Daily Halacha Podcast - Daily Halacha By Rabbi Eli J. Mansour

**Today's Halacha is dedicated f or the refuah and haslacha of Ronnie, Sharon, Eli and all the children of CARE** Is it possible to kosher a blender for Pesah, and, if so, how is this done? A blender consists of three parts – the grinder, the jar, and the base in which the motor is situated. The base just needs to be thoroughly cleaned to ensure that all residue of food is removed. If the jar is made of glass, then it, too, needs simply to be cleaned, as glass does not absorb Hametz. If, however, the glass is made from plastic (as most blenders are nowadays), then it might require koshering, depending on the circumstances. If it had been used with only cold Hametz, then it needs only to be thoroughly cleaned, since cold food is not absorbed by the walls of a utensil. If, however, the blender was used with hot Hametz, such as to prepare hot cereal, then the jar must be koshered with hot water. The precise method of koshering depends on how the blender had been used. If one had poured hot water in the blender and then added the cereal, then the blender absorbed Hametz as a Keli Sheni ("second utensil," as opposed to the original utensil in which the water was heated). Therefore, it suffices to pour boiling water from a Keli Sheni into the utensil. If one had first placed the cereal and then poured the boiling water, then the blender absorbed Hametz as a result of hot water poured from its original utensil. Therefore, one should kosher it by pouring on it boiling water directly from the kettle. However, since most people do not always remember how the blender was used, it is preferable to perform standard "Hag'ala" by immersing it in boiling water. This is the ruling of Hacham Ovadia Yosef. According to some Poskim, the immersion should be done three times, because plastic must be treated like earthenware (which must be immersed three times). The grinder must be thoroughly cleaned and then immersed in boiling water. Special care must be taken to remove all pieces of food, as oftentimes some small particles can get stuck inside grinder. Summary: To kosher a blender for Pesah, one must thoroughly clean the entire apparatus – the base, the grinder and the jar – and then immerse the grinder in boiling water. If the jar is made from plastic, then it, too, should be immersed in boiling water, preferably three times. If it is made from glass, it does not need immersion in boiling water, and it suffices to ensure that is perfectly clean. If one knows that the blender was never used with hot Hametz, then even if the jar is made from plastic it does not require koshering.

(Piano music stops) Welcome to Ten Things I Like About… I'm Kiersten, your host, and this is a podcast about misunderstood or unknown creatures in nature. Some we'll find right out side our doors and some are continents away but all are fascinating.  This podcast will focus ten, ten minute episodes on different animals and their amazing characteristics. Please join me on this extraordinary journey, you won't regret it. The fifth thing I like about bats is migration. Yes! Bats do migrate, well some bats migrate. Have you ever wondered why you see bats in the spring and summer and not in the winter? Many microbats either migrate or hibernate, while megabats may migrate from area to area following the fruiting and flowering seasons. In this episode we will investigate the ways bats cope with colder weather in temperate regions or the non-fruiting season is tropical areas. Let's start with a quick definition of migration. Migration is a mass movement of living creatures from one area to another. It is often seen seasonally and can be influenced by available resources. Birds will migrate north in spring following available food resources and seeking optimum breeding grounds. They will migrate south again for the winter as the northern regions cool down diminishing food resources. Male tarantulas will migrate much shorter distances in fall searching for female mates. Bats that rely on insects can either migrate from northern regions to southern regions where the insects are still active in, or hibernate in place during the colder months of the year. The insectivorous bat species of North America choose one of these two options. The Mexican Free-tailed bat, one of the most plentiful species in southern United States, also known as the Brazilian Free-tailed Bat, is a migrator. They will spend the warmer parts of the year in the United States traveling as far north as Northern California all the way across the country to South Carolina. Here they hunt insects at night and roost in caves or bridge overpasses during the day. They travel and roost in huge colonies and some roosts can number in the millions. It's quite a sight to see them exit their roosts come sundown. If you are ever in an area where you can do this, do it. It is something you don't want to miss in your lifetime. Come colder temps in late fall when insect activity begins to slow, Mexican Free-tailed bats begin to depart. They are heading to Central and South America, following warmer temperatures. They will find caves and other enclosed spaces to spend their days until spring and summer roll around again when they will head north . The Big Brown Bat, another insectivorous species found in North America, is a permanent resident where it is found. And they are found all over North America from Mexico to the northern border of some Canadian provinces. They are much more tolerant of colder temperatures and will hibernate as opposed to migrate. As insect activity wanes they will search for secure hibernating structures. We call these hibernaculums, and Big Brown Bats are not terribly picky. When I was researching my thesis, I found Big Brown Bats in the cave where I filmed the Tri-colored Bats. They were much closer to the entrance of the cave where temperatures were colder and less humid than the interior where the Tri-coloreds where found. Big Browns will hibernate in groups, small or large, or as individuals in caves, abandoned or little used buildings, attics, walls, even under tree bark. They are generalists that are quite adaptable to their environment, which is why they are one of the most widespread bats in North America. Not all migrators are insectivorous bats. The Lesser Long-nosed Bat migrates from southern Mexico to the Southwestern states of the US. They are nectar eaters and they follow the blooming flowers. They don't come up too far into the United States but they love the flowering cactus and agave plants of the lower desert regions. They come up just after the rainy season in spring that jumpstarts the blooming season in the desert. There is actually a Community Science Project called Backyard Bats that is ongoing in Arizona with the Arizona Game and Fish Department. This project asks you to monitor your hummingbird feeders overnight to determine if nectar is going down during the night. If it is you may have visiting bats! For those of you in Arizona, I will leave a link in the show notes so you can participate in this project. European bats have similar choices when dealing with changing temperatures. The Lesser Horseshoe Bat found in Europe is a permanent resident where they are found. They utilize hibernaculums in the winter and separate roosts in the warmer months. So, we could consider them short distance migrators. They travel only about 5 to 10 kilometers or 3 to 6 miles between the different sites. They are active during peak insect activity. The Greater Mouse-eared Bat, an insectivorous bat found in Central Europe, is classified as a partial migrant. Partial migrants fly over 100 kilometers, or 62 miles, from winter to spring roosts.  What about fruit-eating bats that don't have to worry about changing seasonal temperatures? They migrate. They don't migrate as far as some of our insectivorous friends in North America, but they still travel following food. They are a bit more like permanent residents because they stay in the same region, but they travel around that region following the blooms and fruits in trees. Most will roost together so you can see large groups of bats flying through the sky searching for ripening fruits. This movement is impacted by available food and also by the rainy season. To migrate or not to migrate? Another amazing adaptation that makes bats even more fascinating. Thanks for traveling with me through this episode because my fifth favorite thing about bats is migration.   If you're enjoying this podcast please recommend me to friends and family and take a moment to give me a rating on whatever platform your listening. Summary: To this day, bats have been one of the most misunderstood animals. Join Kiersten as she reveals what bats are and begins a new series about these amazing creatures.   For my hearing impaired listeners, a complete transcript of this podcast follows the show notes on Podbean   Show Notes: “Bats in Question: A Smithsonian Answer Book,” by Don E. Wilson Music written and performed by Katherine Camp   Transcript (Piano music plays) Kiersten - This is Ten Things I Like About…a ten minute, ten episode podcast about unknown or misunderstood wildlife. (Piano music stops)   Kiersten - Welcome to Ten Things I Like About… This is a podcast about misunderstood or unknown creatures in nature. Some we'll find right out side our doors and some are continents away but all are fascinating.  