their entire flock to avoid further spread of the disease. The rising costs have been seen in supermarkets across the country, with the average price for a dozen eggs sitting around five dollars. These high prices have trickled down to restaurants too, with many increasing menu prices to keep pace with the climbing egg fares. Chief Operations Officer of Green Eggs Cafe Stephen Slaughter joins the Rundown to discuss the rise in cost for his company, what he has been hearing from his egg distributors, and the challenges that have faced the industry in the last five years. Story #1: In a stunning speech that falls just short of 'tear down this wall,' Vice President J.D. Vance tells Europe that the threat is not from Russia but from within. In response, CBS and Germany show a stunning lack of historical knowledge over Free Speech. Story #2: Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) joins to discuss his new book 'Seven Things You Can't Say About China.' Plus, he addresses the allegations head on that he was undermining the nomination of Elbridge Colby as Under Secretary of Defense for Policy nominee. Ensuring Americans have access to necessities is essential, but what can be done when drug shortages and supply chain vulnerabilities risk people's ability to receive their medications? Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) and Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) discuss how their bill, the Protect Our Essential Medicines Act, would create an interagency task force to focus on the risk of drug supply shortages and take steps to ensure critical medicines are available to Americans, including those needed by the military. Today's show opens with Joe Biden deciding to address the press from the Press Secretary lectern. He wanted it to be clear that he and Kamala Harris are on the same page, singing from the same song sheet and their teams are locked hand in hand. In the meantime, the low-IQ candidate showed her true talents in Detroit when her teleprompter went on the fritz. The FEMA Director complained on the Sunday shows that it's not nice to criticize them. It hurts their feelings. The Legacy/mainstream media also went into full protection mode of the government narrative. Unfortunately, we have way too many first-hand stories from a swath of people, from volunteers, to coordinators to law-enforcement, telling us that FEMA is making things worse. This is by design. To prove that, we play a :90 second clip of a disaster preparedness meeting where they made it clear they are following a Woke agenda and no longer interested in helping the greatest number of people. If we had even a slight hope that the press was doing their job, they would be telling us this. But, they are not. Instead, we not only have to get first-hand testimonials, but also Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) who had to put Kristen Welker in her misinformed place. We start to close the show with Shannon Bream doing a great job of fact-checking Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) on her Fox News show. She also asked him to clarify all of his miss statements, which he answered with the usual non-answer. Our final sound bites both come from Harris sitting in an interview with 60 Minutes. She fails, again, the question about how to pay for all of her desires. Then, we get a word-salad doozy that is so bad, it was deserving of a Deep Thoughts with VP Kamala Harris moment. Today's show opens with a little more information about the GA school shooter, all of it alarming, but because of his political leanings, I am sure the story is going to be gone very soon. The most disconcerting element is word that the mother called the school counselor to warn them a full 30 minutes before the first shots were fired. Kamala Harris, in an effort to look like a regular person, went inside a Penzey's Spices store to an adoring audience. Too bad we remember that the chain sent out an email recently saying Republicans need not shop there anymore. Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist calls is both cringe-worth and hypocritical given Harris is claiming she is for unity. The Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders told Meet the Press over the weekend that Harris is basically lying to appeal to moderates. He fully believes she is a Leftitst as she has always been. A new CBS News/YouGov poll shows Trump expanding his lead over Harris in swing states with likely voters as it relates to the economy and economic issues. The polling, while good news, may also be there to keep people from voting for Trump, making them think he cannot lose. We need to make sure we all vote and make it too big to rig. The self-appointed consigliere of the Biden Crime Family Syndicate went on MSNBC Sunday to keep up the latest Russia hoax. Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) had a much different take on the DOJ indictment of that media company from Tennessee. Remember when Democrats (and everybody else) thought Kamala Harris was a bad Vice President? Bryon York does and writes about it on the Washington Examiner. Over the weekend, Tulsi Gabbard explained that a vote for Harris was a vote for a woke, warmongering cabal of unelected bureaucrats. RFK, Jr. said the Republican Party has become the party of the common man and the middle class, while the Democrat Party has embraced Big everything including war. And Nicole Shanahan said it was a massive eye-opening experience to see the lengths the DNC went to destroy her and RFK's campaign. Trump recalled the undercover recording of the SDNY member of the DOJ saying the cases against Trump were all fabricated and a travesty. The man released a statement that he was