Serious crime numbers have been released. Across the board, serious crime has declined dramatically over the past year. However, a handful of large U.S. cities have seen some of those stats actually climb. We have the details in today's show.In an unusual statement, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said she did not intend to tear President Trump's script for his State of the Union speech when she was still Speaker of the House. The full story is detailed in today's show.California Governor-wannabe, Eric Swalwell, was sent out to appear on the Sunday talk shows. His orders this Sunday were to stir the media one more time to attack President Trump because his Department of Justice is slow-walking the release of all the Epstein documents. Swalwell obviously doesn't care about his reputation for lying because he thinks Americans are too stupid to remember that Democrats controlled all U.S. agencies during Obama's eight years as President and Biden's four years. Why did they not investigate any of this?

Should members of Congress be allowed to trade stocks? I recently saw there was a bipartisan bill presented in the House that would ban lawmakers from trading individual stocks. I feel like we have been hearing about this for years, and according to NPR, “For more than a decade, a series of bills have been proposed to address such trades, but differences about the details and a lack of support from top congressional leaders stalled past reform efforts.” The question is, will this time be different? The bill made me curious though about how active congress was when it came to trading and let's just say I couldn't believe the numbers! In 2022 154 members of Congress made 14,752 trades, in 2023 118 members made 11,491 trades, in 2024 113 members made 9,261 trades, and through July of 2025 108 members made 7,810 trades. That is a crazy amount of activity and I'm not sure how they even have time for that. Their returns were also quite impressive with Democrats producing an average return of 31.1% in 2024 and Republicans producing an average return of 26.1%. For reference, the S&P 500 was up 23.3%. The numbers were quite staggering when you look at the individual performance of some of these politicians. In 2024, Rep. David Rouzer (R-NC) was up 149.0%, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) was up 142.3%, Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) was up 123.8%, Rep. Roger Williams (R-TX) was up 111.2% and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) rounded out the top ten with 70.9% return. These are hedge funds that are beating returns in several cases! Personally, I think it is ridiculous that politicians can trade individual stocks, and I hope there is finally action in Congress that ends it!   There are risks to Nvidia stock that you may not realize! There is no denying what Nvidia has done has been extremely impressive, but one major problem with the company is the revenue is extremely concentrated. Their top customers made up 23% of total revenue in the recent quarter, which was up from 14% in the same quarter last year. Their second largest customer made up 16% of total revenue, which was up from 11% in the same quarter last year. Sales to four other customers contributed 14%, 11%,11%, and 10% of revenue respectively. This means that six customers accounted for 85% of Nvidia's total sales. My concern is what if one of them drops out of the AI arms race or if a few of them pull back spending, that could really slow Nvidia's business. I also believe that China is a risk to Nvidia. While sales have been hindered in the country due to political constraints, I believe many investors are looking to China as an area of potential growth for the company. All I can say to that, is do you really think the Chinese government wants Chinese companies using Nvidia chips? It was reported that Alibaba has recently developed an advanced chip, and I'd assume Huawei and other Chinese companies are racing to compete against Nvidia. While Nvidia stock essentially just keeps climbing, it's important to realize there are several risks that could take the stock down!    Understanding more about AI and why it's becoming more expensive We are no expert on artificial intelligence, but we have learned that while AI has gotten smarter it has also gotten more expensive. It is now broken down into a unit of AI which is known as a token and while the price of tokens continues to drop, the number of tokens needed to accomplish a task is increasing dramatically. There are two basic attributes to AI, one is called training, and the other is AI inference. The increase in cost is coming from the training side that has to use large models and demands even more costly processing. AI applications are using so-called reasoning and new forms of AI double check queries on their answers, which may include scanning the entire Web. Sometimes they write their own programs to calculate things all before releasing an answer that may only be a short sentence. Delivering meaningful and better responses takes a lot more tokens to complete that process. Looking at examples, basic