My name is Kiersten and I have a Master's Degree in Animal Behavior and did my thesis on the breeding behavior of the Tri-colored bat. I was a zookeeper for many years and have worked with all sorts of animals from Aba Aba fish to tigers to ravens to domesticated dogs and so many more in between. Many of those years were spent in education programs and the most important lesson I learned was that the more information someone has about a particular animal the less they fear them. The less they fear them the more they crave information about them and before you know it you've become an advocate for that misunderstood animal. This podcast will focus ten, ten minute episodes on different animals and their amazing characteristics. Please join me on this extraordinary journey, you won't regret it. This series is near and dear to my heart. We will be delving into the world of bats. To this day, this species of animal remains one of the most misunderstood in the animal kingdom. Despite all of the PR efforts of researchers, naturalists, and photographers, humans still cannot look past some of the myths about bats. But we will start off with the firstling I like about bats, what they are. As I mention in the opening of each series, I earned my Master's of Science studying the breeding behavior of the tri-colored bat. This is a small species of insectivorous bat native to eastern North America. I studied them in the state of Georgia. I was already enamored of bats before I undertook this research, but working up close with these tiny creatures solidified my love of them and expanded my respect for them as a species, so this series of Ten Things I Like About….is all about the misunderstood bat. Let's start at the beginning. What is a bat? Loyal listeners, you know where this is going. We are going to start off with some taxonomy.  Bats are classified under Kingdom Animalia, Phylum Cordata, Subphylum Vertebrata, Class Mammalia, Order Chiroptera, Suborder Megachiroptera, Family Pteropodidae, Suborder Microchiroptera, and under Microchiroptera there are many more families.  What does all this classification tell? Kingdom Animalia means bats are animals as opposed to plants or invertebrates. Phylum Chordata puts them in a group of living beings with a central flexible rod supporting their dorsal side or back. Subphylum Vertebrata means they have an internal skeleton that supports their body. Class Mammalia puts them in the same class as us. Bats are mammals which means they have hair on their bodies, they give live birth, and they nurse their young with milk. Order Chiroptera is the order specific to all bats and Chiroptera is Latin for hand-wing. There are two suborders for bats, Suborder Megachiroptera is the group of larger bats (mega kind of gives that away) and Family Pteropodidae refers to the Old World bats that are found in Africa, Asia, Australia, and the Pacific Islands. Family Pteropodidae contains around 45 genera and approximately 200 species of fruit-eating bats. The second Suborder of bats is Microchiroptera which includes the smaller bats (hence micro) and the over 900 species of bats classified as Microchiroptera that are found all over the world.  Now we know that bats are mammals, let's take a look at Chiroptera. Why was this word used in association with bats? If you break it down, chiro means hand and pteron means wing, giving us hand-wing. Those of you that are not driving while listening to this episode, take a moment and search for bat anatomy on the internet or in book, yes books still exist. Take a good look. Does the pattern seem familiar? Take a look at your own hand. Do you see it? That's correct. Bats have the same bones in their wing that we have in our hand, leading us back to Chiroptera or ‘hand-wing'. This is actually one of my favorite classifications in Class Mammalia. It makes a great talking point and links bats directly to humans which goes a long way to dispelling some of the fear people have of bats. A future episode will be dedicated to discussing and debunking the myths and fears surrounding bats, but I will say that 99% of those fears are misconceptions. Including the one that says bats are flying rats. Bats are not rats with wings and the classification proves that. Bats and rats are included in the same Class Mammalia but they diverge, which means they separate, at Order. Rats are classified in Order Rodentia. All rodents are in a separate order from bats and as scientific processes for collecting data have advanced over the years, each test, including DNA, reenforces the fact that bats and rats are not related outside of them both being vertebrate mammals. Bats range in size from the thumb-size Bumblebee Bat to the six-foot wings span Malaysian Flying Fox, but they all have one thing in common. You all know what that is, wings. Every species of bat, that we currently know about, has wings. A thin membrane of skin called a patagium stretches between the bones of the wing creating a surface area that allows bats to fly. Bat are the only mammals with true flight. But what about flying squirrels, right? Flying squirrels also have a patagium that stretches from the wrist to the ankle, but they are only able to glide. They leap from a height, snap open the patagium, and glide down. Bats can use their wings to propel themselves, just like birds. This is true flight. Bats do have to fall from a height so they can catch air in their wings before they begin to flap, but it doesn't have to be too high. Bats such as Pallid Bats, that are gleaners focus on catching insects near the ground and occasionally find themselves on the ground while hunting. They can scramble to a rock or low shrub and get high enough to catch some air with at least one wing flap, and they are off. There is one type of bat that can takeoff from the ground and that is Vampire bats. Since they are adapted to finding food on the ground, their anatomy has developed to allow them to make a small jump and catch the air from the ground.  Bat anatomy has changed very little from the Eocene epoch which is about 60 million years ago. The oldest fossils found are some of the best persevered and most complete. Fossil have been found in Germany and North America and they show fully formed bats. It doesn't tell us much about the divergence of bats but is does tell us that the anatomy of bats has changed very little from their first appearance in the fossil record. When that happens it means that animal is so well adapted to its niche in the ecosystem that they haven't needed to change. To me it means that bats are perfect.  So now you know that bats are mammals, that they are not rats, that they are the only mammals capable of true flight, and you know the super cool meaning behind their scientific classification of Chiroptera. This is just my first favorite thing about these amazingly cool, misunderstood animals. If you're enjoying this podcast please recommend me to friends and family and take a moment to give me a rating on whatever platform your listening. It will help me reach more listeners and give the animals I talk about an even better chance at change.  Join me next we for another exciting episode of bats.        (Piano Music plays)  This has been an episode of Ten Things I like About with Kiersten and Company. Summary: To become effective as a spiritual warrior we must put on the armor of God. The helmet of salvation protects that which we have appropriated and become in God by His Word. This piece of armor not only protects us form the assault of the enemy, but it houses all the living promises that God has made real to us and becomes the lordship of Jesus Christ in our lives. Show Notes: You don't go into battle without proper training and without proper armament. The helmet of salvation is one of the most important parts of our armament because of what you have underneath it. After God has given you something, how do you protect it? We are not protecting the carnal mind. We are protecting what we have from God and opening up to receive more. We must keep asking, keep seeking, and keep knocking in regards to what the Lord has said pertaining to the helmet of salvation because it is progressive. We put on the helmet of hope which is God's promise's to me. The helmet of salvation protects me from all that assails me from the enemy. The armor of God is His Word that we assimilate and become. Quotes: ...we're putting the helmet of salvation around the mind of Christ that's in you. What you're doing is you're covering what you've got and you're opening your heart and your mind to receive more. So putting on the helmet of salvation could be progressive as well. Keep on asking, because what you're saying to the Lord is, I trust You, and I believe what You're saying. I trust You, and what's happening in all that is, first off, you're getting a relationship with the Lord. ...put on the helmet of the hope of salvation. What is hope? Hope are promises yet to be...