just trying to impress a girl. I don't buy it. As we close, Haitians being brought to this country by the Harris-Biden regime are now eating people's pets as well as ducks in the park. Bill Nye used to love carbon and explained why it's the key to life. It's a lot different than he is today with his Green New Deal leanings. Finally, ever wonder what a Kamala Harris moment would sound like at the close of an episode of Seinfeld? Well, today, you get to hear it for yourself. Today opens with some of my thoughts about broaden our own worlds by volunteering and supporting local non-profits in their mission. It's a longer, more philosophical view of how I look at my own world and how it helps with my own analysis of politics and world events. Then we dive into the news! First up, after almost 40 days of hand-wringing, debating, arguing and crying, it looks like the Harris-Walz interview will happen with CNN's Dana Bash. It will not be live and Harris insists on having her emotional support animal there in the guise of the fake Tim Walz. The Harris-Biden regime says they “mistakenly” gave $239,000,000 dollars to the Taliban. This Administration LOVES to try to by friends and allies. Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is denying RFK's request to remove his name from the ballot, yet she is fighting to remove Cornel West's name. The former hurts Trump, while the latter helps Harris. On the heels of endorsing Trump, Tulsi Gabbard appeared on a couple of shows to first explain why she sides with him. She was then asked if our government has already devolved into an oligarchy? She believes we have, with a cabal of folks running everything behind the scenes. The Legacy/mainstream media is all-in on trying to aid Harris, too! Politico wants you to believe that JD Vance is making up a connection between Harris the and the Biden regime. ABC News doesn't even really know what she stands for, needing to be schooled by Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR). The Hill thinks the Afghanistan disaster was due to Trump. Only CNN's Scott Jennings thinks the tandem interview finally announced by the Harris-Walz campaign is going to come across as “weak sauce.” Oh, home prices took another record jump yesterday. Since Harris took office, the cost of home ownership is at its highest in three decades. The median house payment has risen $1000/month and overall housing costs are up nearly 50%. As we close out, in our world of AI, we are going to see more and more attempts at fakery. And, since that's the nom de plume for the Harris-Walz campaign, why not fake a letter from Tucker Carlson to Harris praising her “common sense gun control” schemes. Unfortunately for the kids who run her X account, there are tools to detect AI craftsmanship and that letter was considered 100% AI generated. Carlson even confirmed that to The Gateway Pundit. Kim Strassel, Potomac Watch columnist for the Wall Street Journal editorial page, Fox News Contributor, and author of The Biden Malaise: How America Bounces Back from Joe Biden's Dismal Repeat of the Jimmy Carter Years, joined The Guy Benson Show to discuss Kamala Harris' vision for the country, which she described as a "supersized" version of Joe Biden's agenda. Strassel and Benson also examined how the media continues to support Harris by not pressing her to justify her policy positions, as was evidenced by ABC's interview with Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR). They speculated on the upcoming debate between Trump and Harris, questioning if it will still take place on ABC and which network will secure Harris' first interview as a presidential candidate. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Hunter Biden was found guilty of Federal gun charges in three hours despite having a trial in a friendly city with a friendly prosecutor and jury, the complete opposite of the Stalinist trial Donald Trump faced in Manhattan. No matter what President Biden says he will pardon Hunter after the 2024 election. If we had an honest media that sought to be impartial it would be fantastic, but the media in our country is so thoroughly corrupt and filled with Democrat media hacks who create a fake reality. We are the targets of this manipulation, and this is how totalitarianism works. Also, it has been about 9 months since the October 7 terror attack in Israel, and what has not stopped since is the anti-Semitism and pro-Hamas rallies in our streets and our universities. We are losing our country and our culture because the Islamists are already here thanks to the policies of the Obama and Biden administrations. Later, Mark is joined by National Review columnist and lawyer Andy McCarthy to talk about the Hunter Biden trial and conviction, and the importance of the integrity of our justice system and the consequences of destroying it. Finally, Mark also speaks with Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) to discuss the lies coming from the American media about Israel and the IDF, and the potential vice-presidential choices for Donald Trump. Today's podcast begins with Mike Slater pointing out that the contrarian left in this country has reached a point where they're defending pro-life people because Donald Trump doesn't want a total abortion ban? WHAT?!?! Strange, but true and Slater has all of the information that you'll want to hear on this fascinating moment in our political history.Following that, U.S. Senator Tom Cotton joins the show to talk about his public call for the police and/or National Guard to be brought in to stop the Israeli War protests at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Seems aggressive, but is it? Listen for yourself and let us know your thoughts!