chatbot Q&A requires 50 to 500 tokens. Short document summaries can be used anywhere from 200 tokens to 6000 tokens. Lawyers and paralegals who use legal document analysis require 5,000 to 250,000 tokens. If one is trying to do multi-step agent workflows, well now you're looking at 100,000 to over 1 million tokens. Please understand when we talk tokens we're not talking about anything that has to do with cryptocurrencies, and this is a different token pertaining to AI. Some big companies are spending $100 billion a year or more to create cutting-edge AI models and building out their infrastructure. However, for all that investment there needs to be a return on investment, and businesses and individuals will eventually have to pay more for artificial intelligence. The CFO of Open AI said last October that 75% of the company's revenue comes from your average person paying $20 a month. Currently the cheapest AI models, which includes Open AI‘s new ChatGPT – 5 nano is costing around $.10 per million tokens but go to the top-of-the-line GPT -5 and that costs about $3.44 per million tokens. What they are trying to figure out is what the consumer will pay for AI.  There is also concern about how long the big giants can keep up this spending when they're competing with their own   Financial Planning: 529 Withdrawal Pitfalls A 529 plan is a tax-advantaged savings account designed to help families pay for education costs, with contributions growing tax-deferred and withdrawals tax-free when used for “qualified education expenses” such as college tuition, fees, books, and room and board. A qualified withdrawal avoids taxes and penalties, while a non-qualified withdrawal means the earnings portion (not contributions) is subject to federal and state income tax plus a 10% federal penalty. The IRS also allows up to $10,000 per year, or $20,000 in 2026, per student for K–12 tuition, and under the One Big Beautiful Bill signed on July 4, 2025, Congress expanded 529 qualified expenses to include not just K–12 tuition, but also fees, books, and required supplies for primary and secondary education. However, California does not conform to this expansion and continues to treat K–12 withdrawals of any kind as non-qualified, taxing the earnings and applying a 2.5% state penalty. This mismatch means California families using 529 funds for K–12 costs may face unexpected taxes and penalties despite the new federal flexibility.  Keep this in mind if you are considering funding a 529 plan.   Companies Discussed: Lululemon Athletica Inc. (LULU), Broadcom Inc. (AVGO), PepsiCo, Inc. (PEP) & DocuSign, Inc. (DOCU)

It's Friday, which means we get to open the show with Tara's Top 10 news stories the Legacy/mainstream media didn't cover this week. It's a great chance to run through 10 different news items in rapid fire. We then dive into the positive economic numbers before addressing the organized push by the left to stoke as much fear and fiction as they can over reciprocal tariffs. So, to illustrate their hypocrisy and lack of any real core values, I give you a sound bite from Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) in 1996, Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) in 2008 and President Barack Obama (D) 2018. Then, we pull a quote that predates all of them from Donald Trump in 1988. If you find low-IQ people online asking why Russia isn't part of the tariff announcement, remind them that the U.S. has crushing sanctions in place already that forbids any trade with them. CNN puts paid propagandists on their network as “experts” to keep stoking market fears in an effort to hurt President Trump. However, we are already seeing countries like Israel, Argentina and now Vietnam discussing zero tariffs between nations. Our final news story helps to illustrate what low-IQ politicians exist on the Democrat side of the aisle. Rep. Julie Johnson (D-TX) misses a Joseph Goebbels reference so badly, she thinks the GOP was evoking his name as a compliment, rather than a warning. As we end the show, I spend a few minutes addressing how we might begin to reprogram our own brains away from anxiety and depression into more positive elements of joy and satisfaction. Today's show opens with the Bureau of Labor Statistics once again revising down the employment numbers from all of 2024 by more than 600,000 and then Kevin Hassett, National Economic Council Director, says it may be revised again to make the drop more than one million. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was with Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC and once again told us she was part of the coup to do whatever it took to keep Trump from winning. However, since they failed, she assures us the Democrats will be different this fall when the start campaigning for the midterms. To see how different, we get a montage of them all calling for Elon Musk to be fired. We also find reporters purposely writing hit pieces and smear stories about the core DOGE team, trying to embarrass them for what they may have said back in middle school. However, this time, US attorneys and the DOJ are going to be going after such threats as appropriate. CNN's Jake Tapper says all news agencies have the right to edit material. Well, Jake, there is a difference between editing out a cough that won't change the intent of the original response, versus trying to create brand new answers to interfere in a presidential campaign. While we are still learning more about USAID and how many journalists and news agencies were being paid to propagandize, Musk says we can expect to find even more fraud out of Medicare and Medicaid. Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) says the media and the Left are lying about the DOGE team. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent also corrects the record with the media. Trump doesn't fall for the bait of Time Magazine putting Elon behind the Resolute desk. Instead, he tells the press what a wonderful job Elon is doing. We get to have fun with another episode of Deep Thoughts with (former) VP Kamala Harris. This time, we get her wonderful insights about adaptation and weather. Finally, we end with an announcement from White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt. Continuing to keep his promises, we get a list of all the new tax cuts Trump wants to pass through Congress. Today's show is a big one before heading into the weekend. We start off, as we always do on Friday's, with a run through the news you may have not heard about on Legacy/mainstream media as we dive into Tara's Top 10. On the heels of that, my good friend Kerry Sloan from “We the Female” made an interesting observation about the assassination of the United Healthcare CEO. Where is the usual cry from the Left to ban guns and infringe on the 2A? As the show started, we got breaking news that Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) had been injured on a trip to Europe in honor of the anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. She is in a hospital, but a spokesperson said she was working, just unable to attend the rest of the events. Then I remind you of an exchange between Rep. Clay Higgins (D-LA) and FBI Director Christopher Wray. Higgins wanted to know if there were an Confidential Human Sources embedded in the J6 protesters? Wray would not answer, but indicated there were none and if there were, they didn't do anything wrong. This leads to the just released DOJ IG report on J6. It is confirmed that at least 26 CHS's were in the protest. So, I remind you about the psychology of the mob. Mayor Eric Adams (D-NY) says he is going to work with Trump because we are now missing 500,000 children since the Biden-Harris regime opened our border. He said he must protect everyone, including children and citizens from crime. Tom Homan agrees and says Trump will likely pull Federal funds from cities/states that refuse to follow the law. What a difference two days can make. Suddenly, Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) is interested in taking a pardon if Joe Biden offers. So we remind you again, this time from Rep. Adam “Crybaby” Kinzinger (R-IL) that you aren't offered a pardon unless you did something wrong. The ProPublica heat-piece that blew up earlier this week is now the subject of a piece in The Federalist. They came to the same conclusion I did, that smear just landed Pete in the seat of Secretary of Defense. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AS) is worried that elected Republicans are feeling pressure to do what the voters want when it comes to Donald Trump's nominees and agenda. Well, imagine that! She's upset that she is supposed to represent, not rule. The Biden Administration is trying to auction off all the border materials for pennies to thwart Trump's plan to get back to building the wall. Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick (R-TX), in a brilliant move, is willing to buy them up to have them ready. Finally, Leslie Stahl laments that Legacy/mainstream media is dying and she's not sure how to save it. I offer some suggestions to include no longer being the propaganda wing of the Democrat Party. I'm not worried about them taking my advice. That sentiment is also echoed by the Editor-in-Chief of The Federalist, Mollie Hemingway. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (08/05/2024): 3:05pm- According to reports, Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris has narrowed her decision for a running mate to Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. Over the weekend, Politico reported that Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) warned the Harris Campaign about Shapiro's work on Pennsylvania's Board of Pardons. 3:15pm- On Monday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell over 1,000 points. Meanwhile, Japan's Nikkei plunged 12% —the largest drop since the Black Monday crash in 1987. Rich wonders if the global market is reacting to the wide-spread perception that Kamala Harris could win the 2024 presidential race? Several days ago, during a rally in Atlanta, Georgia, Donald Trump warned that if Harris wins the election, the world could see an economic crash. 