This week on the Mark Levin Show, rouge federal district judges are issuing nationwide injunctions against President Trump's voter-supported policies. These judges overstep their constitutional authority, seizing power from elected branches by imposing policy preferences disguised as legal rulings, particularly on immigration and executive actions. The one big beautiful bill passed by the House would limit judges' ability to enforce contempt citations and would require plaintiffs to post financial bonds for injunctions. There's skepticism of any deal with Iran that doesn't destroy their nuclear sites and centrifuges, as they'll still get nuclear weapons like North Korea did. Iran's weak economy and defenses make now the time to act, but a deal lifting sanctions will let them rebuild. Any agreement must be a treaty and go to Congress—it's a constitutional necessity. If a deal is reached Iran will eventually announce they have a nuclear weapon, causing a Middle East proliferation crisis. Their ideology ignores mutually assured destruction, driven by a belief in the afterlife, and they'll never reveal all their nuclear assets to the world. Finally, the U.S. Constitution and historical documents like the Federalist Papers do not grant the judiciary, including lower federal courts like the U.S. Court on Trade, the final authority in disputes. Congress, as the representative body, holds the ultimate decision-making power, particularly in matters of national policy. The judiciary's self-assumed power, stems from cases like Marbury v. Madison (1803), asserts that the framers intended the courts to act as "traffic cops" ensuring other branches stay within their constitutional lanes, not to usurp their authority. Congress, not the courts, should have the final say, aligning with the republican structure of the government. If the Supreme Court does not stop what these lower courts are doing, and quickly, Mark is going to lead a movement to pressure Congress to remake the lower courts. Learn more about your ad choices. It's the latest monthly Molly mashup where Molly Jong Fast of Fast Politics fires legal inquiries at Harry, and Harry counters with political questions. The two trade vantage points on the Qatari "Palace in the Sky," with Harry explaining its illegality and Molly its political inanity. They move on to the pasting Trump is getting in the courts, and Molly's sense of his quickly declining popularity. Molly explains why Dems are likely to take the House in the midterms. And both concur that as damaging as the first few months have been, his chance at actually replacing our constitutional democracy with an authoritarian state has passed him by. Lots more besides! Well-read, well-spoken, and well-dressed, Anton has done more than many realize to shape U.S. policies and political thought in the Trump Era. Meanwhile, Trump seems to sour on Putin and takes flak from some for not catching wise on Putin. But will he suffer any political consequences? Closer to home, Elon Musk throws in the towel on DOGE in light of a spending bill passed by the House. This week, the hosts discuss the trajectory of a former/fellow Claremonster, Russia, and runaway federal spending. Plus: tech and media recommendations!
Well, what do you know? As the Royals were shopping around for ballpark locations they just decided to start spending hundreds of millions of dollars buying up properties. Somebody affiliated with the team now owns the $164 million mortgage on the 119th street property in OP and there is no way this is a coincidence or unrelated to a new stadium. But it also may have zero to do with the Royals wanting to go there. We explain all the inner workings and details. No matter what, this news comes at the perfect time to put pressure on every city and county in both states that are trying to lure the teams. And this was needed. Let's get this all wrapped up, please. Dr. Jill may have to testify if her underlings refuse to do interviews with the House. Same for Hunter. This is all about the auto pen and who was actually running America. AMC Theaters stock went up nearly 20% after a record setting Memorial Day weekend.... the movies are making a comeback. Noah Cameron pitches another gem for the Royals and is off to the best start of any pitcher in Royals history. Bill Self talks about his crazy great freshmen Darryn Peterson and settling the new rules for college sports. Travis may be looking to pop the question with Tay Tay and what's going on with all Jack in the Box locations closing in KC?

On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, rouge federal district judges are issuing nationwide injunctions against President Trump's voter-supported policies. Afterward, the Trump administration's Middle East trip was a globalist foreign policy, which involved active engagement with other nations. Interventionism is different from globalism; they do overlap but aren't identical. Interventionism is negotiating peace between Ukraine and Russia or engaging with Iran. Also, who is the senior Trump administration official who keeps leaking to Axios and driving an intentional wedge between America and Israel? They're undermining Trump and the purported purpose of the negotiations with Iran. NSC, DOJ, and the FBI need to open up a leak investigation. Later, Trump's actions against Harvard are patriotic and long overdue. Harvard and similar institutions promote Marxism and Islamism, discriminating against Asian students (as ruled by the Supreme Court), and historically providing cover for Nazis in the 1930s. Cutting federal and state subsidies and urging major donors to reconsider support is the way to address these issues. In addition, Gov Ron DeSantis calls in to discuss Convention of States movement. He explained that Congress's failures, driven by politicians' reelection incentives, require structural changes like term limits and a balanced budget requirement. DeSantis dismissed fears of a runaway convention, noting that amendments need three-fourths of states to ratify, ensuring only popular reforms pass. DeSantis also explains that cutting a deal with Iran is dangerous. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week, Scott sat down with the AI-oriented Lawfare Senior Editors Alan Rozenshtein and Kevin Frazier to talk through the week's top AI-focused news stories, including:“Oh Sure, Now He's Into Free Trade.” President Trump has repealed the Biden administration's rule setting strict limits on the diffusion of high-end AI technology, opening the door to the global transfer of the technologies powering U.S. AI development, including advanced chipsets. And we're already seeing results of that policy in a recent deal the president signed with the UAE that would work toward the transfer of advanced semiconductors. How should AI diffusion fit into the broader global strategy surrounding the AI industry in the United States? And what approach does the Trump administration seem inclined to take?