Your mind is a software program. Here's how to update it, explained by global political expert Ian Bremmer. Political scientist Ian Bremmer highlights the importance of strategic thinking, which he defines as "thinking about thinking." It's a process that involves analyzing macro themes, recognizing patterns, and understanding how different factors (at the country, company, and individual level) create trade-offs for leaders. Strategic thinking isn't so much about responding to headlines or current events as it is taking a long-term view, one in which you're continually revisiting your worldview and updating it when necessary. Being open-minded and curious about different perspectives, as well as comfortable with the possibility of being wrong, are important parts of the process. As an example of a great strategic thinker, one may cite Nelson Mandela for his ability to set aside personal feelings for the good of a country's long-term future. Bremmer is the founder of Eurasia Group, an organization that for 25 years has been using political science to help investors and corporate decision-makers better understand how politics impact risks and opportunities in foreign markets. Summary: To understand the humanity of Jesus Christ is to know His example which allows us to become just like Him. Since He is the pattern Son, then that means there will be others after that pattern. Show notes: • We must come to know the humanity of Jesus Christ. • He was the pattern Son so that we could be just like Him. • He had to live through all of what we experience as humans or it would have been useless for Him to die on the cross. References: 1 Peter 2:21 21. For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps. John 13:15 15. “For I gave you an example that you also should do as I did to you. John 1:14 14. And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth Ephesians 1:23 23. which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. 1 Corinthians 13:12 12. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now I know in part, but then I shall know fully just as I also have been fully known. Matthew 13:11 11. And He answered and said to them, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them is has not been granted. 1 Corinthians 4:1-5 1. Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2. In this case, moreover, it is required of stewards that one be found trustworthy. 3. But to me it is a very small thing that I should be examined by you, or my any human court; in fact, I do not even examine myself. 4. For I am conscious of nothing against myself, yet I am not by this acquitted; but the one who examines me is the Lord. 5. Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of man's praise will come to him from God. Takeaways: Christ learned obedience through the things He suffered. He became our example.

We've been seeing slowed growth for quite some time now, and should expect to see even more of decline going forward. Daily Halacha Podcast - Daily Halacha By Rabbi Eli J. Mansour

Is it possible to kosher a blender for Pesah, and, if so, how is this done?A blender consists of three parts – the grinder, the jar, and the base in which the motor is situated. However, since most people do not always remember how the blender was used, it is preferable to perform standard "Hag’ala" by immersing it in boiling water. This is the ruling of Hacham Ovadia Yosef. According to some Poskim, the immersion should be done three times, because plastic must be treated like earthenware (which must be immersed three times). The grinder must be thoroughly cleaned and then immersed in boiling water. Special care must be taken to remove all pieces of food, as oftentimes some small particles can get stuck inside grinder.Summary: To kosher a blender for Pesah, one must thoroughly clean the entire apparatus – the base, the grinder and the jar – and then immerse the grinder in boiling water.