(AURN News) — Love the deals you get on Temu? Well, according to one congressman, the app may be spying on you. In a letter to President Joe Biden, Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) has raised the alarm over the popular shopping app, alleging that the Chinese-owned platform may be "harvesting vast amounts of personal information from American consumers." The senator's letter cites concerns that Temu's data-gathering practices could be "even more dangerous than TikTok's," pointing to a lawsuit that claims the app can access "everything on your phone." Cotton urged the Biden administration to address Temu's alleged ties to the Chinese government, as well as potential violations of U.S. laws and regulations. "As with TikTok and other invasive Chinese apps, Temu has no place in America," Cotton wrote in the letter, referencing the ongoing debate over the video-sharing platform's national security risks. This latest controversy comes amid a broader push to scrutinize Chinese-owned apps over privacy and spying concerns. Google Play recently removed Temu's parent company Pinduoduo's (PDD) app due to the discovery of harmful malware that could access users' biometric data and information about their Wi-Fi networks. Rep. Lauren Boebert (R, CO-3) joins Dan to discuss the latest madness in Washington, D.C. where Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) faces a potential mutiny similar to what led to Kevin McCarthy's demise in the role. The Congresswoman states it will depend on how Johnson packages military aid for Israel, Ukraine, Taiwan and money for reinforcements on our souther border as to whether he survives politically over the next week. Also, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) suggests citizens take matters into their own hands with protesters blocking bridges and roadways, just throw them over the side with force. Dan and Ryan advise NOT to do this and let law enforcement handle it. Or not.
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), member of the Armed Services, Judiciary & Intelligence committees and Author of Only The Strong: Reversing The Left's Plot to Sabotage American Power, joined the Guy Benson Show today to discuss Israel and the recent attacks on the country from Iran. The pair discussed the attacks themselves, as well as Biden's attitude leading up to and after the attacks and how said attitude might have empowered Iran. Benson and Sen. Cotton also discussed funding for Ukraine, Israel, and the impending Mayorkas impeachment articles being brought to the Senate. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the vast majority of the American people support Israel and their efforts to fight Hamas, but the Biden Administration supports Hamas and will not allow Israel to destroy them. 76 years ago, Harry Truman recognized the state of Israel and presidents have recognized our alliance with them until Biden destroyed that bond. The pro-Hamas wing of the Democrat party is demanding a surrender in Gaza that would be worse than our withdrawal from Afghanistan, and by embracing it the Biden Administration is giving aid and comfort to terrorist groups around the world. Also, Mark speaks with Ric Grenell to discuss the shift in U.S. policy to turn on Israel and an administration implying that if Israel does not surrender they are no better than the terrorists that attacked them. Next, Mark is joined by Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) to talk about America's lack of loyalty to our allies under the Biden Administration and the willingness of Democrat Marxists to sell out Israel and call for the removal of Benjamin Netanyahu for the sake of power. Also, following the release of additional Iran sanctions waivers, Scott is demanding transparency from the Biden administration. Mark is later joined by Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) to discuss what Senate Republicans can do to check the endless power of the Biden administration foreign policy acting unilaterally and bypassing Congressional checks and balances. On Sunday afternoon, U.S. Central Command announced that three U.S. service members were killed and 25 injured from a one-way attack drone that hit a military base in northeast Jordan, near the Syria border. “Joe Biden emboldened Iran for years by tolerating attacks on our troops, bribing the ayatollahs with billions of dollars, and appeasing them to no end. He left our troops as sitting ducks and now three are dead and dozens wounded, sadly as I've predicted would happen for months,” Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) said in a statement. It's war, baby, everywhere you look. On this episode of the NTEB Prophecy News Podcast, America has become a powder keg and seems ready to explode. In Texas, civil war between that state and the pro-borderless policies of the Biden administration are coming to a head as citizens militia groups and an armed trucker convoy called ‘God's Army prepare to battle federal forces. As if that wasn't enough, the US military, already exchanging missile fire with the Houthis in the Red Sea, have now been hit by an Iranian drone strike in Jordan, killing 3 soldiers and wounding dozens of others. Many key Republicans are right now calling for all-out war with Iran, will they get it? As America veers towards a seemingly unavoidable conflict with Iran, Israel is still very much at war with Hamas in Gaza. Today on the Podcast we will discuss economic turmoil, cyber warfare, proxy warfare, the technological arms race, and all the nasty things that Klaus Schwab and Bill Gates are up to now.

