Let's be real—life isn't getting any easier. If anything, it's getting louder, more chaotic, and more uncertain by the day. You can't open your news feed without being hit with fear, frustration, and negativity. And the noise? It's deafening. In this episode of Grit Meets Growth, we're talking about building mental resilience when the world feels like it's spinning out of control. Because the truth is, uncertainty isn't new—it's always been there. But today, it's louder, more constant, and in our faces 24/7. We're diving deep into how to push back against that uncertainty. How to stop sitting in the mud of fear and doubt. How to control what you can control, do the mental reps, and curate your inputs so you can actually grow through what you're going through. We talk about shutting off the noise, taking the first step, and how to rise above the doom loop we all get stuck in from time to time. It's gritty. It's raw. And it's exactly the kind of conversation we need right now. If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're not showing up as the leader, parent, or person you know you can be—this one's for you. Let's stop waiting for the storm to pass... and start becoming the kind of people who can stand strong in the middle of it. Hit play. Let's get after it. 5 Key TakeawaysControl the Controllables. You can't fix the economy, stop political chaos, or control global news—but you can control your attitude, your actions, and how you show up. Focus on what's in your lane and let the rest go.Do the Mental Reps. Mental toughness doesn't show up overnight—it's built through repetition. Every time you face discomfort or fear and choose to take action anyway, you're getting stronger. Keep doing the reps.Watch Your Inputs. What you consume—news, social media, conversations—shapes how you think and feel. Garbage in, garbage out. Choose content and people that feed your growth, not your fear.Get Off the Doom Loop. When uncertainty takes over, it's easy to spiral. Stop the cycle by asking three questions: Can I control this? If yes, what's my next step? If no, what can I control right now?Lean into Your Tribe. You're not meant to do this alone. Surround yourself with people who call you up, not out—people who are running into the storm with you. Vulnerability isn't weakness; it's the first step toward growth. One TruthUncertainty isn't going anywhere—but you get to choose how you respond to it. You can let it paralyze you, or you can use it as fuel to grow stronger, sharper, and more resilient. The choice is always yours.

An upscale restaurant in Manhattan's iconic Rockefeller Plaza, filled with Wall Street "movers and shakers." A dusty reservation basketball court, surrounded by impoverished, hope-starved Native American young people. I've ministered in both worlds, within weeks of one another. Worlds that - at first glance - seem to be really far apart. But when it comes to what God is doing, these divergent worlds share some striking - and instructive - similarities. The "natives" in both worlds are hard to reach with the Good News of Jesus. The success, the drive of those marketplace men and women spawn a confident, self-reliant faade that doesn't open up easily. The young people on that reservation; they've been hardened by years of pain and a strong belief that "Jesus is the white man's God." But - amazingly - there's a great move of God in both of these hard-to-reach cultures. I've seen it! And many are choosing to follow Jesus. The secret of these breakthroughs reveals a simple, but powerful, strategy for helping people from any culture or subculture find our Jesus. People from a tribe are the key to reaching lost people in that tribe. I'm Ron Hutchcraft and I want to have A Word With You today about "Your Tribe, Your Mission." In Manhattan, it's Wall Street men and women reaching Wall Street men and women; opening their heart to share the brokenness in their lives and relationships, and the Savior who was broken for them so they could be healed. On the reservation, it's Native American young people reaching Native American young people. Through our ministry's all-Native, On Eagles' Wings teams reservation young people are pouring out the desperation and despair of lives surrounded by abuse and addiction and then sharing how "a brown-skinned, tribal man named Jesus changed everything." I'm convinced that tribal rescue is the key to breaking through to countless lost people in every culture and every subculture. Moms listen to moms. Soccer players listen to soccer players. Hunters listen to hunters. Cancer survivors to cancer survivors. We're all in a tribe. You're in an occupational tribe, a recreational tribe, an educational tribe, a generational tribe, maybe an associational tribe like the PTA, the booster club, the country club. So whatever tribe you're in, you are the best possible Gospel messenger to people in your tribe. You face the same stresses, you talk the same language, you share the same experiences. All those are bridges you can cross to open their heart to Jesus. Do you understand you've been positioned by God to represent Christ in your tribe as no one else could. No evangelist, no pastor, no professional God salesman. It's you, because you're one of them. In fact the Bible puts it this way in our word for today from the Word of God, "We are Christ's ambassadors" (2 Corinthians 5:20). What's that mean? Well, an ambassador - a chosen representative assigned to a particular place. You've been assigned to your personal world to be the voice and the face of Jesus there. This is an outreach strategy that any church can employ. Identify what tribes you have represented in your congregation. Take that as God's clue as to where your church should be targeting an outreach strategy. And then mobilize and equip your "tribal ambassadors" to claim their tribe for Christ. This isn't new. When Jesus wanted to reach Samaritans, He didn't just go blazing into their village. He reached a Samaritan woman at a well. She told her tribe about Jesus and the Bible says, "and many of the Samaritans from that town believed in Him because of the woman's testimony" (John 4:39). People from a tribe listened to someone else from that tribe. So just think what could happen in our country if every believer claimed their tribe for Christ and stepped up to be the face and the voice of Jesus there. Praying for and looking for God-given opportunities to use their tribal credentials as a bridge to tell about the difference Jesus Christ makes for someone just like them. There's a world of "Samaritans" out there who would trust our Jesus if only they could hear about our Jesus from someone from their tribe. Like you!