3:40pm- Richard Grenell— Former Acting Director of the United States National Intelligence & Former United States Ambassador to Germany—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to talk about tensions escalating in the Middle East. Are we on the precipice of wide-spread global war? Plus, Grenell reacts to Kamala Harris's past pledge to ban fracking. Vance's comments about “childless cat ladies”—explaining that her husband wasn't attempting to criticize anyone but was merely emphasizing how difficult it is to be a parent in the United States. Is Usha the Trump Campaign's secret weapon? 5:15pm- Byron Donalds vs George Stephanopoulos: Congressman Byron Donalds's (R-FL) appearance on ABC's This Week devolved into chaos when “unbiased” host George Stephanopoulos condemned Donald Trump and his campaign's surrogates for saying Kamala Harris has used her racial identity for political gain. While Donalds continually attempted to clarify Trump's previous statements, Stephanopoulos interrupted over and over again. Citing a Politico article, Rich reminds that audience that in 2019—during the 2020 Democrat Primary—it was Democrats that questioned Harris's racial identity. 5:30pm- Why did Robert Kennedy Jr. leave a dead bear cub in Central Park? Kennedy, Jr. released a bizarre video on X Sunday, in which he tells comedian Roseanne Barr about the time he dumped a dead bear cub in New York City's Central Park a decade prior…RFK tells Barr he was on his way there when a woman in a van in front of him hit a young bear and killed it.” You can read the full story here: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/rfk-jr-admits-dumping-dead-bear-cub-central-park-roseanne-barr-listens-bizarre-video 5:40pm- Did Donald Trump just say he thought Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau might be the son of former Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro? 6:05pm- On Monday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell over 1,000 points. John Fetterman is concerned about the possibility that Vice President Kamala Harris might choose his state's governor, Josh Shapiro, as her running mate, and his advisers have privately relayed those worries to Harris' team, according to three people familiar with the conversations. Fetterman's advisers suggested to Harris' team that the senator believes that Shapiro is excessively focused on his own personal ambitions. Some have suggested—sometimes lightheartedly, sometimes mockingly—that Mr. Shapiro has taken his goal of emulating Mr. Obama's example literally. Among the likenesses: They both managed to end up with family dogs named ‘Bo.' And Mr. Shapiro's cadence, rhythms and sometimes even hand gestures can seem so reminiscent of the former president's that some people have started jokingly referring online to Mr. Shapiro, who is Jewish, as ‘Baruch Obama.'” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/08/05/us/harris-trump-election 6:20pm- While speaking with Lesley Stahl, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi vehemently denied that she was responsible for convincing Joe Biden to dropout of the 2024 presidential race. 6:40pm- Todd Shepherd of Broad + Liberty writes: “Gov. In a recent broadcast of MSNBC's program, 'Morning Joe,' ex-Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), conspicuously refrained from fully endorsing President Biden for another term. Rather than actively pushing or discouraging him, Pelosi opted to leave the matter in the hands of the President himself. Pelosi's relatively neutral stance follows a few murmurs within the Democrat House circle, who, dissatisfied with the less than stellar debate performance of the aged leader last month, are questioning whether it would be prudent for him to step aside. Upon being probed for her take on a Biden rerun, Pelosi articulated that, while she would respect whatever Biden chooses, she added the warning that the clock was now ticking. The Democratic National Convention, only a month away, implies a definitive decision should soon be in the offing. In Pelosi's own words, the President is cherished and admired, with many wanting the decision-making power to rest in his hands, rather than hers. These sentiments make it clear that the House Democrats are not yet ready to abandon their leader. In the face of the growing speculation, President Biden has been assertive and resolute in his response. Earlier this week, he reaffirmed his intention to continue campaigning, in a written communication with Democrat Congress members.  