The Lord of the Rings franchise is held very near and dear to many Kiwi's hearts, and the brand-new retelling of the franchise has been nothing but popular upon it's release.  The Rings of Power had an estimated 25 million viewers tune in for its Season 1 premiere, and it's second season has begun.  It's set thousands of years before the events of JRR Tolkein's novels, with Middle Earth's infamous villain inhabiting a flesh and blood body for the first time on screen.  Australian actor Charlie Vickers plays Sauron, a twist only revealed in the final episode of the first season, as his charismatic Halbrand was unmasked.  The twist was something of a surprise to Vickers as well, as he only found out after they had begun filming.  “I filmed the first two episodes of the show, not knowing I was playing Sauron,” he told Newstalk ZB's Jack Tame.  “And then they called me into their office in Henderson and they said, you're, so it turns out that Halbrand is Sauron.”  “I was left reeling, in a good way.”  LISTEN ABOVE  See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Send us a Text Message.Zhuangzi tells the story of Tian Gen who meets the Man without a Name, one who wanders amongst and between the worlds, in a subtle realm with no borders. But how do we know when we have slipped into a subtle realm? There are a few indications: TIME feels different, flexible and shifting; PLACE is no longer so fixed and determinate; PERSONS manifest a light--or a darkness--depending upon the state they are inhabiting at the moment; and our STATE carries a feeling as if we are dreaming and yet alert and awake at one and the same time. This bonus episode continues to introduce material that will be important for understanding Chapters 23 and 24 of the Fat Monk when they appear. The subject matter is a bit more difficult and dense, but well worth the effort (IMHO) of taking slowly and considering over an extended period of time. Here is a link for those who would like to access the whole of which this episode is merely the final half of a précis.http://tinyurl.com/publicsenseofnonsenseErrata:a) The word "Frodo" is missing when the Nazgul and Weathertop and Frodo's temptation to slip the ring onto his finger is mentioned.b) The poem that concludes the episode was written by JRR Tolkein. SHOW NOTES:Xiaoyao Xingzhe, the self-styled carefree pilgrim, has lived and worked all over the world, having crossed the Gobi in a decrepit jeep, lived with a solitary monk in the mountains of Korea, dined with the family of the last emperor of China, and helped police with their enquiries in Amarillo, Texas.FAN MAIL is. a new feature now available to leave feedback on episodes, love or hate them. 256. The Top Ten Books for Growing Christians