NFL 027: Repost - "Happy Together" by Suzann & James Pawelski

SUMMARY To be happy together, whether you’re starting a new relationship, weathering difficult times, or jump-starting a long-term marriage, Suzie and James Pawelski can help. Their book, Happy Together: Using the Science of Positive Psychology to Build Love That Lasts, isn’t the typical approach to romance. But this husband-and-wife research team has found how to ignite (or reignite) passion. KEY POINTS Together, the Pawelskis identify four key areas crucial to building and sustaining love over the long run: Harmonious passion: remembering who we are as individuals and seeking out new adventures together that both enjoy Positive emotions: feelings of joy, gratitude, and hope to help motivate couples to invest in each other’s well-being and engage in mutual care Mindful savoring: the importance of actively and consciously valuing another and expressing this appreciation to nurture and enhance the relationship Character strengths: why we need to define, find, and cultivate our individual potential and support our partner’s growth simultaneously Happy Together is the first book to apply principles of positive psychology to create successful, satisfying bonds that last. It’s a roadmap for rewarding, long-lasting romance. Refreshingly upbeat, the Pawelskis encourage couples to focus on their strengths. In other words, rather than prescribe cures for failing relationships, they suggest exercises as simple as talking about each other’s strengths to build positive emotions. From there, couples can further leverage strengths by planning dates that bring out the best in both partners. Another healthy exercise to lengthen and strengthen sweet moments of emotional closeness is slowing down to share your love story—the highs and the lows. Recounting how you’ve both conquered challenges and relished the good times can greatly increase your enjoyment of those experiences. Of course, falling in love and even being in love doesn’t mean you will magically have your dream relationship. Rather, relationships improve over time when partners practice key skills and cultivate loving habits. The Pawelskis encourage us to practice these skills in our own “relationship gym” because all relationships need work. Sanjay Gupta, MD, conducts a Masterclass on treating geriatric patients with symptoms of dementia, particularly amid the restrictions tied to COVID-19. Dr. Gupta is chief medical officer at BryLin Hospital in Buffalo, N.Y. He is also is a clinical professor in the department of psychiatry at the State University of New York, Syracuse, and is affiliated with SUNY at Buffalo. Dr. Gupta attends at 8-10 nursing homes. He disclosed serving on the speakers’ bureaus of AbbVie, Acadia, Alkermes, Intra-Cellular Therapies, Janssen, and Otsuka. Take-home points Common neuropsychiatric symptoms in patients with dementia include agitation, aggression, delusions, insomnia, anxiety, and depression. One-third of community-dwelling elders and between 60%-80% of nursing facility patients have these neuropsychiatric symptoms. The most common medication class Dr. Gupta uses is antipsychotics. The use of these medications in individuals with dementia is off label. The Food and Drug Administration maintains a black-box warning on the use of antipsychotics for geriatric patients because of the increased risk of sudden death. Risperidone is supported by the most data, then olanzapine, then aripiprazole, and finally quetiapine. Quetiapine has very limited data to support its efficacy. Most antipsychotics have modest efficacy data for their use in this population. The riskiest adverse effects are cardiovascular adverse events, which are higher in risperidone. Dr. Gupta starts risperidone at a low dose of 0.25 mg taken by mouth b.i.d. and titrates to a maximum dose of 2 mg/24 hours. The starting dose for olanzapine is 2.5 mg up to a maximum dose of 10 mg. The starting dose of aripiprazole is 1 mg, and maximum dose 5 mg or less. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (most commonly sertraline or citalopram), the atypical antidepressant mirtazapine, and anticonvulsants (valproic acid) are also used for agitation in dementia but there is limited evidence for their efficacy. Melatonin and trazodone have a positive effect on sleep that can have downstream improvement on aggressive behaviors. Summary To choose an effective treatment, it’s essential to obtain a detailed history of the symptoms from patients and collateral, such as relatives and staff members from the facility. Staff members can be educated about what information is most important to the clinician, or they may provide vague information, such as “the patient is confused.” Specific symptoms that can be used guide treatment include the presence of disorganized thoughts, delusions and paranoia, or visual and/or auditory hallucinations; the timing of the behavior (day vs. night); and patterns of aggressive behaviors. Dr. Gupta emphasizes that it’s important to rule out delirium as the cause of agitation by evaluating underlying medical issues with laboratory evaluations, and when possible, a physical exam. Antipsychotics work best in the context of aggression driven by paranoia and/or delusions of persecution. Antipsychotics seem to work less well for general agitation that may be driven by triggers that need to be uncovered through investigation of the history and environment. Reasons for agitation and aggression might include sensory or activity deprivation, difficulty emptying bladder or bowels, or depression and loneliness, both of which are prevalent during the pandemic. Adverse effects of antipsychotics will be greater in older adults, and include sedation, gait problems that increase the risk of falls, and extrapyramidal or Parkinsonian symptoms. In a geriatric patient, tardive dyskinesia can occur with as little as 1 month of exposure to an antipsychotic, compared with 3 months in younger adults. Before starting an antipsychotic, the clinician must obtain informed consent from the health-care proxy and inform them that using antipsychotics in a patient with dementia is a non–FDA-approved treatment with a black-box warning. Gradual dose reduction, a Medicare policy about the use of psychotropic medications within nursing homes, is defined as “stepwise tapering of a dose to determine if symptoms, conditions, or risks can be managed by a lower dose or if the dose or medication can be discontinued.” Dr. Gupta addresses this policy by assessing which medications are essential and often stopping some medications once the patient is started on antipsychotics. Now this is replacing the older form in the past where there was this worksheet that you did and you had the essentially it just left a big gap and you had to sort of guess how many dependents equated to me deductions you would guess. And the way I would do it, again, not giving any legal or tax advice here is I always like to give the government the less interest free law and therefore I think I put away to 19 or $20 how many deductions like claimed it often led to having to pay a tax bill in a year but I thought that was better than having to give me a free alone. And once I start to get a bunch of passive investments, and especially once the bonus depreciation paid and in 2018, I think I paid like 14% effective tax rate, and then in 2019, I paid 4%, which sounds crazy AGI combined with me and my spouse was About $135,000 I paid around $5,000 in taxes, which is about 4%.1:07 Are you a non accredited investor looking for opportunities to invest passively? How about a newer investor looking to get a bit of a track record and confidence from your spouse who's a little bit skeptic of what you've been listened to the last few months and could use the reinforcement of double digit returns paid like clockwork in the form of monthly dividends. The American Home preservation fund or HP is currently open again and is looking to bring new investors with them. I have been investing with them since 2016. And originally, I use it as a means to pay for my regular expenses. I started with $60,000 as my initial investment and that paid my car payment completely for me every single month. They're here that what they do is they sort of make it a little bit easier in terms of forms to figure out how many dependents you have. And that's a big factor how much you should be claiming but you could read this or you could just kind of do what I do and just put the maximum you have so that you know you probably gonna have to pay taxes in a year and that's it. They have some charts here showing you how much you should be taken out but there's