About this event Have you ever wondered as a believer, “Is personal branding bad for Christians?” In today's social media world people are constantly seeking attention, likes, follows, comments, and secretly hoping to go viral. ...Which is another way of saying getting their name out there or branding themselves. Our scripture of today John 1:35-36 says: The next day again John was standing with two of his disciples, 36 and he looked at Jesus as he walked by and said, “Behold, the Lamb of God!” Having this inner desire isn't a sinful thing as long as your main intention behind those desires is to do the will of God. As I say check yourself before you wreck yourself and make sure the motives are not about you or to prove to others that you're relevant. In this week's episode of How I Built My Tribe, we continue our discussion about the upcoming “Lead at Every Level” workshop with Jodi Evans, Founder and CEO of Revolutionary Tribes. In our previous episode about the workshop, we focused on how to lead ourselves. And this week, we're taking a deep dive into how to lead with peers, how to align with peers, how to build frameworks for better results, better communication and conflict handling, and more. [00:41] Commitment to the Team – The realization that you may not have chosen your team, but you chose to be on the team is the first of the five key ideas Jodi shares today about leading with peers. [03:20] Alignment – Jodi shares with us why aligning with your peers in the executive can get your organization more momentum. [05:08] Intentions – We talk about how executive teams can define their intentions as a tribe through strategic planning and how it'll benefit the organization. [06:19] Knowing Who Owns What – One of the most crucial conversations an executive team can have is about who owns and who's responsible for what aspects of the organization. Jodi shares with us how to approach that conversation. [11:20] Communication for Conflict – Conflict and differences of opinion are natural occurrences in any organization. We dive into how to create a framework that allows teams to have difficult conversations smoothly. [15:40] Relying on Results – Jodi shares her thoughts on how aligning with results and relying on results shape an organization. In this episode, we explore the upcoming "Lead at Every Level" workshop with Jodi Evans, Founder, and CEO of Revolutionary Tribes. Through the workshop, we try to assist participants in comprehending the various facets of leadership and provide them with the means to realize their vision. In today's podcast, Jodi outlines the four self-leadership principles applicable at all levels, one of the workshop's primary teaching points. Nevertheless, the workshop will cover significantly more than these four foundations. We are conducting a comprehensive study of your intentions, communication, and action plan during the workshop! [00:37] Motivation - To acquire a wealth of information about leadership or to go further into it, we must look beyond the dental profession at present. Noting that Jodi explains the purpose of the workshop. [02:42] Who You Are, Not What You Do - By drawing on her own experiences and discussing the lessons she has learned from them, Jodi demonstrates that leadership is not about completing a series of tasks on a list and that it is about who we are rather than what we do. [09:20] Personal Life and Professional Life - Jodi strongly stresses that, in the end, our personal lives are the best sign of the type of leaders we are most likely to develop into in the long run. [10:54] Your Why Needs to be About You – Jodi broadly discusses why our "Why" should be about us and not someone else. She argues that the "why" must be about us for it to be closer to the truth, providing examples from her own life. [15:05] Polarizing Beliefs are the Key to Your Freedom – Jodi explains that polarizing beliefs are the key to our freedom, emphasizing how the stuff we believe to be highly negative or positive traps us. She further describes how placing so much emphasis on things stops us from achieving our intended destination. Do you have community, a tribe, your people in your life? These last two years have been a challenge for many because we have had to be isolated. Whatever your personality, we need each other and togetherness allows us to grow and understand God better.Grace brought up the fact that community can be hard. It is no surprise we all are human and imperfect."There will be times where we rub each other the wrong way. But, if the foundation is the gospel, we all have the same thing to come back to...I don't think we should give up on each other just because we have a disagreement."Grace also challenged me to think about being in solitude. It is possible that a season of solitude is for a purpose. The quiet allows us a chance to draw closer to him in order to prepare for whatever is coming next in our life. I hope you can find something from this conversation to take away as well. E-mail me or find me on socials and let me know what you think. Reflection Questions:1. Have you been afraid of dipping your toe back into community? If so, what things from your life can you surrender? 2. Are you leading a life of authenticity? Does that flow into your friendships, with family, and with God?Connect with GraceInstagram Resource Global How to support The Parable Podcast#1 Subscribe or Follow the show so you don't miss the next episode of The Parable Podcast through your favorite podcast app (i.e. iTunes, Spotify, Stitcher). #2 Share this show with a friend, this is a perfect opportunity to start your own Parable Conversation together.#3 Join The Parable Podcast E-mail list so you can hear some of Danielle's own Parables and encouragement.