Nikki Haley to drop out of the GOP primary race on Tuesday after placing second in New Hampshire to former President Donald Trump. Many Republicans believe Haley should leave the race so all available GOP resources can be allocated towards defeating President Joe Biden. Republicans spent over $167 million in losing efforts to defeat Trump in New Hampshire and Iowa, with plans to release millions more in future primaries. https://twitter.com/i/status/1750015374639390818 - Play Video After Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) exited the race Sunday, Haley’s path to the nomination did not appear to improve. In fact, Gov. Ron DeSantis’ endorsement of Trump further consolidated support behind the former president, placing pressure on Haley to also end her fledgling campaign. In all states besides New Hampshire, Trump leads by no less than 30 points. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) said Trump is the de facto GOP nominee moving forward. “Congratulations to President Trump on another decisive win in New Hampshire and becoming the presumptive nominee of our party,” he said. Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) congratulated Trump on his big win Tuesday evening: “To no one’s surprise, @realDonaldTrump won BIG tonight in New Hampshire. President Trump’s message is resonating with voters. It’s only a matter of time until 45 becomes 47. Congratulations, Mr. President!” CEO of the Federalist Sean Davis urged Haley to drop out, noting that if she did not, she would be “fully owned by the left-wing Democrats.” “If Nikki Haley’s primary goal is to defeat Joe Biden in November, she will drop out tonight and endorse Trump. If she continues to stay in a race she cannot win just to attack Trump, then we’ll know she’s fully owned by the left-wing Democrats who are funding her campaign,” he said. Social media influencer Ryan Fournier demanded Haley just give up and drop out. “Nikki Haley is refusing to drop out, claiming “this race is far from over.” It’s been over from the start. You all betted on the worst happening to Trump to secure victory. It’s time to give it up.,” he said. Nate Cohn, the New York Times’ chief political analyst, wrote on Monday the polling undoubtedly shows Haley’s inevitable resignation from the race, so Trump can turn his focus to defeating President Joe Biden. “So, without a monumental shift in the race, he will secure the nomination in short order,” he said. “Too little, too late,” Haley backer and a former chairman of the New Hampshire Republican Party, Fergus Cullen, told the New York Times about Haley’s prospects. “She had to inspire and engage unaffiliated voters, and I just haven’t seen her doing what she needs to do to reach that audience and turn them out in the numbers that she needs.” https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/policy/immigration/2814985/biden-administration-demands-texas-grant-dhs-access-border/ Biden administration demands Texas grant border access following Supreme Court decision The Biden administration has demanded the state of Texas relinquish control of a 2.5-mile strip of land on the border and grant federal agents access following a Supreme Court decision that gave Border Patrol agents to slash state-installed razor wire. The Department of Homeland Security sent Attorney General Ken Paxton (R-TX) a letter Tuesday obtained first by the Washington Examiner in which General Counsel Jonathan Meyer called out the state for its inaction after the highest court rescinded an appeal court injunction and allowed federal police to cut down razor wire fencing in Eagle Pass in order to rescue and apprehend illegal immigrants as they cross the Rio Grande. “The state has alleged that Shelby Park is open to the public, but we do not believe this statement is accurate,” Meyer said. “To our knowledge, Texas has only permitted access to Shelby Park by allowing public entry for a memorial, the media, and use of the golf course adjacent to Shelby Park, all while continuing to restrict U.S. Border Patrol’s access to the park.” Meyer said the Supreme Court decision allowed federal law enforcement not only to cut wire at the border but to be present on the border, the latter of which has not been possible since the Texas National Guard commandeered the 2.5-mile strip of city land and locked out all federal employees on Jan. 10. “As you are aware, yesterday, the Supreme Court vacated the injunction prohibiting the Department from cutting or moving the concertina wire that Texas had placed along the border except in case of emergency, and restored the Department’s right to cut and move the concertina wire placed by Texas in order to perform their statutory duties,” Meyer wrote. “The Department must also have the ability to access the border in the Shelby Park area that is currently obstructed by Texas.” But despite the court’s decision, Texas National Guard soldiers reaffirmed the state’s position Tuesday. Soldiers in Eagle Pass installed more razor wire at the river and laid out more fencing and concertina wire despite the rain that swept through the region Tuesday, according to video. The DHS maintained in its letter that it had the upper ground in terms of legal ground that allowed its personnel to be on city land along the border. It cited the U.S. Code, in which the department acquired permanent real estate interests in and around Eagle Pass in 2008 to build border wall barriers in the vicinity. “Because the Department owns property rights to the areas depicted on the attached map, we demand that you immediately remove any and all obstructions on it,” Meyer said. Border Patrol still has limited access to a boat ramp within Shelby Park