really no penalty to hate. The lease is As long as you keep up with your estimated tax payments, and this is from the IRS website, IRS Gov from the newsroom, you probably find this by googling 2020 w four but it has a big FAQ on this section. Another quick tip for you guys is most of my investors and myself included we extend always to October never file in April and we fall extensions, but a few reasons why. Number one, I don't want to give the IRS an extra six months to look for some reason thought it me or give them another six months to do it. Number two, I want to be able to see what tax changes are coming down the pipeline in the next six months and I won't be able to change what I did in this past year but there might be things that I might want to change that repositions me what I want to do two years from now so that's the reason why I do it. And number three, I mean when you're in a couple of dozen syndication deals, and you're waiting back for 24 k one forms, be sure one I was gonna be like And there's just really no sense rushing it and going in when everybody else is trying to file their taxes you're not giving any legal advice but if you guys are needing a referral to the same legal team that I use shoot me an email at Lane at simple passive cash flow but tell me a little bit about yourself you know may not be a good fit I have a few other people I recommend this some other folks for different reasons, but not one size shoe fits everybody. I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name's sake, and you have not grown weary. But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first. Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent. Yet this you have: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.’ Revelation 2:1-7

SUMMARY To be happy together, whether you're starting a new relationship, weathering difficult times, or jump-starting a long-term marriage, Suzie and James Pawelski can help. Their book, Happy Together: Using the Science of Positive Psychology to Build Love That Lasts, isn't the typical approach to romance. But this husband-and-wife research team has found how to ignite (or reignite) passion. KEY POINTS Together, the Pawelskis have identified four key areas crucial to building and sustaining love over the long run: Harmonious passion: remembering who we are as individuals and seeking out new adventures together that both enjoy Positive emotions: feelings of joy, gratitude, and hope to help motivate couples to invest in each other's well-being and engage in mutual care Mindful savoring: the importance of actively and consciously valuing another and expressing this appreciation to nurture and enhance the relationship Character strengths: why we need to define, find, and cultivate our individual potential and support our partner's growth simultaneously Happy Together is the first book to apply principles of positive psychology to create successful, satisfying bonds that last. It's a roadmap for rewarding, long-lasting romance. Refreshingly upbeat, the Pawelskis encourage couples to focus on their strengths. In other words, rather than prescribe cures for failing relationships, they suggest exercises as simple as talking about each other's strengths to build positive emotions. From there, couples can further leverage strengths by planning dates that bring out the best in both partners. Another healthy exercise to lengthen and strengthen sweet moments of emotional closeness is slowing down to share your love story—the highs and the lows. Recounting how you've both conquered challenges and relished the good times can greatly increase your enjoyment of those experiences. Of course, falling in love and even being in love doesn't mean you will magically have your dream relationship. Rather, relationships improve over time when partners practice key skills and cultivate loving habits. The Pawelskis encourage us to practice these skills in our own “relationship gym” because all relationships need work. That is, a group of people to whom you are responsible—to God and to them―for supplying the Bread of Life. If you have been called to the office of prophet, this information will help you to monitor, minister and manage effectively so as to position yourself for optimum stewardship of God's gift in your life. Does it not stand to reason that the enemy of this select group does not want you communicating lasers of light―missiles of ministry―for the immediate healing and guidance of the select group to which you are responsible? This select group needs to know: Where they're at ... Where they're going ... What's happening today ... What's happening in the future __________________________________________________ PROPHECY AND STEWARDSHIPWHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW~ A MIRACLE PODCAST PRODUCTION ~ WHY PROPHECY IS IMPORTANT A prophet must monitor what's going on in his or her area of assignment. If the area of assignment is international, then the observation, of course, is international and encompasses geopolitical happenings. It is not always possible to know such information in the natural―even with the internet and social media―but it can be known supernaturally to those whom God chooses to reveal such happenings. This will include what is happening NOW … and what will happen in the FUTURE. A prophet must be in a state of readiness at all times: ready to hear … ready to question … ready to speak. Habakkuk lived in a period when his country had fallen from the heights to the depths with degradation in the legal system of the land. Remind yourself that this happened after Josiah's reforms. How quickly we are to go from boom to panic. Governments―because they are made up of people―can be bipolar as well. This reminds me of a poem I shared as part of my speech when graduating from engineering college and I was awarded the trophy for being the “Most Worthless Senior.” (Five years later, the Lord Jesus, Israel's Messiah, made me worthy―He became my worthiness―when I received Him as my Savior and Lord.) “Our system is depressive manic. It runs from boom and then to panic. In view of this it would be wise for government to stabilize. Knowing the need for both … stability and economic growth. And that constant, steady unemployment can often be a disappointment.” I'm not sure, but I think that was from J. Sullivan Edwards' book, Ride the Wild Horses. MONITOR Habakkuk is overtaken by the circumstances all around him. He thinks God has removed Himself from the affairs of man. Leaders are in control who do not serve God. The prophet says: “I will stand upon my watch, and position myself upon the tower, and will watch to see what God will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.”  ‒ Habakkuk 2:1 Let me ask you a question: “Are you standing upon YOUR watch?” Are you listening to what the LORD will say? Today―more than ever―people need a word from God. Yes, they need to be IN God's Word (reading and meditating), and they need the Word to be IN them … but they also need to hear specific rhemas―personal messages from God to them―directed by the Spirit of God in the timing of God. The man I respected most for always having a word from God for people was a man named Dick Mills. He was an humble servant of God. He gave me in the course of his lifetime several prophetic messages―including Words of Knowledge from the Holy Bible―that were “spot on” and everyone of them came to pass. He prophesied to me and told me that I would have a ministry like his which came to pass. We must monitor by knowing―keeping in touch―with what's going on around us. But more importantly we must monitor by “standing upon our watch” and waiting upon God to speak―to see what He will say to us―about the nation and for the nation … about people and for the people. MINISTER To minister is to serve. Just recently, a lady I have never met, contacted me by email. This lady had read my book, Prophecy, Transition & Miracles. She told me, “The Lord told me to tell you 'Keep your shoes clean.'” Now I know it must have been hard for this lady to say this. As a matter of fact she told me later she was afraid to tell me as it might offend me. What she did NOT know is that recently I purchased a new pair of inexpensive shoes to wear with khakis or Levis. I always try to keep my shoes shined and clean. However, a day or so before this lady sent the message to me I was looking at my new shoes and thinking, “I should clean them.” But … I decided to put it off. Well, when I received the lady's message (and knowing she didn't know anything about me or my new shoes) I decided to clean them. Wouldn't you know … the very next day I was in a very important