Shawn Wells is on the Girlfriend Show to talk about why purpose and intention, when combined with exercise and nutrition, is the foundation for a healthy long life. Learn how to detox your body and your life with the ENERGY formula, how to biohack your body with powerful natural supplements, and the secrets to making the most of the ketogenic diet. [1:25] Writing a book is a major undertaking. Shawn recently spent the last year and a half of his life working 30-40 hours each week, getting all of the pieces together for his latest book. [3:05] The ENERGY acronym stands for Experiment, Nutrition, Exercise, Routines, Growth, and Your Tribe. For the last 20 years, Shawn has been accumulating and amassing all of this knowledge and the book was his attempt to put it all into one easy-to-consume format. [5:35] What does biohacking mean? There are shortcuts to improving your vitality and biological function, like bulletproof coffee, sun gazing, cold plunges, and red light saunas. It's the mashup term for hacking your biology. [7:10] Hacktivism is the use of hacking for the greater good and Shawn used this idea for the basis of the book. The more you are energized and alive, the more you can connect with the world around you. [8:00] Before going to medical school, Dr. Anna worked with the military training deep sea divers. This experience came into play in Dr. Anna's own journey of being stressed and depressed after going through early menopause and living a difficult, fast paced life. [10:00] The less mitochondrial function you have, the less energy you have. Not having sufficient cellular energy will lead to more inflammation and stress the mitochondria even further. [11:20] There is a psychological component at play. You can be your own placebo by shifting your mindset and reframing a situation in a positive light. The trouble is that most people reframe things negatively by default. [13:40] There is a positive or negative charge to your thoughts and those thoughts can affect the smallest physiological processes in your body. [16:10] Exercise snacks are a unique idea that's floating around where small bursts of movement spread out throughout the day are more impactful than one hour of concentrated activity. So many of our physical issues are a result of the typical sedentary lifestyle as our bodies adapt. It's important to keep our bodies in motion, whether that's planks or squats for a few minutes each hour. [20:30] 88% of the population is in a state of metabolic dysfunction and heading toward insulin resistance. This resistance will exacerbate the energy gap and the fastest way to solve this issue is having an alternate source of energy in ketones. This is where the keto diet comes in. [22:45] Insulin resistance is the hallmark of all biological aging. Around 1% of disease is genetic; the 99% is metabolic and driven by being insulin resistant. The standard American diet and lifestyle is mainly to blame for why so many people in the West are getting sick and tired. [26:10] When Dr. Anna shifted to a ketogenic diet, she saw a major shift in her energy level and focus. Getting into ketosis is incredibly powerful for healthy brain function. [27:10] If you're not getting the results you want from your keto diet, you are probably not eating enough fat. You have to shift away from the idea that “you are what you eat,” to “you burn what you eat.” If fat is the number one macronutrient in your diet, your body will optimize to become a fat burning machine. [28:40] The latest keto snacks and treats may also be a source of problems. Trying to eat a ketogenic version of the traditional Western diet may put you in the awkward state of not being optimized for either mode. It's also very easy to go overboard on these types of products. [30:15] Your energy level is your best indication that you're succeeding on the ketogenic diet, not your level of ketones. If you're not testing your ketones, you're guessing. [32:40] Don't worry too much about your glucose levels going up after eating food; the important thing to watch is how quickly it comes back down. Feast days are good for making sure you don't become metabolically inflexible. [34:05] Snacks destroy men's and women's metabolisms. The idea of balancing your blood sugar by snacking all day has not worked out well for people. [35:50] The number one place to start is to dump ultra processed food, move your body, stop snacking, and stop thinking you need dessert after every meal. Eliminating the snacks before you adopt a ketogenic diet will only make it more effective once you do. [37:55] Nootropics are substances that grow your mind and enhance brain function. One of the reasons that keto is so effective for most people is that it turns the lights back on in your mind so they don't have to compensate with caffeine and sugar. [38:40] Healing your metabolism and allowing it to properly use glucose is going to enhance your energetic states and grant better