despite the state’s initial concession earlier in the land seizure to let agents load and unload a boat into the river. Meyer called for full access to the boat ramp and river. The Biden administration had threatened Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) with legal action on Jan. 14 if Texas did not relinquish control of land, but has not followed up with a lawsuit. “We demand that Texas cease and desist its efforts to block Border Patrol’s access in and around the Shelby Park area and remove all barriers to access in the Shelby Park area,” Meyer told Paxton in the letter. The showdown between state and federal leaders comes 12 days after three immigrants drowned attempting to wade across the river from Mexico on Jan. 12. Border Patrol officials in Eagle Pass were alerted to immigrants who had drowned and two others in distress and attempted to respond but were denied access at a gate into the state-seized land. The state has taken issue with Border Patrol cutting its wire on the basis that the wire would deter and prevent more illegal immigration. Federal law enforcement agents are required to arrest anyone who has illegally entered the country or is illegally present, including those who cross the river and are blocked from continuing up the riverbank by the razor wire. https://www.newsmax.com/world/globaltalk/holocaust-survivors-numbers-report-claims-conference/2024/01/23/id/1150570/ Almost 80 Years after the Holocaust, 245,000 Jewish Survivors Are Still Alive Almost 80 years after the Holocaust, about 245,000 Jewish survivors are still living across more than 90 countries, a new report revealed Tuesday. Nearly half of them, or 49%, are living in Israel; 18% are in Western Europe, 16% in the United States, and 12% in countries of the former Soviet Union, according to a study by the New York-based Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, also referred to as the Claims Conference. Before the publication of the demographic report, there were only vague estimates about how many Holocaust survivors are still alive. Their numbers are quickly dwindling, as most are very old and often of frail health, with a median age of 86. Twenty percent of survivors are older than 90, and more women (61%) than men (39%) are still alive. The vast majority, or 96% of survivors, are “child survivors” who were born after 1928, says the report “Holocaust Survivors Worldwide. A Demographic Overview'” which is based on figures that were collected up until August. “The numbers in this report are interesting, but it is also important to look past the numbers to see the individuals they represent,” said Greg Schneider, the Claims Conference’s executive vice president. “These are Jews who were born into a world that wanted to see them murdered. They endured the atrocities of the Holocaust in their youth and were forced to rebuild an entire life out of the ashes of the camps and ghettos that ended their families and communities." Six million European Jews and people from other minorities were killed by the Nazis and their collaborators during the Holocaust. It is not clear exactly how many Jews survived the death camps, the ghettos or somewhere in hiding across Nazi-occupied Europe, but their numbers were a far cry from the pre-war Jewish population in Europe. In Poland, of the 3.3 million Jews living there in 1939, only about 300,000 survived. Around 560,000 Jews lived in Germany in 1933, the year Adolf Hitler came to power. At the end of World War II in 1945, their numbers had diminished to about 15,000 — through emigration and extermination. Germany's Jewish community grew again after 1990, when more than 215,000 Jewish migrants and their families came from countries of the former Soviet Union, some of them also survivors. Nowadays, only 14,200 survivors still live in Germany, the demographic report concluded. For its new report, the Claims Conference said it defined Holocaust survivors "based on agreements with the German government in assessing eligibility for compensation programs.” For Germany, that definition includes all Jews who lived in the country from Jan. 30, 1933, when Hitler came to power, to May 1945, when Germany surrendered unconditionally in World War II. The group handles claims on behalf of Jews who suffered under the Nazis and negotiates compensation with Germany's finance ministry every year. In June, the Claims Conference said that Germany has agreed to extend another $1.4 billion, (1.29 billion euros), overall for Holocaust survivors around the globe for 2024. Since 1952, the German government has paid more than $90 billion to individuals for suffering and losses resulting from persecution by the Nazis. https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/nyc-mayor-eric-adams-announces-2-billion-medical-debt-bailout-500000-residents NYC Mayor Eric Adams announces $2B medical debt bailout for up to 500K residents New York City Mayor Eric Adams announced on Monday a plan to buy up millions of dollars in medical debt owed by hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers. In what the mayor said would be a "one-time" deal, the city will spend $18 million in taxpayer funds over the next three years to pay off medical debt owed by up to 500,000 residents. Officials estimate that the program will wipe out over $2 billion of medical debt owed in what they call the "largest municipal initiative of its kind in the country." "Getting health care shouldn't be a burden that weighs on New Yorkers and their families," Adams said in a statement. "Since day one, our administration has been driven by the clear mission of supporting working-class New Yorkers and today's investment that will provide $2 billion