Dr. Tiffany Moon isn't just breaking stereotypes — she's rewriting the script.   In this episode, Dr. Tiffany Moon — board-certified anesthesiologist, founder of Aromasthesia, and former cast member of Bravo's Real Housewives — opens up about what it really takes to balance ambition, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and public scrutiny.   From immigrating to the U.S. at age 6 to graduating from college at 19 and medical school at 23, where she finished in the top ten percent of her class, to launching a wellness brand rooted in science and self-care, Tiffany's story is as raw and relatable as it is inspiring.   We cover: The culture of overachievement and how it can become an emotional cage The silent weight of perfectionism in high-achieving women How childhood trauma shaped her relentless drive and how she's healing from it Why asking for help isn't a weakness — it's a strategy The behind-the-scenes reality of being a doctor and a reality TV personality Why she's choosing presence over perfection in parenting, career, and business   Plus: Why even the most “put-together” people struggle with self-worth How Tiffany balances a medical career with being a mother, wife, and founder Why her social media presence is as real as it gets and why that matters   Tiffany also shares the surprising impact of being on reality TV, not on her brand, but on her identity, and why she now uses her platform to champion authenticity, self-care, and breaking generational cycles.   This is an honest, unfiltered conversation about legacy, self-awareness, and the courage to define success on your own terms.    Tiffany Moon, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist, entrepreneur, keynote speaker, mother of twins, and author of Joy Prescriptions: How I Learned to Stop Chasing Perfection and Embrace Connection. She is also the founder and CEO of Aromasthesia Candles, Three Moons Wine, and LeadHer Summit. A scientific team comprising a neuroscientist, forensic psychiatrist, attorney, and a science-trained medium embarked on a groundbreaking journey. They interviewed 19 mediums, each with unique abilities, to delve into the urgent questions about humanity's spiritual development. These questions, formulated by the Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies (BICS), challenged the spiritual world to assess humanity's spiritual progress since the time of Allan Kardec (1857). The questions explore whether humans have progressed spiritually in the past 167-plus years, and if not, who is to blame? Has the spirit world failed humanity, or have humans failed, either by themselves, sabotage, or impediments by corrupted spirits and earthbound entities? One underlying concern is whether humanity's technology has outstripped its spiritual development, placing itself at risk of extinction. The mediums contacted the highest spiritual entities, including The I AM, St. James, and Allan Kardec, to address these questions. The scientists took a revolutionary approach to interviewing mediums by encoding the questions as numbers and then presenting the numbers to the mediums as questions. Crown Council Mentor of the Month | Helping Dental Teams Build a Culture of Success

Dr. Kemmet grew up on a farm near Tappen, ND where his father farms and runs a water/irrigation well drilling company.  His father jokes that he stayed in the family business drilling holes.  The rest of Dr. Kemmet's family, his mother and sister, are registered nurses.  It is easy to see why dentistry, with its hands-on, practical application to medicine was a draw to him with his solid North Dakota born and bred background!    Uniquely, Dr. Kemmet attended a boarding high school in West St. Paul, MN, St. Croix Lutheran High School, then received his degree in Chemistry from NDSU in Fargo.  He went on to receive his degree in Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis in 2007.  Dr. Kemmet initially practiced in South Dakota for nearly 3 years with the Indian Health Service before joining a residency program in Oklahoma for an additional year after that.  He then moved back to Minneapolis for 2 years and worked for a large private practice group dental office, as well as for Children's Dental Services, a low-income high-need dental service where he practiced throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul area in Head Start facilities, grade schools, and middle schools.    In 2012, Dr. Kemmet made the decision to move back “home” to North Dakota.  To him, Minot was the perfect blend of city and country. He purchased the dental practice of Dr. Curtis Kumpf, and within 18 months had relocated his practice, freshly redesigned by his friend Chris Hawley, to its current location in the heart of the Town & Country Center Mall.    Dr. Kemmet loves family time with his wife Grace and their three children, two dogs and cat. They are always finding ways to road trip for a hike in the mountains, fishing with his friends for charity, or finding a concert to attend. His life hobby has been prairie dog “hunting” which really is just long-distance precision shooting. They are currently enjoying gardening, home renovations, and anything else they can do together.  Professionally Dr. Kemmet doesn't seem to know the meaning of slowing down. He is always looking to advance not only his own knowledge, but the field of dentistry itself in the rapidly changing field of airway related dentistry and growth and development, where his passion lies. He has mentored classes at Spear Education in Scottsdale Arizona since 2010 in areas from same-day crowns with CEREC technology, to treatment planning, and now focusing on Airway.   In addition to running Kemmet Dental Design, Dr. Kemmet is working to change how dentistry is taught in ND. It was Dr Kemmet's vision of helping our community of dentistry in ND through increased access to dental hygiene and assistant training.  He believes we have just scratched the surface of where we need to be.  He has a goal to double our Nursing classes in Minot as well as triple our Dental Hygiene and assisting classes to help alleviate our national shortage and grow our community.  To accomplish this, he envisions a full dental hygiene clinic where extern dentists from regional dental schools can complete their training and current dental assistants and hygienists from other areas in our country can also learn expanded function dentistry. This would help alleviate the demand for dental services in west and northwest ND and help our city and state residents with the best care possible.  Fires start with a spark, and he has no shortage of fire in his passion for dentistry.  Marvel Comics has pitched a new superhero movie, though Dr Kemmet doesn't want anyone to think that this is fantasy.  It's for real life, as Bluey would say.