The Rob Skinner Podcast

Play Episode Listen Later Mar 25, 2024 16:21

With so many books out there, it's easy to get paralyzed and confused as to what to read.  Today, I'm going to share the top ten books I would take with me if  congress declared a law that said people can only own ten books.  These are the books that have changed my life.  The Top Ten Books for the growing Christian.   Leaders are readers.  Everything you want to become or achieve by definition is something you will have to learn to do or imitate from someone else.  The quickest path to get there is to read and imitate those who have gone before you.  John Wooden, who coached his UCLA team to 10 NCAA basketball championships, was a reader.  On the day of his middle school graduation, his father gave him $2 and a card with the following advice: 1. Be true to yourself. 2. Help others. 3. Make each day your masterpiece. 4. Drink deeply from good books, especially the Bible. 5. Make friendship a fine art. 6. Build a shelter against a rainy day. 7. Pray for guidance and count and give thanks for your blessings every day. This is a great list, but I want to concentrate on item four:  Drink deeply from good books, especially the Bible.  Here are a couple of things to note about this advice.  First, he mentions good books.  There are a ton of books that aren't worth reading.  You know you are reading a good book if the following criteria are met: ·        You can read and reread it ·        It inspires you to action, change or imitation ·        It moves you ·        It typically focuses on principles that are useful in a variety of situations ·        It's often been around a while and has a reputation for being good Secondly, Joshua Wooden highlights the Bible as especially unique.  The Bible meets all of the above criteria while adding: ·        A clear path to eternal life ·        How to know who God is, what he is like and what he expects of us ·        Comfort, encouragement and guidance in life Reading won't necessarily make you a great coach, but it will increase your chances of making this life count.  I'd like to give you my top ten list of good books.  These are books that I've read and reread many times.  I've read many books and these have impacted me greatly.  I will classify them by genre. ·        The Bible.  This goes without saying, but there is a reason we should be reading, rereading and memorizing this on a daily basis.  If we don't read anything else, this is the one book that we need to know cover to cover. 1.       Spiritual Book:  “The Imitation of Christ” by Thomas A'Kempis a.      This is my most read book outside of the Bible.  “Spiritual Formation” is a buzzword in Christian circles today.  A'Kempis wrote the book on spiritual formation 500 years ago.  Written by a man living in a monastery, it is filled with scripture and insight into living a godly and holy life.  I can't read it without getting completely convicted about the state of my interior life, motivations and sinful nature.  Two bits of advice when starting this book:                                                  i.      Read it one chapter a day along with your Bible.  This is a book for meditation and consideration not rapid consumption                                               ii.      Get past the age and religious bias against this book.  Yes, he was a Catholic monk.  Yes, it's an old book.  However, human nature doesn't change and the issues he deals with in this book are as relevant as the day it was originally printed. 2.      Time management and priorities, “The One Thing” by Gary Keller a.      Keller is the founder of Keller Williams Real Estate Corporation.  He helps us get out of the weedy third soil by advising his readers to daily ask themselves the question, “What's the one thing I can do such that by doing it everything else will be easier or unnecessary?” b.     This book will enable you to overcome paralysis caused by too much information, distraction, busyness and other demands that can overwhelm us. 3.      Personal Growth:  “How to fail at almost everything and still win big” by Scott Adams a.      Adams created the Dilbert cartoon series.  In this book he shares about his life, medical challenges, setbacks and successes and offer suggestions on how to find a path for growth that fits how God made you.  Some of the ideas that I go back to over and over again:                                                  i.      Develop your “Talent Stack.”  You may not have legendary talent in one area, but through grit and determination you can become really good at five or more skills.  The combination of five “pretty talented” areas is remarkable.                                               ii.      Use affirmations.  I find this advice an updated and repackaged version of Jesus' teaching on faith in Mark 11:24, “…Whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” 4.     How to build your faith level and become more optimistic.  “The Power of Positive Thinking” by Norman Vincent Peale. a.      Peale wrote this book while working as a church minister.  He borrows scripture from the Bible and creates a “crossover” book that helps non-disciples apply Jesus' teaching on faith to tackle real world problems like making money, getting promoted or anything else.  As a disciple, this book has incredible value in both the spiritual and secular parts of life.  Since Jesus said, “According to your faith will it be done to you” in Matthew 9:29, we should be constantly looking for methods of increasing our faith in an increasingly cynical world.  Peale offers sound advice on how to build a firm foundation of faith. 5.      Books on Relationship Building.  “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie.  a.      This is the GOAT (greatest of all time) when it comes to building and developing relationships.  Your Friendships, business relationships, family relationships and relationships with non-believers will start multiplying and deepening when you put Carnegie's lessons into practice. b.     Carnegie's advice to be interested in people and ask questions is worth the price of the book alone.  This trait is completely missing in about 90% of the people I meet and leads to dead, one-way relationships.  Assimilate this one tip and you will immediately distinguish yourself as a friend magnet. 6.     Books on money and money management.  “The Millionaire Next Door” by Thomas Stanley.  a.      This was a tough one.  There are a lot of books on money out there.  I've never been great at handling or saving money.  In order to compensate for this weakness, I've read a ton of books on money management.  This area is an example of how knowing more won't make you better, it's all about practicing time-honored principles.  The reason why I like Stanley's book is that he devoted his life to understand how rich people get rich.  The paradoxical message is that most rich people got that way by not acting “rich.”  They save money from every paycheck, never pay more than $10 for a bottle of wine, and don't drive fancy cars.  Instead of reading mind-numbing insight on the benefits of hedge-fund investing, it helped me identify and imitate the key traits of people who were better at money management than me.  It's paid off for me. 7.      Fantasy books.  “The Lord of the Rings” trilogy by JRR Tolkien a.      My mom was an English teacher and she would bring home books from her classes for me to read at home.  I became a fantasy fan by reading from Robert Heinlein and JRR Tolkein.  I remember reading “The Hobbit” and falling in love with fantasy.  Upon rereading Tolkien's work, I'm struck by how writers have gotten much better over the last 100 years.  Tolkien needed a good editor to cut out entire chapters of his trilogy.  Peter Jackson did a great job reducing the trilogy to its essential content in his movie series.  However, the Lord of the Rings is still the gamechanger when it comes to fantasy.  All other books are measured against his groundbreaking “world-building” novel.  Another side benefit is the messianic theme running throughout the book.  This book honors courage, masculinity, sacrifice and brotherhood in an age where these qualities are often under attack. 8.     Biography.  “The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt” by Edmund Morris. a.      I've read so many great biographies that this was hard to choose.  Morris highlights Roosevelt's journey from sickly, weakling childhood to robust, vigorous, and courageous manhood.  In the past, people learned from biography as the primary source of instruction.  I couldn't help but be both inspired and called higher by Roosevelt's conscious labor to become a better man.  Here is his counsel on how to overcome fear:                                                  i.      “at the outset almost every man is frightened when he goes into action, but that the course to follow is for the man to keep such a grip on himself that he can act just as if he was not frightened. After this is kept up long enough it changes from pretense to reality, and the man does in very fact become fearless by sheer dint of practicing fearlessness when he does not feel it.” 9.      Books on mindset.  “As a man thinketh” by James Allen a.      The King James Version of Proverbs 23:7 reads “As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.”  This book develops the idea that our outer, physical world is simply a reflection of our inner, mental or spiritual world.  Nothing is more relevant for a strong disciple than this concept.  Paul echoes the importance of taking charge of our thought life in 1 Corinthians 10:5, “…we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”  This book went on to form the foundation for so many other books like “Think and Grow Rich” and “The Secret.”  Each one is built on the idea that if you change your thinking, you will change your life.  If you don't like to read, you'll like this one.  It's a tiny book.  10.   Books on Marriage.  “The Seven Principles for making marriage work”  by John Gottman. a.      This book is the best of all books on marriage.  He studied marriage in his “love lab” and found out how to predict whether a couple would be stay married or divorce with over 90% accuracy.  The principles of strong marriages and the traits of weak marriages offer a pathway to a life of ever-strengthening love.  One of the primary triggers for me to seek God originally was my desire to have a successful marriage.  The combination of God, God's word and advice from books like Gottman's have enabled me to exceed my most fanciful wishes. 11.    Other notable mentions a.      Any book by Brian Tracy.  His books repeat over and over, but his best is “Maximum Achievement.”  You will hear echoes from this book in his other books. b.     I would hate to be limited to only ten books.  I read voraciously and don't want to give the impression you should cap your reading at only a few.  But I'd like to leave you with a few more thoughts:                                                  i.      It's better to choose a few “good books” and reread them than to simply hope the next book will offer a silver bullet for your problem.                                               ii.      Find a way to take in more reading.  Many people are limited by their reading ability or lack of desire to read.  There are so many ways to take in good reading.  Chief in my mind is audiobooks.  Even if you don't like reading, you can gain the benefit of books simply by listening to them read to you.  Find a way to love reading.