in medical debt relief is another major step in delivering on that vision. Up to half a million New Yorkers will see their medical debt wiped thanks to this life changing program — the largest municipal initiative of its kind in the country." Medical debt is among the top causes of bankruptcy in the United States, especially for those who lack health insurance. Nearly 1 in 10 U.S. adults (9%), or roughly 23 million people, owe medical debt, according to the Kaiser Family Foundation. The collective medical debt owed by Americans nationwide is estimated by the group to be as much as $195 billion. New York City will partner with RIP Medical Debt, a New York-based nonprofit, to acquire debt portfolios and retiree debt from health care providers and hospitals and erase it, officials said. "No one chooses to go into medical debt — if you're sick or injured, you need to seek care. But no New Yorker should have to choose between paying rent or for other essentials and paying off their medical debt, which is why we are proud to bring this relief to families across the five boroughs, as we continue to fight on behalf of working-class New Yorkers," Adams said. Founded in 2014, RIP Medical Debt uses donations to buy debt from health care providers in bundles at a steep discount. The group uses data analytics to identify debtors who are most in need — households that earn less than four times the federal poverty level or whose debts are 5% or more of annual income — and buys their debt. Those who benefit from the organization's work receive letters in the mail announcing that their debt has been erased, tax and penalty-free. The group has partnered with local governments before, including with Cook County in Illinois to abolish more than $280 million in medical debt owed by residents, but never at the scale of its partnership with New York City. To supplement the city's spending on the program, RIP Medical Debt and the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City are soliciting private donations to raise additional funding over the next three years. https://www.worldofreel.com/blog/2024/1/22/ngsegtq5k078chahr8s3etgus3983p New ‘Jurassic World’ Movie in the Works, 2025 Release Being Eyed A new “Jurassic World” movie is in the works. In fact, it’s so deep in development that Universal is eyeing a 2025 release date for this one. If that’s the case then it wouldn’t come as much of a surprise if it goes into production this year. The good news is that “Jurassic Park” screenwriter David Koepp is back, his last script for the series was 1997’s “The Lost World.” Koepp is set write the script to introduce a “new Jurassic era,” which likely means Chris Pratt won’t be returning as the lead. It’s only been two years since the last one, 2022’s “Jurassic World Dominion”, but Universal’s clearly looking to make more of these films. No director is attached for now, but, the way things are speeding up, one will surely be hired soon.

Carney notes, how could this acquisition be considered a monopoly: “Consider that Chick-fil-A enjoyed $16 billion in sales in 2021, which is equal to Subway-plus-Arby's-plus Jimmy John's” and that “non-sandwiches, of course, compete with sandwiches,” concluding that there is no way to honestly determine Rock Capital has a monopoly like Sen. Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) has been one of the country's most visible Democratic candidates-in-waiting. The aunt of Roni Krivoi, 25, a Russian-Israeli who was one of the hostages released Sunday by Hamas terrorists, told an Israeli radio station Monday that he had escaped and hidden for four days in Gaza before being caught again by Palestinian civilians. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) said during an interview over the weekend that the only way to stop Iranian attacks against U.S. forces in the Middle East would be to launch a “massive retaliation” against the country.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Economist and bestselling author Dr. Thomas Sowell said that relying on the government to enforce so-called “social justice” would only lead to a loss of freedom in an interview with Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro. New data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention show COVID-19 cases are again rising in some parts of the country. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) criticized President Joe Biden for his recent meet-up with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit. President Joe Biden's approval rating is at an all-time low as the Israel-Hamas war and foreign policy weigh on voters' minds a year out from the 2024 election. Today opens with a segment brought to you by Tara Bull on X called, the Top 10 Headlines the media won't tell you. It makes for a good launching point into the rest of my show prep. Once we finish, I jump to an item that didn't make her list and that has to do with the election lawsuit in Fulton County, Georgia. It appears the high-priced attorneys working on behalf of the state who are trying to prevent over 150,000 suspicious, mail-in ballots from being examined, have filed a motion to vacate themselves from the case. Next we spend time mocking MSNBC's Chris Hayes for trying to explain away the Palestinian photo-journalist that went along with Hamas on Oct. 7 to capture image of their atrocities. It's even caused Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) to write a letter to AG Merrick Garland, asking for an investigation to be opened. I've tried to articulate several times why we must not equivocate between Hamas and Israel. I have given the history, the timelines, the backgrounds, my analysis, all that I can