meeting where the shoes were very visible and it was very important that they be perfectly clean. That may seem trifle but … it was IMPORTANT. And, it shows the importance of personal prophecy: NOT “kookie” stuff, but exact “laser directed” words from God that many times only the Lord knows what it is about. Personal ministry with “lasers of light” pinpointing in exactness the message from God for the people to whom you minister: those in your watch care or area of assignment. Daily, remember to ask God for discernment over people, things and situations. Not all that glitters is gold … and not all prophecies that come to YOU are from God. I have “tons” of prophecies that have been given to me through the years, but I have hung them on the wall “so to speak” until I either knew in my heart―or received valid confirmation―that they were from God. Just as we want to receive accurate words from God, so we have the responsibility to deliver accurate words to others in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. MANAGE Habakkuk managed his activities so that he had time―he took time―to wait upon God. He positioned himself―by schedule and activity―to watch and see what God would say to Him. The answer he received from God has helped people for over 2,500 years. A prophet must realize that he or she―even if delivering a message to one person―may be influencing nations and future generations. By God's grace, I have spoken words that launched people into powerful ministries that multiply further because of the right message at the right time. YOU are an instrument of God. Guard this privilege with all your might. Manage your time, your resources and even your recreation so that your assignment from God―the people assigned to your watch care―do not suffer. A shepherd tends to the flock by feeding, healing, guiding and protecting. But … the shepherd must stay strong himself to be in condition. Your body is NOT your own … you have been bought with a price: with the precious BLOOD of Messiah Jesus. Therefore, glorify God in your body … and that includes the mental part as well. It's the anointing that breaks the yoke. The Holy Spirit is God's agent on earth to supply the resurrection POWER of Christ. Honor the Holy spirit and He will honor you. Habakkuk received the message from God that made it possible for him to rise above the circumstances. It was this: “Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.” ‒ Habakkuk 2:4 Much of the misunderstanding concerning prophecy has to do with the lack of understanding the historicity of prophecy (the time frame in which the prophecy was delivered) and the purpose of prophecy. We need to understand the different elements of prophecy and their functions, such as: Predictive prophecy. Office of the prophet. Gift of prophecy. PREDICTIVE PROPHECY Prophecies of old revealed in the Tanakh (the Hebrew Scriptures) may be categorized in two sections: "fulfilled" and "yet to be fulfilled." The former need no defense: their fulfillment in detail is proof of their validity.  Analysis of current geopolitical events and relationships seem to "escort" many of the remaining unfulfilled prophecies. It is here that quantum physics and the office of the prophet MAY become synergistic at times. You may study in detail about this here: Faith and Quantum Physics. OFFICE OF THE PROPHET The office of prophet and seer are generally synonymous; however, what most people—especially theologians—don't realize is that God is more than willing to SHOW His servants the road ahead. The Holy Spirit will guide you into ALL truth: spiritual, economic, relational and political truth. God many times will give a prophet a “feeling” or a vision that is panoramic and unfolding for cycles or events. For full teaching on this subject, go to "Prophets and Seers" where you can both read and listen by podcast. The purpose of this podcast-teaching is two-fold: 1. To describe HOW the ministry of the seer operates; and, 2. To warn you of Satan's tools. GIFT OF PROPHECY The Baptism in the Holy Spirit is NOT the same as Baptism into the Body of Messiah. All followers of Jesus have the Holy Spirit (the Ruach HaKodesh); However, NOT all of His followers have the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. This Gift of Power is PROMISED to you. Plus ... the GIFTS of the Holy Spirit. I have covered this completely ... and in detail in my book, How To Receive God's Power with Gifts of the Spirit. This book shows you HOW to receive the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. You will learn what the Gifts of the Spirit are … and … HOW to OPERATE in the Gifts of the Spirit. There are many attributes of―and advantages to―the Gifts of the Holy Spirit operating in your life: in areas such as relationships, ministry, business, and personal. You will learn these in this book. But, especially, you will learn how the Gift of Prophecy operates through the believer in Jesus. The Gifts of the Holy Spirit (including tongues) have NOT ceased since the time of the Early Messianic Community. If God's People ever needed assistance by the Holy Spirit―and MIRACLE working power―it is NOW. As you prayerfully read this book, you can experience NEW power and productivity for the End Times. Imagine you got on stage and you had an eager audience ready to buy. Of course there are a few obstacles. The first obstacle is that you have just an hour to convince the audience to buy. The second is you're not the only one selling products?there are others. The third obstacle is that a good chunk of the audience doesn't know you that well and aren't on your list. So three big problems to deal with. Now you may never have the desire to get on stage, but the issues are similar when you're selling a product or service. You have very little time to convince a prospect. You're battling it out with others selling similar products and services. And you're a bit of a stranger to the audience. / / So how do you overcome these issues, and win? I’m Sean D’Souza. I was speaking at a conference in Chicago to about 200 to 300 people. I had just finished my speech and I met this guy in the corridor. He was rushing. I asked him, “Why are you in such a hurry?” He says, “I have to go upstairs and get my credit card.” I said, “Why do you have to get your credit card from upstairs? Why don’t you have it in your pocket?” This is the story of how we sold $20,000 worth of product at a conference. This is digital product. This is not physical product. This was The Brain Audit and the membership to 5000bc. I was asked this question by Alison Beere from Cape Town, South Africa, and you want to know the answer. You probably think that the answer lay in the speech. There might have been some triggers in the speech. There might have been some information that caused them to act. Sure, there would have been some urgency, but what was it that caused all these people to buy? What caused them to trust me after speaking to them for just over an hour? Why did we manage to sell more than all the other speakers on that day? These are the questions that we need to answer, and not because you want to go out there and sell 20,000. Of course you want to do it, but you have to understand that sales is not a one-time hit. That’s what it looks like. If I put this on a sales page, that’s exactly what it looks like. It looks like a one-time hit. It looks like I went there, made the speech, and they bought everything. As we’re about to find out in this podcast, it is a matter of preparation. Whether you’re selling a very small item off your website, a course, or in our case, this $20,000 day that we had, it all involves preparation. What are the steps that you have to get all of these ducks lined up in a row? How do you make things work for you? Let’s find out But wait, wait, wait. Let’s not go into how we did that just yet. Because we have to go back in time to 2003 when I was in Sydney, and I bombed in a big way. I sold very little, just enough to cover the cost of the airfare. What was the difference between the two events? Why was that guy so eager to get his credit card? Okay, enough teasing. Let’s go into the main section of today’s podcast and let’s cover the three points. What are the three points that we’re going to cover? The first is the preparation. The second is the document before the event. The third is the very tight deadline. Let’s start off with the first one, which is the preparation. Part 1: Preparation If you had been a subscriber of Psychotactics you would have run into a statement that almost sounds like hype. That is that we sell out our courses maybe within half an hour, sometimes 20 minutes. Now these