Craig considers the 2001-2003 Peter Jackson movies to be the greatest blockbuster trilogy of the 21st century. But he also wonders why so many great movie series must go through birth-growth-renaissance-decadence-death. Craig starts with the roots of LORD OF THE RINGS in Norse and Germanic mythology, looks at the JRR Tolkein books of the 1950's, the attempts to adapt the books (including one by the Beatles in the 1960's directed by Stanley Kubrick (!!), Peter Jackson's ultimate adaptation, then the works like THE HOBBIT trilogy and the recent Amazon series THE RINGS OF POWER that came after.  Ultimately Craig feels hope lies in the final part of the cycle:  rebirth.

Our spiritual lives, the Christian life, is a life of waiting, specifically, waiting on the return of our King, Jesus, so that He can right all the wrongs in this world, and in the words of JRR Tolkein, “make everything sad come untrue”.  Now, waiting in the Biblical sense isn't a sit on your hands and do nothing sort of thing, though – it's a very pro-active approach to life, striving toward knowing God, while at the same time, getting our own agendas and ideas out of the way and watching Him move toward His ultimate purpose for our lives, and for His glory.  In this text, James teaches us that we should wait for the Lord, wait like a farmer, wait like a prophet, wait like Job, and to be confident that in the end, we'll experience something worth waiting for. Jesus is coming back to bring those He loves to Himself.  His gift to us is more than health and wealth and temporary happiness.  God's greatest gift to us is God Himself.