Enthusiasm for the use of hormones to ameliorate symptoms of perimenopause and menopause has waxed and waned over the years. Both treatment for symptoms and training of women's health care practitioners in the management of menopause have sharply declined since publication of the Women's Health Initiative initial results in 2002. Findings from that trial, which treated a population of older, asymptomatic patients, have been extrapolated over the past 21 years to all estrogen products, all menopausal women, and all delivery mechanisms. Our patients deserve a more nuanced, individualized approach. Conjugated equine estrogens and medroxyprogesterone acetate are no longer the predominant medications or medications of choice available for management of menopausal symptoms. All hormones are not equivalent any more than all antiseizure medications or all antihypertensives are equivalent; they have different pharmacodynamics, duration of action, and affinity for receptors, among other things, all of which translate to different risks and benefits. Consideration of treatment with the right formulation, at the right dose and time, and for the right patient will allow us to recommend safe, effective, and appropriate treatment for people with menopausal symptoms.Dr. James A. Do you feel really down or unmotivated to work in particular months? This is something millions of people worldwide experience, which is called Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD. We have Dr. Norman Rosenthal on the show today, the person who named this condition. Dr. Norman discusses his decades of research on SAD, how he discovered light therapy as an effective treatment for SAD and more.   In this episode, we talk about: Dr. Norman's book about Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) SAD and its treatment with light therapy Symptoms of SAD, like bad mood and low energy  Ways to maximise the usage of light boxes at home or anywhere to improve mood Importance of getting enough sleep when dealing with SAD An example of how light therapy helped one of his patients feel much better    Memorable Quotes “SAD is one of those conditions that you could easily miss if you're not aware of it. You've got August, September; people are doing well, and then gradually, they begin to lose their functioning. They're slower, they're sleeping more, and they're eating more. And it doesn't just announce itself one day; it's a gentle transition into what can end up being a very disabling condition.” “When I say suffering, you may be slacking off on your job… If you're an actress, you may not generate the kind of buzz needed to galvanise the audience. Whatever it is, you're probably not going to do it well because it takes some kind of interpersonal pizzazz to get people engaged, and it's very hard to muster when you have SAD.”   BIO: Norman E. This episode was fascinating. I think we learned more in this one podcast than maybe any other conversation we've had. Dr. John Neustadt has an international reputation as a Doctor, researcher, and integrative medical expert on the topic of Osteoporosis. He became renowned in his field through his nutritional medicine research, clinical work, books he wrote, and his work with the FDA on evaluating the use of natural products for the potential treatment of rare diseases. He has developed million-dollar businesses, educated physicians on improving patient outcomes and the general public on how to make sure they're getting the care they need and the results they want, and now has his own line of supplements to treat the adverse effects of Osteoporosis. Dr. Neustadt has published more than 100 medical articles, written four health and wellness books and is now a #1 Amazon Best Selling Author in the field of Osteoporosis. His most recent book is, Fracture-Proof Your Bones: A Comprehensive Guide to Osteoporosis. We love the fact that Dr. Neustadt is working to educate other physicians on using functional medicine with their patients. Dr. J (as we like to call him) is a highly sought out speaker at medical conferences he was recognized as one of the Top Ten Cited Authors in the world for his work. Over the years he has specialized in hard-to-treat, chronic degenerative diseases through an integrative approach that emphasizes identifying and correcting the underlying causes of disease. AND He was the first naturopathic doctor to be voted Best Doctor among all physicians in his area. When the award was announced, the local newspaper stated: “It is noteworthy that Dr. Neustadt did not win ‘best naturopathic doctor;' he won best doctor. Today, he is the Founder and President of Nutritional Biochemistry, Inc. (NBI). And let me tell you what...this man, genuinely, want to heal people and educate the general public (and doctors) how to ensure quality care is provided and received. In this episode Dr. J teaches us: Osteoporosis is a disease in which the degenerative forces are "winning" and outpacing your body's ability to build new bone. Essentially, you're losing bone density at a faster pace that new bone can be rebuilt, increasing your likelihood of fracture. The bone is a living and dynamic tissue and there are things what we can to build the bone back up and reverse osteoporosis. We also have to be weary of what breaks bone down. A bone density test is the primary test modern doctors use to measure of the effects of osteoporosis today and the only tool most doctors speak to their patients about. However, new research reflects that the dangers of osteoporosis largely occur due to factors other than loss of density. Many medications we are prescribed today weaken our bones and put us at risk for osteoporosis. These medications include those that treat depression and acid blockers. It is recommended you read the inserts that come with your prescribed medications or ask the pharmacist to see if there is an osteoporosis related side effect. The mediterranean diet has been shown to reduce the risk for osteoporosis by 20% and reduce hip fractures by 21%, the most dangerous type of fracture. With every forkful of food you are either feeding the disease or improving your health. Dr. John has a mission and so do we! We want you to be the best version of yourself. That means we want you to be strong and healthy so you can rock midlife! THIS Is your time! And we want to give you the tools and resources to get unstuck and create your best life ever.
