Before he was the Dead Man, he was the Mean Man! Join wrestling superfans Alex Doriot and Travis White on their encyclopedic exploration digging up The Dead Man as we take the time-traveling hearse all the way back to early 1990 for part one of a deep dive on a prequel chapter to The Undertaker's career - his singles run in WCW as Mean Mark. Taker has often downplayed this run in interviews and talked about how there were never any plans for him down south - but was that really the case? Today we have returning guest Andre Brown. Andre & his legal team joined us at the end of 2022 when he was released from prison. Andre spent 23 years locked up after being sentenced to 40 years for two counts of attempted murder in 1999, but he always maintained his innocence. A Bronx, New York, judge overturned the conviction in 2022, citing ineffective assistance of counsel. That allowed Brown, who trained as a paralegal, to begin a new life with his wife and two children in Connecticut, where he gave back to the community.But Brown's world came crashing in on Christmas Eve 2024, when the Appellate Division reinstated the conviction on a legal technicality — meaning he would have to serve the remainder of the 40 years and be returned to prison for another 41 years. Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark & Governer Kathy Hochul have the power to do what's right. At the very least they can resentence Andre to time served and allow him to be with his family. We didn't completely agree. #Rockies have not won a series this 2025 #MLB season. They are the fastest team to 5-0 losses in the modern era. So few MLBers get to 3,000 hits for a career. Is a career with 2,500 hits the new 3,000 hit career? Few players even achieve 200 hits in a season. In order to make it to 3,000 hits you'd need to AVERAGE 200 hits for 15 seasons!  Some of the less-than-3,000 hits for a career players like Johnny Damon with 2,769 career hits didn't get much HOF consideration.