There seems to be an innate desire in the human heart to hear—and to tell—good stories. It seems to be the way we are wired. Stories entertain us. They communicate ideas. They are powerful. They shape our identity. And we are hardwired to appreciate and retell them. The Christian view is that our love of stories has been given to us by our Creator. It was God who has designed us to value stories. And there is a way of using stories to capture the imagination of people, in order to share, and even defend the Chrstian worldview. In this episode, we're going to talk first about this method, called imaginative apologetics, and then we're going to do a deep dive on how you can use really great stories to help your kids understand the biblical view of the world. We are going to answer the question, “How can stories help you defend your Christian faith, and pass it on to the younger generation?” Today you're going to hear from Michael Jahosky. This is Mike's third time on the show. He is a Tolkein scholar and writes on those great authors, JRR Tolkein and CS Lewis. And he is going to help us understand the importance of capturing the imagination of our listeners, as we're defending our Christian faith… and how to do the same thing when we're seeking to teach our children the Christian worldview… through excellent stories. If you want to learn a new method for defending your faith effectively, or if you want some solid recommendations of stories to read to your kids that won't corrupt their minds (like so many books out there), but will actually help them to think more biblically and become spiritually stronger, this episode is for you. And if you just want some good book recommendations, Michael Jahosky has got you covered. Questions we'll answer today include: What is Imaginative Apologetics and how does it help? How does Imaginative Apologetics actually work? Why do parents need good tools for teaching their kids the Christian worldview? Which books by JRR Tolkein and CS Lewis should you be reading to your kids? What are the benefits of teaching your kids about the concept of “mystery?” (Not the genre… the theological concept). And what are some other stories that can help your children grow in the Christian faith? If I have a spacious and spritely spirituality, Dr. Regis Martin is partially to thank. He was my first ever theology professor, and he opened my eyes to this magical universe so alight with wonder. I found my 20-year-old notes from his class, and read the first line I wrote: “The first premise of Christianity is an OPENNESS to Reality.”Today Regis and I will do some of our own wondering and wandering through these sparkling spaces. I'll ask him about this worldview which Richard Rohr has called Alternative Orthodoxy, or even panentheism–something we called the “sacramental imagination.” What does it look like to believe in the Universal Christ, the Logos that inhabits all things? How did this sacramental imagination inspire writers like JRR Tolkein, Flannery O'Connor, Walker Percy, and CS Lewis? What changes when we know our own fundamental goodness? That we are all “walking around, shining like the sun”?I'm bringing with me some of the notes I wrote down from Theology 101, which in itself is a delicious primer:

Time. It's quite possibly our most precious resource, and one that many of us feel we never have enough of. With what can seem like a million things all clamoring for our attention at once, trying to figure out how to prioritize our time and use it wisely can feel overwhelming and well-nigh impossible. Perhaps the solution lies in changing how we look at time in the first place. Kathrine Christ, MIA, CTC, CDBC, the executive director of the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants (IAABC), joined me to talk about how the words of a literal wizard help her use her time with greater deliberation and intentionality.

But here's hoping that your safe and cozy for the holidays, and we've put together a little something here to listen while you wrap the presents. It's another old school two hander episode to send you off into 2022. Katharine Coldiron is here. Katharine is an author and a film critic who has written a book about Plan 9 from Outer Space. It's a part of a series of monographs about cult films. You'll get all the details on the interview, and I highly recommend them. The Plan 9 book is great, very illuminating, and I know a lot about Plan 9, but Katharine's book really managed to articulate stuff about the film that I had always felt but couldn't quite put into words, if that makes any sense. Katharine Coldiron talking about Plan 9 and other films that are so bad they're great. Also, Martin Olson is here. Marty is a writer, an author and a musician. I have known him since I started in stand up way back in the day in Boston Massachusetts. Marty is here to talk about his new book, The Encyclopaedia of Hell, Vol. 2, the Conquest Of Heaven, which basically reads like the novelization of a terry Gilliam film he hasn't gotten around to making yet. Or if JRR Tolkein was a comedy writer. Or.. well,. Listen to the interview and judge for yourself. And of course, True Tales From Weirdsville takes a deep dive into my favorite Christmas movie, John Carpenter's The Thing!