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Today's show opens with the most recent hoax created by the Left and is being repeated by the Legacy/mainstream media and their paid stooges on social media. The hoax is called, Trump's Project 2025. It is nothing more than fearporn and a complete fabrication. Even the website is registered to the Joe Biden campaign. Marc Elias is nothing by a bed-wetting operative for the Marxist/socialists in the Democrat party, pushing that narrative. While we are distracted with the incompetence of Joe Biden, we may have missed a few things in the news. The House GOP revealed they have an email showing a connection between the office of New York Attorney General Lettia James and Mattew Colangelo as he moved into Alvin Bragg's NYC DA's office. Colangelo also listed two high-level White House operatives as professional references. Another item relates to California state senate bill 1414 which would make the selling of a child for the purposes of sex a felony. A group of LGBTQ activists testified that such a law would disproportionately attack their community. Now, why would they think that? The floating dock is going to be permanently dismantled after only operating for 21 days. Once again, that one story is a perfect microcosm for the Joe Biden presidency. Getting back to Joe Biden's problems, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was on MSNBC and was asked if she wanted Biden to still be the nominee. She had a politician's response. She said, “I want to him to do whatever he decides to do.” Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS), who is a practicing physician says he and the other doctors in the Legislature have talked about Joe's symptoms. They agree with the Parkinson's specialist who spoke on NBC NOW yesterday. Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO) told CNN he doesn't want Biden to run. He said, “Donald Trump is on track, I think, to win the election – and maybe win it by a landslide – and take with him the Senate and the House.” National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby went on with Brett Baier on Fox News to try to calm the reactions over dementia Joe. Unfortunately, Kirby tried using a story from two years ago as an example of how well he could handle a “middle of the night” emergency phone call. What's worse, the story was horrible even then. George Clooney just penned an Op-Ed in the NYT saying the Biden of the Thursday debate was the same Biden during the big fund-raiser her through three weeks earlier. Funny, no one mentioned Joe's cognitive issues then! George Stephanopoulos got caught on a TMZ hit saying he didn't think Biden can serve another four years. He has been made to apologize for telling the truth. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) is daring Democrats to vote no on the SAVE Act. I also think the vote will be great campaign material and will provide a list of those who need to be primaried if any Republicans do not support the legislation. Finally, even on CNN, they are stating what many of us have said since she was selected as the VP. Donald Trump has been saying this on the campaign as well, that Kamala Harris was selected by Joe and an insurance policy to make sure he wasn't removed from the Presidency. In a letter to House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), White House counsel Edward Siskel reasoned: “The absence of a legitimate need for the audio recordings lays bare your likely goal—to chop them up, distort them and use them for partisan political purposes.” 4:15pm- The Wall Street Journal Editorial Board writes of President Joe Biden's assertion of executive privilege: “The privilege claim is bogus on two grounds. First, once a President waives a privilege right, it can't be reclaimed. Mr. Biden conceded that the interview wasn't privileged, and there's no legal basis to say that a recording is different from a transcript. Even if Mr. Biden had first claimed privilege over the interview, that wouldn't pass legal muster because the interview subject didn't concern his presidential duties or White House deliberations. It concerned his handling of documents while in the Senate, as Vice President, or as a private citizen. Mr. Siskel's claim that the goal is to protect the Justice Department's ‘law enforcement investigations' also doesn't work. Such a claim of law-enforcement privilege typically attends to a continuing investigation, but Mr. Hur's work is complete. He has filed his report and closed up shop.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/joe-biden-executive-privilege-recordings-robert-hur-interview-edward-siskel-265ab86b?mod=opinion_lead_pos2 4:40pm- A Thursday House of Representative Subcommittee hearing devolved into total chaos when Republican Marjorie Taylor Green exchanged insults with Democrats Alexandria Ocasio Cortez and Jasmine Crockett. More Americans are falling behind on payments on credit card and auto loans, even as many are taking on more debt than ever before.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/05/14/business/economy/interest-rates-inequality.html 3:40pm- According to a report from Axios, President Joe Biden and his campaign refuse to believe polling which indicates Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is running ahead of Biden in 5 out of 6 key swing states in the 2024 presidential election. 3:55pm- The beloved Disney character Tinker Bell has become the latest victim of cancel culture. 4:05pm- Rich explains that when it became clear Donald Trump would be the Republican Party's 2024 presidential candidate, President Joe Biden and his administration decided to embrace radical progressive policies—operating under the assumption that election victory would be easily achieved. However, according to new polling from The New York Times, Sienna College, and The Philadelphia Inquirer, Trump now leads President Biden in five of the six key 2024 swing states—Pennsylvania (+3), Arizona (+7), Michigan (+7), Georgia (+10), and Nevada (+12). 