Imagine you are a baby and your mother force you not to cry.Do you think that this will work?Imagine you do positive thinking and force yourself to be positive… Do you think that this will work? And both is the same!Express your negative emotions, don't suppress them! The Feelings are creating thoughts. It is only a one-way road, science proofed! Thoughts can't create emotions! There exist no great Actor or Singer who doesn't express their feelings on the stage totally! What is then bad on emotions? People who never have studied psychology have created positive thinking… The side effects of positive thinking are devastating diseases… and that is good for the doctors… And always, in the end, it proves that Freud, Jung, Adler, and Reich had been right…We have to remove our negative suppressed feelings and traumas to change ourselves. Otherwise our traumas, suppressed feelings will sabotage our success or outcome…What is inside is outside, every obstacle that we face outside is created through our psychology and that have proved at least Freud, Jung, Adler, and Reich … And there is no way around it… Freud had used Hypnosis, and still, it is not good enough? The today Hypnosis is done with positive thinking and NLP… And so the Hypnosis is not efficient anymore! How stupid because the Positive thinkers have done so!!!! For instance, if I make a Hypnosis Mp3 and hear it every night before I sleep for at least 30 days. I can change a lot with releasing of my negative suppressed feelings… even I am not aware of it!… And then I attract the things that I need without forcing anything… Life is simple, or we make it difficult! For instance, I was in the Male Menopause and had huge sexual problems; I didn't like to have sex… What to do? Hypnosis. Here is a part of my Hypnosis script (I am a certified Hypnotist)Relax and relax more and more.Remember and feel that you have failed in the bed. Remember these devastating moments and let them go.You have 1 minute time.Remember and feel your fears of being together with an unknown woman in the bed… And let them go.You have 1 minute.Think of any moralities that prevent you from having sex with any women. And let them go.You have 1 minute.Forget all of your bad experience in the bed together with a woman.Relax and relax more. Notice how relaxed you are right now.Remember the beautiful moments when you had sex with so different women, and you had no problem. Remember for 2 minutes those moments.……It goes on and on, and I address later all of my sexual problems…Life is simple or we make it difficult!I hope this will help You!!! Research indicates that while middle-aged men might not go through the exact same hormone shift as their male counterparts, there's evidence they can go through a key shift later in life. 'Male menopause' might not be a clinical term, but the expression has gained popularity as more men report mood swings, depression and other emotional and physical symptoms when they reached a certain age. Naturopath and wellness expert Erin O'Hara unpacks what it can look like - and how it can impact men's lives. LISTEN ABOVESee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Dr Quentin Oury is a leading British GP at a busy NHS service with 16,000 patients. He is focused on men's health, including the areas of erectile dysfunction and low testosterone. He joins me to talk about a topic that doesn't get much air time, but we are slowly starting to hear more about: andropause. Many people don't even know what the word means, but as Dr Oury explains, it's a little known fact that men can suffer symptoms very similar to that of peri/menopause as their hormones decline with age. And when you listen to him describe “manopause” as he sees it in his office, and all the challenges that stand in the way of men recognizing that this is a condition that there is a lot of help available for, the parallels to what women have been going through are uncanny. Highlights: How andropause presents – and why it's confused for other thingsWhy his typical patient is often healthy The typical symptoms – including how it impacts mental healthWhat's going on, physiologicallyThe testosterone RxHow this area is dramatically understudied – even less than menopauseThe link to diabetes – and to medical problems later onWhy erectile dysfunction and low libido can be a bigger health issueThe difference in supplementing testosterone for andropause and the dangerous practice of “juicing” for muscle growthWhy women are usually the ones who get men to the doctorWhere to get more informationWhere to find Dr Oury (and more info):Web: H3health.co.ukInstagram: @dr_q_oJoin the Hotflash Inc perimenoposse: Web: hotflashinc.comTikTok: @hotflashincInstagram: @hotflashincTwitter: @hotflashinc Episode website: Hotflashinc See hotflashinc.com/privacy-policy for privacy information
Tim Anderson is a physician's assistant who spent the first 10 years of his practice holding traditional appointments. If the patient's hormones were in range, he didn't recommend any interventions even if they didn't feel good. He's since shifted with working with patients instead of the system, helping men & women navigate to optimum health & vitality. In this episode, he talks about the connection between our hormones & our brain health. He covers the role of testosterone, estrogen & progesterone in depression, anxiety, ADHD, focus, motivation & Alzheimer's. Menopause is a chapter of every woman's life, and with 80% of women experiencing menopausal symptoms it can also mean that many partners, colleagues, friends also experience menopause indirectly. It can be a difficult time knowing when, how or what to do to support so I hope this is a helpful guide. I'm joined by Steve Foulger (Director of HR Services & Organisational Design at Connor) – you may have heard my episode about menopause in the workplace with Steve for Connor Conversations podcast (link below if you haven't) but this time we're switching roles and Steve is guest and so I'd like to know his thoughts on menopause in the workplace and his experience of supporting women going through the menopause. Do you know much about menopause? Examples of where you've experienced complex menopause absence cases? Advice on starting a menopause conversation From a partner point of view, what would you advise? Does male menopause exist? Menopause awareness is building in terms of awareness of symptom management options and also how partners, friends and colleagues can support women through this chapter. If you follow me on social media you may have seen I spoke at the BMS annual conference in Apr. I spoke about nutrition and menopause, and as a menopause specialist (in addition to being a nutritionist) I'm passionate about supporting both women and the workplace to raise awareness. This week on the podcast, Will Armijo from NRISH shared that men also face hormone imbalances that cause depression, loss of sex drive, erectile dysfunction, and other physical and emotional symptoms later in life, if they're not proactive and testing their hormones. This can cause havoc