His ankle is almost back to normal so Zoom karate has resumed and term three has just begun with in-class tuition back after a protracted lockdown/virtual experience. Melbourne having now set the record for the most days in lockdown globally also experienced an Earthquake just to make sure noone dropped their guard. Jimmy is still on cloud nine after Melbourne's first AFL grand final in 57 years and somehow located an old jersey which he's trying to determine the value of. There is mention of Degrassi Junior High and also some US Tennis Open anecdotes as well as a brief Olympics review, given so may sporting events since the previous podcast recording in July. Kooly describes his school's "battle of the bands" submission and we hope to share video of this via our socials very soon. Tommy discusses some interesting weather events in New York and in the "What gets Tommy's Goat?" segment, he unloads on New York restaurant Toilet signs for employees. Bronx bombers (ie NY Yankees) get a mention and also the fact that Tommy is about to venture into the Bronx for a Cross Country meet for his eldest boy at Van Cortlandt Park (where they also play social cricket incidentally). As Middle-earth seeks balance and peace, the forces of evil remain very much in play. While Frodo and Sam make a beeline for Mount Doom, the Fellowship and their forces fight for survival. About his epic Lord of the Rings trilogy, writer JRR Tolkein said: “the tale grew in the telling.” That phrase crossed my mind more than once while I spoke with Matt Campbell about the legendary "Ghost" played on May 22, 2000 from Radio City Music Hall. Mini episodes are usually structured to last about 25 to 30 minutes, but as I spoke with Matt about Phish in 2000, this version of Ghost, and his love for the 2.0 era, it became clear that if I were to edit the conversation to  30-minutes, it would be a disservice to the conversation, to Matt, and to all of you.Like some other guests on Attendance Bias, I got in touch with Matt through the Phish community on Twitter. I noticed that in conversations, responses, and cross-talk, Matt would always stand up for 2.0 Phish. It didn’t matter which song, which jam, or what the conversation was--he seemed to be the go-to guy for all things 2.0. He even compiled a collection of thoughts, media, and publications of all things from the 2003 February and summer tours. Obviously he had a lot to say.Even with his love for 2.0, I was surprised but not shocked when Matt picked the Radio City "Ghost."  A legendary jam at a busy time in the band’s career, there’s a lot to say about it.So enjoy my conversation with Matt Campbell about the Radio City Ghost from 5/22/00 at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

This week we Return to the Cringe with special guest Joe Raik and the conclusion of our conversation about The Lord of the Rings! Last week we leaned heavily on our love and affection, so of course this week will be a closer look at what parts of Middle Earth make us flinch: the narrative importance of blood purity, the flatness of the female characters, and Frodo's fan base amongst the alt-right against Tolkien's record on racism. On the bright side, we make time for Ultimate Boyfriend Samwise Gamgee and the many memes of our childhood. SUPPLEMENTAL LINKS:PodCastle.com: Senator Bilbo by Andy DuncanRadioLab: The Ring and INational Geographic: There’s No Scientific Basis for Race—It's a Made-Up Label by Elizabeth KolbertSlate: Bilbo Baggins is a Girl by  Michelle Nijhuis SPONSORS:Click here for your free 30-day trial with Audible! We are live on the Internet - come be our friend!Facebook: @CringeBenefitsTwitter: @CringeBenefitsInstagram: @cringebenefits Guest: Joe RaikWatch Joe in the New Webseries DEAD ENDERS Host/Producer: Abby WildeTwitter: @AbbyWildeInstagram: @AbbyWilde