brain function. [41:30] When your mitochondria can't get the fuel they need, everything in the world starts shutting down. With the ketogenic diet, it reduces oxidation and inflammation, and without it, the cells become overworked and stressed and just break down into disease states over time. [43:40] MCT oils, especially C8 MCTs, are effective ketogenic supplements. Berberine has also been shown to be effective at helping type-2 diabetics, but it also has effective anti-aging properties. [48:00] Metformin was originally brought to the market to combat influenza and not type-2 diabetes. There is a chance that Metformin and Berberine may actually help with viruses like Covid-19. If diabetes and obesity are comorbidities for Covid-19, they should be focused on as therapeutic pathways to treat the virus. [51:15] Dr. Anna goes over her favorite supplements. Creatine is associated with reproductive health and is naturally found in red meat. Shawn discusses a trace amino acid that is being considered for vitamin status. [54:10] Shawn's typical morning routine starts with going to sleep at the right time the night before. We are the only species that deprive ourselves of sleep on purpose. Be mindful of your light exposure and proper sleep hygiene so you can get to bed on time. [57:35] Not getting enough sleep makes you acutely insulin resistant. When you chronically don't get enough sleep, you are chronically insulin resistant, which leads to 2-3 times higher risk of heart attack and being 5 times more likely to have diabetes. [1:00:35] If you ease into waking up, everything is different. Start with gratitude and begin your day with positive thinking and affirmations, some light stretching and a glass of water, and you've got a good foundation for a great day. To change your life, you have to change your morning. What fun to talk to Shawn Wells just following his appearance at the 2021 Sun Valley Wellness Festival in my hometown of Sun Valley, Idaho. Shawn was part of a panel discussion exploring the healing benefits of plant medicines. Our interview covers some philosophical insights that undoubtedly connect his time in Sun Valley with his fantastic recent book, The Energy Formula. You'll hear that the structure for The Energy Formula came about through an almost magical process. ENERGY is an acronym that stands for Experiment, Nutrition, Exercise, Routine, Growth, and Your Tribe. The book is Shawn's magnum opus and incorporates hundreds of scientific citations. The book includes chapter summaries, shares a resources guide, and provides a “formulators corner” for each chapter. Shawn wrote- and rewrote- this book during the 2020 covid-19 pandemic. HIs creative endeavors allowed him to turn what was a very fearful and paralyzing situation (for many) into a process to help others. The interview yields 10 “mantras” that will allow you to navigate your life post-pandemic with more grace, health, and fun. Mantra #1: You can be your own best -and worst -critic. Shawn talks about how he balanced these inner voices to create the best version of his book. Mantra #2: You can only give to others from an overflowing cup. Make sure not to deplete your cup and practice self-care and self-acceptance. Mantra #3: Engage your inner child in your creative endeavors. Mantra #4: Consider taking “hustle,” grind,” even “work” out of your vocabulary; can you replace them with “ease,” “flow,” “fun.: and even “play”? Mantra #5: Using the above mantra, shift from “inner work” into “inner play”. Mantra #6: Chase your own “hell yeses”. Mantra #7: Communicating your own needs is essential to the healing process. Mantra #8: Grant yourself grace. Mantra #9: Get past the polarization in today's dialogue; release attachment to something being either “right” or “wrong”. Mantra #10: Release judgment and ask open-ended questions when presented with ideas that differ from your own. I want you to take a moment and think about the people who are closest to you. Your inner circle. Your Tribe. I want you to take a moment and think about the people who are closest to you. Your inner circle. Your Tribe. Now think about the qualities these people possess. Their qualities are more than likely a reflection of your own. ‘Like attracts like’ is one of the spiritual laws of the universe, so those around you mirror who you are. So if you want to know who you are and what you’re made of, look at the people around you. Do you see strength, determination, beauty and fearlessness? These qualities are a reflection of you. Equally, if you’re seeing anger, frustration and insecurity, these may be qualities that you recognise in yourself that you don’t like and are trying to overcome. Seeing yourself from the perspective of those around you can lead to enlightenment. When you meet someone that you truly admire, you’ll likely see those same admirable qualities within yourself. And, when you meet someone whose vibe you’re not quite feeling, accept that