4:20pm- Mark Penn—an adviser to former President Bill Clinton and chairman of Harris Poll—says the Biden campaign isn't focused on winning the correct voters. He's attempting to win the radical left, while seemingly forfeiting the moderate/independent vote. Penn explains that the swing voter is worth 2x the value of a progressive voter: “People usually assume that turning out so-called base voters in an election matters most, since swing voters are fewer in number. And it's true that in today's polarized environment, Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump have about 40 percent of voters each and nothing will change those people's minds. But in that remaining 20 percent of the electorate, voters have disproportionate power because of their potential to switch. It's simple math: Take a race tied in the run-up 5 to 5. If one voter swings, the tally becomes 6 to 4. Two voters would then need to be turned out just to tie it up, and a third one would be needed to win.” You can read Penn's full editorial here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/05/13/nyregion/trump-trial-michael-cohen 4:50pm- Women are paying thousands of dollars to participate in “rage rituals.” Why? On today's show, I ask the question if it really is being polite or showing kindness to willfully lie to someone and play into their own self-delusions? How do we expect people to embrace reality if they are allowed to exist in a world of make-believe? At the start of today's excursion through the news, we start with the empty skulls on college campuses who are siding with terrorism and the culture of death. When confronted with facts, they choose to deny them in an effort to make them go away. But, how do we blame them entirely? There are plenty of adults they say who both exhibit the same self-delusions and then encourage more of it. We come to the story of Sandra Doorley, and District Attorney in Monroe County, NY. She refused to pull over after speeding. Instead of cooperating, she threw a massive adult-sized tantrum, revealing her truer nature. She believes she is above the law. But, she is not an outlier. She is emblematic of the whole of governance today. Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) actually invoked her Constitutional authority to file an official complaint against Special Counsel Jack Smith. The complaint, filed with the Department of Justice Office of Professional Responsibility, relates to his clear and illegal efforts of election interference. Onto Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) who lost her mind when a friendly reporter accidentally performed a random act of journalism. MSNBC's Katy Tur should know better than to insert truth, which derails a state approved narrative. DA Fani Willis chose to skip out on a debate for her own re-election coming up in Fulton County, GA. So, The Atlanta Press Club allowed her challenger to address the empty podium. Remember when I said the disgraced and disbanded Disinformation Governance Board wasn't going to just disappear? Looks like the singing propagandist is back! Nina Jankowicz is heading a private disinformation group called the American Sunlight Project. In week two of the Alvin Bragg “hush money” case, it seems the witness is telling us all about Michael Cohen. Of interest, we have yet to hear Donald Trump's name. On a positive, both Oklahoma and Texas have joined Florida in saying they reject the Biden regime's re-writing of Title IX. Middle school girls in West Virginia are now being represented by the WV Attorney General because they chose to forfeit, rather than compete against a boy who thinks he is a girl. Alarmingly, the White House—including President Joe Biden—was not informed of Secretary Austin's incapacitation for more than three days. Equally concerning, while Secretary Austin was in intensive care, Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks was on vacation in Puerto Rico. Will anyone be held accountable for this disastrous breakdown in communication? Secretary Austin released a statement on Saturday addressing the issue: “I am very glad to be on the mend and look forward to returning to the Pentagon soon. I also understand the media concerns about transparency and I recognize I could have done a better job ensuring the public was appropriately informed. I commit to doing better.” While appearing on ABC's This Week with George Stephanopoulos, Rep. While speaking with Symone Sanders on MSNBC, Washington D.C. Inbar is an eminent, influential, and highly cited researcher with a Ph.D. in social psychology from Cornell University. There is no question that he is qualified. Anyone worth their salt doing work on political polarization knows Inbar's name. Inbar also jumped through all the hoops UCLA put up for the job, including submitting a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) statement, which is currently all the rage in