Time to take a long expected journey with actor and director Joe Raik as we delve deep into JRR Tolkein's seminal masterpiece, The Lord of the Rings. As is fitting a saga of this stature, we simply couldn't complete our quest in one episode. Brett -Confusion over titles of demon races and finally picking up the concepts that were introduced in the first book. Super grim dark. -A character that goes from a child to an adult over the course of a series, which can be troublesome for a series. -Not for the faint of heart, but the characters were more developed than Joe Abercrombie’s First Law characters -Scott’s Magic Yeti -Chuck was in the hunt for high fantasy that wasn’t grimdark but not epic, but more like D&D fantasy of the 80’s. -What has changed in the last 30 years? -It depends on the fantasy you read; Josh wasn’t compelled to read Priori of the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon because of the prose and POV shifts. -An overload of characters from that book. -Josh also read The Shadow of What Was Lost (Licanus Trilogy) by James Islington -It was a boy going on a Hero’s Journey with two different types of magic and a bit obvious. -Josh recommends The Way of Kings (Stormlight Archives #1) by Brandon Sanderson (of course) -Working title for The Way of Kings was Writing This for Josh. -Chuck chose Web of Eyes (Buried Goddess Saga #1) by Rhett Bruno and Jamie Castle -Josh explains the indoctrination into Stormlight is much like Scientology…. -Scott did not like most of the characters, but he liked Shallan. -Scott reacted differently to The First Law trilogy than Josh. -Chuck was curious about the concept of the generic character, but there’s an appeal there. -Robert Jordan’s Wheel of Time starts as a clone of JRR Tolkein’s The Lord of the Rings but diverts after the first book. -Magic system fatigue. -Follow along with the Everyman™. -Bernard Cornwell’s Saxon Tales series has parallels to A Song of Fire and Ice – magic. -A discussion of explaining the magic or not (hard v. soft). -Josh explains Mistborn series by Brandon Sanderson -Josh then explains Stormlight magic… Anyone read some steam punk? -Josh started The Windup Girl by Paolo Bacigalupi -Scott and Chuck read some Cherie Priest Clockwork Century novels -Deadwood with Magic would be fun. -Chuck enjoyed Stephen King’s The Outsider, but Josh did not like the show. -Scott loved Naomi Novik’s Temeraire series, which is a mix of fantasy and historical fiction -Josh surprisingly enjoyed The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August by Claire North - [1:03:31] Closing remarks Coffee and Concepts Writer’s Journey Storytelling  *** Become a Medium today! https://keystrokemedium.com/mediums/ Don't forget to Like and Subscribe and get involved with the mayhem and shenanigans in the live chat! http://www.youtube.com/c/keystrokemedium If you have any thoughts or ideas for show topics or if you have authors you'd like to see on the show, let us know. Alex BoastAlex Boast is a young British writer, born in Ipswich, raised in Surrey and living in London. He has an MA in Creative Writing and is constantly improving his skills by writing on  Arvon Foundation (https://www.arvon.org/) . He has a love of ghost stories and references H P Lovecraft and Stephen King as influences as well as J R R Tolkein. Alex had been working in health marketing which necessitated frequent global travel and due to the Coronavirus epidemic, he was laid off. Fortunately that made him focus more on his writing, so every cloud has a silver lining. He has just been commissioned to write a horror movie script based on the Irish legends of the Banshee.  This is only the second interview Classic Ghost Stories Podcast has done with a living author, but we figure there are more of you out there, so if you write ghost stories and want to have them appear in Classic Ghost Stories Podcast then get in touch. If you want to read Alex's story, you can get it from Amazon  here (https://amzn.to/2xKaWMO) The Men in the SnowInevitablly when you read a new story, you try to catalogue it with others you have read. On the podcast now we have read a wide range of stories written by authors born in the 18th, 19th, 20th, and soon the 21st centuries. Styles change of course When I read the Men in the Snow, I was struck by the weirdness of it. We don't know if the perceptions of the young girl narrator can be relied on. Some of them seem distinctly odd; her father sitting reading the paper in the kitchen who never moves and never speaks. Her mother who yells at her to stop shaking and later disappears. The newts in the pond, her only friends. So it starts off as purporting to be a naturalistic, realistic story, but then gets shunted off into the odd. This is something I find with  Robert Aickman (https://amzn.to/3dRE05z)  too. His settings are ordinary, mundane almost, and seem to be naturalistic, but he injects the unnervingly odd into them. The other story that popped into my mind was  The House of Leaves (https://amzn.to/3dTK6Cx) by Mark Z. Danielewski. This was because the house in The Men in the Snow changes size. If you don't know the House of Leaves you should read it. In fact, our narrator is growing larger, the house isn't shrinking! And as for the advancing angry eyes... So, it was great to have a modern story and greater still to interview Alex. I hoped you liked it as much as I did. And finally,By the time this episode of the Podcast goes out, we should finally be seeing some light at the end of the tunnel of the Coronavirus epidemic. I hope you and yours (and me and mine) all come through it safely.  Take care Tony Support Us!Ways to support Tony to keep doing the show: Share and rate it!