on your body! If your hormones are out of balance here are some common symptoms you may be experiencing: * mood swings and irritability * loss of muscle mass and reduced ability to exercise * large belly * man boobs * lack of enthusiasm or energy * difficulty sleeping * Increased tiredness * poor concentration and short-term memory loss Like Will mentioned in the podcast, there are steps you can take to avoid male menopause setting in. But, if you turn your back to the obvious, these symptoms will begin to interfere with your everyday life and happiness! It's important to find the underlying cause and work out what can be done to resolve it. I recommend checking out WIll's NRISH 30 DAY Program. The program begins with your GUT health, often referred to as “the second brain”. It takes a deep dive into hormonal health so you can start taking a proactive approach to your own health & happiness. Will this flexible macro tracking anti-inflammatory-based nutrition program work for you? Yes, and why am I so confident? Well, because it goes against what our nation promotes (keep people sick and make more money). NRISH wants YOU empowered, healthy, and in control of your own wellness. Not some doctor that hands you a prescription. Although I do 100% believe doctors are good in most cases. I can't recall the last time a Dr handed me a nutritional health and wellness prescription, can you? NRISH is for men and women struggling to lose weight and keep it off, improve libido, hormone imbalances, and gut health with an overall holistic eating approach. Break up with the diet! Is male menopause real? As men age, they go through a natural hormone decline called andropause, which can produce uncomfortable symptoms. In this week's episode of Be HEALTHistic, Drs. Stephen and Drew Sinatra focus on men's health — specifically, what you can do if you're experiencing symptoms of andropause and low testosterone, or low-T. First, Dr. Steve shares his testosterone history, how often he gets tested, and how taking testosterone makes him feel. The doctors discuss common side effects of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), typical symptoms of low-T, and the role that EMFs and sleep play in testosterone production. Next, our hosts focus on the supplements that can support healthy aging, as well as the importance of exercise, what tests to ask your doctor for, and the ideal testosterone ranges to aim for. Finally, the doctors reveal their top tips for combatting low-T. Don't miss this informative episode of Be HEALTHistic!

Listen In Podcast: I am hoping to speak to you in the areas of prevention and awareness. Male menopause is a condition that affects older men. A lot of the symptoms can be linked to symptoms that are linked to declining testosterone levels and aging. It is also referred to as andropause, androgen decline in the aging male, late onset hypogonadism and low testosterone.Ok so let do a little research now .What is andropause. The actual cause of prostate enlargement is unknown. Factors linked to aging and changes in the cells of the testicles may have a role in the growth of the gland, as well as testosterone levels. Men who have had their testicles removed at a young age (for example, as a result of testicular cancer) do not develop BPH.A person’s testosterone level will fall naturally with age — by 1 to 2 percent per year — but some medical conditions, lifestyle choices, and other factors can influence the amount of this hormone in the body. Male Menopause, Low Libido, And Testosterone Replacement | This episode is brought to you by AudibleMany of us are living life completely out of balance—and the type of imbalance that affects almost everyone in our society is hormonal imbalance. Men tend to have declining hormone levels as they age, and low testosterone can cause men to lose muscle and gain fat, leading to sexual dysfunction, low sex drive, fatigue, mental fogginess, and bone loss. However, making changes to your diet and lifestyle can have an incredible effect on rebalancing hormone levels and increasing testosterone. Additionally, testosterone replacement therapy can also be used to rebalance your hormones and increase happiness, vitality, and health. In this episode, Dr. Hyman sits down with Dr. George Papanicolaou to discuss the functional medicine approach to treating low testosterone and how they determine when to use hormone replacement therapy.George Papanicolaou is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is Board Certified in Family Medicine from Abington Memorial Hospital. He is also an Institute for Functional Medicine Practitioner. Upon graduation from his residency he joined the Indian Health Service. He worked on the Navajo reservation for 4 years at the Chinle Comprehensive Medical Facility where he served as the Outpatient Department Coordinator. In 2000, he founded Cornerstone Family Practice in Rowley, MA. He practiced with a philosophy centered on personal relationships and treating the whole person, not just not the disease. He called that philosophy “Whole Life Wellness”. Over time as the healthcare system made it harder for patients to receive this kind of personal care Dr. Papanicolaou decided a change was needed. He began training in Functional Medicine through the Institute of Functional Medicine. In 2015, he established Cornerstone Personal Health – a practice dedicated entirely to Functional Medicine. You're over 40, maybe fifty. Are you experiencing male menopause?
In this episode, Dr. Mottley discusses some of the debilitating effects of andropause or 'male-menopause' and addresses some of the potential solutions for men who suffer from this problem. Some of the emotional and physical symptoms of man-o-paue include: Depression Anxiety Irritability Sadness Low self-confidence Poor self-image Anger Loss of muscle tone Increased fat (particularly around the waist) Physical weakness Sexual problems Increased sensitivity to being challenged Poor decision-making Dr. Mottley recommends that individuals with these symptoms see a knowledgable medical practitioner to be properly diagnosed. Then, the individual should also work with a psychologist to deal with emotional issues; a nutritionist to improve correct food choices; and, a physical fitness trainer to be coached on the correct exercises which would help to treat these issues. He recommends that listeners conduct their own research and warns that the information in this podcast is for informational/educational purposes only.

It has many names and monikers. Male menopause. Andropause. Age-related testosterone deficiency. Hypogonadism. Manopause, my personal favorite. Although it isn't as sharply defined as female menopause, male menopause is a catch-all for the gradual cascade of mental and physical health issues that men face as they approach and pass middle age and their testosterone drops. Wherever possible, I will insert “man” puns into the symptoms and conditions. Consider yourself warned. (This Mark's Daily Apple article was written by Mark Sisson, and is narrated by Tina Leaman)