think of to explain why the two are not even remotely on similar footing. However, field correspondent Douglas Murray, in a back-and-forth discussion with Piers Morgan, manages to frame this argument in two minutes. Using what we now about the Nazi's attempt at genocide, Murray reminds the world that the German's tried to hide their crime. On the flip side, Hamas was so gleeful in committing their acts, they proudly filmed and shared it with the world. That is a massive distinction to keep in mind. I then play some testimony of a poor, Gazans woman who is happy her son got his wish to become a martyr, because that's what all true believers want. They must rid the world of Jews or die trying. Now, I don't believe everyone in the Gaza Strip is immersed in the culture of death. But, those who want to escape are being attacked by their own Hamas government. Footage today showed escaping Gazans who were gunned down by Hamas in their attempt to get away from the war zone. Hamas must have their human shields, remember. On a positive side, Julia Steinberg, an intern at The Free Press, and a student at Stanford University, testified before Congress about the anti-Semitism that has been released across college campuses. She has come to the realization that DEI policies are to blame. She calls it a caste system meant to divide and set people against one another. Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) has issued subpoenas to the Jeffrey Epstein estate to get flight log released with the names of those who flew on the Lolita Express. That should prove interesting. Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) has decided he will not run for another term. After being lied to about the Inflation Reduction Act, it's obvious he won't stand a chance, so he's bowing out. What I do find funny is in his announcement, he says he plans to go on tour and try to find ways to pull more people to the middle. Nothing says “courage” like standing in the middle of the road. Donald Trump released a statement yesterday saying the attempt in Wisconsin to keep his name off the ballot has failed. He reminds us all why it's important to stand up to tyranny. Finally, we get a satirical song from comedian Jim Gossett, who sings a familiar song, but from the perspective of the many members of Hamas who are seeing what it's like to be dealing with the might of the IDF. Hint, it's a bit “camp”y. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. John Kirby, coordinator for strategic communications at the National Security Council, said the Biden administration is working with the defense industry to increase the production of munitions as concerns grow that the nation's weapon's supply is dwindling. Sanchez baselessly accused DeSantis of forbidding the teaching of racism and slavery in public schools—critiquing the Governor's comprehension of American history. Ironically, Sanchez concludes his editorial by espousing the beliefs of historian Howard Zinn, a Marxist with a history of making unsubstantiated claims, and the Zinn Education Project—even revealing that he uses material from the Zinn Education Project in his lesson plans. Daniel J. Flynn of George Washington University documents Zinn's most outlandish history rewrites. For example, in “A People's History of the United States,” Zinn writes of America's founding: “certain important people in the English colonies made a discovery that would prove enormously useful for the next two hundred years. They found that by creating a nation, a symbol, a legal unity called the United States, they could take over land, profits, and political power.” Flynn notes Zinn completely rejects the idea America was founded on liberty and equality. Why is this being taught to kids in Philadelphia's public schools? 5:45pm- While delivering a speech on Thursday, President Joe Biden made a joke about people thinking he's “stupid” mere moments before forgetting the name of a Congressperson in attendance. 6:05pm- On Twitter, the Associated Press Stylebook recommended not using dehumanizing “the” labeling. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: Disney CEO Bob Iger expressed interest in quieting things down politically. While appearing on Fox News with Tucker Carlson, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis said that Disney's fight with Florida's legislature was initiated by Disney. According to The Daily Wire, “[s]earch results of current widespread protests opposing oppressive COVID lockdown measures in major cities across China were drowned out last weekend by Chinese bots advertising pornography, escort services, and gambling.” Has anyone else noticed that almost all of the 2022 Christmas commercials feature a deceased family member? Why is corporate America bumming us out during the holidays? The Washington Post's Emily Heil wrote a new opinion editorial critical of Elon Musk and the “hardcore cult” of Diet Coke drinkers. While appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, CNN host Don Lemon declared that his television station has never expressed a preference for progressive ideology over any other. Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) implored President Joe Biden to vociferously support anti-lockdown protests in China—even suggesting the administration remove China's permanent “most-favored-nation” status in response to its unconcealed totalitarianism. Bloomberg journalist Bobby Ghosh warned that Iranian soccer players who refused to sing their nation's national anthem at the 2022 World Cup could potentially be in danger when they return home. According to Ghosh, their families have already been threatened by Ali Khamenei's authoritarian government.