aren’t just $20 courses. These are courses that go up to $2,000, $3,000, and yet they fill up in 20 to 30 minutes. We do with this without any joint ventures, without any affiliates, without any publicity, without any advertising. It’s done with a very small group of people, and yet time after time, all the way since 2006, the courses have been consistently filling up. Not that it doesn’t make me nervous every time I launch a course. I still think somehow this time it will be jinxed, but it just keeps going. What’s really happening? The first thing is the prep work. It’s what I call presell. When I went to this event in Chicago it was completely different from the event in Sydney. When I went to Sydney, I had great slides, I had a great presentation, and I give that presentation. I did exactly the same thing in Chicago. What a big difference. The difference was the preparation. Before we went to the event in Chicago we had done some prep work, some ground work. Before the event, Ken McCarthy, who was hosting the event, he had done some interviews. What did I do in those interviews? The first thing I made sure was that I was empowering people. When we did the interviews, instead of answering a question, I gave away almost the complete system. When you give away a system, what you do is you empower people. You don’t cover a lot of points. You cover just a few points. I cover three points as you know. There are steps. You do this and you do that and you do the third thing, and you get to an end point. When we did those interviews, people were listening at the other end. Now frankly, I don’t know what the other interviews were all about. Ken was interviewing a lot of folk, but I made sure that when someone finished my interview they had a task so simple that they could apply it. You see this in the free headline report that we give away, or you see this in the books that we write. You see this empowerment factor, and it’s very critical. Because there are several other speakers and they’re all going to make their pitch. You somehow have to stand out from it. How do you stand out? You start right at the beginning. You start before the event. A lot of people don’t realize this. They don’t realize that people buy long before they pay. I’ll say that again. People buy long before they pay. What we were doing is getting them into the buying process. We were giving them information that was empowering that they could take right after the call and use it. Immediately, instead of just being another interview, instead of just being another speaker, now we were getting them to buy into our system, into our method, into whatever we were offering them. We hadn’t got on stage yet and people already buying into us. Then you’d think that was enough. That if you just gave away that information, which is a system, a small system but a system nonetheless, that would be enough. But we gave away further goodies. We gave away information that we could easily sell. Of course people go through it. Not everyone goes through it but enough people go through it. Now we’re working on a second level where people are buying through us. What is really happening here is when people encounter you for the first time, you’re a stranger. When you go back to 2009, there were already a whole bunch of experts in the marketing field. Now when you look around you, it has increased exponentially, whatever your field is. When you get that opportunity you have to take that opportunity with both hands. You have to create something that’s empowering, create something that’s a system, create something that your audience can immediately use. Then on top of that you give away further goodies. Again, the goodies are empowering. They’re short, they’re powerful, they get the point across and they now create this connection with this audience that didn’t know you at all, and you haven’t even stepped on stage. Now this podcast is about what we did on stage, but it applies to pretty much anything. We’re going to have some cartoon stock, which means that you can use these cartoons anywhere. How do I go about that? I have to empower you. How do I empower you with cartons? Because I’m not teaching you to draw cartoons. I’m actually selling you the cartoon. I empower you by giving away a cartoon. When I give away a cartoon, now you’ve got something. You don’t know me but now you’ve got something, and something that is extremely good. Now the connection has been made. You’re not going to buy all of those cartoons, not 100, or 200, or whatever you offer in the end. You get just one, but that one is so good that it empowers you. It’s isolated, it’s small, it gets your attention. That’s the first point: that you have to do the prep work well in advance; four, six, eight weeks in advance. Some people do it a year in advance. You might not have the time. You might have very little patience, but you’ve got to start off with the prep work because people buy long before they pay. This takes us to the second part, which is the document before the event. Part 2: The Document Before The Event What is the document before the event? When you go to any event, what you get is a badge. Then you get some kind of bag with lots of goodies in it. Then you take that to your hotel room, and you might look through some of it, but most of it gets tossed in the corner because you’re more focused on the event. You’re more focused on what you have to learn. What if you get something that is not connected to the bag, not connected to that registration process? Now that’s what we did at that Chicago event. We were speaking on the second day of the event. On day one we got the organizers to announce that everyone who was coming to my presentation would need to read about six or eight pages of stuff. This was just photocopied and given to everyone. Now when you go to an event you obviously want to get the best out of it. You’re not considering that bag and the badges and all the goodies. You’re now focused on those six to eight pages. Again, those six to eight pages were directly linked to what I was going to speak about. Now this may sound really odd. If you’re going to give away the information that you’re already going to present, won’t they get bored? Won’t your whole presentation fall flat? As it turns out, the answer is no. First, let’s backtrack a little bit. Those six to eight pages, they had information on pricing and how to increase your prices without losing customers. In those six to eight pages, what you’re trying to create is a report. You want to go back to episode number 46 and see how you create a great report. That report was something that hit you between the eyes. It was still about the presentation I was about to make, but it was now getting the customer completely absorbed. Now they had been through two or three levels. First it was the interview, then the goodies. Then we give them this third thing, which was wow, I never thought of it this way. Now they are primed to listen to you. They read those six to eight pages and some of them are reading it just before they enter the auditorium, but they’re reading it. All of them are reading it. That sets you up nicely for when you get up on stage. The people, the customers, they’re buying before they pay. You are setting up all these little bits of information that are empowering them, so that even if they buy nothing from you, they will buy in the future. Can you take that risk? No, you shouldn’t take that risk. That takes us to the third part, which is the whole factor of urgency. Part 3: The Whole Factor of Urgency That’s part three: the tight deadline. I had finished my speech and I had stepped out in the corridor. That’s when I ran into the guy, the guy who was running upstairs to get his credit card. Why had he kept his credit card upstairs? You know the answer. He knew that he would get swayed by some of the speakers. He knew that he would buy something that he didn’t need. Yet, when we gave that presentation, he found it so useful that he decided he was going to buy, so he was running up to his hotel room to get his credit card. He said, “Hang on, I have to get the credit card and I can’t speak to you right now.” What did I do before that that caused him to get his credit card? I was on the podium and my wife Renuka was at the end of the room. We didn’t have anybody else. It was just the two of us. You have to have someone else at the back of the room. Even one person handling 300 orders, not a problem. I said to the audience, “Here’s the thing. This is a great offer. It’s not a discount. You’re getting this great bonus.” We gave them some really good bonuses. “When Renuka leaves the