colleges and universities. He even shares the politics of the majority of the psychology department. But on his podcast, Inbar had expressed relatively mild concerns over the ideological pressures that DEI statements impose and wondered aloud whether they do harm to diversity of thought. As a result of this petition—signed by only 66 students—UCLA did not hire Inbar. And he's not the only academic this has happened to. Intelligence agencies do this in hopes that the stuff they release will satisfy everyone's curiosity and they'll stop asking questions. These Epstein files appear to be exactly that. This is a limited hangout. A diversion meant to satisfy you without actually telling you what you need to know. They want you to stop asking questions. The final vote was 216 to 210 in favor of vacating the speakership. According to reports, on Tuesday night House Republicans held a closed-door meeting at 6:30pm to determine what steps to take next. But the race is early, and there is widespread concern among different House GOP factions about his health…with a host of House Republican sources cautioning that Scalise's blood cancer diagnosis is causing many McCarthy allies to keep their powder dry, even if his health issues aren't necessarily disqualifying.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/news/mccarthy-allies-say-steve-scalise-has-clearest-path-to-speakership-but-point-to-concerns-about-his-health/ 3:40pm- Speaking from a New York City courthouse, Donald Trump told reporters that he would consider accepting the House speakership position if Republicans thought it would be in their best interest. Today I jump right into a reminder of some of the IRS whistleblower testimony and how it runs contrary to every Joe Biden denial about having business knowledge with Hunter Biden. While the Legacy/mainstream media shows zero interest in doing anything close to journalistic ethics, Hunter's former business partner, Devon Archer, is set to give testimony this week. Remember how the media took the unsubstantiated Steele Dossier and ran with it like it was Gospel? If you don't I bring your a short two-minute super-cut of how they were ALL-IN on it's veracity and never once thought to question it. Now, with the unredacted FBI 1023 form released by Senator Chuck Grassley, detailing with great specificity the bribes paid to the Biden family by the CEO of Burisma Holdings in Ukraine, you'd think it might warrant a segment or two on the national news. Well, you'd be mistaken. In fact, the most I could find was a dismissal from CNN basically saying Senator Grassley put a source at risk over nothing more than a “long debunked” story. Oh? Who debunked it? And how long ago? And what evidence was given to show it was debunked? The GOP showed early on that the Steele Dossier was bought and paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC, but they still believed it to be true. So, what did the FBI present to prove their decade long confidential human source was a liar and untrustworthy? Why keep someone on the payroll, greater than six figures, if he wasn't reliable? You would think those would be the questions asked over the weekend. They weren't. That's why I keep telling you it's no longer worth watching any of the Legacy/mainstream media. Onto the Censorship hearings! I can't make this up. Debbie Wassermann Schultz (D-FL) literally opened the censorship hearing with a call to censor Robert F. Kenney, Jr. When that failed, she still tried to conflate nonsense to make it look like he is an antisemite and a spreader of anti-Asian hate. All of that came from him citing a study, funded by the NIH and published on their website. Thankfully, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) had the very study to read into the record. Later, Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) and Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) tried a different tact. To them, our rights are not unlimited and they are justified in taking down information they deem to be incorrect. Think about that! Democrats admitting your rights are actually limited by the government and that the government should be the ultimate authority over what is considered correct information. Finally we get a quote from Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) from CNN's State of the Union. She said she had impeach Donald Trump because he made that phone call to Ukraine. She said, “There was no choice, we had no choice! He must be impeached.” In light of all of the corruption and payouts from Ukraine to the Biden Crime Family, it's no wonder they panicked over that call. It was one of the biggest CYA moves in recent memory. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. During the interview Ramaswamy also talks about his unique background—growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio with parents who immigrated to America from India, he would eventually graduate from Harvard University where he studied molecular biology. After numerous successes in the private sector, Ramaswamy is now seeking to drive positive economic and social changes via the public sector.