Violent crime held relatively steady, ticking down a meager 1%, while homicides jumped 4.3% during 2021, according to an estimate from the FBI' s " Crime in the Nation" report . Why did Republican Senators vote against The PACT Act?! Which would give care and benefits to vets dying from exposure to toxic burn pits in war zones? We checked in with Tim Jensen, combat vet and Grunt Style apparel 1st Sgt, who was spending the night on the Capitol steps in DC for a "Fire Watch" protest. He and millions of other vets are literally ready to fight for this bill, but it seems all the US Senate wants to do is play politics.Republicans claim Democrats put a "budget gimmick" in the bill so they can spend more money on pork projects. Democrats claim Republicans won't pay for vets dying from diseases they developed after fighting wars they voted for.Jensen said, "What we have here is partisan politics, where the veteran is left holding the bag .. only this time the bag is tied to death."We examined who really obstructed over veterans, and Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA). Is he a coward or a puppet ... or both?(Note: Sen. Toomey declined all requests for an interview)And how pathetic voting against this was, especially for Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) who is an Army veteran.Support The #PassThePACTAct movementCall your Senator and demand they VOTE YES! on THE PACT Act (H. On today's Breitbart News Daily podcast, we report all that we know about the shocking Supreme Court leak and the state of abortion rights in America. Pres. Joe Biden gave a disturbing statement on the matter, which we play and analyze for you. JD Vance won the Republican Senate primary in Ohio - we break that down and give you more details on yesterday's primary races. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) appears to have lost her marbles (at least according to the New York Times), Columbia Medical Center is canceling Dr. Oz, Dave Chappelle was apparently attacked on stage during a Netflix event (no, it wasn't Will Smith, at least, we think it wasn't), and much more in the opening. Our guest today is Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) who who gives us some recommendations to the Supreme Court on how to deal with Justice Alito's Roe v. Wade draft leak. Then, we get his take on the whacky Nina Jankowicz and the Dept. of Homeland Security's Ministry of Truth, the chaos at our open southern border, and the increasing likelihood of a global food shortage crisis. And then finally, of course, we'll have our caller of the day.

In today's Breitbart News Daily podcast, we break down Big Joey's awkward and probably ineffective State of the Union address. There were some silver linings, though, by way of hollow - but somewhat encouraging moments - if you were able to get through all the stumbling and bumbling. Pres. Biden acknowledged that we are a nation divided, but apparently he has nothing to do with it, and only a bunch of new government spending can fix what ails us. Okay. We have three guests today, all top notch. First, Rep. Kat Cammack (R-FL), who was in the chamber last night, gives firsthand analysis on the uncomfortable nature of event. She also breaks down why she thinks some sudden policy pivots from Biden will prove to be toothless. Next, friend of the show, Washington Times Opinion Editor Charlie Hurt, discusses the lessons of the late Andrew Breitbart, in particular how his humility was one of his unsung virtues. Then, we get into how some sections of Biden's State of the Union address should offend everyone. Finally, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR), who as a combat veteran has a deep understanding of national security and foreign policy issues, explains how the U.S. - under competent leadership - could have done more to discourage Putin and Russia from invading Ukraine. He also evaluates fundamental mistakes we have made over the last week and continue to make until this moment.

Alex gives his take on Pres. Biden's climate change trip overseas and his meeting with Pope Francis. He then goes into the soaring gas prices across America and how they're affecting the American worker. And then, Alex previews the final hours before the election in Virginia for governor between Glenn Youngkin and Terry McAuliffe. Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) is our highlighted interview and he covers his interaction with the Attorney General last week calling for him to resign. And finally, our caller of the day - Felix from Indiana - tells us how he teaches his kids about taxes through Halloween candy.
Pres. Biden releases the framework of his Budget bill. His initial $$ objective was $2.5 trillion. It's been trimmed to $1.75 trillion. What do members of Congress have to say about it? Attorney General Merrick Garland was ripped by GOP Senators in a hearing with the AG. Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX), Josh Hawley (R-MO), and Tom Cotton (R-AR) took issue with Garland's answers in a House Judiciary Committee meeting several days ago and also the AG's memo to the FBI about "investigating" school board meetings. Viriginia's governor's race gets even hotter!