this is also a reflection of you. If you don’t like what you see in them, change your own vibe. When I think about my inner circle, I truly feel like I'm in a house of mirrors. You know those ones that make you look taller or bigger?? My circle is filled with powerful people who are creative, loving and generous. The women in my life could rule the world with their strength and innovation. I look at my tribe and I wish I was more like them. But the truth is, I am like them. I am a reflection of them and they are a reflection of me. We share our lives and our experiences, and learn from each other's successes and failures. We can call each other on the carpet and say 'you need to check yourself.' We can cheer each other on, fight each other's battles and walk hand and hand through the the storms of life. Now, take another look at those people closest to you. Do you like the reflection? If not, change. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/gloria-miller-music/message

This week brings the second half of the Being Prosperous series: The Frequency of Prosperity. It’s important to note that the frequency of prosperity cannot be achieved without a prosperous mind; the topic of last week’s episode - , The State of Mind of Prosperity. To sum up the connection, we attract what we are and that begins with what's in our thoughts. In this week’s episode, we discuss how the frequency of prosperity tunes into our vibe and our thoughts. As we mentioned in , if there’s chaos surrounding us, there’s chaos somewhere within us. To that same effect, if we’re experiencing harmony, that’s the result of a harmonious mindset and energy within us. Simply put, if you want to manifest faster - raise your frequency of prosperity. Raise that vibe because your Vibe is Your Tribe. We, of course, know this is often easier said than done and in this episode, we share insights, best practices, and guidance on how we can turn up the dial on The Frequency of Prosperity. Hosts: Nick and Kisma Resources: Time Stamps: 4:07 It All Begins with a Thought “We attract what we are. It really does start with what’s happening in our thoughts. If you think of a thought flow, it has an energy. It becomes thicker and thicker and thicker, and as we’re thinking, it’s shifting the entire vibe of our being. Anytime we’re in a funk, we just need to observe our thoughts." - KISMA 7:43 What You Put Out Elevated, Comes back Elevated “When you can elevate what you’re putting out in frequency, you’re going to elevate what you get back.” - KISMA 11:34 We Have the Answers “It’s also true that the answers are locked inside of you. That is 100% true — always is — but what’s also true is that you’re the last one who’s going to see it.” - NICK 15:11 Something’s Always Working “Something’s always working when you’re facing forward. I think that’s an important thing to remind ourselves. If you’re building a business and you’re launching a course or something, and it falls flat the first time, tweak it, change it, do something, get up and do it again. We didn’t ride our bike the first time perfectly. We fell.” - KISMA 26:07 You Can Do This “Tap into your heart, look at your thoughts, be super-receptive to all that the Universe, God, Source, Spirit have to give you because when you think about something, it’s really ready to show up. I know one of the big pieces is to drop the worry, drop the fear. You can totally do this.” - KISMA

Who's in your inner circle? Such a big, important question to think about and really evaluate the questions... Who do we spend the most amount of time with? What type of impact do those people have on me? Do I want to continue to spend time with them?We often times feel that we HAVE to tolerate certain, soul suckers in our lives. We think we have an obligation just because they have been a friend for a long time, or they are a family member, or we work with them. But guess what?! We actually DON’T have to tolerate them. We do have the power to set boundaries, even if they are a co-worker, even if they have been a friend for a really long time, even if they are a family member. "You need to surround yourself with those on the same mission as you. As much as people refuse to believe it, the people you surround yourself with, DO have an impact and influence on your life and choices." Heather Simpson "As entrepreneurs, as female leaders… we run in very small packs. Sometimes so small, that we have the doubt, the “imposter syndrome”. We can only pull ourselves out of our own minds so many times and so quickly. Our mindset is a muscle that we do have to exercise daily… but one of the weights that our minds need to lift, is the support of others. " Heather Simpson Finding a tribe can be easy… Finding your tribe, can be challenging. Join Heather on today's show as she guides you through the steps you can take to set boundaries in your life and relationships, and truly create the inner circle that you want for your life.

