C dans l'air l'invité du 18 juin 2025 avec Me Christophe Lèguevaques, avocat au barreau de Paris, défenseur de victimes des airbags Takata.Hier, le ministre des Transports Philippe Tabarot a demandé l'immobilisation de toutes les Citroën C3 et DS3 faisant l'objet d'un rappel lié aux airbags défectueux de marque Takata. Quelques heures plus tard, le constructeur automobile Citroën a demandé l'immobilisation immédiate de tous les modèles de voitures C3 et DS3 encore équipés de ces airbags en Europe, quelle que soit leur année de production. "Compte tenu du contexte, on a décidé de passer les véhicules en 'stop drive' pour accélérer leur prise en charge" et leur réparation, a déclaré à l'AFP le nouveau directeur de Citroën, Xavier Chardon.Cette décision intervient alors que ces airbags défaillants ont fait une deuxième victime avérée en France métropolitaine après de nombreux accidents outre-mer. Une mère de famille est morte suite à un accident sur la voie rapide qui traverse la ville de Reims le 11 juin, et une mineure de 14 ans, qui se trouvait également à bord, a été blessée. En tout, une trentaine d'accidents ont eu lieu sur tout notre territoire, avec également une quinzaine de blessés. Selon le décompte de la cellule investigations de Radiofrance, 19 personnes seraient décédées en France dans des accidents imputés à ces airbags.Me Christophe Lèguevaques, avocat au barreau de Paris, est notre invité. Il nous expliquera pourquoi, selon lui, les rappels de véhicules ont été si longs, et nous donnera son point de vue sur les annonces faites par le ministre des Transports et par Citroën. Il reviendra aussi avec nous sur l'historique, des premiers rappels aux Etats-unis en 2023, jusqu'au moment où Takata a plaidé coupable en 2017, pour arriver aujourd'hui à cette procédure de "stop drive".
