I've been doing more and more reflecting in the mornings with my coffee. First, I'm reminding myself each morning how much I love mornings. Getting my day started with some prayer time, reading some devotions, other daily readings to not only get me started but also to keep me grounded too. Secondly, it gets my day going in a great direction for the things I want to do and need to do. With me trying to focus a bit more on intentionally focusing on making the most of more moments, it's been eye-opening for me to keep working this way. Also remind ourselves that these “changes” don't have to be huge. They don't have to be posted about on social media. We don't have to share them with others. We just have to put action behind them.