This week Nicholas and Amanda talk about communication and how we process differently as men and women. Amanda shares how women have different desires and tendencies as compared to men and Nicholas drops some great resources on how to better understand you're partners values as you grow and communicate through more diverse situations. They also share insight into other relationships and how another couple problems solved financial issues together as a solidified unit through clear communication. Me and women process their stress very differently. Women have a desire to get around their most trusted female friends and talk things over, vent, problem solve. Whereas men tend to withdraw, become depressed, and feel the need to be strong by withholding their stress. Many relationships fail because people try to make their partner their outlet for all things, rather than looking to close guy or girl friends who will relate and understand each other better. Most men think that everyone, including their wives don’t want them to ask for help. Women like to control things but they also want to have a man in their life that they know can look outside for help to better themselves in order to strengthen their relationship. When you look for help and are honest with your spouse you're will find that you’ve lifted a weight off your shoulders and have taken responsibility for yourself. The Importance of Social Media Followers I recently read that over 50 million businesses use Facebook Pages to connect with their customers.(1) 50 million?! These business are tapping into something powerful. They understand the value of connecting with their customers directly and using social media followers to build and expand their brand. In essence, they understand the importance of a building a tribe—a group of people who love you, are loyal to your brand, and who trust you. Your tribe is made up of the people who buy your product when you launch a pre-sale. They are the first people to mention your name (or better yet, give someone your business card) to refer your service. Your tribe is bought into your business because they’re bought into you and what you stand for. One of the best ways to build a tribe is to provide a place for them to connect and engage with you and your brand. Social media provides you with the space to build a relationship with your customers, make a personal impact, and ultimately make money. This isn’t strictly a numbers game. My friend Rachel Hollis once said, “5,000 dedicated social media followers are way better than having millions and millions.” It doesn’t matter how many social media followers you have—if they don’t trust you, they aren’t going to buy from you. Successful Brands Build Trust People buy from those they know, like and trust. So, it’s pretty important to build trust with your tribe of social media followers. Related : How to Sell Without Feeling Slimy But how do we get people to trust our brand or business? One of my favorite examples of a brand that has built trust is our company, Ramsey Solutions. Dave Ramsey grew this business and brand over decades through personal connection. About six years ago, he realized he needed to start thinking about the future and the succession of his company. From the very beginning, it had been just him. But he realized that if he wanted to take it to the next level and scale beyond himself, he needed to make a few changes. He knew that the best brands build trust. And the best way to build trust is through people. Brands don’t change people, people change people. He realized we needed more people who could take more messages into more markets. That’s how the Ramsey Personalities were born! For more than 25 years, Dave Ramsey has been building trust with his tribe—one person at a time. The same can be true for you and me. If you want to make an impact, and if you want to make money, you need to build trust. Building a Social Media Following That Trusts You I personally feel so connected to all of my social media followers. We may have never met, but I pride myself on the fact that I know you trust me. I have read so many comments on my social media posts and met so many people in grocery stores, airports, and book signings who say, “I feel like we’re best friends.” Y’all, that’s important to me. I want you to feel like you know me. That you relate with me. That I get you. (Because I do!) Business Boutique has grown as I’ve expanded the number of people in our tribe who genuinely know, like and trust me. In this episode, I want to help you connect and engage with your social media followers in a way that builds trust. We’re going to discuss: How to inspire people with your success and connect through your struggles. When to tell people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Why being consistent is one of the most crucial things you can do in your business. How to stop being a doormat and still be generous with what you have to offer. The ultimate way to lean into your gifts and be YOU! Building trust with your social media followers is no different than building trust with any other person in your life. That’s why I’m going to give you five tips to help you build trust that will impact your social media followers and, ultimately, your bottom line! Today Nicholas talks with Alex Charfen about businessmen and living a life that’s worth modeling. Alex covers everything from finding your tribe and why as an entrepreneur, influencer, and thought leader, you are set apart, who you are and what makes you tick, the two types of momentum, how to maintain momentum, and how the process will set you free. Rather than feeling and believing that you are alone, understand that you are part of the most important club in history. There are four types of people in the world, the first is the caretakers, the second is the communicator, the third second is the coordinator, the fourth is the hunter. Momentum is the life force for a hunter type of person, there are two ways to create momentum, either add things or take things away. Take inventory of the people, the things in your life and be ruthless, cut everything that isn’t giving you momentum. Momentum isn’t aa condition you want to be in, it’s what makes you who you are, and that needs to be defended at all costs. Show up like you are a professional athlete. There is no way that pressure and noise with help you reach your ultimate success or even contribute to you learning. Resources: BDB Live