room, it’s over. You don’t get any of the bonuses. You don’t get anything that we’ve offered in the room.” Some people think it’s a bluff. Who’s going to turn down money? Yet, when we leave the room, that’s it. That guy was running up to his room to get his credit card so he could stop Renuka before she left the room. Now it does take some time to go through 200 or 300 orders, so she was in that room for at least 20 minutes, but we had prepared everything. There were sheets with details. Back then they had to write out their credit card details on a sheet of paper and sign it and give it in. All of that ground work, all of that prep work was in place. The sheets were on their seats before they sat down. Again, they were going through another step. Eventually what they had to do was just fill in the form, step up to Renuka, give her the sheet, and it was done. Then we left the room. Then someone came up to me and said, “Are you Sean D’Souza?” I said yes. He had been to another presentation, and he said, “I want to buy what you just sold.” I said, “You don’t even know what I was selling.” He said, “Yes yes, I know, but my friend told me just buy whatever he’s selling.” You know how the deal was. The deal was that once we left the room, the offer didn’t exist. You would think it’s a bluff, and it’s never a bluff. You should always have this. It’s a tight deadline. When this happens, it doesn’t exist anymore. The offer doesn’t exist anymore. That creates an urgency that you will not find otherwise. You see this urgency on Christmas day for instance. People will not buy on the 28th of December. They have to buy everything before Christmas day. There is an urgency. You have to use the same concept of urgency. Once people leave the room, who knows what happens. Some people run into other people, they change their minds. Yes, there is pressure. You might not like this pressure. As a person selling something you’re always a little unsure of this pressure, but this is how we buy everything. We don’t fix the roof because we want to fix the roof. We fix the roof because there is pressure. It’s leaking. We don’t buy a new phone because we need it desperately. We do it because there is external pressure, maybe social pressure. You may not admit to it, but the pressure exists. This is what Apple does as well. They create that momentum towards that event, and this is what you’ve got to do as well. It’s not easy. It’s not easy to be a speaker there, to do all these steps and then finally to go through this sales process. Because what I used to do and what I did in Sydney was I didn’t really think through the last bit, which was the sales process. You have to be extremely calm and very enthusiastic when you’re selling your products or services. You get very nervous. You speed through it. You miss points. I had everything on slides so I didn’t miss anything. That is the way you go through the whole process. Summary To summarize what we’ve just covered, we did three steps. The first was we did all the prep work. I did the interviews. We gave the goodies. We had the sheets on the seats. We had everything in place. That was the first hit, because we know that people buy long before they pay. The second thing was that you need to have one little trigger before the event. We had this six to eight page document that people were reading, and they were reading just before they got into the event as well. Finally, there was a tight deadline. That deadline is sacred. You can’t say I’m going to change my mind. Hey, we’ll take your credit card. No. That’s what we do for all our courses as well, for all our products as well. I said this in another podcast. Who’s going to know if three or four extra people sign up for a course? Who’s going to ask you? Those three or four extra people would be another $12,000 in the bank, but we say no. There is a tight deadline. You meet the deadline, you get in the course. It’s first come, first serve. At the event, it wasn’t first come, first serve, but it was pretty close. It was 20 minutes. She leaves the room, you’re toast. This brings us to the end of the podcast and the one thing that you can do today. I think the one thing that you can do today is plan. What are the steps before the event? What are you going to give away before the event? What are the things and the goodies, and what are the little bits that you have to prepare? When people get on stage, when speakers get on stage, there are so many things that they have to do before the event and they never do. They just stand up and speak and they think everything is going to be all right. It’s never all right. You have to do all the little bits in advance. That’s what makes for a great event. I would say sit down and draw a line from left to right. Then put in all the little bits that you have to do. Because when you get on stage, that is like the middle of whole sequence. Then finally, you have to still sell, which is the end of your sequence. You have to be very careful about that as well. Prepare, prepare, prepare. Now, there is a book on this at Psychotactics. I wrote a book shortly after I came back because people wanted to know not just about this event and how we sold $20,000 worth of stuff, but also what goes into the slides. How do you control the slides? Because the slides also create this enigma factor. It creates this factor where people say wow, this is so well designed. It’s so well structured. You’ve got to have the structure for the slides. You also have to have great visual appeal. You have to have control of how the slides look, how the presentation rolls out, and finally how you control the audience. All of this is in the Black Belt Presentation Series. If you’re really interested in how to create a great presentation, then that becomes very critical. These elements that we talked about, these help to create that $20,000 moment, but all of the stuff in the book, that helps you understand all the other elements that you have to do. It’s a lot of work. No one said that this was easy. This podcast is not about easy and outsourcing and all that stuff. It’s about doing the hard work and getting the rewards. That’s what takes you to a three month vacation. When people say, “I can’t get to a three month vacation,” it’s because they don’t have the time, the money, and the resources. You have to put in the time and the resources, and yes, some money before you can get to that three month vacation. You have to start somewhere and put in the work. That’s how you get the results. Now for some presell. We are having the headline course and the headline trainer course, and for the first time ever the headline trainer course. I don’t know when you’ll get to this podcast, but if you get to it on time, then get to psychotactics.com and look for headline course or headline trainer course. The courses fill up very quickly. You want to move quickly. I mean really, really quickly. We’re also going to have the first 50 words course at the end of the year. That’s in November somewhere, so you can prepare yourself for that. This is about writing the first 50 words of, say, a podcast or an article. This is where we slog the most, struggle the most. The entire course is about the first 50 words. We probably have The Brain Audit trainer program around that time as well. That’s more expensive. It’s about $10,000. It’s more detailed. It goes over six months. We’ll go into more detail in the future, but for now it’s just the headline course, the headline trainer course. I’ll also be bringing out those cartoons that I talked about in this podcast. Expect to see some of that soon. A lot of stuff happening, a lot of stuff happening. If you want to ask me more questions, email me at sean@psychotactics.com, also at Twitter @Sean D’Souza, and yes, on Facebook at Sean D’Souza. Yes, we give away goodies, as you know. If you want to be on the goodies list, you go to psychotactics.com/magic. That’s www.psychotactics.com/magic. You will get those goodies from time to time. That’s it from Psychotactics and the Three Month Vacation. Still listening? I’m giving you this advice, but recently what we’re in Denver and there were about 400 or 500 people in the audience. How many subscribers did we get? 20. Why did we get 20? We got 20 because we didn’t follow the advice that I’ve just given you. We didn’t do as much prep work. We didn’t have the sheet before the event. Of course there was no tight deadline. We goofed up, too. You can do it too if you don’t take your own advice or don’t listen to this advice. Then failure is always around the corner. That’s a little snippet from the archives at psychotactics.com. Bye for now.