On today's Breitbart News Daily podcast, we report on some of the equally whacky and disturbing information uncovered over the weekend about Big Joey The Biden's chosen leader of our new Ministry of Truth, far-left millennial Nina Jankowicz. Also, Tesla CEO Elon Musk dunked on Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), which we admit, was pretty epic, but he's still a pro-Chinese Communist Party guy who just dealt a major blow to Pres. Trump's Truth Social, and yet, most of the Right is celebrating it. The White House Correspondents Association dinner returned over the weekend. Pres. Biden got mocked a lot, but don't be fooled, Big Joey doesn't even remember going to the event - and in fact, he wasn't quite sure where he was at the time. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) took a delegation of Democrats to Ukraine to meet with Volodymyr Zelensky. A genius move or an escalation with regards to Russia? We discuss in the opening, plus much more. Our guest today is Catherine Engelbrecht, the founder of True the Vote and star of Dinesh D'Souza's "2000 Mules" documentary, which is starting to roll out today. True the Vote's research is the key to the film and Catherine deserves a lot of credit. And finally, of course, we have our caller of the day.

Also, Cherry Creek Schools have decided to remove the valedictorian designation from its top performing students - is this the right move for high schools to make?

Millennials are on the rise, both on the left and the right. But their trajectories have been very different. The young left has had unquestioned triumphs, including Tuesday's New York primary, where a 28-year-old Latina and Democratic Socialist, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, defeated a 20-year Democratic incumbent congressman and supposed heir apparent to Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). The activism of the anti-gun-violence Parkland students is another example of young people on the left being energized. Nonetheless, it's clear that the right has been far more successful in recruiting millennials than the left.   This trend is discussed by this week's Radio WhoWhatWhy guest, journalist Michael Hobbes. Hobbes is the author of a couple of compelling recent stories about these issues, including “The Right-Wing Millennial Machine,” and “Generation Screwed.” They are important touchstones for understanding today's youth politics. While the number of millennials who identify with the right is a small percentage of the population, the number of young people within Republican politics is disproportionately large. It's no accident that the three youngest US senators are all Republicans and that Republican members of Congress are, on average, much younger than Democrats. Donors on the right have been funding a resilient leadership pipeline, while the left has focused on individual causes. As Hobbes points out, the right is building a monolithic political infrastructure, while the left is busy supporting existing institutions. Hobbes tells Jeff Schechtman that 20-something voters should not be seen as political outliers but rather as people who care about the same pocketbook issues everyone else cares about: the cost of housing, the price of education, wages, and healthcare. These are all issues that have directly impeded the social mobility of young people. Hobbes, an important new millennial voice, shatters the myth that our debates today are a war of ideas. We are long past the point where anyone is being persuaded, he says. The right understands this, the left does not. The electorate is simply too bifurcated, and information is too siloed. Success for both sides will come from expanding their base, building organizations, and motivating and turning out voters. The endless 12-point plans laid out, for example by Hillary Clinton, no longer have value in today's political environment. It's not about trying to convince people, it's about advocacy. What the right has learned so well about recruitment is that if you grab them by the wallet, it's a lot easier for their hearts and minds to follow.