“Paving Over the Playing Field.” House Republicans recently included a provision in a House bill that would have preempted state efforts to legislate on and regulate the AI industry for a decade. Is this sort of federal preemption a prudent step given the broader competitive dynamics with China? Or does it go too far in insulating AI companies and users from accountability for their actions, particularly where they put the public interest and safety at risk?“Speechless.” A federal district court in Florida has issued a notable opinion of first impression in a tragic case involving a teenager who committed suicide, allegedly as a result of encouragement from an AI bot powered by the company character.ai. Among other holdings, the judge concluded that the AI's output was not itself protected speech. Is this holding correct? And what impact will it have on the development of the AI industry? In Object Lessons, the AI Guys went surprisingly analog. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/28/2025): 3:05pm- In a hidden video interview conducted by Project Veritas, Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee David Hogg and former Biden Administration staffer Deterrian Jones revealed that Jill Biden's Chief of Staff Anthony Bernal “had an enormous amount of power.” Jones continued: “The general public wouldn't know how this man looked, but he wielded an enormous amount of power. I can't stress to you enough how much power he had at the White House.” 3:15pm- While appearing on CNN, Alex Thompson—Axios reporter and co-author of “Original Sin: President Biden's Decline, Its Cover-up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again”—revealed that Biden Administration cabinet members were not confident that Joe Biden was capable of handling a “2 am crisis,” if one were to occur. 3:30pm- On Wednesday, President Donald Trump was asked: “Do you still believe that Putin actually wants to end the war?” Trump said he doesn't know for certain but suspects Russian President Vladimir Putin may be “tapping us along,” in which case “we'll respond a little bit differently.” 3:40pm- The One Big Beautiful Bill: While speaking with CBS News's David Pogue, Trump Administration advisor Elon Musk said he was “disappointed” by the Republican spending bill that recently passed in the House. Musk suggested the enormous spending bill undercut DOGE's efforts. He joked: "I think a bill can be big or it could be beautiful. But I don't know if it could be both." While speaking to the press on Wednesday, President Trump revealed he's “not happy about certain aspects” of the bill but likes other parts—specifically tax cuts. 3:45pm- During an interview with Charlie Kirk, Senator Rick Scott (R-FL) revealed that he would vote “no” on the One Big Beautiful Bill Act in its current form—and it does not have the support necessary to pass in the Senate. Republican Senators Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Ron Johnson, and Josh Hawley are also believed to be against the bill in its current form. 3:55pm- On Wednesday, President Donald Trump took questions from the press and addressed his administration's decision to completely strip federal funding from Harvard University. Trump declared “Harvard has been a disaster.” Trump has called on the Ivy League university to prioritize the education of American students, eliminate anti-Semitism on campus, and hire faculty representing a diverse ideology. According to a 2023 Harvard Crimson poll, only 2.5% of Harvard's faculty openly identified as “conservative—with 77% labeling themselves as “liberal” or “very liberal.” 4:05pm- Will Chamberlain—Senior Counsel at the Article III Project & Internet Accountability Project—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the Trump Administration's decision to end federal funding for Harvard University and NPR. Both Harvard and NPR are now suing the administration, but who will win in court? 4:30pm- Daniel Turner—Founder and Executive Director of Power The Future—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his organization's investigation into former President Joe Biden's usage of the autopen. Turner explains that Power the Future concluded that there is “no evidence” Biden had knowledge of several executive orders related to progressive climate initiatives—consequently, they should be deemed null and void. You can read more here: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/watchdog-finds-no-evidence-biden-knew-crucial-climate-eos-demands-answers-who-signed-autopen. 5:05pm- Susan Crabtree—RealClearPolitics National Political Correspondent & Author of the book, “Fools Gold: The Radicals, Con Artists, and Traitors Who Killed the California Dream and Now Threaten Us All”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss two female Secret Service officers getting into a physical altercation with one another while stationed outside of former President Barack Obama's residence. A pioneer of the American thrash metal movement, Mustaine formed Megadeth in 1983 after his departure from Metallica, where he served as lead guitarist and co-songwriter. With Megadeth, he has released sixteen studio albums, sold over 50 million records worldwide, earned six platinum certifications, and won a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2017 for the title track of Dystopia. Known for his intricate guitar work, snarling vocal style, and lyrics exploring war, politics, and personal struggles, Mustaine remains a towering figure in heavy metal. He is working on his 17th album. Mustaine is also expanding his family's wine venture, House of Mustaine, and mentors emerging artists. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy has long been a pusher of junk science, especially when it comes to research around vaccines and autism. So it should come as no surprise that he appears open to revisiting the decades-old FDA approval of the abortion drug mifepristone, at least in part based on a report from a conservative think tank that was neither peer-reviewed, nor published in a medical journal. What the report in question conveniently contradicts more than 100 peer-reviewed studies that show mifepristone is safe to use and effective. Jessica Valenti, author of book ‘Abortion: Our Bodies, Their Lives, And The Truths We Use To Win,' joins us to talk about the state of reproductive rights in the U.S. with President Donald Trump is back in power. And in headlines: Trump again walked back his threats for steep tariffs on the European Union, Russia unleashed another massive drone and missile attack on Ukraine, and Republican Senators throw cold water on the House version of Trump's spending and tax plan — a.k.a. the Big Beautiful Bill.Show Notes:Check out Jessica's book –https://tinyurl.com/2zs7jfszSubscribe to the What A Day Newsletter – https://tinyurl.com/3kk4nyz8What A Day – YouTube – https://www.youtube.com/@whatadaypodcastFollow us on Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/crookedmedia/For a transcript of this episode, please visit crooked.com/whataday
